A
A
The
good
news
is
that
the
state
will
reimburse
the
counties
for
this
cost,
so
we
will
need
to
budget
approximately
five
hundred
and
sixty
thousand
eight
fifty-five.
We
could
probably
narrow
that
number
down
aaron,
because
this
will
be
for
january.
The
first,
like
everything
else,
you
know
those
quotes
are
only
good
for
30
days.
So,
but
that's
why
I
said
approximately
so
the
court
will
know
that
the
state
is
reimbursing
for
the
cost
of
this
equipment
that
we
currently
own
to
be
upgraded.
A
Any
additions
that
we
want
to
have
would
be
a
cost
to
the
county,
and
at
this
time
I
see
no
additional
equipment
as
needed.
We
revved
up
a
little
bit
in
2020
by
purchasing
an
additional
scanner
for
central
counting
as
a
backup,
so
we
would
not
have
any
issues
on
election
night
with
that
we
also
purchased,
I
believe,
four
or
six
additional
pull
pads
for
2020
due
to
the
turnout
expected.
So
I
believe
we're
good
for
2022's
primary
and
general
election
and
not
need
an
additional
equipment
at
next
budget
year
at
all.
So.
C
B
A
Deal
the
heart
deal
and
I
can
I
can
reach.
C
A
A
Right
because,
obviously,
the
early
bird
is
going
to
get
the
worm.
My
my
objective
is
as
soon
as
the
november
election.
The
constitutional
amendment
election
is
over
is
that
we
will
get
all
of
our
equipment
to
austin
because
of
the
fact
that
we're
looking
at
a
delayed
primary
because
of
redistricting
that
will
have
this
equipment
in
and
out
prior
to
the
primary.
So.
E
A
C
A
F
E
A
C
As
far
as
procurement
goes,
heart
is,
if
they
were
I'll
double
check,
they
were
a
dir
contract.
So
it's
one
that
we
can
use
when
they're
one
of
the
co-ops
and
the
only
other
question
I
have
there
is
existing
stuff.
Can
we
surplus.
A
A
A
A
Up
with
that
in
the
next
few
days
on
the
heart,
but
that
would
be
the
ideal
situation
that
bill
goes
into
effect.
Judge
on
september.
1St
did
you
know,
like
most
bills,
go
into
effect,
so
that
would
be
ideal
is
to
get
it
to
heart,
get
half
of
it
done
ready
for
the
and
then
take.
A
C
D
A
G
A
A
The
other
thing
I'm
asking
for
with
elections
is
that
we
bring
on
another
employee.
As
you
well
know,
I
took
over
the
duties
of
the
voter
registrar
on
january
1st.
A
So
we
have
been
working
very
diligently
on
both
sides
of
the
election
at
this
point,
but
I'm
going
to
be
very
honest
as
we
grow
and
that
department
or
that
election
cycles
we
we
do
the
same,
doesn't
matter
what
we
plan
for
every
election
and
I
feel,
would
feel
all
very
comfortable
having
two
employees
know
both
the
voter
registration
side
and
how
to
conduct
an
election.
A
A
D
A
Up
the
empire
remember
what
we
always
say:
we're
making
it
so
the
empire
is
easy
to
take
over.
So
that
would
be
a
necessity,
not
a
want.
I
mean
not
it's
a
need,
not
a
one,
and
then
I
want
to
raise
my
own
stipend
that
I
receive
as
an
elections
administrator,
I'm
still
cheaper
than
hiring
a
full-time
elections
administrator,
and
I
know
that
I
deserve
a
higher
stipend
than
what
I'm
currently
receiving,
especially
taking
over
the
duties
of
voter
registration.
A
And
then,
let's
move
on
to
the
clerk's
side,
I
really
just
need
one
employee.
A
I
hate
it.
I
know
that
creating
the
county
court
of
law
was
going
to
buy
us
some
time
as
far
as
having
won
more
for
20
and
21,
but
I
need
an
additional
personnel
for
2022
forward
and
then
on.
The
employee
raises
those
are
just
totally
up
to
the
court
and
what
you
see
fit
for
if
you're
going
to
do
across
the
board,
raises
if
you're
going
to
do
anything
special
on
these
three.
A
So
that
I
mean
they
work
for
workhorses
over
there
as
well.
And
of
course,
that's
where
two-thirds
of
the
population
is.
D
C
Is
that
kept
separate
from
salary
yeah
so
on
the
elected
official
schedule
that
we
put
in
paper
and
break
it
out
for
every
kid
stipend,
so
heather
there's
a
separate
line
she's
getting
this
much
money
because
of
easier
to
print
that
okay
yeah,
because
then
payroll
it
showed
as
her
getting
a
cut
and
pay
oh
yeah.
So
I
tell.
A
E
C
A
Know
how
it
would
go
so
she
had,
I
believe,
at
the
time,
a
step
or
two
that
she
got
additional
money
for
performing
those
duties.
She
said
she
can't
do
it
all
anymore
and
keep
just
two
county
clerk
employees
right.
So
when
she
told
patty
that
patty
said
well,
you
know,
then,
that
money
comes
back
with
if
you're
not
going
to
do
those
duties.
The
money
comes
back
to
the
district
clerk's
office,
so.
A
Yeah-
and
I
appreciate
obviously
her
honesty
and
saying
I
can't
do
both
any
longer
patty's
office-
is
definitely
picked
up
over
there
because
of
the
passport
situation.
Obviously
the
courts
are
behind
so
but
chrissy
couldn't
do
it,
and
I
I'm
glad
she
was
honest
to
say
I
can't
do
my
job
100
either
way.
G
B
G
E
B
G
Afternoon,
thank
y'all
so
much
for
the
opportunity
to
speak
with
me
today.
I
know
y'all
are
probably
tired
of
me
because
you've
been
dealing
with
me
all
day
long,
but
I
hope
that
you
will
enjoy
my
little
presentation.
I
am
definitely
a
visual
learner,
so
that's
what
we're
going
to
do
today.
I
did
write
a
letter
like
you
mentioned.
I
hope
that
you
had
the
opportunity
to
read
it
and
if
you
haven't,
I
would
urge
you
to
please
read
it.
G
Okay.
I
really
want
you
all
to
know
what
our
office
does.
I'm
very
very
proud
of
my
office,
and
I
think
that
a
lot
of
people
in
the
county
don't
necessarily
know
what
our
office
does.
So
it
is
in
your
package,
our
office
duties.
We
prosecute
class
amd
misdemeanors
in
county
court,
county
court
law
as
well
as
all
of
the
jp
court.
G
We
also-
and
that
includes
filing
these
cases,
doing
intake
speaking
with
law
enforcement
offering
three
bargains.
This
is
what
we
do.
We
also
prosecute
juvenile
missionaries
and
felonies.
We
do
gel,
please
we
work
with
law
enforcement,
dps,
my
bellevue
beytown
barbers,
hill
parks
and
wildlife.
We
also
handle
all
of
the
public
information
for
the
entire
county,
so
public
information
requests
come
into
our
office.
We
send
that
request
to
the
other
department.
G
They
send
information
back
and
then
we
redact
or
ask
for
opinions
from
the
attorney
general.
We
also
do
ex
functions
and
hearings
for
those
we
do
bond
forfeiture
dockets
fisher's
court,
which
is
my
favorite.
Obviously,
a
contract
review
victims
options
class,
which
I'll
tell
you
all
about
in
a
second,
and
we
also
do
the
bridge
gaming
forensic
interviews.
This
is
a
very
broad
overview
of
what
we
do.
We
have
lots
of
tasks,
and
I
know
that
I'm
talking
really
fast,
but
I've
never
retired
with
me
already
today.
So
yeah.
B
C
So
everything
she
mentioned
that
comes,
I
came
all
through
county
court
for.
G
This
is
not
obviously
I'm
advocating
for
my
office
right
now,
but
we
don't
do
anything
by
ourselves.
I
do
not
leave
the
courtroom
without
making
the
judge's
staff
and
the
clerk,
because
that's
who
makes
it
run.
Okay,.
G
Changes
for
29
2021.,
obviously,
if
I'm
going
to
be
asking
for
salary
increases,
which
is
all
I'm
asking
for,
is
because
there
is
some
change,
I'm
looking
at
2019,
because
obviously
2020
was
such
a
weird
year
since
2019
we
have
had
a
100
increase
in
court
dates.
G
G
Everything
white
we're
in
office,
and
this
takes
everyone.
It's
not
just
possible
everybody,
so
we've
had
a
100
increase
in
cases.
We
have
also
added
a
new
court
like
the
judge,
sylvia
mission,
so
now
we're
practicing
in
an
additional
court
with
all
the
jp
courts
as
well.
As
you
know,
our
county
is
growing,
and
that
means
more
cases
so
we're
on
track
to
file
about
a
thousand
cases
this
year.
G
We're
also
working
double
time,
because
we
are
working
on
the
backlog
from
2020,
and
I
want
to
remind
you
that
we
are
doing
all
of
this.
With
the
same
amount
of
staff,
so
I
know
we
don't
want
to
be
worried
about
everything
that
we
do,
but
basically
this
is
a
list
of
all
of
it.
We
get
cases
from
law
enforcement.
G
We
make
charging
decisions,
we
meet
with
law
enforcement.
My
staff
creates
a
file
each
one
of
these
is
a
person.
This
is
a
whole
file.
There
is
media
in
here,
they're
they're
thick.
My
office
has
to
duplicate
every
single
one
of
these.
If
they
have
an
attorney
and
hand
that
over
each
one
of
these
represents
a
person
that
we
have
to
talk
to
or
an
attorney
that
we
have
to
talk
to
on.
G
We
have
five
to
eight
of
these,
so
in
those
days
that
you
see
in
red,
this
is
what
we're
doing
all
day
long
and
the
only
other
time
that
we
have
is
that
save
the
white
and
those
days
in
white,
we're
prepping
all
of
this
stuff
and
that's
just
for
dockets
for
county
club
and
county
court
of
law.
On
top
of
everything
else
that
we're
doing
I'm
very
proud
of
this
list
and
I'll,
let
y'all
look
at
it,
but
I'm
not
going
to
go
through
all
of
it,
because
I
think
you.
A
G
About
some
new
programs
that
we've
implemented
that,
I
think
are
very
good
for
the
county.
The
first
one
is
the
pre-trial
diversion
program.
G
G
They
still
have
to
follow
the
rules
for
a
certain
period
of
time
and
do
some
work,
but
it
is
beneficial
for
them
for
their
criminal
history.
This
keeps
people
out
of
jail.
While
previously,
I
it's
my
opinion
that
our
office
wanted
to
keep
people
in
the
jail.
Let
them
have
these
convictions.
G
G
Another
thing
I
want
to
talk
about,
and
I
brought
this
up
whenever
we
were
talking
about
bay
area
turning
point:
this
is
our
victims
options
class.
This
was
created
by
terry
rose
and
kayla
gonzalez
in
my
office,
but
all
my
prosecutors
and
support
staff
work
on
this.
This
is
something
that
they
came
up
with
completely
on
their
own.
They
do
this
outside
of
the
office.
They.
G
On
thursday
nights
every
single
month,
they
invite
women
and
men,
we've
had
men
as
well,
who
are
victims
of
domestic
violence,
crimes
who
come
to
our
court,
and
you
can
go
through
this
there's
a
ton
of
them.
We
we
have
domestic
violence
going
on
in
this
county
and
it's
bad,
and
these
women
have
taken
time
out
of
their
day
to
create
this
class
where
people
can
come
and
get
resources
and
learn
about
it
and
speak
with
us
and
then,
of
course,
we
work
with
their
turning
point
for
that
as
well.
G
I
want
to
talk
about
the
contributions
that
we
make
to
the
county,
all
of
our
fines
from
county
court
and
county
court
of
law,
with
the
exception
of
texas
parks
and
wildlife
cases.
All
of
those
fines
go
to
rhode
bridge,
that's
very,
very
important,
so
you
know
we
really
are
trying
to
focus
on
making
money
for
economy
as
it
is.
You
know
appropriate
for
each
case.
G
We
do
gel
please
so
when
someone's
over
in
the
gel,
and
they
can't
afford
to
bond
out,
we
coordinate
with
the
gel
so
that
we
can
go
ahead
and
get
a
gel
plate
and
get
them
out
again
saving
money.
You
know
we're
trying
to
give
people
second
chances
when
when
they
deserve
it
or
when
it's
appropriate
and
we
are
getting
tougher
sentences
on
serious
offenders
because
we
do
want
to
have
a
safe
community,
I
don't
like
people
driving
intoxicated
on
our
roads.
G
We
have
I-10,
very
big
and
if
you
ever
want
to
come
see
me
in
trial,
that's
just
she'll,
be
I
I'm
tough
on
people
who
who
drink
it
and
drive
with
us,
she's
nasty.
I
get
yes
in
a
very
nice
sweet
way
with
the
smell
yeah
yeah.
Do
it
at
home,
you
know,
and
then,
of
course
you
know
helping
victims
like
we've
talked
about,
we
work
with
bridgehaven,
which
is
a
place
that
works
with
children
who
have
been
sexually
assaulted.
B
G
G
These
are
some
of
the
hardest
working
women
I
have
ever
met
in
my
life
they
are
staying
after.
I
literally
have
to
go
in
and
turn
their
lights
off
to
make
them
leave.
Terry
rose,
especially
I'm
like
girlfriend
turn
your
light
off.
It's
time
to
go,
it's
5
30.,
they
work
so
hard.
G
G
The
requests
that
I
have
made
just
get
them
to
be
people
with
everyone
that
has
the
same
experience
and
the
same
job
description,
I'm
not
asking
for
above
and
beyond.
Although
I
would
love.
F
F
G
All
of
our
staff
is
doing
double
the
work
that
we
did
in
2019
and,
of
course,
across
the
offices
of
course,
but
you
know
I'm
here
to
advocate
for
my
my
people,
so
they're
doing
twice
the
work
plus
the
victims,
options
plus
the
pre-trial
diversion,
and
I
think
that
they
have
more
than
one
day,
we've
all
had
an
increase
in
duties.
So
that
is
everything
from
me.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
will
read
the
letter
that
I
wrote.
I
know
that
I'm
long-winded.
I
know
that
it
did
look
like
a
book.
A
G
And
I
think
that
our
office
is
very,
very
vital
to
the
county,
and
I
just
appreciate
the
time
to
be
able
to
tell
you
everything
that
our
office
does,
and
I
would
really
encourage
you
to
come
see
us
in
trial.
Come
come
to
our
office.
It's
freshly
painted,
which
is.
G
The
hall-
and
I
will
try
not
to
talk
this
much
with
me.
Okay,
you
all
have
any
questions
for
me.
C
C
B
In
your
folder,
it's
the
blue
tab.
The
only
reason
why
I
don't
but
yeah.
G
D
G
Right
now
we
are
providing
food
and
dessert
things
like
that
for
the
people
for
the
victims
who
come
and
we're
doing
that
just
out
of
pocket.
So
that's
why
I
asked
for
just
a
little
bit
of
sense
that
we
can
provide
food
to
those
victims
when
they
come
to
our
class,
but
everything
else
is
just
salary
increase
and
it's
simply
to
get
everyone
equal.

H
Thank
you
for
your
time,
I'm
asking
for
very
little.
E
C
Would
you
share
with
the
court
what
we
discussed
about
your
workload
and
your
office.
H
Yes,
so,
like
ashley
said,
we
have
added
an
additional
court,
so
we're
now
at
four
courts
and
that
county
court
at
law
is
busy.
C
F
H
I
am
in
the
courtroom,
I
should
be
in
the
courtroom.
I
also
okay,
I'm
sorry.
What
I
do
is
when
someone's
arrested
and
maybe
they
cannot
afford
their
bond
or
that,
if
they're
eligible
for
my
pre-trial
release
bond,
I
can
go,
get
them
out
of
jail
and
to
be
eligible.
It's
a
non-violent
low-level,
offense,
first-time
felony.
They
have
to
qualify,
they
have
to
be
eligible
for
my
bond,
so
I
get
them
out
of
jail
and
I
supervise
them
until
they
are
sentenced.
H
F
H
C
C
D
H
So
they
report
to
me-
and
this
also
helps
keep
up
with
most
of
the
time
when,
by
the
time
they
go
to
court,
they
don't
show
up,
they
can't
be
found.
Their
address
has
changed
many
times
the
stuff,
the
letters
the
county
clerk
sends
this
your
clerk.
They
don't
get
them,
so
I
keep
up
with
them
every
month.
I
make
sure
I
have
good
contact
information
and
I
make
sure
I
do
my
best
to
make
sure
they
show
up
to
court.
C
E
C
H
E
H
H
H
Also,
last
year
the
they
weren't
arresting
people.
They
were
for
low
level,
a
lot
of
possession
marijuana
charges.
They
were
writing
tickets.
Then
the
warrant
would
be
active.
It's
coming
active
now
when
people
show
up
to
county
court
at
law,
they
have
warrants
so
they're
being
booked
in
and
I'm
getting
more
cases.
I
mean
just
they're
arresting
people.
Now
I'm
not
successful.
H
H
E
H
E
B
H
Ahead,
I'm
sorry
I'd
also
like
to
mention
that
I'm
now
supervising
any
monitoring
devices.
That's
gps,
ankle,
monitor,
scram
ankle,
monitor
ignition
interlock,
which
is
the
major,
the
main
one
and
then
drug
patches.
So
when
the
jp's
core
orders
bond
conditions,
they
send
those
bond
conditions
to
me
and
I'm
monitoring
them
for
the
jps
and
then,
of
course,
for
the
district
judges
too,
and
county
judges
when
they
order
them.
Can
we.
E
H
D
C
H
H
H
And
he
sets
them
on
so
now
they
are
indicted.
They
go
to
judge
mcdonald's
court,
I'm
there
with
my
form
and
I
get
all
of
their
information,
because
now
I'm
monitoring
it
I'm
taking
it
from
judge
king
judge
crier's
quarter
and
I'm
monitoring
it
from
that
day
forward.
H
F
E
H
D
D
D
C
A
H
D
B
D
B
Anybody
else
it's
a
filtering
system,
it
helps
us
pick
up
pieces
or
she
kicks
them
up
from
all
that's
coming
in
because
there's
a
lot
as
you
know,
guys
it
does.
You
all
see
it
all
coming
into
y'all
to
be
tried.
We
have
them
in
the
jail
whatever
she
is.
The
filtering
system
and
her
job
to
me
is
very
important,
but
not
only
that
integrity
of
her
job.
D
B
D
H
H
So
also
can
I
just
since
we
started
in
november
2018
248
people
have
been
released
on
the
pre-charter
response,
gotten
out
of
jail
and.
H
Forty
dollars
a
day,
and
it
like
judge
mcdonald,
said
if
a
lot
of
cases,
if
they're
in
they
don't
qualify
for
my
pre-trial
release
bond
once
they're
in
over
90
days,
they
have
to
qualify.
So
this
is
convicted
felons.
This
is
you
know,
cases
that
may
not
normally.
F
H
H
H
D
E
B
B
E
C
C
D
D
D
D
D
C
Since
does
precinct,
one
is
new,
I'm
gonna
let
her
watch
the
others,
so
she
can
kind
of
get
the
you
get.
B
E
B
D
We
thank
you
for
the
time
for
our
meeting.
Let
me
get
over
here.
C
From
our
core,
you
can
see
my
numbers
and
what
we,
what
we
would
appreciate
simply
is.
B
D
C
B
E
C
Operation,
somebody
at
the
counter
and
going
to
the
drawer
and
pulling
the
chicken
out
trying
to
figure
it
all
out.
It's
not
about
that
anymore.
You
know
that
and
you
you
don't
stay
working
in
our
offices
for
any
of
our
offices.
Your
offices
are
official,
you
better
be
snacky.
Now
I
won't
include
myself
in
snappy
here.
C
Saying
what
we
offered
you
know
for
our
you
know
our
little
my
one-sixth
of
the
operation
of
the
jp
situation.
We
would
have
to
have
a
lot
more
help,
a
lot
more
time,
a
lot
more
era
and
all
that,
but
the
reporting
is
unbelievably,
in
my
opinion,
they'll
say
almost
first.
I
know
there
are
mistakes
made,
but
not
always
on
our
hat.
But
what
I'm
saying
to
you
is.
I
would
like
to
see
that
everybody's
turned
their
attitude
for
all
the
offices
in
this
county.
C
C
C
We
have
one
make
a
mistake
in
our
office
that
don't
they
don't
know
what
the
law
is
and
they
can
cause
somebody
superior
to
them
knowledge
to
spend
three
hours
trying
to
straighten
it
out
and
it's
not
really
their
fault
but
they're
big
we're
getting
trained
getting
trained,
especially
with
finn,
and
I
got
I
just
got
to
tell
you
I
I
I
call
one
of
my
boss,
because
she's
the
boss
right
in
her
office-
and
I
already
had
to
call
her
tammy-
was
flying
out
to
denton
for
a
meeting
and
we
already
had
well.
C
I
got
her
to
make
a
call
from
there
a
little
while
ago,
because
it
was
a
question
she'd
been
dealing
with
all
day
and
and
and
another
one
that
we
dealt
with
like
they
had
a
double
fatality
in
their
court
yesterday,
and
then
we
had
a
lady
that
died
in
the
apartment,
with
a
situation
you're
all
aware
of,
but
that
those
all
those
cases
they
as
you
well
know,
create
and
demand
professional
business
with
the
public,
the
media
calling
and
all
the
tv
stations
they
they
know
when
to
talk
and
when
not
to
talk,
and
what
I
would
like
to
ask
you
about
most
important,
for
me
is:
is
the
employees
the
models,
the
other
things
that
are
on
my
list?
C
As
you
can
see
on
there
the
auto
deal,
I
would
say
on
in
our
office,
I
was
given
4
600
last
year.
Aaron
knows
all
about
it.
In
my
budget
with
the
old
car,
I
got
it's
a
2012
car,
but
I
think
we
returned
2600.
C
We
didn't
use
out
of
that.
That
included
gas
tires
all
kind
of
things
that
went
wrong.
In
fact,
it
wouldn't
even
run
when
I
got
it,
they
parked
it
and
I
it
wouldn't
run
for
two
days
in
my
office,
but
I'm
not
complaining.
I'm
thankful
to
have
a
car.
What
I'm
saying
to
you
is,
though,
if
I
have
a
major
problem,
the
2500
for
12
months
just
won't
work.
It
won't
work,
we're
going
to
barely
make
it
if
we're
lucky.
C
C
But
you
see
on
mine
there,
what
we
ask
for
and
if
we
lose
a
transmission,
we
lost
a
radiator
the
other
day
we
had
to
order
it
from
chicago
for
my
car
because
it
wasn't
any
available
so,
but
we
got
the
radiator
in
my
car
and
that
that
shot
about
five
phillips,
gasoline
phillips
right
there,
so
I'm
I'm
getting
I'm
gonna,
I
may
make
it.
I'm
gonna
make
it
under
the
twenty
five
hundred
dollars
I'll
be
close,
and
that's
if
I
don't
lose
anything
big
again.
C
C
As
far
as
that
now
on
there,
I
don't
have
it.
Let
me
look
on
my
list
real
quick
and
I
want
to
bring
up
one
of
the
things
that
I'm
going
to
stop
talking.
I'm
glad
to
know
that
you
made
a
comment
already,
though,
that
you're
gonna
be
across
the
board
some
percentage
it
is.
That
is
correct.
C
The
juror
thing
are
you
all
aware
of?
What's
happened
to
the
jury's
now
in
our
budgets?
If
you
have
my
budget
laying
in
front
of
you,
I
don't
know
if
we
have
it
in
that
bank,
but
we
have
always
had
jury's
money,
that's
gone
because
it's
taken
in
for
y'all.
You
know
you've
approved
all
of
it,
but
you
know
we
thank
you
for
doing
this
because
it
takes
that
stress
off
our
people
when
we
have
court
and
we're
fixing
to
have
a
ton,
all
of
them
we're
all
going
to
have
200
jury
rights.
E
Because
they're
piled
up
now,
I
think
we
I'm
not
positive
about
this
number.
It's
255
and
I
think
it's
closer
to
300
now,
because
we
get
a
stack
of
losses
every
day
coming
in
on
ups
and
mail.
New
filings
and
all
we
do
is
wait
for
them
not
to
want
another
journey.
You
know,
but
they
do
so
we're
going
to
deal
with
that.
Now
what
you
set
up,
I
don't
need
to
go
into
all
the
mechanics
of
that,
but
it
is
really
great
because
all
we
do
now
is
send.
C
Them
an
email,
we
need
this
jury
group
or
this
number
of
jurors
on
this
day
they
take
care
of
everything.
Synonym
does
we're
not
doing
postage
all
that's
going
on.
It
gets
to
the
new
budget
for
that
that
operation,
however
y'all
are
doing
it,
but
that
money
is
going
off
our
budget.
So
we
don't.
We
can't
even
tap
into
it.
If
we
need
it
and
and
that's
okay,
I
I
I
think
it's
a
great
thing.
The
jury
system's
really
gonna
be
great
for
everybody.
C
E
C
G
C
A
That
the
statues
only
allowed
the
county
clerk,
I'm
the
local
registrar
for
birth
and
death
and
marriage,
and
it
only
allows
a
certain
amount
of
days
for
us
to
get
that
information
done,
and
we
appreciate
the
jp
offices
have
really
stepped
it
up
on
getting
that
as
soon
as
you
get
it,
because
we
are
the
ones
that
have
the
families
that
need
those
death
certificates.
C
C
C
C
B
And
by
the
way,
thank
you
for,
since
marina
is
out
these
two
weeks.
Thank
you
for
covering
the.
C
C
Exactly
kind
of
ditto
the
same
thing
as
judge
pryor,
asking
for
a
two-step
raise
for
my
clerks
autumn,
pool
maria
diaz
and
shelby
morgan
in
which,
as
you
just
heard,
you
know
joe
sylvia
speak
about
maria
maria
translates
from
my
court
judge,
sylvia's,
corporal
moreno's
out
and
she's
also
in
the
process
of
becoming
a
certified
court
translator.
C
So
we're
working
on
that
because
the
county
don't
have
one,
and
I
know
it's
somewhat
expensive.
If
you
have
to
have
one
come
in,
I
figure
hey
if
we've
got
one
on
staff,
be
perfect
and
so
she's
working
on
that
we
don't
have
enough
translators.
C
B
C
C
F
C
Up
it'll
be
there,
we
can
use
it
also
traveling
training
budget,
asking
for
an
extra
500
to
help
out
with
you
know,
price
sending
myself
sending
my
clerks
to
training.
C
I've
got
one
clerk,
that's
not
certified
right
now,
but
we're
working
on
that
my
other
two
clerks
they're,
both
certified
and
which
that's
what
I
I
push
hey.
You
know
you
want
to
excel,
get
certified
same
thing
in
law
enforcement.
You
know
you
go
to
their
steps,
so
I
push
the
same
thing
with
my
clerks.
Their
steps,
you
know,
get
certified.
C
D
C
But
also
judge
vandermeen
was
out
of
town
and
he
was
asking
for
the
same
exact
thing.
You
know
the
two
steps
for
his
clerks,
the
vehicle
maintenance
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
So
training
training,
yes,
okay,
I
think
most
of
the
judges
come
correct,
we're
all
asking
for
the
same
thing
as
for
that.
C
E
C
Yeah
guarantee
you
I'll
show
you
some
chairs
no,
but
I
I'll
I'll
also
throw
in
this
right
here
and
I'm
glad
he's
sitting
in
here
and
he
can
vouch
for
me
if
it.
If
it
comes
to
saving
some
money,
I
can.
I
can
save
some
money.
You
can
ask
george,
you
know
I've
I've
fitted
out
four
complete
offices
and
less
than
five
thousand
dollars,
so
I
think
that
was
very
awesome.
Wow.
Thank
you.
David
people.
B
Appreciate
y'all's
time,
and
certainly
a
huge
honor
to
serve
this
accounting,
this
community,
and
really
the
only
thing
to
add
to
what
the
other
judges
have
already
said,
is
the
increase
in
part
time
salary.
We
were
real
fortunate.
This
year
we
really
didn't
have
any.
You
know
long-term
absences
where
we
really
were
in
the
clients.
We
didn't
use
a
whole
lot
of
part-time
budget,
but
we
do
need
to
bring
somebody
in
and
train
them
in
the
day-to-day
activities.
B
So
if
and
when
we
do
have
some
issues
with
recovery
and
as
as
the
west
side
continues
to,
the
population
continues
to
boom,
we're
the
only
with
only
jake
equipment,
then
that
three
clerks
already,
and
so
the
ladies
have
done
a
fantastic
job
staying
on
top
of
it.
You
know,
but
bringing
in
some
part-time
help.
Two
three
times
a
week
going
forward,
it's
gonna
be
really
important
for
our
office
to
maintain
the
increased.
C
D
C
The
inflation
is
going
up,
I
guess
faster
than
what
we
can
keep
up
with,
but
the
main
thing
I
want
to
add
to
with
the
clerks
is,
I
think
we
were
looking
at
above
and
beyond.
If
there.
D
D
Everything
gets
deferred
there
and
then
lots
of
times
the
judge
you
know
or
clerk
it's
it's
something
that
they
don't
necessarily
deal
with
directly
but
have
to
be
courteous
these
people,
because
those
clerks
are
representing
you
too,
in
your
constituents
that
elect
you.
We
have
to
have
good
common
competent
people
that
can
be
patient
with
these
folks,
because
you
get
some
really.
D
D
D
C
G
D
G
And
other
events
that
happen
in
there,
so
they
do
have
to
be
moved
and
out
of
the
way,
and
I
think
that
we
can
kind
of
work
around
that
situation,
but
they
are
literally
metal
bowling,
chairs
chambers
county.
On
the
back,
and
I
mean
not
long
ago,
they
had
a
meeting
in
there
and
you
had
tech
stock
and
you
had
water
and
it's
just
like
a
picture,
and
it's
just.
C
H
Whatever
we
can
do
and
that's
it,
that's
all
what
happened.
Did
you
put
that
in.
D
C
F
G
A
G
F
C
G
C
C
H
D
C
I
told
you
a
little
tammy's
on
the
green
are
already
there
now.
That's
type
of
statement
us
here
as
far
as
our
budget
she's
on
the
committee
and
she's
up
there
and
that
didn't
and
they
called
her
and
then
he
wanted
to
drive
while
ago
she
went
there
what
parked
her
car
and
they
they
were
going
to
pick
her
up
in
dallas
to
take
her
out
then.
But
I
want
you
to
understand.
C
C
Everything
is
on
the
screens
in
our
office
on
the
computer,
for
all
our
webinars
and
good
and
hard
I've
done
over
a
hundred
hours
that
I've
I'm
talking
about
a
little
meat
which
is.
C
C
My
little
corner
I've
got
several
webinars
done
without
spending
a
nickel
worth
of
gas
or
gold
meals
on
anything.
So
I
just
wanted
to
make
sure
you
were.
E
C
Thank
you
for
your
time.
We
really
really
appreciate
that.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Anybody
else
anything
jp
one
other
thing
I
was
going
to
bring
up
and
I
think
it
was
in
the
maintenance
budget
about.
I
talked
with
maintenance
about
getting
our
building
painted
and
changed
the
name
of
it,
because
it's
not
a
community
building
anymore.
It's
you
know
preaching
five
justice
center
and
that's
what
I
told
us.
That's
what
we
could
call
it
that
if
you
know
approved
but
just
trying
to,
we
got
a
brand
new
fire
station
there
and
it
looks
nice
yeah.
B
D
C
B
One
more
word
about
translators.
I
know
y'all
mentioned
translation,
I'm
not
certain.
When
we
have
an
only
spanish-speaking
person,
that's
been
arrested
and
we
have
a
trustee
coming
to
be
the
translator.
I'm
not
100
sure
we're
in
compliance
with
what
the
laws
say
that
we
need
to
do.
I
think
we're
supposed
to
have
probably.
F
C
A
C
Door
if
it's
unlocked
there,
some
salary
increases
both
on
secretary
and
yps
secretary,
just
one
because
of
no
increases
past
five
years
and
added
job
duties
and
there's.
I
don't
have
a
list
of
the
labor
increases
of
the
people
that
I
asked
for,
but
several
of
those
are
or
actually
everyone
that
I
ask
for
is
way
below
what
the
new
people
are
coming
in
at
that
we're
hiring
they're
below
that
dollar
amount
that
we're
hiring
in
new
hill
and
that
that
was
about.
C
C
The
2000
was
the
the
wifi
so2
with
we
added
ranch.
Radio,
and
I
said
it's
been
like
a
five
year
without
a
barrett
race,
the
parks
secretary
has
taken
on
extra
duties
as
well.
C
C
Mainly
the
capital
was
our
stag
lawn
mowers.
That
was
four
of
them,
because
I
didn't
receive
any
in
2021.
C
C
C
A
big
portion
of
it
is
is
a
lot
of
what
we
have
still
in
fleet
is
gas,
the
heavy
trailers
and
the
heavy
equipment
that
we're
pulling
they're
just
really
not
enough
to
really
get
done.
What
we
need
to
get
done
without
tearing
them
up.
C
C
The
tool
bed
box
would
be
for
the
bathroom
truck.
That's
granted
it's
one
of
the
decks
pull
out
drawers
where
she's
not
having
to
reach
over
the
side
of
the
truck
with
actual
drawers
to
pull
out.
That
was
right
at
two
grand.
Whenever
I
had
it.
C
The
airports
we
I
know
that
the
airport
manager
is
working
on
trying
to
get
some
of
the
airports
taken
over
for
pay,
but
at
the
time
we're
almost
four
or
five
days
just
mowing
each
airport.
Besides
the
landfill
and
the
batwing
modern
cutter
that
we
have,
we
put
quite
a
bit
of
money
into
it
and
still
got
a
vibration,
actually
created
a
ten
thousand
dollar
repair.
On
the
john
deere
tractor
that
we
have
broke
the
pto
shaft
off
getting
the
tractor,
so
I'm
trying
to
run
two
batwings.
C
Because
he's
kind
of
talking
about
some
new
compliances
that
he's
having
to
meet
so
his
areas,
I
guess
that
he
has
not
put
trash
on
those
have
to
be
mode.
I
don't
know
if
you
can
let
those
grow
to
where
they
could
cut.
Would
you
mention
anytime,
because
if
we
do,
we
could
add
that
to
the
airport?
That
would
be.
I
mean,
I
said
that
would
be
good
because
it
takes
us
over
a
week
with
a
15
foot
back
wing
just
to
mow
the
lantern
and
to
keep
them
in
compliance
and.
C
C
Next
is
I'm
going
to
start
out
with?
I
call
it.
The
smart
60
by
40
tractor
shed,
but
I'm
asking
for
the
same
thing
at
white's
park
for
youth
project,
show
storage
right
now
we
have
everything
that
we
use
to
run.
The
youth
project
show
crammed
into
two
eight
by
forty
contexts,
and
it
literally
is
from
florida
and
wall
to
wall,
and
if
we
kind
of
get
something
out,
we
gotta
dig
half
of
what
we
don't
need
out
of
the
to
get
it
to
get
to
what
we
do
need.
So
did
you
did.
C
C
And
we
know
for
the
most
part
if
it's
a
park
or
a
county
building,
we
mow
that
with
our
stash.
It
looks
a
lot
better
yeah,
I'm
just
thinking
some
of
these
could
be
paid
for
out
of
hotel
mode.
Do
you
think.
C
C
E
E
Post
your
part-time
help
in
the
summertime
most
of
our
well.
I.
C
C
I
think
that
I'm
fixed.
Well,
I
don't
think
I
know
I'm
fixing
to
have
one
more
retire,
but
I
think
he
wants
to
come
back
as
part-time
as
well.
That's
good
turn
back
dude.
These
guys.
You
know
I'm
trying
to
keep
because
they're
dying.
Now
you
don't
have
anybody
that
cares
about
our
property
like
they
do,
but
I
know
I
have
one
for
sure.
C
I
think
I'm
gonna
have
two
and
then
probably
by
the
end
of
next
year,
I'll
have
another,
but
I
kind
of
up
my
part-time
salary,
because
of
that,
if
I
can
get
him
back,
that's
why
I
asked
for
the
part-time
bump,
I'm
not
for
sure
10
000
is
enough,
but
that's
why
I
asked
for
that.
I
knew
we
do
have
a
part-time
budget,
but
I
wanted
to
add
to
it
just
to
make
sure
that
if
I
did
get
that
out
back
that,
I
don't
have
a
little
bit
of
money.
C
C
The
sun,
you
know,
does
a
lot
of
damage
more
than
what
we
know,
but
also
to
try
to
create
some
more
storage
for
just
some
of
the
lawn
mowers,
because
we
use
our
main
shed
now
to
make
our
own
repairs
and
with
everything
that's
in
there.
We
don't
have
much
room
to
make
those
repairs.
C
So
if
I
can
get
some
of
this
stuff
put
into
another
shed,
then
that
will
create
a
little
bit
more
room
for
us
to
work
on
some
trucks
and
trailers
inside
the
shop
without
having
to
leave
equipment
outside,
because
some
of
these
repairs
take
more
than
a
day
two
days
three
days.
A
lot
of
requires
welding.
F
C
And
that
about
covers
everything
that
you
have
on
the
list
here,
there's
a
few
things
that,
like
I
said
I
added
beyond
that
one
was,
I
believe,
ten
thousand
dollars
for
mccullum
park.
We
have
the
the
rock
shell
road
that
goes
down
below
the
hill
for
your
kayak
people
when
you're
fishing
people
to
get
down.
C
C
E
E
E
C
C
And
then
also
the
need
for
some
better
way
safer
way
for
those
people
that
do
launch
kayaks
at
mcconnell
park
to
get
across
those
rocks.
So
thinking
something
like
what
we
put
in
done
by
them.
D
C
Actually,
quite
a
few
people
that
kayaking
yeah-
that's
that's
kind
of
rough
right
there
at
the
bottom
and
I
do
it
and
it's
it'd
probably
be
a
little
bit
different
type
project.
I
tried
to
get
crawley
just
kind
of
shoot
me
a
number
and
I
hadn't
gotten.
I
hadn't
heard
anything
back
from
them,
but
I
think
in
18
I
think.
Actually
I
think
it
was
19..
C
We
spent
30
000
on
the
kayak
launch
at
double
battle,
so
this
would
require
probably
some
concrete
work
concreting
over
the
bull
rock
bulkhead
and
then
down
to
a
floating
dock.
So
I
without
a
number
I
just
kind
of
bumped
it
out
of
50
000,
just
to
make
sure
that
we
would
have
enough
to
cover
the
project.
C
No
there's
definitely
crayons
for
water,
access
for
boat
launches
and
kayaks
and
parks
and
wildlife
has
yeah.
So
we
need
to
make
sure
that
sam's
aware
she
might
have
yeah
she's
working
on
grants
for
both
sites.
So
when
I
talked
to
billy
billy
and
I
went
and
looked
at
mcconnell
park
and
discussed
it
and
he
was
a
little
bit
preoccupied
with
road
projects,
so
I
told
him
I
would
kind
of
follow
up
on
that
and
then
I
got
with
kurt
so.
C
B
B
C
E
D
C
So
if
anybody
can
get
it,
sam
will
figure
out
how
to
get
it
she's
good
machine,
so
she
yeah
she's
all
over.
We
can't
apply
for
grant
until
I
think
january
january
february,
but
she's.
C
C
E
C
E
C
Well
see
what
you
can
get
together
more
specific
before
you
end
up,
obviously
known
craftsman
to
shoot
back
a
solid
number,
but
I
have
been
in
contact
with
them.
So
I
know
it's
been
talked
about
for
several
years.
So
if
we're
gonna
do
it,
if
I
need.
C
The
bottom
structure,
I
think,
is
in
good
shape.
It's
just
the
top.
You
know
once
again:
sun
weather
everything.
F
C
And
both
boat
launches
are
brand
new.
They
crawley's
just
got
to
redo
it.
The
pier
was
the
last
project
I
believe
that
was
finished
up
in
19.
A
Rating
for
the
floor,
don't
you
check
it.
C
Problem
that
we
have
down
there
is
the
lights
and
people
not
knowing
how
to
throw
a
lure
they
bust
those
lenses
out
all
the
time
I
hadn't
been
done.
They're
fishing,
a
problem-
so
that's
one
constant
repeat
that
we
do
have
is
fishing
poles,
smacking
the
lenses
on
the
lights
and
busting
the
lights
out?
If
it's
not
vandalism,
which
is
a
big
problem
everywhere,.
E
Hearing
questions
for
you
in
looking
at
parks
totals
here,
and
I
realize
it
doesn't
include
including
the
later
increases,
but.
C
It
looks
like
an
eight
hundred
thousand
dollars
decrease
last
year.
There
was
this,
you
know
the
baseball
fields,
we
boasted
a
million
dollars
for
before.
C
C
C
That's
a
huge
playground,
that's
like
winnings!
It's
the
foreign
place,
mulch
that
you
don't
have
to
replace.
Just.
I
think
I
just
spent
ten
thousand
dollars
actually
coming
up
on
mulch
to
get
all
of
our
playgrounds
back
up
to
just
enough.
Basically,
hugo
is
out.
Gregory
is
out.
Smith
point
is
all
out
of
mulch,
so
we
we
just
spent
10
grand
just
on
months
alone
for
four
parks
alone,
and
one
of
those
has
only
been
four
years
since
we
filled
it
with
mulch.
B
Have
we
got
anything
budgeted
for
next
year
so
far
out
of
hotel
motel?
So
we
can
look
at
some
of
this.
That's
a
big.
C
C
E
C
E
C
E
I
don't
care,
I
won't
fart,
hey
we're
gonna
utilize,
it
no
mccullough
park's
nice
park.
Yeah.
We
can't
it.
It.
D
E
E
C
C
E
Yeah,
you
know
because
actually
that's
a
very
good
location,
I'm
not
convinced
being
on
the
moving
everything
to
that
other
land.
First
of
all,
with
60
acres
and
you
put
the
ball
fields
on
those
ball
fields
take
up
a
whole
lot
of
land.
Then
you
got
the
community
and
you
got
all
the
parking
stuff
that
goes
with
it.
E
C
C
D
C
F
C
E
C
You
we
sold
it
so,
but
we
found
out
and
we
stopped.
Let's
say
we
were
trying
to
earbuds
some
money
for
parks
right
now,
yeah
some
questions:
why
do
you
have
a
dozer
in
your
fleet?
C
Well,
we
had
a
lot
of
dozer
work
to
do
and
we're
still
have
more
to
do
and
the
the
cost
of
the
rent
what
we
were
paying
for
one
we
were
going
to
come
close
to
paying
for
over
half
of
it
and
what
we
needed
to
do.
You.
F
C
C
Wasn't
on
us,
but
we
did
it,
but
whenever
they
added
on
to
the
cove
fire
department,
when
they
dug
all
that
out
from
the
first
building
and
then
the
spoils
left
from
the
second
portion
of
the
building,
we
took
care
of
all
that
dirt
work
for
them.
I
think
it
was
supposed
to
be
hauled
off
by
the
contractor,
but
anyway
we
used
a
dozer
for
that
at
beach
city.
C
There
was
some
spoils
put
in
the
back.
I
don't
know
exactly
where
they
come
from,
but
they
came
from
cutting.
C
Were
piled
up
in
the
back
we've
utilized
the
dozer
to
do
all
of
that,
their
work
so
in
rural
and.
C
D
C
D
Another
piece
of
equipment-
that's
more
efficient,
that
we
can
mow
that,
like.
C
We
can
get
down
the
hill,
we
utilize
the
15
foot
back
lane
depending
on
the
ground,
because
the
tires
right,
but
we
do
run
the
15
foot
all
the
way
down
levy
on
the
point
on
the
sides
and
back
coming
back
up
the
only
thing
that
your
skags
mow
is
the
park
up
top
and
then
they
mow,
of
course,
around
the
boat
ramp,
where
it's
level
ground,
but
they'll
all
make
their
pass
to
go.
They
you
know
line
up
behind
each
other
and
they
make
four
or
five
lawnmower
wide
going
down.
C
C
E
F
E
A
lot
of
new
drainage
right
away
stuff
and
we've
got
road
bridge
doing
that
now,
yes,
but
I'm
not
so
sure
it
shouldn't.
C
C
E
C
C
We
do
use
that
15
foot
more
now,
any
more
than
just
the
lawn
just
bother
making
a
trip
down
there
to
groom
the
nice
grass
and
then
they
make
their
pass
out.
So
at
least
besides
the
road
garbage
and
they're
not
just
making
a
wasted
trip
down
there,
but
we
do
utilize
that
batwing
as
much
as
possible
use
six
foot
cutter
irish
bags
are
61.
