A
A
A
A
Wasn't
here
in
the
last
meeting
I
was
taking
some
time
off,
which
is
cool,
but
in
the
last
meeting,
if
you
see
here
there
were,
there
was
a
pirate.
A
A
All
right
well,
cool,
do
we
I
mean:
are
we
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
what
what
is
compass.chaos.org?
What
will
this
be
yeah
that.
B
A
D
I
relax
people
from
gatey
to
to
dominate
this
current.
I
mean
the
domain
name
to
to
community,
which
means
give
it
to
to
your
account
right.
A
Okay
sounds
good
okay,
so
it
looks
like
there's
just
a
few
steps
there.
It
looks
like
there
were
a
variety
of
invalid
urls.
Are
these
to
be
fixed?
Was
there
an
action
item
to
fix
them,
or
were
they
just
pointed
out.
D
A
That
was
my
big
question:
okay,
okay
cool
great,
so
I
had
a
few
things
that
I
just
wanted
to
for
this
meeting.
I
won't
spend
a
ton
of
time,
maybe
15
minutes
on
chaos
updates
for
our
friends
in
asia,
pacific
so
and
if
anybody
wants
to
add
anything
to
this
list,
I
was
just
kind
of
thinking
of
a
few
things.
Yesterday
evening
we
are
just
so
you
all
know
chaos
con
europe
is
happening
on
september
12th
in
dublin.
We
have,
I
don't
know,
maybe
a
dozen
different
speakers.
A
It's
a
half
day
event
it's
prior
to
to
the
oss
summit,
europe
we
have
at
this
point
I
think
maybe
45
people
registered
for
the
event,
which
is
great.
We
pretty
much
max
out
at
50.,
and
it
just
it
looks
like
a
really
great
thing.
A
We
right
now,
our
our
biggest
question,
I
think,
is
around
live
streaming
like
how
we
can
handle
that
or
if
we're
just
going
to
simply
record
the
everything
will
be
recorded
and
made
available
after
the
con,
but
we
may
also
try
to
live
stream
the
event
if
we
have
the
appropriate
people
to
help
out
and
sean.
Maybe
you
have
some
help
on
the
way,
so
that
way.
B
And
andrew
brain
actually
he's
checking
if
he
can't
I'm
sure
john
will
go.
A
Okay,
that
sounds
great.
Can
you
just
have
him
connect
with
me
if
they
are
going.
B
B
A
Yes,
yeah,
okay
sounds
great,
we're
also
doing
quite
a
bit
of
work
on
the
website
redesign.
I
think
it's
just
it's
getting
pretty
close
to
being
ready.
So
there's
not
really
a
lot
of
content
change,
we're
actually
kind
of
cleaning
up
the
content,
but
the
focus
on
the
website
redesign.
I
don't
know
if
kevin
is
on
the
call
right
now,
but
the
focus
on
the
website
redesign
is
to
really
kind
of
help
people
from
three
different
perspectives.
A
A
So,
for
example,
like
links
to
the
github
repos
or
links
to
the
meeting
minutes,
the
things
that
you
kind
of
consistently
need
to
be
a
participant,
and
then
the
third
banner
is
for
people
who
don't
really
engage
in
the
project
but
would
like
to
to
have
access
to
the
assets
that
are
created
by
the
chaos
project.
So
that
could
be
the
dei
event
badging
program.
A
That
could
also
be
things
like
compass.chaos.org.
You
know
they
don't
necessarily
participate
in
the
in
the
meetings
or
on
slack,
but
they
would
like
to
use
the
the
tools
that
are
being
developed
and
programs
developed
in
the
us
project,
so
those
are
kind
of
the
three
points
of
entry.
It's
looking
really.
C
A
Elizabeth,
do
you
think
I
got
everything
there?
I
know
you've
been
part
of
those
conversations
as
well.
C
Yeah,
I
think
so,
I'm
at
a
meeting
with
kevin
and
josh
right
after
this
meeting,
so
any
other
updates
I
can
drop
in
wherever
to
okay.
A
Okay,
I'm
really
excited
about
the
redesign,
I
think
kevin's
doing
a
really
amazing
job
and
then
kevin
is
also
looking
at
if
we're
gonna
buy
the
best.
We're
gonna
at
least
buy
the
best
translation
tool
for
the
website
by.
A
Yeah,
it's
like
three
or
four
hundred
dollars.
So
if
it
doesn't
work,
it's
not
a
huge
expense
on
on
our
end,
yeah,
so
sean
he
was
going
to
reach
out
to
you,
because
I
think
you
have
kind
of
the
easiest
mechanism
for
buying
wordpress
plugins.
I.
B
A
B
A
So
we
can
create
our
own
dictionary
and
we'll
we're
going
to
experiment
with
that
and
kevin
will
share
examples
for
you
and
you
can
kind
of
comment
on
it
if
it
works
great
and
if
not
that's.
Okay,
too,.
B
B
A
A
Great
and
then
elizabeth,
do
you
want
to
give
some
updates
on
the
handbook?
We're
also
doing
a
lot
of
handbook
work.
Shoya
has
been
involved
in
that
work
heavily
and
ruth
ikega
has
also
been
involved
in
that
work.
So
elizabeth,
do
you
have
any
updates
on
that.
C
Yeah
I
mean
work
is
ongoing.
Currently
they
are
restructuring
the
way
that
the
handbook
is
laid
out
just
to
make
it
make
a
little
bit
more
sense.
As
far
as
how
we
work
now
is
when
the
the
handbook
was
originally
written.
That's
been
like
two
and
a
half
years
ago,
or
something
like
that,
so
we've
changed.
Obviously,
we've
we've
changed
a
few
things
in
the
chaos
project,
so
so
yeah
structure
they're
also
working
on
some
rewriting
of
some
of
our
core
documentation.
A
I
agree
they
are
doing
a
fantastic
job,
so
show
you
if
you're
on
the
call,
don't
see
her
but
anyway,
thank
you,
shoya.
If
you
watch
the
recording
and
thank
you
ruth,
so
that's
it
for
kind
of
the
website
in
the
handbook
metrics
updates.
I
just
wanted
to
let
everybody
know:
we've
been
this
round.
We've
really
been
focusing
on
updating
the
metrics,
so
there's
not
a
release.
There's
not
a
lot
of
new
metrics
that
are
coming
out.
A
We've
been
focusing
on
simply
trying
to
take
a
look
at
the
metrics
that
were
released
sometimes
two
or
three
years
ago,
and
just
make
sure
that
they're
consistent
in
terms
of
the
template
that
the
language
that
we
wrote
is
pretty
good
for
any
of
you
that
write
things
for
a
living.
Sometimes,
if
you
read
your
stuff
that
you
wrote
three
years
ago,
you
realize
that
it's,
it
could
use
a
little
bit
of
an
update,
and
so
just
so
the
translation
team
knows
what
we're
doing
is
within
each
working
group.
A
So,
for
example,
dei
or
common
or
risk
we're
doing,
updates
to
the
metrics,
so
dei
might
have
10
metrics
that
are
being
updated
and
what
we're
going
to
do
with
the
translations.
Repo
is
submit
a
single
issue
that
lists
all
of
the
metrics
that
have
been
updated.
So
there
won't
be
one
issue
for
each
metric.
It'll
just
be
a
single
issue
that
says
these
are
the
revised
metrics
coming
from
dei.
A
A
I
think
so
I
think
it's
it
should
be
a
little
bit
cleaner,
at
least
that's
the
hope.
So
I
I
don't
know,
hopefully
that
works
from
the
translation
side
of
things.
I
don't
think
that
the
translations,
so
basically
the
hope
is,
is
that
we
can
kind
of
get
this
done.
The
release
done.
A
A
Wonderful,
thank
you
liang.
That's
that's
great,
so
leon
I'll.
I
can.
We
can
tag
you
in
the
issues
as
well.
Just
so
you
so
just
so.
You
see
them:
okay,
cool,
okay,
great
okay!
So
that's
that
for
the
metrics
updates.
I
think
they're
coming
along
quite
nicely
sean
did
you
want
to
give
any
updates
of
what's
been
going
on
with
auger
lately.
B
Yeah
auger
has
been,
we
are
in
the
we're,
still
incrementally
releasing
the
current
version,
but
there's
going
to
be
a
major
release
of
auger
coming
up
that
essentially
has
re-re-architected
how
we
cue
the
collection
of
data.
It
looks
to
be.
B
B
B
The
ability
to
sign
in
allows,
for
example,
if
you
met
german
prey,
have
40
repositories
you
care
about.
You
tell
augur
the
40
you
care
about,
and
then
those
show
up
on
your
page,
the
next
time
you
log
in
so
you
don't
have
to
redo
the
same
searching
every
single
time.
Okay,.
A
Okay,
so
that
would
be
that's
largely
for
the
like:
a
web
interface,
yeah,
yeah,
okay,
okay
and
then
you've
also
made
updates
on
the
docker
install
for
local
is
that
right.
B
A
B
A
Okay,
awesome
precious
was
the
outreachy
mentor
that
I
think
worked
with
with
sean
and
that's,
I
think,
that's
over
now
or
it
ends
this
week
anyway.
B
A
Cool
okay,
cool.
Thank
you,
sean
yeah,
for
updates.
Any
questions
for
shawn
on
augur,
updates,
I'm
running
through
this
list
just
to
again
so
that
all
of
our
our
friends
in
china
kind
of
know
what
we're
we've
been
working
on
within
the
cans
project.
So
then
the
last
thing
I
have
are
there:
are
there
any
events
or
activities
that
are
happening
in
china
or
asia?
Pacific
that
you
might
want
us
to
know
about
that?
We
could
help
you
with
or.
D
Anything
actually
most
of
the
work
happened
in
china.
It
it's
a
sas
compass
and
we
actually
all
work
alright
step
into
the
front
and
the
designing
work,
and
I
think,
in
the
next
meeting
we
could
provide
us
a
a
very
low
prototype
demo.
I
mean
from
the
front
band
perspective,
okay
and
and
also
we
design
some
brand
for
for
the
chaos
compass
to
make
it
more
like
a
compass
and
also
we
did
we.
D
We
we
in
the
in
the
in
the
past
several
weeks,
we
verified
committee
activity
and
we
also
verified
code
quality
guarantee
and
the
community
service
and
support
this
new.
These
two
new
matrix
model,
not
just
on
the
gt
projects,
but
also
on
the
projects
we
selected
from
github.
D
So
other
work
is
running
well
so
and
like,
like
I
mentioned
in
the
next
meeting,
maybe
in
the
asia
pacific
meeting
we
can
we
can
you
can
see
how
it
works
and
especially
if
the
design
work
of
the
from
that.
A
A
Wonderful,
that's
a
that's!
A
great
update.
D
So
so
our
plan
is,
we
could
pre-launch
our
service
on
the
late
of
the
september,
but
if
everything
is
going
well
I
mean,
but
we
we
may
delete
later
during
the
october,
but
anyway
we
are.
We
are
trying
to
make
the
lunch
officially
in
this
year,
maybe
by
the
end
of
this
year,.
A
Okay
cool,
so
I
guess
this
is
also
kind
of
addressing
this.
This
as
well.
So
I'll.
Just
ask
a
few
questions
here,
where
the
the
source
code
for
this.
D
D
That,
once
the
prototype
is,
is
verified
and
we
are
going
to
contribute
our
source
code,
including
the
matrix
model
and
and
the
front
end
to
the
chaos
and
currently
actually
we're
working
together
on
github
organization,
and
we
put
all
the
code
together
and
then
we
have
prefix
name
called
compass,
blah
blah
blah.
So,
for
example,
compass
service,
scheduler,
compass,
matrix
model,
that's
the
rna.
B
I
don't
I
don't
know
what
who's
rationale
for
that
approach
is,
but
usually
with
new
auger
things.
We
keep
it
in
an
auger
labs
organization
until
we're
ready
to
support
it.
Basically,
that
keeps.
D
C
Now
you
have
a
quick
question
for
you.
I
understand
that
this
is
a
work
in
progress,
so
it's
not
quite
ready
to
announce.
I
don't
think
to
the
chaos
community.
Is
that
correct.
D
Not
yet
yeah,
we
pray
for
once
we
launch
it
at
the
chaos
compass
at
the
formal
service.
Okay,
we
can
let
everybody
know
that.
C
A
A
So
that
there
there
was
the
underlying
grammar
lab
technology,
and
I
think
at
that
point
there
was
work
that
red
hat
was
doing
and
they
created
an
interface
that
was
prospector.
It
was
kind
of
doing.
I
remember
it
different
things
than
what
grammar
lab
could
provide,
and
so
anyway,
I.
D
Okay,
yeah
so
anyway,
so
all
the
code,
we
collaborate,
we
collaborated
with
other
people
in
this
service
side,
the
open
source
way,
so
auth
code
would
contribute
on
this
organization.
Temporarily,
as
I
mentioned
after
after
we
launch
this
service,
we
will
contribute
the
whole
solution
to
the
chaos.
Okay,
wonderful.
A
Cool,
thank
you
eawy.
That's
that's
great,
and
I
had
just
so
you
know
to
I
had
kind
of
talked
with
some
folks
at
the
lf
about
import,
export
kind
of
stuff
and
there's
really
no
no
problems.
You
know
from
an
open
source
perspective,
so
all
all
good
there.
So
that's
super.
D
A
Agreed,
I'm
thinking
you
know
elizabeth.
We
might
also
want
to
this.
We've
talked
about
this
in
the
past,
like
having
the
the
like
the
work,
that's
being
done
in
this
repository
kind
of
one
thing,
but
then
building
community
around
it
is
kind
of
that
other
thing,
and
we
might
want
to
think
about,
I
hate
to
say
like
just
more
zoo
meetings
and
more,
but
but
we
may,
we
may
want
to
think
about
that.
D
What's
the
current,
what's
the
convenience
for
what
sorry
I
can't
yeah,
I
think
that's
asking.
D
D
A
D
A
A
A
D
Because
we
have
two
regular
meetings
every
week
and
we,
of
course
we
have
meeting
minutes
and
currently
because
we
collaborate
with
getty
people,
they
have
some.
You
know
commercial
count
in
the
ability
to
direct
all
their
progress.
D
A
A
Great
okay,
any
other
questions
or
comments
for
the
software
as
a.
C
A
Stop
all
right
I
had
it
looks
like
there
are
a
couple
metrics
models
on
here
at
the
moment.
I
I
keep
trying
to
put
this
so
we're
done.
C
Did
we
mention
the
chaos
con
schedule
was
published?
I
don't.
I
know
we
talked
about
cass
con,
but
we
do
have
the
schedule
published
if
anyone
is
curious
and
wants
to
see
what
that
looks
like
and
I
can
drop
a
link
in
there.
A
D
A
So
we're
not
part
of
the
summit
because
I
think
the
summit
anymore
is
linuxcon.
I
don't
know.
I
think
the
to
do.
Group
is
part
of
that.
I
think
there's.
D
D
D
Yeah
I
mean
I'm
just
thinking:
was
it
possible
to
have
the
like
chaos,
asia,
asia,
submit
to
invite
all
the
people
from
from
from
europe
and
from
asia
from
america
to
to
china
and,
of
course,
including
hong
kong
yeah?
Maybe
we
can
help
this
event
in
hong
kong
or
in
some
some
city
in
the
mainland
of
china.
A
Yeah
for
sure
so
I
mean
I
know
that
the
linux
foundation
has
a
number
of
summits
in
asia,
pacific
and
so
it'd
be
easy
enough
for
us
to
ask
to
be
at
least
a
co-located
event
with
one
of
those
summits.
They've
always
been
extremely
receptive
to
that
and
I'd
have
no
trouble
asking
erica
who
I
work
with
at
the
lf,
if
that
would
be
okay.
A
D
A
For
sure
all
right,
cool,
okay,
cool,
so
then
any
other
comments
or
questions
on
chaos
updates
all
right.
So
then
the
last
thing
for
today
is
I
really
we
need
to
figure
this
out.
So
it's
the
chaos.
It's
the
metrics
model
release
process,
because
at
the
moment
we
are
having
metrics
models
that
are
are
done
and
when
I
say
done
right,
there
are
a
couple
of
parts
to
every
metrics
model.
So
we
have
the
markdown
file.
A
Following
that
review
process
in
the
past,
we
have
talked
about
metrics
models,
not
really
undergoing
that
review,
that
the
metrics
models
are
are
really
just
kind
of
examples
that
come
from
the
community
as
ways
to
draw
together
individual
metrics
in
ways
that
are
meaningful
for
for
people,
and
so,
if
we
skip
the
review
process,
I'm
completely
fine
with
that,
but
like
from
a
release
process,
would
you
like
me
to
just
take
the
markdown
file
and
give
it
to
kevin,
and
then
we
figure
out
a
place
to
put
it
on
the
website?
A
D
D
D
I
prefer
to
shelter
the
release
a
period
I
mean,
and
not
just
not
that
half
year
longer
could
we
just
once
we
upload
or
submit
it
to
github
and
finish
the
review
we
can
think
of
it.
D
A
A
So
so
how
about
once
we
move
it,
so
we
finalize
in
google
doc
finalize
in
github,
announce
oops,
announce
to
community.
A
A
A
That
the
markdown
really
right-
and
this
can
we
cut-
we
can
call
this
like
a
rolling
release.
A
And
then,
with
respect
to
the
web
page,
do
do
we
want
to
have
like
a
a
document
that
we
that
we
have,
that
has
all
the
metrics
models
or
you
know,
kevin
is
building
the
the
knowledge
base,
yeah,
so
basically
he's
building
a
knowledge
base
by
which
people
could
just
search
on
things.
They
like
topics
they
care
about,
so
you
could
just
search
on,
say,
risk
and
it
would
bring
up
all
the
metrics.
This
is
from
a
metrics
perspective.
A
Let
me,
let
me
bring
this
up
really
fast.
Actually,
here
hold
on
just
a
second.
A
A
A
Contributors
and
it's
a
metric
focused
on
on
an
event
whatever
it
might
be
so
and
those
context
tags
are
used
in
the
knowledge
base,
so
that,
when
people
search
on
these
things,
they
would
bring
up
the
metrics
that
have
been
kind
of
associated
with
those
context
tags.
The
keyword
tags
are
really
going
to
be
up
to
the
working
groups
to
to
it's
like
a
like.
A
like
a
research.
A
Tag
might
be
for
the
metric
model
and
then
we
would
have
the
keyword
tags
as
well
and
if
we
can
define
both
of
these
within
the
the
metrics
model
working
group,
when
we
release,
we
can
really
just
rely
on
the
knowledge
based
search
to
find
the
metric
model.
But
it's
a
it's
a
search
process
right.
So
it's
you
have
to
go
to
the
knowledge
base.
You
have
to
type
a
search
word,
and
then
you
see
the
metrics
models.
D
A
Yes,
for
sure
they
can
yes,
they
can
definitely
have
multiple
yeah.
So
I'm
wondering
elizabeth
you've
been
working
on
the
knowledge
base
too.
I'm
wondering
if,
like
when
people
do
a
search
on
the
knowledge
base.
We
could
have
like
check
boxes
that
would
say,
search,
metrics,
search,
metrics
models,
search
both
you
know
what
I
mean
or
radio
buttons
or
whatever
that
can
help
people
kind
of.
C
Narrow
their
search,
yeah,
that's
an
excellent
question.
I
will
check
what
I'm
looking
for
something
to
write
this
down.
I
will
check
with
kevin
and
josh
on
that
piece.
I'm
also
not
quite
clear
yet
on
how
those
keyword
tags
end
up
in
the
knowledge
base
like
do
we
put
them
in
the
markdown
file
or
we.
A
A
We
will
so
it's
going
to
be
a
new
so
like
just
at
the
top
of
a
metric,
for
example,
it
would
be,
you
know
the
title
you
know
of
the
metric
and
then
we'll
just
have
another.
C
C
A
C
A
Okay,
this
is
this
is
helpful.
So
then
do
I
guess
maybe
the
last
question
on
the
release.
Is
you
know
how
right
now
we
have
chaos.community
metrics
and
it
lists
all
of
the
metrics.
A
B
B
D
B
B
Or
it
becomes
a,
it
could
become
a
I
mean
you
could
from
a
design
perspective.
I
think
metrics
and
metrics
models
have
you
know
they're
different
things,
but
they're
the
things
that
we
want
people
to
look
at
first
and
say:
I
don't
think
people
care
about
the
working
groups.
First,
they
care
about
what
what
can
these
metrics
do?
For
me?
D
B
The
camera
metrics
in
the
metrics
model
image
layout,
something
at
the
top
that
would
draw
people
separately
into
each
of
those
things
or
at
least
explain
the
differences
between
them
and
then
maybe
they
could
just
be
listed
down
the
page.
So
I
don't
want
to
bury
metrics
models.
I
think
it's
important
to
distinguish
what
they
are
compared
to
metrics
at
the
top
of
that
page
and
then
they're
available.
A
B
B
B
B
A
C
A
C
C
B
I
was,
I
don't,
I
think,
what's
important
is
the
explanation
of
a
metric
and
a
metric
model
at
the
top
of
the
metrics
link?
Just
people
won't
distinguish
in
their
head
that
these
are
different
things
or
they
might
forget
the
metrics
model
one
and
where
each
of
the
definitions
goes
the
metrics
and
the
metrics
models.
D
A
C
B
C
Yeah,
and
also
I
don't
like-
I
feel
like
that
page-
that
metrics
page
is
already
a
little
unwieldy.
It's
just
my
personal
feeling
like
it's
a
lot,
it's
a
big
old
block
of
text,
and
so
you
know
I
don't
know
if
I
mean
we're
already
concerned,
like
the
whole
reason
we're
doing.
The
knowledge
base
is
because
we're
concerned
that
this
page
is
hard
to
navigate,
and
so,
if
we
just
flop
on
more
stuff,
it
just
might
exacerbate
or
make
that
problem.
Worse.
Okay,.
C
Just
my
personal
feeling,
but
I
will
absolutely
bring
this
to
kevin
and
josh
and
see
what
they
say
because
they
may
have.
They
may
say:
oh
well,
the
we
can
easily
do
blah
blah
blah
whatever
and
to
solve
all
that
problem.
So
yeah.
