Description
Minutes from this meeting can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WrY4PjOrC_Fp6aiWFjfRRZuujlolSraUlTAJHPfbw9I/edit#
B
I'm
not
sure
who
the
facilitator
is
but
I'm
happy
to
facilitate
yeah.
So
I
put
the
minutes
in
the
chat,
I
think
but
I'll
do
it
again.
So
if
you
want
to
add
your
name
and
the
incredibly
interesting
prompt
of
how
are
you
doing
today?
That's
all
we
have,
so
you
don't
even
have
to
really
think
about
it.
You
can
just
say
I.
B
C
B
You
know
oh
I've
seen
thumbs
down,
Hugh
I,
don't
even
know
what
our
agenda
is
so
because
I.
C
D
And
I
also
think
on
top
of
that
gender
there
are
some
other
metrics
that
need
to
be
included
in
the
yeah.
Depending
on
how
much
now
we
have
the
applications
going
on
you.
C
D
I'm,
going
and
I
think
I
have
another
meeting
after
this
I'll
be
on
the
chair.
After
sometimes.
B
And
also
just
a
reminder,
the
second
half
of
this
meeting
is
new
Badger
orientation.
So
if
you
are
interested
in
being
a
new
Badger
that
is
happening
after
this
at
the
top
of
the
hour
so
and
I
think
Mary
blessing
is
going
to
join
and
also
one
other
person
Josh,
so
anybody's
welcome
to
join.
If
you
want
and
now
I
will
hand
it
over
to
Enoch
to
give
a
project
badging
update.
D
Okay,
I
think
the
other
one
is
in
fact
watching,
and
this
is
Project
buddy-
just
to
set
things
straight
from
an
hour.
D
E
D
Chaos
is
working,
collaborating
with
Olin,
open
source
that
is
GitHub
oriented
to
see
that
we
can
kick
off,
awarding
budgets
to
projects
that
are
basically
on
GitHub
and
they
are
open
source
and
so
far
what
we
are
targeting
is
we
want
to
make
sure
that
at
least
the
projects
that
are
on
or
that
are
on
GitHub
and
can
subscribe
to
our
Dei
metrics
actually
meet
some
of
those
metrics
through
a
dei.md
file
that
we'll
be
having
a
lot
of
the
information
that
that
shows
how
they
meet
some
of
those
metrics.
D
So
we
are
planning
to
create
an
automation
that
is
almost
related
to
event
budging
and
we
shall
be
giving
out
budgets
to
some
of
those
projects
depending
on
how
they
meet
that
particular
criteria.
So,
for
those
that
are
for
those
that
are
not
aware,
we
are
having
a
lot
of
people
that
are
trying
to
steer
the
direction
of
this
project
all
the
way
from
GitHub
to
all
in
Elizabeth
and
her
other
team.
You
know
now
Elizabeth
is
having
a
lot
of
roles
when
it
comes
to
project
budging.
D
I,
don't
know
where
to
place
her
in
GitHub
in
building
or
I
mean
project
budging,
but
a
lot
of
other
folks
that
are
outside
chaos
are
kind
of
sharing
the
direction
of
this.
So
we
hope
that
by
May
24th
we
shall
have
something
that
will
be
presentable,
I
think
both
to
the
team
here
at
chaos
and
also
to
the
stakeholders
that
are
outside
of
cares.
D
Apart
from
that,
a
link
has
been
shared
in
the
in
the
meeting
minutes.
You
can
look
at
what
we
hope
will
be
available
by
that
time
and
what
we
think
we're
going
to
start
with
with
the
implementation,
so
the
team
that
is
directly
involved
in
that
at
chaos.
Africa
at
chaos
is
chaos
Africa,
whereby
me
and
Ruth
are
the
project,
leads
and
also
Sean,
steering
the
team
match
on
Missouri
and
then
I
think.
That's
all
that
I
may
need
to
share
publicly
unless
there
is
something
I've
left
out.
D
That
is,
that
needs
to
be
aired
out
to
the
advisors
here.
D
Think
I
think,
depending
on
what
we
have
shared
in
the
previous
meeting,
though,
will
be
definitely
something
as
we
left
the
meeting,
we
were
planning
to
start
the
real
development.
Now,
apart
from
showing
the
UI,
the
ux,
so
yeah,
of
course,
by
May
night,
there
will
be
something
that
we
can't
present
to
the
whole
yeah.
D
A
D
D
A
D
Foreign,
on
top
of
the
I,
think
what
I
forgot
I,
don't
know
whether
it's
relevant
we
plan
to
always
update
the
chaos
team
onto
the
developments,
I'm,
not
sure
I'm
shown
about
the
frequency,
how
we
decided
that,
but
I'm
sure
we
set
up
some
particular
frequency
to
always
update
the
chaos
team,
one
to
what
is
actually
happening.
The
project
budgeting,
because
it's
our
project.
A
Yeah
I
think
I
think
there
there
are
enough
threads
right
now
with
design
bot
report.
Registration,
I
mean
I,
think
there's
enough
threads
happening
right
now
that
there'll
be
an
update
every
week.
A
B
Okay,
fair
enough
and
so
no
other,
so
we're
all
done
with
project
badging
update.
C
B
Okay,
so
okay
metrics
still
to
be
developed,
also
do
we
have
a
I
was
gonna
put
the
link
to
the
dei.nd
file
in
here,
but
I.
Don't
know
where
that
went.
I
have
it
in
one
of
my
many
open
windows
and
open
tabs,
but
I
don't
want
to
click
away
because
I'm
sharing.
B
E
B
C
And
so
I
was
a
couple
things
I
had
on
this.
One
is
I
think
tochi
had
talked
about.
Turkey
had
talked
about
kind
of
building
that
landing
page
and
I.
Think
it
would
on
that
page.
It
might
be
nice
to
have
just
like
kind
of
an
embedded
look
at
what
this
dei.md
file
is
for
people.
So
they
see
it
like
immediately.
D
B
I
just
said
so,
Matt
was
just
saying:
maybe
we
could
put
a
version
of
this
document
in
the
landing
page
for
the
badging,
so
I
don't
know
how
that
would
fit
in
design
wise,
but.
E
C
C
So
it
would
almost
just
be
like
a
like
a
maybe
I
mean
in
the
lowest
lowest
lowest
form
would
just
be
like
a
a
screenshot
of
that
Google
doc.
You
know
what
I
mean
like
here
are
the
things
that
are
in
the
dei.md
file
that
wouldn't
look
very
pretty,
but
something
like
that
just
so
when
somebody
comes
to
the
landing
page,
they
understand
what
they're
going
to
be
asked
for.
D
E
Okay,
I
think
it
would
be
better
if
this
is
actually
other
lots
of,
like
screenshots
called
considering
responsive.
That's
why
you
look
at
other
devices
or.
D
A
E
E
F
I'm
wondering
if
we
would,
rather
than
having
a
screenshot
of
the
markdown
file,
if
we
rather,
if
we
just
built
some
content,
that
kind
of
described
the
process
and
we
link
out
to
a
template
document.
C
C
C
Then
well,
could
you
go
back
to
the
template.
I
had
one
more
comment
here.
This
is
less
for
the
website,
so
I
do
think
when
we
get
these
metrics
kind
of
finalized.
The
four
that
are
here
I
think
it
would
be
useful
for
us
to
come
up
with
like
what
a
sample
narrative
would
be
for
folks,
just
like
kind
of
what
we're
looking
for
or
what
we
would
think
would
be
a
good
example.
So
just
a
note
that
we
should
probably
write
some
samples,
so
people
have
an
idea
of
what
to
put
in
there.
C
And
I
mean
we
may
decide
that
it's
you
know
whatever
a
paragraph,
you
know
people
don't
need
to
do
a
two-pager
on
each
metric
or
we
or
we
want
them
to
do
a
two-pager
on
each
metric.
I
don't
know,
but
we
would
decide
to
kind
of
help
frame
it
a
little
bit
and
I
do
think
that
it
would
be
useful
kind
of
in
that
framing.
C
If
we
do
say
something
like
between
one
and
two
paragraphs
so
like
we
actually
kind
of
give
a
minimum
and
a
maximum
of
what
we're
looking
for.
That
has
a
tendency
of
I,
don't
know
about
this,
but
like
when
you
ask
people
for
answers
to
questions.
If
you
kind
of
frame
it
it,
it
helps
kind
of
focus.
The
response.
C
F
Does
the
does
the
order
of
the
metrics
matter.
F
F
Don't
narratively
if
I'm
asking,
if
I'm
asking
a
project
to
reflect
on
these
four
things
to
start
I,
probably
go
two
three
one.
Four.
C
C
C
When
you
bring
that
up
so
I
was
working
on
the
communication
transparency
metric,
you
know
like
at
like
on
what
you
had
done,
Kevin
in
a
lot
of
what
I
was
thinking
about
was
like,
as
you
think
of
as
I
was
thinking
about
the
metric.
It.
E
C
Raise
a
lot
of
like
thoughts
in
my
mind
about
the
newcomer
experience
you.
F
As
a
so
as
someone
who
was
trying
to
get
this
project
badge
if
I
came
and
I
saw
the
these
list
of
four
metrics
that
I
need
to
reflect
on
just
because
of
my
nature,
I
probably
do
them
in
order
so
and
I
agree.
I.
Think
newcomer,
newcomer
experiences
builds
off
of
communication,
transparency
and
I.
Think
project
access
is
kind
of
that
that
immediate
entry-level
thing
like.
E
F
D
B
More
comment
on
this
when
we
say
please
let
us
know
I
feel
like
that's,
also
going
to
be
a
process.
We
need
to
sort
out.
Oh.
B
F
Yeah,
the
idea
for
those
those
last
two
paragraphs
is
really
about
the
the
projects.
That's
doing
the
that's
doing
the
that's
applying
for
the
badging,
reflecting
on
their
own
Dei
and
also
and
also
kind
of
making
that
statement
about
their
Dei
to
their
community,
so
so
yeah
that
that
link
should
link
back
to
them.
C
I
know
we
only
have
like
five
minutes
and
we
can
talk
about
the
the
two
metrics
in
the
Dei
working
group
too.
But
in
terms
of
where
this
document
gets
placed
because
we're
I
don't
think
we're
gonna
we've
kind
of
gone
back
and
forth
between
the
repo
level
and
the
org
level
and.
E
C
That's
where
the
code
of
conduct
is
located
as
well,
and
certainly
people
can
put
it
other
places,
because
the
application
can
point
you
know,
so
they
can
apply
and
say
you
know
this
is
located
in
our
community
repo,
but
I
think
we
should
have
really
strong
guidance.
That
says
we
we
highly
recommend
at
the
org
level.
C
This
is
located
in
your
dot,
GitHub
repo
and
then
the
badge
itself
like
they're,
going
to
receive
the
badge
they
can
put
that
wherever
they
would
like,
and
that
would
just
point
back
to
the
issue
that
was
opened
to
receive
the
badge
and
that
issue
would
also
contain
the
pointer
to
the
dot
GitHub
repo,
because
we
need
that
as
part
of
the
badging
process.
Yeah.
E
B
C
B
C
B
E
B
What
I'm,
just
trying
to
say,
is
I,
don't
know
whether
we
want
to
force
that
I
see
but
yeah
I
think
we
definitely
can
give
strong
guidance
just
for
the
accessibility
of
it,
so
people
can
find
it
and
access
it
other
than
us
totally.
