A
B
Tamar
we
thank
you
for
this
day
and
all
these
people
that
are
working
very
hard
and
those
in
the
community
that
are
doing
their
part
to
help
us
all
and
we
pray
that
you
give
this
body
of
decision
makers
and
leaders
today
the
right
words
to
say
the
right
decisions
to
make
and
we
pray
that
you
be
with
everyone
and
continue
to
to
help
us
work
together
and
to
beat
the
pandemic
that
is
currently
causing
such
a
global
issue.
For
all
of
us.
In
Jesus.
C
C
The
judge
has
his
orders
out,
I'm
sure
you're,
familiar
with,
and
in
conjunction
with,
what's
coming
down
from
the
state,
we've
tried,
I've,
tried
and
and
reported
to
keep
up
I'm
on
a
phone
call,
every
Monday
and
Thursday
with
the
local
health
authorities
from
the
region,
including
Harris
and
fourth
Bend,
just
all
the
all
the
region,
five
six
counties
most
of
them
are
on
there
kind
of
a
private
call
to
talk
about.
What's
going
on
and
trying
to
kind
of
keep
up
with
what
the
other
jurisdictions
are
doing.
C
You
know
keeping
in
mind,
we
don't
have
eight
or
ten
million
people
in
our
county,
but
trying
to
keep
up
and
I've
been
keeping
the
judge
in
the
Health
Department
apprised
of
what's
going
on
there.
As
far
as
testing
goes,
we
have
conducted
a
couple
of
mass
testings
week
or
ten
days
ago,
where
we
tested
about
900
people,
eight
hundred
and
something
people
in
East,
part
of
the
county.
I'm
sorry
West,
part
of
the
well
east
part
of
the
county,
and
we
had
a.
We
had
a
pretty
high
positivity
rate
in
that
now
that
included.
C
Don't
I,
don't
know
that
it's
a
different
virus.
There's
research
out
there
saying
that
it's
mutated
a
little
bit.
What
this
virus
does
is
when
it
mutates
it
essentially
doesn't
get
more
deadly.
It
mutates
to
get
more
contagious
to
spread
itself
more
and
I.
Think
there's
some
of
that
going
on
and
that's
supported
by
that's
supported
by
research
and
done
in
both
here
and
in
Europe.
C
We
have
also
worked
closely
with
our
community
partners
to
provide
testing
for
the
citizens
of
Chambers
County,
including
the
hospitals,
doctors,
office,
private
practices.
Urgent
Care
is
freestanding
emergency
rooms,
as
we
have
from
the
start,
they're
beginning
to
get
a
little
bit
overloaded,
but
I
think
we're
still
able
to
provide
tests
to
those
that
need
it
or
want
it
in
Chambers
County
for
the
most
part.
C
You
know
the
other
issue.
That's
starting
to
come
up
is:
is
school
openings
in
our
school
districts,
I
know
the
districts
and
the
superintendent's
and
the
school
boards,
and
the
teachers
and
the
parent
are
all
working
hard
to
put
a
plan
together
for
that
and
they're
doing
that
under
guidance
from
the
te,
a
and
and
we're
trying
to
help
them
formulate
plans.
I
think
Winnie
has
got
a
pretty
good
plan
in
place.
I'm
not
sure
at
this
point.
C
What
Barbara,
Hills
barbers
Hill
is
doing,
but
I
think
they're
working
hard
to
craft,
something
that's
going
to
provide
when
I
say
they
I
mean
all
the
districts
are
working
hard
to
craft,
something
that's
going
to
provide
a
safe
environment
for
the
kids
and
teachers
and
an
alternative,
possibly
environment
like
online
or
virtual
classrooms.
For
those
that
are
sick
or
in
case
there's
parents
that
don't
want
to
send
their
kids
or
in
case
you
know,
classes
or
parts
of
the
school
or
the
whole
school
has
to
get
shut
down
due
to
the
spread.
C
This
virus
is
not
as
serious
in
kids
as
it
is
in
adults.
It's
not
bright.
It's
not
spread
by
kids
as
much
as
it
is
by
adults.
So
that's
that's
a
good
thing,
but
we're
looking
at
that
coming
up
and
trying
to
help
everybody
formulate
a
plan.
I
think
everybody
in
in
the
counties
working
real
hard
to
do
that.
I
know.
I've
talked
to
mr.
Poole
and
and
seen
seen
the
plan
from
winning,
and
it
looks
good
on
a
medical
front
more.
As
far
as
we
move
forward,
I
mean
they're
still
working
on
treatments.
C
I
know
we
even
we've
even
had
some
transfer
first
to
Bayside
from
Easton
they're
looking
to
send
people
out
of
houston
into
the
surrounding
counties.
To
some
extent,
EMS
has
taken
measures
to
protect
their
own
and
to
try
to
cut
down
on
wait
times.
I
mean
the
you
know.
The
total
call
time
for
EMS
has
skyrocketed
in
the
last
couple
of
weeks
from
you
know,
an
hour
hour
and
a
half
two
hours
to
four
hours
or
more
by
the
time
they
pick.
C
Somebody
up
til
the
time
they
get
them,
where
they're
going
if
they're
really
sick.
Due
to
the
congestion,
the
ers
I've
been
on
the
phone
with
doctor
from
Baylor,
who
has
been
the
vaccines,
are
for
several
administrations
in
Washington
and
he's
a
very
smart
guy,
and
he
says
if
they're
able
to
develop
a
vaccine,
it
probably
won't
be
out
until
mid
to
late
2021,
so
I
think
it's
unrealistic
to
think
that
we're
going
to
get
any
help
from
a
vaccine
anytime
soon
what
else
Mary
Beth
I'm
trying
to
think
of
what
else
I
wanted
to?
C
Let
let
the
court
know
the
Health
Department
is,
is,
is
working
long
hours
and
very
hard
to
maintain
the
level
of
the
level
of
attention
to
this
problem
that
we've
been
able
to
provide
up
until
this
huge
surge
and
I
think
I
think
we're
staying
we're
staying
up
with
the
number
of
cases.
It's
a
it's
a
daunting
task.
When
you
get
that
many
cases
every
day
to
do
the
contract
tracing
an
epidemiological
investigation.
C
Just
it's
just
the
numbers,
but
we've
got
help
and
I
think
Marybeth.
The
rest
of
staff
have
really
stayed
on
top
of
that
and
and
I'm
very
I
think
we're
ahead
of
the
game,
even
with
the
attention
to
detail
that
we're
still
providing
even
ahead
of
some
of
the
bigger
jurisdictions
in
the
region
and
I
wanted
to
be
sure
and
mention
that
we've
got
an
amazing
health
department
and
we're
working
hard,
I
think
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
turn
it
over
to
Mary
Beth
now
I'll
be
available
for
any
questions.
D
Good
morning,
so
I'll
start
out
with
a
thanks.
Dr.
Brown
400
just
send
me
your
checking
account
number
and
I'll
put
that
quick
payment
in
there
for
that
shout
out
so
the
health
department.
We
appreciate
it
and
I
also,
second,
that
I
know
everyone's
worked
really
hard
around
here,
and
we
have
gotten
some
extra
help
in
the
last
week
or
so
to
help
us
get
caught
up
with
some
of
those
cases.
D
Heller,
stat
and
Dave
Gruber
have
said
that
the
best
way
we
can
contain
the
spread
of
disease
in
our
county
and
in
the
state
of
Texas
specifically,
is
to
be
able
to
do
those
epic
investigations
contact
trace
those
cases
to
be
able
to
better
contain
the
spread
of
disease
in
Chambers
County
and
with
our
close
proximity
to
here
nurse
County
and
the
city
Houston
and
the
more
urban
areas.
We
know
that
we
need
to
just
get
a
jump
on
these
cases
that
what
I'll
do
first
is
just
kind
of
touch
on
our
case
counts.
D
We
did
not
report
over
the
weekend
and
we've
kind
of
changed
our
reporting
system
to
start
reporting
daily
at
10:00
a.m.
what
happens.
Is
that
a
lot
of
the
local
health
care
facilities
they
report
to
us,
starting
like
at
3:00
and
4:00
in
the
evening,
and
so
what
happens?
Isn't
it
delays
us
and
we've
kind
of
made
a
commitment
to
try
to
get
that
information
out
to
the
public,
and
so
it
kind
of
delays
us
in
the
evening
time
and
on
top
of
RT
already
a
caseload,
and
so
it
just
kind
of
burdens
us.
D
Maybe
that
we
do
have
to
do
an
investigation
on
those
and
the
first
one
is
a
male
in
the
7280
age
range.
The
second
one
is
another
male
in
the
6270
age
range
and
the
third
one
is
a
female
in
the
6270
age
range
a
female
and
they
all
three
did
have
underlying
health
conditions
and
I
will
kind
of
echo
what
dr.
Brown
said
about
hospitalization
in
the
hospital,
and
it
is
more
difficult.
D
If
what
that
calls
is,
if
it's
politics
or
what's
the
inner
workings
of
it
is
and
but
I
can
tell
you
that
it's
not
true
as
far
as
how
it
is
to
get
a
patient
into
a
hospital,
it's
not
as
easy
as
sometimes
they
make
it
seem,
and
so
for
other
reasons
other
than
Co
vid,
whether
it's
a
surgery
or
a
gallbladder
or
a
car
accident
or
a
stroke
or
a
heart
attack.
D
We
need
beds
every
day
and
365
days
a
year,
seven
days
a
week,
so
you
know
we
were
allowing
the
Medical
Center
for
our
patients,
and
so
you
know
we're
transform
patients
actually
all
over
Texas
for
for
a
bed
right
now
we
have
had
since
Texas
started
reopening
in
May.
We
have
had
a
twenty-three
hundred
percent
increase
in
our
active
case
count
so
that
just
kind
of
gives
you
a
good
picture
of
our
numbers.
May
the
first
we
had
42
total
cases
in
Chambers
County,
with
only
nine
active
cases.
D
D
D
Let
me
see
what
else
I
have
written
down.
I
think
that's
about
it.
I
think
dr.
Brown
covered
a
lot
of
it.
I
know
he's
in
tune
with
the
region
and
gives
us
good
insight
on
what's
going
on
with
our
region,
because
we
depend
on
that,
and
the
case
counts
in
the
region
are
going
up
and
that's
kind
of
indicative
of
what's
going
on
here
locally
as
well,
we're
always
here
and
happy
to
answer
questions
and
from
you
guys,
as
well
as
the
people
in
the
community,
because
we
want.
D
A
E
A
E
Gloria
Romer,
with
a
Seabreeze
beacon,
kudos
to
engineer
Cory
Taylor,
his
Facebook
page
Chambers,
County,
Road
and
bridge
provides
up-to-date
information
on
the
projects
and
construction
sites
of
the
county.
It
is
information
the
Seabreeze
beacon
publishes
his
post
on
our
Facebook.
We
can
update
our
followers
as
well
good
job
and
thank
you
good.
A
E
A
B
So
we
drafted
a
redecorate,
your
consideration,
the
one
that
was
approved
back
around
the
march
17.
It
had
some
old
information
in
it.
It
had
some
had
a
curfew
in
it.
It
had
also
some
emergency
measures
about
groups
that
senators
around
50
persons,
and
all
of
this
was
before
the
governor's
current
guidance
came
out,
so
I
was
recommending
that
a
revision
be
made
or
a
renewed
declaration
that
left
the
emergency
protective
measures
out
that
way,
the
disaster
declaration
will
be
separate
from
any
future
emergency
protective
measures.
G
B
G
A
H
B
A
F
A
I
A
I
Okay,
so
the
chamber
CMS,
updates
apologize
about
last
month.
It
was
left
off
the
agenda,
not
a
mistake
on
my
part,
Lawrence
Park
sighting,
give
you
all
the
update
for
the
month
of
May,
but
I
did
include
the
numbers
in
there
for
me
and
for
two
numbers.
As
of
the
seventh,
we
can
be
a
mess,
our
call
volumes
up
27%
compared
to
what
it
was
in
April
in
May,
which
is
what
we
anticipated
after
the
total
bid.
19
started.
I
People
were
less
likely
to
call
911
less
likely
to
go
to
hospital
we're
starting
to
see
that
increase.
Now,
we're
also
seeing
a
significant
increase
due
to
construction
on
3180,
the
1409
project
and
all
that
construction.
That's
right
there
on
ice
and
they'll
help
you
a
couple
of
things.
We
did
to
a
result
that
is
one
any
type
of
motor
vehicle
accidents
along
life
and
anywhere
between
five
sixty
five
and
Holle
99.
We've
got
with
emergency
service
director
regional
ml,
Bellevue
anytime.
I
There's
a
call
that
jobs
in
that
area,
where
auto,
basically
just
matching
both
now
Bellevue
EMS
and
Fire,
as
well
as
Chambers
County,
EMS
and
Co,
volunteer
fire
department
and
we're
doing
that
because
of
the
construction
in
the
access
Mike.
We
had
a
wreck
yesterday
that
was
on
I-10
just
west
of
highway
99.
Now
Bellevue
has
much
easier
access
to
that,
but
it
was
technically.
You
know
our
territory.
I
They
made
it
on,
say
in
about
three
minutes
to
took
our
guys
almost
12
minutes
to
get
there
so
we're
doing
it
that
way
to
alleviate
any
confusion,
and
also
that
way
we
make
sure
if
we
brought
in
the
best
care
to
the
citizens
of
Chambers
County.
The
other
thing
we've
done
because
of
the
hospital
overages
and
the
shortage
of
beds
and
the
expense
the
patients
that
are
being
held
in
ers
across
the
region
fit
awaiting
for
beds
upstairs
is
with
the
help
of
dr.
Brown,
with
the
help
of
many
best
dr.
Redmund
dr.
I
Chavez,
far
we've
initiated
alternative
destination
protocol
Kenny.
What
that
means
is
that
we
just
put
into
place
on
Friday
I,
don't
know
what
in
effect
Monday
morning.
Basically,
what
that
is
is
a
so
many
standalone,
yarks
there's
a
facility,
that's
on
the
LA,
eight
just
just
south
of
highway
90,
it's
an
ACA
which
is
a
large
hospital
provider,
so
the
standalone
facilities
they're
connected
to
a
natural
hospital
like
AC
8
first
Choi,
has
also
wanted
met
this
woman's
down
in
Pearland.
I
I
Yesterday,
all
four
of
our
med
units
going
all
at
the
same
time,
because
they're
waiting
at
the
hospital,
we
had
a
role
to
call
one
amount
above
the
old
one
to
Winnie,
but
we
also
work
with
them
on
that
as
well
and
they're,
providing
some
additional
staffing
as
well
help
with
the
overflow
all
three
services.
At
the
same
time,
and
that's
about
the
update
and
I
can
answer
any
questions
with
you
guys.
My
am.
I
I
So
we
did
the
billing
process
setup.
We
have
our
NPI
number
through
also
have
a
Medicare
license
number
we're
working
on
the
Medicaid
license
number.
We
should
start
collecting
on
Medicare
revenue
from
the
last
90
to
120
days
within
the
next
30
to
60
days,
and
we
should
start
starting
to
see
some
that
revenue
coming
in.
Currently
we
have
spring
hundred
in
sixty
seven
thousand
dollars
in
billing.
When
you
thinking
consideration,
contract
mouth,
we
think
Federation
contract
amounts
for
Medicare
contract
or
contextual
rates.
I
I
Extensively
and
currently
from
what
we
can
gather
what
they
consider
normal
job
duties
for
EMS
and
sheriff's
office
and
police
department
and
bid
nineteen
and
most
of
the
stuff
that
they're
doing
has
just
considered
normal
volume.
So
it's
not
really
going
to
be
reimbursed.
Look
at
nineteen
now
we
are
doing
214
in
diesel
emission.
We
actually
transport
known
as
invitations
or
suspected
of
invasion.
So
we
can
try
and
work
on
the
reimbursement
or
in
the
background,
but
we
can
literally
only
be
reimbursed
for
those
calls.
I
Because
one
of
the
dissipated
we
have
also
is
because
we
were
not
his
license
agency,
the
state
would
make
their
make
their
license
prior
to
January
1st
of
2020.
We
don't
qualify
as
an
EMS
organization
for
some
of
the
additional
care
spending
that's
available
because
we
didn't
have
a
Medicare
license.
An
NPI
number
prior
to
January
1st
of
2020
and
the
cutoff
date
was
December
31st
2019,
so
winning
qualified
for
some
of
those
as
well
better
use,
and
they
did
get
some
additional
funding
from
the
care
exact
CMS,
but
Chambers
County
investors.
B
I
Have
done
the
same
thing
that
for
the
reimbursement,
through
the
cares,
Act
and
we're
kind
of
waiting
on
that
to
see
how
that's
going
to
work?
Only
because
it's
that's
one
of
those
questions,
that's
not
a
there's,
not
a
firm
answer
anywhere
within
the
57
page
document
or
not.
That's
actually,
a
co
bid
related
purchase
or
not
so
we're
just
kind
of
waiting
and
we're
going
to
apply
for
the
reimbursement,
but
there's
no
guarantee
we're
going
to
get
the
reimbursement.
That
makes
sense.
A
I
A
A
If
you'll
read,
there
was
a
lifer
he
didn't
want
to
chose
to
to
fill
out
a
public
participation
form
I
submitted
to
the
court
for
the
public
hearing.
At
this
time
there
were
no
forms
that
were
filled
out
so
we'll
open
it
up
for
a
public
hearing.
I
have
the
commissioners
have
anything
they'd
like
to
address
on
it
or
BJ?
Anything
you'd
like
to
say.
A
F
K
K
Just
recently
presented
a
report
to
our
executive
committee
we're
working
a
number
of
projects.
This
particular
project
has
been
the
queue
for
some
time
was
delayed
simply
because
of
the
courts,
inability
at
a
time
to
accommodate
public
area,
but
the
logistics
sector
particularly
active.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
there
are
two
projects
that
are
so
I
think
the
area
because
of
all
of
the
fundamentals
that,
because
it
will
continue
to
be
an
interest
for.
K
K
And
then
route
back
at
arch,
this
is
a
42
acre
project.
Approximately
six
hundred
forty
thousand
square
foot
distribution
center
rail
serve
distribution
center.
The
project
is
going
to
be
complemented
by
a
katika,
some
additional
amendment
by
CC
ID
number
to
their
target
contended
ecommerce
and
there
are
several
large
projects
floating
around
our
contracts.
If
you
will
or
guys
kept
positioning
themselves
to
try
to
land
those
contracts,
but
black
recruit
well-heeled
group
includes
office,
industrial
retail
development.
Just
very
that's
a
good-sized.
A
K
K
You
know
leases
are
funds
of
Kenneth
you'll
know
that
in
their
application
they
have
requested.
Ok,
the
idea
is
if
the
county
accepts
down,
pays
in
the
days,
because
next
court
to
present
the
possibility
of
converting
the
tax
abatement
schedule
so
as
it
allows
them
to
pay
tax
on
it,
you
know
given
for
simply
100
percent.
The
first
three
years
of
the
fifty
sixty
seventy
five
and
to
accommodate
a
new
tenant
is
the
fact
they
do
present.
If
not,
the
agreement
can
be
modified.
So
that's
the
essence
of
their
request
for
marriage.
K
K
N
th
Market
Street
LLC,
also
known
as
me,
report
building

is
presenting
today
application
for
tax
abatement
work
attention,
build
the
street
project
known
as
project
reports,
as
noted
in
the
cover
letter.
This
is
so
well
construction
and
86
work
with
and
all
the
elements
that
are
noted.
There
there's
also
some
complimentary
infrastructure
projects
that
AmeriCorps
can
CCID
to
would
take,
undertake
related,
cw4
and
other
elements
and
the
possibility
that
this
would
be
the
first
in
the
three-phase
project.
K
The
economy
is
also
working
with
the
broader
with
natural
property
holdings.
The
idea
to
present
this
application
for
acceptance.
Today
they
come
back
next
court
with
particulars
with
respect
to
some
of
the
elements
where
a
development
agreement
nominees
accommodate
this
project,
but
the
other
infrastructure
elements
that
are
assigned
to
this
project.

1.2
discussing
sitter
proposal
to
purchase
contract
for
new
jury
system
product
in
the
amount
of
forty
one
thousand
nine
hundred
thirty
six
dollars
with
tower
technologies
incorporated
I
tell
you.
With
this
pandemic,
we've
been
using
the
heck
out
Tyler
technology
and
with
don't
electronic
signature
signatures
on
the
civil
and
the
criminal
side.
So
it's
working
really
well
and
your
honor
you're
learning,
but
your
honor.
H
Yes,
sir
I
spent
quite
a
bit
of
time
with
patty,
yes,
she's,
just
basically
validating
what
you're.
What
you're
saying
on
this
and
I
really
am
impressed
with
the
number
that
we
that
she
worked
hard
again.
It
looks
like
it's
a
fair
number
and
I
think
the
service
is
what
you're
most
impressed
about,
though
right
judge,
videos.
A
A
L
Okay,
just
to
give
a
little
history
of
this
really
quickly
before
before
we
converted
to
Tyler,
we
had
that
data
that
data
the
financials
were
connected
and
that
data
between
the
case
management
system
and
the
jury
system,
and
when
we
moved
to
Tyler.
That
was
not
the
case.
So
the
main
reason
we
this
came.
One
of
the
main
reasons
is
because,
right
now
the
treasurer's
office
is
anytime.
They
write
a
check
to
adjourn.
L
They
have
to
create
a
vendor
for
that
person
that
juror
or
in
their
record,
and
then
kind
of
check
that
person
look
you're
paying
75
people
on
one
jury.
That's
a
lot
of
time.
It's
a
huge
amount
of
time,
so
they've
been
asking
me
since
day.
One
you
know:
can
we
get
an
interface
built?
Can
we
get
something
done
when
we
signed
on
our
main
contract
with
Tyler
in
2015?
We
did
purchase
the
jury
package.
It
is
a
package
that
they
built
themselves
and,
as
we've
gone
through
the
years,
it's
just
not
been
very
effective.
L
It's
sometimes
it
works.
Sometimes
it
doesn't
they've
been
working
on
it,
but
last
year
they
decided
to
make
to
move
away
from
this
product
and
purchase
an
existing
jury
package
that
has
actually
been
existence
for
at
least
20
years.
It's
a
national
company
that
they
bought
when
they
said
that
I
said
we'll
wait
a
minute.
We
don't
necessarily
want
to
go
with
Tyler
we're
going
to
shop,
stop
other
jury
packages
to
get
the
best
deal.
L
We
can
possibly
get
for
the
key
and
that's
when
I
pulled
in
the
auditor,
the
treasurer
IT
portman
and
Aaron
and
said:
okay,
let's
look
at
what
we
have
across
the
state
what's
available
to
us.
So
that's
the
jury.
Comparison
chart
that
you
have
in
your
packet.
It
shows
you
the
current
system.
We
have
Tyler
jury
manager
and
I
jury,
which
is
another
product.
L
L
This
is
ten
dollars
a
person.
The
goal
is
to
get
a
web
application
set
up
so
that
we
cut
that
jury
pound
to
the
county
by
at
least
a
third,
maybe
half,
and
if
we
do
that,
if
we
go
which
everybody
recommended
that
we
go,
a
tyler.durand
manager
just
makes
sense
for
all
departments
involved.
It's
the
easiest.
They
interface
with
our
financials,
we're
gonna
have
that
as
part
of
the
contract
they
offer
the
online
application.
People
can
go
online
and
register,
so
we
know
they
received
the
summons.
L
They
can
get
text
messages,
email
messages
to
show
up,
so
we
don't
have
people
showing
up
if
they
don't
qualify
to
serve
or
if
they
claim
an
exemption
and
with
that
package
that
the
cost
of
that
is
forty.
Three
thousand
six
hundred.
Ninety
dollars,
but
with
the
savings
and
juror
payout,
we
can
probably
cut
that
down
by
a
third,
so
really
we're
only
gonna
as
opposed
to
what
we're
paying
right
now,
which
is
about
seventy
two
thousand
a
year,
we'd
only
end
up
paying
about
sixty
thousand
a
year
for
the
new
system.
J
L
L
However,
this
is
a
nine-month
process.
We're
not
signing
a
new
contract,
we're
just
amending
our
current
contracts.
Okay,
so
judge
so
the
attitude
before
this-
and
he
mentioned
you
know,
do
we
have
to
pay
the
whole
43,000
out
front,
even
though
we
have
it
budgeted
and
the
money
is
in
the
budget
talking
with
Tyler.
That
is
no
is
not
the
case
we
do
not
have
we
do
they.
L
A
L
F
L
Good
for
three
years,
what
they
did
was
they
gave
the
county
an
$18,000
$18,000
credit
for
our
current
jury
contract.
Yes,
ma'am.
Let's
reduce
the
price
down
to
the
43.
690
said
that
in
three
years
they
instead
of
five
dollars
and
14
cents
for
Summit
six
dollars
and
seventy
six
cents
per
summons.
However,
that
number
won't
fluctuate
depending
on
how
many
times
we
issue
they
are
based
on
issuing
eighty
five
hundred
summons
a
year.
We
only
issue,
seven
thousand
summons
they're
gonna
is
going
to
reduce
our
pricing
for
the
year.

Yeah,
whatever
next
year,
make
sure
that
make
sure
that's
budgeted
properly.
Yes,
sure
all
right,
so
the
the
most
is
to
prove
20600
to
Tyler
analogies
for
a
new
jury
system
product
that
correct
that's
the
motive
in
a
second
okay,
the
second
any
other
questions,
those
in
favor
those
motion
carries.
Thank
you.

So
when
we
first
brought
the
project
to
you
all,
we
had
an
original
budget
of
about
a
million
dollars
little
little
over
a
million
dollars
for
the
project
right
now
we're
coming
under
as
a
right
now,
but
just
a
little
over
a
hundred
thousand
dollars,
because
the
parking
lot
came
under
of
what
we
expected.
We're
still
missing
a
few
numbers
for
some
technology
stuff,
but
that's
where
we're
at
right
now.
N
Currently
the
expected
delivery
date
is
September
and
we'll
have
they'll,
be
able
to
move
in
sometime
in
October
about
the
install
of
the
building
and
hook
up
the
utilities
and
buy
furniture
and
technology
stuff.
So
it
should
be
fully
completed
in
October,
including
the
parking
in
the
restriping.
Okay.
