Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
Excuse
me
all
right,
hello,
everyone
good
morning.
It
is
morning
where
I
am
happy.
February,
happy
New,
Year
2023,
which
is
really
still
difficult
to
say
and
I
I
would
say
that
it's
still
difficult
to
write
on
checks,
but
I
don't
actually
know
anybody
who
writes
checks
anymore.
So
that
seems
to
be
a
problem
that
has
resolved
itself.
B
B
We
are
at
the
introduction
phase
now
for
those
who
who
I
have
not
met
yet
my
name
is
jeffrow.
I
am
the
chair,
which
means
I,
get
to
make
the
meetings
and
make
the
slides
and
things,
and
this
is
for
the
Centos
Automotive
Sig,
which
is
a
group
that
meets
oh
periodically
and
creates
a
distro
called
Auto,
SD
and
I.
Don't
know
if
we
need
a
full
introduction.
B
B
I
thought
we
could
maybe
talk
about
meeting
times
and
a
meeting
Cadence
for
2023
and
then
mention
Sophie
and
Eclipse
sdv,
which
are
two
other
open
source
initiatives
in
automotive
that
are
that
are
coming
up
or
that
are
in
place
now
and
that
we
participate
that
red
hat
participates
in.
B
We
can
certainly
touch
on
Hardware
supports.
We
usually
do
in
this
call
and
if
we
have
some
time
at
the
end,
there
has
been
a
request
to
maybe
go
over
or
to.
C
B
Use
cases
Beyond
Automotive
that
have
been
have
been
suggested
before
that
people
have
been
thinking
about.
B
So
as
far
as
the
technical
update,
the
obviously
we're
doing
our
regular
nightly
builds,
we
have
a
Sophie
compatible
image
that
has
been
building
now
for
three
or
two
or
three
months,
I
think
and
it's
available
it
tracks,
along
with
the
e-wall
reference
architecture
within
Sophie,
and
for
those
who
don't
know
this
is
Sophie.
B
Sophie
is
a
project
within
arm
arm
limited
the
company
is,
is
supporting
Sophie,
it's
a
special
interest
group
and
their
goal
is
to
create
a
cloud
native
software
architecture
for
software-defined
vehicles
and
to
that
end,
for
about
the
last
two
years
they
well.
The
project
has
been
public
for
about
a
year
the
for
the
last
two
years,
though,
the
group
within
Sophie
has
been
working
on
a
a
reference
architecture.
B
A
Not
a
problem
I.
This
is
the
first
time
that
I
joined
so
I
just
wanted
to
to
say,
hi
and
visit
myself.
This
is
the
first
time
yeah
as
I
wrote
in
the
chat
for
those
that
are
looking
at
recordings
later
on.
My
name
is
Sandra
bonansola
I'm
in
the
sentos
virtualization
Sig,
as
a
co-chair
and
I'm
working
in
red
art
within
the
red,
app
gameplay
I'm,
focusing
on
the
virtualization
and
digital
cockpit
aspects
for
automotive,
1980.
B
You
can
see
some
of
the
other
organizations
here
that
are
involved
with
Sophie.
It's
a
fairly
robust
Community.
There
are.
This
is
just
a
small
number
of
the
governing
body,
the
actual.
D
B
Is
a
much
more
interesting
list?
I
think
you
can
see
that
there
are
some
oems
in
here.
There
are
some
brand
new
technology
companies
and
there
are
certainly
some
silicon
providers
armed
licensees
and
again.
The
interesting
thing
about
this
is
that
it
is
being
driven
by
arm
now
there
has
been
a
some
discussion
recently
about
possibly
moving
Sophie
into
a
more
neutral
Foundation,
such
as
the
eclipse,
Foundation,
the
Linux
Foundation
Apache,
Foundation,
Etc,
or
possibly
spinning
it
off
just
to
make
it
more
more.
B
B
We
are
founding
members
of
Sophie
we're
along
with
several
of
these
other
companies,
and
we
are
working
towards
this
sdv
architecture
and
we
have
a
a
compatible,
a
compatible
version
of
Auto
SD
that
that
runs
with
it.
B
It's
exciting
more
recently,
I,
don't
know
if
Leo
you
on,
you
might
want
to
talk.
Do
you
want
to
talk
about
ecal
a
little
bit
here.
D
D
Yes,
so
ecole
is
stands
for
eclipse
and
communication
obstruction
layer
and
it
is
a
framework
for
applications
to
talk
to
each
other
in
a
brokerless
way
messages.
So
it's
it
is
just
it
works
on
the
distributed
matter,
which
means
that
there's
no
centralized
broker
in
there
in
order
to
feel
sdv
Eclipse
has
to
be
projects
that
are
there
actually
has
releases,
rather
than
just
to
your
your
usual
GitHub
repositor,
where
you
have
to
clear
and
build
stuff.
D
We
already
have
a
that
being
said.
We
already
have
that
an
eclipse
sdv
image
in
our
sampler
repositories,
with
a
simple
application
using
e-call
right
now.
There
are
some
there's
I'm
not
going
to
type
all
details,
but
there's
there's
some
enhancements
there
that
we
need
to
go,
but
anyone
who
it's
basically
publisher,
subscriber
application
so
popular,
sends
our
hello
word
message
and
the
subscriber
one
prints
it
out
into
the
output.
D
We,
we
basically
have
a
two
containers
built
for
for
our
choice,
applications,
which
are
also
hosted.
The
code
is
also
hosted
in
our
sample
sample
repost
nurse
up
repository
together
with
the
image
files.
D
Going
there
and
build
and
run
it,
I
know
what
what
we're
taking.
Lastly,
is
that
to
move
to
both
the
clips
and
sdv
image
to
their
own
repositors,
because
they're
not
really
examples,
but
something
a
bit
more
complex
than
than
that
and
would
make
things
easier
for
people
to
give
it
a
try
and
run
it
on
and
queue
it
more
or
whatever,
and
that
image
is
not
being
built
on
on
our
nightly
jobs
with
me,
I
mean
you
actually
need
to
go
in
there
build
build
it
yourself.
B
So
great
any
and
one
of
what
I
find
really
refreshing
about
this
is
that
this
is
one
of
the
the
many
projects
within
the
eclipse,
sdv
umbrella
project
and
as
Leo
says,
it's
one
of
the
few
that
has
has
solid.
D
B
B
Oh
Continental,
okay,
I
was
gonna,
say
I,
wasn't
aware
that
until
it
joined
but
Continental
has
and
they've
contributed,
one
or
two
projects
Bosch
has
contributed.
Several
Microsoft
has
contributed
at
least
two
that
I
can
think
of
so
yeah.
It's
a
it's
a
very
active
project
within
the
eclipse
foundation
and
we
are
founding
members
of
this
one
as
well.
B
So
it's
good
for
us
to
to
stay
abreast
of
all
of
the
things
going
on
in
the
sdv
world
as
it
develops,
because
this
is
actually
kind
of.
D
B
New
thing,
you
know
it's
very
different
from
the
the
standard,
the
traditional
method
of
building
Automotive
software
within
as
as
embedded
systems
within
EC
Within
ecu's.
B
So
it's
all
Cloud
native
and
container
based
very
exciting
stuff,
so
that
also
kind
of
covers
a
bit
about
what
we've
been
doing
with
Sophie
and
Eclipse.
We,
as
we
said
as
I,
said,
red
hat,
is
a
member
of
both
of
these
groups
and,
and
we
have
folks
working
on
within
projects
on
both
of
those
groups
as
well.
Leo
is
one
of
those.
B
Feel
free
to
jump
in
with
any
questions,
don't
be
shy.
Like
I
said
we
are
not
formal
here.
I
can
share
them.
I
can
share
a
link
internally,
I,
don't
know
if
I
can
share
like
externally,
but
I'll
figure
out
a
way
to
do
that.
B
B
I
guess
I
guess
the
length
only
makes
sense
if
you
can
actually
get
to
the
slides,
so
I
will
make
sure
to
share
these
slides
out
as
well
as
slides
from
previous
meetings.
You
can
get
to
all
the
previous
meetings,
at
least
all
the
recordings
for
the
previous
meetings
from
the
Wiki
page
within
Centos.
By
the
way,
if
you
go
to
the
meetings
page
you
can
see,
these
are
all
of
the
meetings.
All
the
recordings.
B
B
Meeting
was
canceled
also
because
there
were
just
I
think
we
had
very
few
people
who
could
make
it
because
it
was
the
holidays
were
starting,
but
it
Bears
discussion
about
how
often
this
group
needs
to
meet
I
do
like
to
have
a
a
regular
Cadence
of
meetings,
so
people
know
when
they
can
show
up.
They
know
that
they'll
be
able
to
ask
questions
and
and
get
answers,
and
things
like
that.
B
Does
anybody
have
any
thoughts
on
how
we
should
how
often
we
should
hold
meetings,
and
if
this
time
is
working,
I
know
I'm
on
the
west
coast
of
Canada,
and
so
this
is
at
7
A.M.
For
me,
which
is
not
terrible
and
it
does
pick
up,
it
does
make
it
at
a
reasonable
time
for
Europe
in
late
afternoon.
B
B
B
We
did
we
did.
There
was
just
there
was
not
a
whole
lot
of
folks
were
coming
to
them
and
we
can
always
hold
office
hours
again.
Office
hours
is
essentially
basically
a
meeting
with
no
slides.
We
just
get
together
and
talk
about
things
going
on
in
Auto,
SD
and
I'm
happy
to
host
any
host
one
of
those
at
any
time.
B
Let
me
just
just
Reach
Out
I'm
actually
really
glad
to
see
the
number
of
people
we
have
on
today,
because
the
last
few
meetings
have
been
have
been
fairly,
sparsely,
attended
so
good
to
see
everyone.
B
So
on
our
agenda
here,
one
of
the
other
things
we
were
going
to
talk
about
is
Hardware
support
right
now,
the
the
project
Auto
SD.
Actually
the
project
supports
Kimu
and
thereby
x86
as
well
as
the
old
Raspberry
Pi
I
happen
to
have
one
right
here
and
it
happens
to
be
disconnected
so
it's
not
running.
But
what
we're
we
are
working
on
a
methods
and
processes
for
bringing
in
support
for
other
Hardware
or
for
enabling
other
Hardware
to
support
the
software
that
we
create
so
Pierre
I,
don't
know!
C
C
E
Unless
there
are
specific
questions,
but
I
think
it
will
include
things
like
other
principle,
we-
and
there
are
two
things
it's
the
question
is:
do
we
are
we
doing
things
that
are
meant
to
go
in
you
know?
Do
we
are
we
doing
Hardware
enablement?
That
is,
you
know,
for
experiments
and
for
testing
that
we
do
only
in
the
six
or
do
we
also
want
to
to
do
this
Hardware
enablements,
with
the
goal
of
having
it
in
a
2sd.
E
Knowing
that
what
lens
you
know,
2sd
is
M
to
land
in
the
actual
in
vehicle
OS
products
down
the
line.
So
the
goal,
if
the
goal
is
to
to
land
the
product,
one
of
the
requirements
that
Reddit
has
had
for
everything
that
touches
the
kernel
is
that
this
needs
to
be
coming
from.
E
It
needs
to
be
back
ported,
so
the
other
one
element
is
done
on
the
Linux
next
tree
or
something
that's
very
close
to
it,
and
then
it's
back
ported
to
whichever
version
of
the
kernel
is
presenting
in
Rel
or
in
our
case,
in
the
English
class,
so
and
in
the
in
the
context
of
the
sake
it's
going
to
be
the
auto
SD
kernel,
so
everything
will
have
to
you
know:
go
from
go
to
the
Upstream
be
submitted
at
the
Upstream.
E
E
The
one
part
where
we
can
diverge
is
the
we
have.
We
have
two
paths
available
within
the
sake.
One
is
the
auto
SD,
but
that's
something
that
is
gated
by
Redux
agreement
to
have
something
land
in
in
the
product
and
we
have
the
automotive
Sig
itself,
which
is
entirely
our
playground.
So
if
we
want
to
have
a
specific
Canal,
Sig
can
Automotive
package
for
the
Sig
that
has
Hardware
enabled
that
are
not
part
of
Itsy.
E
That
is
something
we
can
do,
and
then
we
could
have
a
sample
images
for
this
board
that
are
referring
the
specific
candle
package.
So
it
is
it
is.
We
have
a
few
ways
possible:
I'm,
still
trying
to
figure
out
the
details
and
I
hope
to
have
a
some
sort
of
diagram.
D
B
Sounds
great.
Thank
you.
I
appreciate
that
I
didn't
mean
to
put
you
on
the
spot
with
it,
but
it's
a
it's
a
very
it's
something
that
we
get
asked
on
a
fairly
regular
basis
and
I
see
in
the
chat
that
Anand
is
here
from
TI
and
I
know
that
they
have
been
pretty
interested
in
that
as
well.
B
Okay,
keep
an
eye
on
the
time
we
normally
set
aside
an
hour
for
this
call.
Lately
we
have
been
wrapping
up
in
about
a
half
an
hour,
and
so
we
can
probably
aim
for
that.
In
fact,
we
may
aim
for
that
going
forward.
B
It
is
we've
got
about
eight
more
minutes,
and
one
of
the
things
that
has
been
discussed
periodically
is
extended
use
cases
because
the
if
you
look
at
the
like
I
sort
of
have
a
do,
I
have
a
diagram
up,
so
I've
got
the
diagram
of
where
Auto
SD
fits
into
the
Rel
universe,
but
I
think
there's
also
a
diagram.
Here.
B
You
can
see
that
as
the
automotive
Sig,
we
create
a
something
you
know
we're.
We
we
follow
the
same,
the
same
pathway
that
sent
the
same
relationship
between
Centos
and
Rel
I
thought
I
was
hoping
for
a
software
diagram
because
of
one
of
actually
Sophie
has
a
really
good
software
diagram.
That
is
not
completely
outside
of
the
way
that
we
look
at
things
as
well.
B
B
There's
right
now,
there's
a
whole
lot
of
effort
between
Centos
and
Sophie
and
Eclipse
to
make
a
an
in-vehicle
OS
and
to
make
it
a
cloud
native
development
process,
but
that
this
is
actually
in
fact
the
EE
and
Sophie
actually
means
embedded
Edge
rather
than
it's,
not
it's
not
specific
to
Automotive.
B
So
what
we've
got
is
is
a
virtualized
environment.
We've
got
orchestrated
for
for
containers
and
shared
workloads,
so
this
is
applicable
to
many
Edge
use
cases
and
I.
Think
it's
going
to
be
very
interesting
over
the
next
year
or
so
to
see
how
this
develops.
You
know,
I
know
that
we
have
had
had
discussions
and
hadn't
seen
interest
from
a
number
of
other
Industries
around
this
and
that
there
are
some
things
that
are
kind
of
in
the
in
the
works,
but
there
hopefully
will
be
coming
to
fruition
over
the
next
year.
F
B
This
is
actually
a
fairly
old
drawing
I
know
that
it's
been
in
development
to
create
a
new
one
that
they
intend
to
publish
with
the
Sophie
specification.
There
is
a
draft
specification
for
this
software
architecture
that
is
coming
soon
real
soon.
Now
it's
been
coming
real
soon
now
for
a
couple
of
months,
but
like
all
good
specifications
projects,
it
takes
time
and
it's
not
necessarily
subject
to
two
deadlines.
D
B
This
is
by
the
way
this
is
Sophie.
This
is
not
Auto
SD.
This
is
this,
isn't
isn't
the
red
hat
in
vehicle
OS
I?
Don't
think
we
have
a
indeed
a
slide
that
we
show
on
that
one.
Yet
foreign.
B
Thing
I
did
also
start
on
was
a
list
of
goals
for
2023.
We've
got
about
four
minutes
and
there's
only
one
other
quick
thing:
I
want
to
do
as
a
shout
out
to
some
events
coming
up,
but
maybe
over
the
next
month
between
now
and
the
next
meeting,
it'd
be
great.
B
If
people
wanted
to
think
about
some
of
the
goals
for
2023
and
what
we,
what
you,
what
would
you
like
to
see
happen
within
the
automotive
Sig,
maybe
within
Auto
SD
and
within
our
relationship
with
these
outside
groups
like
eclipse
and
Sophie,
and
oh
and
as
I
said
yeah?
The
other
thing
we'd
like
to
to
touch
on
is
that
there
are
some
events
that
are
coming
up.
B
Fosden
in
particular,
is
starting
in
about
two
days.
There
is
a
there
is
a
a
Centos
connect
on
Friday.
This
is
all
in
Brussels
and
there
will
be,
and
then
positive
itself
is,
is
Saturday
and
Sunday,
of
course,
also
on
Friday.
There
is
an
open
Forum
meeting
that
is
focused
on
government
automotive
and
the
European
government
will
be
very
interesting,
I
believe
there's
a
there
are
a
number
of
discussions
and
panels.
B
So
keep
an
eye
out
for
those
things
if
people
are
interested,
I
can
send
some
links
out
to
the
mailing
list
or
post
them
on
the
chat.
E
C
E
B
So
further
down
the
road
at
the
end
of
March,
the
Centos
Automotive
or
sorry,
not
the
Cintas,
the
eclipse
sdv
project
will
be
hosting
a
a
community
day
with
it'll
be
a
two-day
event
both
with
both
talks
and
and
some
Hands-On
work,
and
that
will
be
in
Lisbon
at
Microsoft's
headquarters
in
Lisbon
at
the
end
of
March
and
then
they're
coming
up
at
the
end
of
June.
Also
there
will
be
a
the
eclipse
STD
again
we'll
be
hosting
an
automotive
open
source
Summit
in
it's
in
Germany
and
I'm.
B
I
do
not
remember
exactly
where,
but
that
should
be
pretty
interesting,
too,
to
be
more
more
business.
Oriented
than
technical
and
then
also
in
June
in
Prague
is
the
embedded
open
source
Summit.
That
is
a
it's
a
new
event
from
the
Linux
Foundation,
but
it
is
actually
a
composed
of
a
bunch
of
older
events,
including
the
embedded
Linux
conference,
The,
Zephyr
Summit
and
a
few
others.
I
know
that
LF
energy
is
in
there
at
elephant,
so
that
should
be
pretty
interesting
in
May
in
Vancouver,
which
is
my
backyard.
B
The
the
open
source,
Summit,
North
America,
will
be
happening
and
I
know.
I've
got
talk
submitted
for
that,
I'm
sure
that
a
few
a
few
others
do
as
well
and
then
open
source
Summit
Europe
will
be
later
in
the
year
in
Bilbao
Spain.
That
should
be
pretty
interesting
too
and
eclipses
Eclipse.
B
If
the
eclipse
conference
will
be
in
the
fall
as
well,
I
don't
know
if
that
one's
been
announced
yet
anyway.
So
lots
of
stuff
going
on
lots
of
Automotive
work
and
we're
very
happy
that
you're
all
joining
us
on
this
journey
and
if.
E
Someone
wants
to
touch
her.
Sorry
go
ahead.
Sorry,
quick
question:
if
someone
wants
to
catch
you
at
one
of
these
conference,
do
you
do
you
know
already
which
one
you
you
will
try
to
attend.
B
I
know
that
I'll
be
in
at
open
source,
Summit,
North,
America
I
am
not
sure
about
which
other
ones
I
suppose
I
should
also
mention
Red
Hat
Summit,
that's
coming
up
in
Boston
in
at
the
end
of
May
I,
believe
so
that
one
should
be
very
interesting
too
I
may
be
at
Red.
Hat
Summit
I
will
almost
certainly
be
at
open
source
Summit
in
Vancouver
and
I'm,
hoping
to
get
to
at
least
one
event
in
Europe
so
far
this
year.
B
B
Yeah,
we'll
just
kind
of
we'll
have
to
just
see
it
as
it
goes,
and
and
again,
if
you're
going
to
be
at
fosdom
this
weekend,
make
sure
to
check
in
with
Pierre
and
and
Eric,
and
everybody
else
will
be
there,
and
if
does
anybody
have
anything
else
that
they
would
like
to
discuss?
I
wouldn't
mind,
keeping
it
to
half
an
hour.
B
Does
it
sound
like
it
so
great?
Well,
it's
great
to
see
everybody
great
to
see
so
many
folks
on
this
call
and
I
I
hope
to
see
you
all
soon
at
an
event
and
we'll
also
have
this
next
meeting
is
in
March.
It
will
be
on
March,
first
I
believe
March
1st.
Yes,
so
so
we
will
all
see
you
all,
then
thank
you
all
for
coming.
