A
So
we
are
now
recording
our
chaos,
diversity,
&,
Inclusion,
working
group,
meeting
on
September,
16
2019,
and
we
already
started
and
just
forgot
to
start
the
recording.
So
here
we
go.
We
just
discussed
our
upcoming
meeting
with
Angela
brown
on
Wednesday,
and
everyone
is
invited
to
join
C
mailing
list
for
details.
A
At
the
email
or
the
document,
and
we
find
that
real,
quick,
the
idea
is
to
collect
DNI
surveys
and
right
now
is
the
time
to
do
it,
because
the
Apache
Software
Foundation
is
planning
to
run
a
survey
and
so
having
some
comparable
questions
and
is
having
comparable
data.
Maybe
would
be
good
in
preparation,
and
so
that's
why
I'm
facilitating
it
right
now
and
the
idea
I
have
is
to
once.
A
At
all,
as
I
was
looking
through
here
was
wondering:
I
should
have
OpenStack
general
report,
but
you're
right
I
was
missing.
B
B
B
A
A
A
A
Does
that
sound
good
sounds
good.
D
D
C
Far
as
as
far
as
where
it
fits,
it
doesn't
really
matter
to
me
where
it
fits.
However,
if
it
is
in
the
leadership
focus
area-
and
my
point
is
that
the
document
should
probably
reflect
that
so
so,
if
the
focus
area
is
leadership
and
then
onboarding,
and
then
we
read
through
the
document
and
there's
not
a
not
a
single
mention
of
leadership,
so
if
it
stays
here,
that's
fine
with
me
is
this
is
what
I'm
saying
it's
just,
but
where
is
that
connection
to
leadership
in
this
document?.
A
A
B
I
do,
and
that
brings
up
a
good
question
about
whether
or
not
it
is
in
the
right
category
and
I'm,
not
sure
I'm,
not
sure
whether
it
is
or
not
on
the
because,
if,
if
we've
defined
leadership
has
identify
how
healthy
our
community
leadership
is
I'm,
not
sure
I
mean,
if
there's
a
tie
to
onboarding,
it
would
be
that
leadership
sort
of
defines
the
onboarding
process
and
helps
helps
on
board
people.
Maybe
but
I
almost
wonder
if
it
belongs
more
project
and
community.
B
A
That
the
metric
we
can
define
it
based
on
our
understanding
of
onboarding
and
then
I
must
understanding.
There
might
be
very
different
understanding
of
onboarding
that
would
fit
under
the
leadership.
Yeah
agreed
better
than
what
we
can
define.
So
that's
why
I'm
saying
that's,
define
it,
how
we
understand
it
and
if
that
fits
under
project
and
community
great
and
if
emma
has
a
different
input
where
we
can
add
an
onboarding
metric
under
leadership.
A
A
C
C
C
That's
if
onboarding
is
directed
at
joining
a
group
you
can
you
can
on
board
any
time
you
move
positions
right,
so
onboarding
can
encompass
joining
the
group
and
path
to
leadership
if
we,
if
we
wanted
it
to,
although
past
leadership
might
be
its
own
metric,
so
I'm
just
I'm
just
curious,
where
the
if
there
are
thoughts
on
the
boundary
as
it
sits
now,
are
we
just
talking
about
the
initial
joining
of
the
project?
That's.
