C
C
So,
since
no
one's
volunteering,
we
can
just
do
a
bike
committee.
It's
fine!
I
copied
and
pasted
this
agenda,
so
it's
actually
from
last
week,
so
we
don't
need
to
talk
about
the
dei
survey.
C
D
C
D
C
E
C
Oh,
that
was
mine.
I
think
he
came.
He
had
an
idea
for
one
event:
location
inclusivity,
that's
where
it
is.
I
didn't
get
that
part
copied,
I'm!
So
sorry,
let
me
move
these
up
here.
C
These
were
the
the
tail
ended
last
week's
agenda,
so
he
was
working
on
the
event,
location,
inclusivity,
metric
and
then
okay,
we'll
just
talk
about
badging
stickers,
because
that's
the
next
thing
that
you
added.
So
let's
just
talk
about
that,
I'm
not
doing
very
good.
Today,
I'm
gonna
let
someone
else
take
over.
D
That's
okay!
That's
how
I
felt
during
the
badging
meeting
today.
To
be
honest,
just
kind
of
I
did
not
have
it,
but
I've
got
some.
I'm
bringing
up
some
ideas
to
the
dei
me
to
hear
about
some
badging
stickers,
I'm
going
to
leave
an
ember
link
in
chat,
and
I'm
also
going
to
share
my
screen.
If
you
don't
mind
so
this
is
sorry,
go
ahead.
You.
D
Yeah,
I
do
so
there's
this
is
the
first
one
chaos
dei
it
doesn't
talk
about
badging
nearly
as
much,
but
it
ties
in
with
badging,
and
then
we
have
out
of
the
ksdei.
These
are
ones
that
I
that
I
built
in,
so
they
probably
need
some
cleaning
up
as
well,
but
they're
but
they're.
My
ideas.
E
D
So
we
can-
and
this
is
the
one
that's
based
on
the
current
badge,
so
it's
more
tied
in
with
badging
the
dei
ally-
I
just
kind
of
had
some
mock-ups,
because
we're
going
to
be
ordering
somewhere
around
100
stickers
for
the
badging
in
a
shift
to
give
out
to
people,
and
we
don't
know
if
it's
going
to
be
cast
focused
or
kind
of
chaos
dei
badging
focused,
but
it's
all
going
to
be
dei.
So
what
do
y'all
think
about
these
designs
here.
D
D
C
I
was
going
to
say
post
them
to
the
mailing
list,
but
if
you're
looking
for
like
a
flat
out
poll,
that's
a
good
question.
I'm
not
sure.
D
D
People
who
are
allies
of
dei
badging,
really
we're
going
to
have
more
reviewer
specific
ones
as
we
get
this
system
set
up
with
which
they
can
request
the
shirts
and
stickers
and
stuff.
C
Awesome:
okay:
we
can
go
on
then
so
the
next
one
on
the
list
was
psychological
safety,
and
that
was
a
metric
that
I
had
been
working
on
and
I
have
not
done
any
work
on
that
since
last
week.
I
don't
think
there's
much
to
do
it's
just
like
a
final
cleanup
and
then
one
one
final
pass.
C
C
Review
pr
standardization
we
did
this
last
week.
I
think
I
just
because
I
just
copied
and
pasted.
So
yes
is
there
anything
to
talk
about
with
this?
I
don't.
F
D
C
Yeah,
it
looks
good
to
me
too.
I
can
go
ahead
and
merge
this
in.
If,
if
that's
okay,
if
anyone
has
any
strong
objections,
let
me
know,
but
it
seems
pretty.
C
C
And
then
the
next
item
on
here
was
the
the
new
metrics,
which
was
the
event
location
inclusivity
which
kevin
was
working
on
and
he's
not
here
today.
So
we'll
wait
till
next
week
on
that
one
as
well
and
event,
venue,
accessibility,
we're
gonna,
wait
for
kevin
to
kind
of
get
a
first
pass
at
his
before
we
build
on
it
with
the
event
venue
accessibility,
so
that
one
will
also
have
to
wait.
D
C
What
else
do
we
do?
We
want
to
talk
about.
D
In
badging
we're
preparing
for
a
proposal
at
chaos
con,
I
won't
tell
you
who
the
primary
speaker
is
first,
because
you'll
figure
that
out
when
we
propose
it's
not
me.
I
can
promise
that
so
our
focus
is
we're
looking
at
doing,
freeze
on
september
5th,
right
after
the
metrics
released
a
few
days
after
the
metrics
release
and
doing
a
a
review
period
until
september
30th.
D
Now
I
can
copy
in
these
minutes
afterward
too
the
important
parts
and
then
so
so
that
freeze
happens
august
1st
for
chaos.
August
31st
it's
over
and
the
metrics
are
finalized
for
that
rev.
For
that
release.
Our
freeze
happens
like
four
days
after
that.
So
we
have
a
few
days
to
make
final
adjustments
that
happen
during
the
end
of
the
release,
the
review
period
for
chaos,
and
we
had
the
whole
month
of
august
to
work
on
improving
the
badging
initiatives.
D
The
questions
semantics
things
like
that
as
well
during
that
august
time,
I'm
kind
of
copying
my
self
there,
but
we're
gonna.
Our
big
focus
is
making
a
gold
badge
harder
to
obtain
so
for
anyone,
who's
applied
an
event
before
it's
going
to
be
a
little
harder
to
get
them
unreleased
through
and
forward,
hopefully,
because
I
think
we've
only
given
out
gold
badges
so
far
and
which
is
great.
D
I
I
appreciate
that
that
everybody's
doing
really
well
in
the
applications,
but
we
need
to
make
it
harder
and
we're
working
on
implementing
a
new
bot.
That's
that's!
Oh
I've
got
for
the
update.
C
A
quick
question
about
that
gold:
badging:
do
you
think
it's
part
of
it
could
be
that
because
it
is
so
transparent,
not
in
the
open
that
if
I'm
running
an
event-
and
I
look
at
other
badges
applications
that
have
been
gone
through,
if
I
think
I'm
not
going
to
get
a
gold
badge,
do
you
think
that
maybe
that's
a
deterrent
so
like
the
only
people
who
are
applying
are
people
who
are
pretty
confident
they're
going
to
get
a
gold
badge?
D
The
the
pro
the
way
we're
going
to
make
a
gold
badge
harder
is
not
necessarily
through
making
the
percentage
harder.
It's
just
we're
going
to
add
more
items,
more
things
that
people
have
to
pay
attention
to,
and
we
kind
of
want
to
culture
for
the
badge
levels
more
similar
to
how
cii
does
that,
where
it's
really
hard
to
get
all
gold,
but
people
are
definitely
happy
with
passing
yeah,
go
ahead.
Justin,
sorry.
B
D
Our
idea,
for
that
is
like
a
10
month,
expiration
just
in
case
they
have
the
event
a
little
sooner
or
a
little
later
that,
after
10
months,
the
badge
is
not
valid
anymore.
We
haven't
implemented
that
as
coming
in
the
next
release,.
E
D
Definitely,
I
think,
I
think
the
people
that
have
been
applying
more
than
once
are
really
getting
the
process
down
and
getting
to
100
a
lot
quicker,
which
definitely
means
a
lot
more
gold
badges
for
them.
D
D
D
C
I
mean
really
that's
kind
of
a
measure
of
success,
too,
is
like
the
improvement
of
their
own
score
over
time
like
that
speaks
volumes
to
the
the
way
that
the
process
is
set
up
like
that's.
The
whole
point
is
to
get
everybody
to
kind
of
shift
a
little
bit
closer
to
you
know
being
as
inclusive
and
possible
as
possible.
So
I
think
that's
awesome.
That's
really
really
fantastic
to
hear
that
matt,
good
job.
D
It's
more
the
community
than
it
is
just
like
me.
Good
job,
though.
C
Yeah
but
you're
the
one,
that's
really
driving
everything
I
think
and
keeping
it
all
together,
keeping
the
wheels
on
the
tracks.
So
you
get
the
whole
absolutely
the
whole
community
has
has
pitched
in
to
help,
but-
and
so
yes
definitely
good
good
kudos
to
them
as
well.
But
I
think
you
know
you
you've
really
been
the
one
to
to
bring
it
home
and
to
make
sure
that
it's
you
know
moving
forward
and
keeping
it
going
so
yeah.
C
C
Oh
actually,
I
have
a
question
matt
I
posed
to
myself.
I
thought
I
had
read
somewhere
that
the
badging
outreach
meetings
were
not
gonna
happen
anymore,
so
I
took
them
off
the
newsletter
and
I
think
they're
off
the
calendar
is
that
is
that
that's
okay.
D
Yeah,
that's
we.
We
postponed
them
until
the
beginning
of
like
when
most
people's
semester
has
finally
started
up
about
late
august.
C
D
C
Okay,
I
don't
know
that
we
really
have
much
else
to
talk
about
today.
Anybody
else
have
anything
on
their
mind
before
we
go.
We
have
to
pick
another
facilitator,
though,
for
next
week,
so.
