So,
yes,
we
were
working
about
this
section,
the
seven
stakeholders
for
which
we
are
defining
metrics,
so
that
we
can
tailor
the
metrics
to
their
specific
needs,
and
so
we
had
to
find
the
promotion
and
communications
team.
The
financial
team,
Community
Managers
release
managers
coordinators
across
projects
which
we
can
discuss,
what
that
is
different
from
community
manager
or
not
and
then
event
or
activity,
organizers
and
Mentors.
E
A
A
A
So
what
I'm
thinking
we
have?
We
have
the
roles
defined.
We
have
several
goals
and
questions
defined
and
the
outcome
that
we
are
looking
forward
is
to
make
recommendations
for
these
roles
on
what
metrics
they
should
look
at.
Well,
we
don't
have
metrics
defined.
Yet
we
have
these
goals,
questions
so
I
was
thinking.
A
Maybe
we
can
group
these
goals
and
questions
into
the
roles
to
narrow
down
what
the
individual
perspectives
are
see,
what
are
their
goals
and
questions
specific
to
them,
and
then
we
have
a
much
narrower
picture
to
say
these
are
a
few
metrics
to
look
at
and
then
we
can
write,
maybe
even
write
I,
don't
know
like
one
blog
post
for
one
for
each
role
or
something
making
specific
recommendations,
or
there
may
be
other
outcomes.
Oh.
B
B
B
B
D
B
I
wonder
if
some
of
these
specific
groups
would
also
need
to
like
help
with
the
generation
of
the
reports
you
know
so
like
they're,
actively
participating
in
their
in
their
segments
like
I,
don't
know
that
the
mentors
would
necessarily
be
involved
in
generating
like
event
metrics.
You
know
so
like
there.
B
C
B
A
What
I
remember
is
we
talked
about
wanting
to
establish
metrics
for
someone
who
looks
at
a
lot
of
different
projects
in
the
app
ecosystem.
We
don't
want
to
look
on
the
at
a
single
project,
and
so
this
is
what
this
said.
Differentiation
is
here
to
say
we
are
not.
This
is
how
we
are
different
right.
We
are
looking
at
a
set
of
projects
and
the
maintainer.
B
C
B
A

C
E
A
A
B
B
C
C
E
F
F
I
was
you
know
in
BOTS
that
can
track
so
one
thing
I've
noticed
when
I
look
at
our
own
community
is
on
rocket
chat.
I,
see
people
join
and
there's
absolutely
no
engagement
there
right.
So
a
bot
could
actually
tell
us
has
that
person
ever
been
engaged
when
they
come
in
a
me
through
anonymization,
of
course,
but
you
know
how
many
times
does
somebody
come
in
and
they
didn't
get
engaged
by
a
sir?
How
many?
How
long
you.
F
F
F
C
F
A
C
A
The
a
yeah
maybe
before
jumped
more
into
that
conversation.
Maybe
we
finished
the
activity
we
were
on,
of
identifying
which
persona
is
interested
in
which
goals
and
again
they
might
all
be
interested
in
the
same
goals,
but
maybe
find
the
ones
that
are
truly
passionate
about
specific
goals
so
that
we
try
to
narrow
it
down.
C
A
C
A
B
And
I
don't
know
if
you
all
are
aware
of
this
feature
in
Google
Docs
but
hold
on.
You
can
open
the
tab
on
the
left
so
that
you
can
see
the
table
of
contents.
You
can
hyper.
You
know,
click
on
the
links
to
jump
around.
E
D
F
F
E
A
E
A
A
A
B
C
A
E
Like
like
just
about
it,
I've
tried
to
be
picky
about
what
I
put
in
a
community
manager.
But
honestly,
a
community
manager
like
their
job,
is
to
care,
at
least
at
a
high
level,
about.
A
C
B
A
C
A
E
F
A
So
how
about
we
just
talk
through
each
of
these
and
the
objective
is
to
strike
out
or
remove
any
to
to
keep
it
as
short
as
possible.
Does
that
sound
fair
and
it
is
okay
if
a
goal
exists
without
being
tied
to
a
persona?
If
there's
a
goal
that
me,
if
identified
and
no
persona,
is
really
super
interest
in
it,
then
maybe,
if
you're
missing
a
persona,
you.
C
A
So
the
promotion
and
communications
team
we
have
here
seven
goals.
They
want
to
know
the
health
of
the
community
understand,
company
contributions,
identify
from
dependencies
identified.
The
diversity
and
inclusion
of
our
projects
understand
the
business
risk
of
a
project
propose
to
users
of
the
project.
Software,
make
it
easy
for
companies
to
choose
projects
offer
as
their
pendency
and
understand
the
collaboration
level
in
our
community.
B
Maybe
for
each
of
these
we
can
ask
if
there
any
that
are
missing
or
that
you
know,
we
think
we
should
push
back
on
a
little
bit
or
just
need
further
clarification.
One
of
the
questions
that
I
have
about
this
one
is
the
the
business
risk.
Is
it
important
for
the
promotion
team
to
care
a
lot
about
this.
D
E
E
A
I
was
just
thinking
we
can
either
do
a
quick
review
where
maybe
again
split
out
for
like
three
minutes.
Each
of
us
goes
through
and
cross
out,
anything
they
think
doesn't
belong,
and
then
we
can
pick
it
up
there
in
two
weeks
and
then
next
time
the
goal
would
be
to
solidify
the
persona
to
gold
matching
and
then
the
time
either
we
start
on
specifying
the
metrics
then
or
we
do
that
in
the
meeting
after
that.
B
Well,
I
think
I
mean
for
me
at
least
I
find
it
really
helpful
to
talk
through
each
one
of
these
and
be
like.
Are
we
missing
something
or
like
you
know
what
needs
to
be
done?
I,
don't
know
if
people
can
do
that,
a
sync,
that's
totally
fine
too,
but
I
would
hesitate
to
just
strike
things
out
without
having
the
you
know,
like
a
conversation
with
people,
so
I
wonder
if
we
can
proceed
that
way,
either
try
to
do
that.
A
sync
add
you
know
comments
and
questions
to
the
doctor.
I.

This
is
this
is
a
public
document
right.
I
might
share
that
first
part
with
with
my
colleague
Brian,
because
he
does
both
social
via
stuff
and
metrics
and
I've.
