Anyways
so
she's
one
we
might
be
able
to
pull
in
because
I
know
she's
done
some
stuff
around
diversity,
inclusion
in
general,
maybe
not
metrics
specifically,
but
yeah.
We
should
build
we'll,
be
able
to
find
some
people
to
pull
in
I.
Think
that'll
be
pretty
straightforward
all
right.
So
let's
talk
about
the
tutorial.
B
B
I
do
have
access.
I
was
just
just
scrolling
down
to
find
the
abstract,
which
I
just
found
yeah.

They
finally
just
set
it
up
because
we've
been
creating
and
deleting
mailing
lists
because
of
our
changing
communication
needs
and
what
is
so
much
easier
to
just
have
the
discourse
forum
and
I
think
if
we
had
discourse
two
months
ago,
we
would
not
have
our
G
my
mailing
list,
which
I
think
makes
much
more
sense
to
just
have
one
platform
and
then
separated
out
within
that
is
very
dynamic
and
responsive
to
what's
unique.
I
strongly
advocate
for
discourse,
but
last
week
we
had
some
discussion
about
whether
or
not
to
use
it.
B
Because
my
my
concern,
my
concern
is
that
we
I
don't
want
fragment
the
conversation.
It's
too
many
places
because
then
I
can
never
find
things
and
then
I
get
frustrated
and
I.
Think
other
community
members
get
frustrated,
but
I
don't
actually
care
whether
you
use
mailing
lists
or
discourse,
but
I
think
we
should
all
agree
on
which
one
to
use.
B
B
B
I've
seen
problems
with
the
fragmentation
before
because
then
nobody
knows
nobody
knows
what's
going
on,
and
then
you
have
some
people
working
in
one
and
some
people
working
in
the
other
and
then
those
those
people
don't
really
connect,
because
you
have
mailing
those
people
and
get
foreign
people,
and
there
aren't
a
lot
of
us
that
don't
really
care
which
one
we
use.
A
lot
of
people
are
going
to
pick
one
and
kind
of
stick
to
it
and
I've
also
seen
I've
also
seen
the
mailing
list.
B
A
B
A
B
A
C
B
Just
because
I
have
some
have
some
thoughts
about
that,
but
I'm
struggling
a
little
bit
because
the
metrics,
the
metrics
are
hard
around
recognition
because
they
tend
to
be
pretty
fuzzy
and,
frankly,
I'm
actually
opposed
to
using
metrics
for
recognition
from
like
from
an
automated
standpoint.
Because
what
happens
is
you
end
up
with
you?
Send
up
recognize
and
kind
of
the
same
people
over
and
over
and
people
start
to
game
it
and
I'd.
Rather,
what
I
recognize
people
from
an
open-source
project?
B
I
try
to
do
like
I,
look
at
all
the
metrics
and
then
I
kind
of
pick,
things
that
are
maybe
different
from
what
other
people
are
doing.
I
don't
know,
so
my
approach
to
recognition
might
be
a
bit
different,
so
I'm
not
sure
how
to
fit
it
into
the
templates.
So
I've
been
kind
of
looking
at
it,
but
haven't
really
haven't
really
gotten
started
on
it
in
any
meaningful
way,
because
it's
kind
of
a
hard
one
to
tackle
well.
