A
All
right,
so
this
is,
we
did
not
have
a
meeting
two
weeks
ago
because
it
was
just
elizabeth
and
I,
and
so
this
is
the
march
22nd
edition
of
the
evolution
working
group
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
wanted
to
talk
about.
A
We
had
some.
I
just
want
to
talk
about
metrics
models
in
this
group.
We
don't
have
to
do
it
first,
but
I'll
put
it
there
first,
just
in
case,
and
we
have
some
previously
reviewed
metrics.
B
C
D
I
think
that
so
I
am
the
one
that's
looking
through
the
evolution
metrics
to
review.
B
We
have
three
release:
metrics.
B
Two
I
release
them
like
put
the
super
request.
One
was
done
by
a
doctor
german
prey,
so.
B
A
Can
you
hear
me
yes,
okay,
then
then
we're
ready
to
go,
and
maybe
we
should
just
quick
review
and
if
we
have
any
issues
in
prs,
let's
see
update
funnel
image.
A
All
right
and
then
oh,
this
is
just
our
add
reactions.
One
that's
been
hanging
there
for
a
while.
These
are
just
our
release.
I
guess
we
could
look
and
see
if
we
have
any
comments.
D
D
A
Okay,
it
is,
it
is
a
metric
focused
on
technical
contributions,
so.
A
I'm
just
going
to
look
at
this
metric.
Well,
that's
the.
G
There
there's
supposed
to
be,
but
it
doesn't
look
like
people
have
been
using
it.
C
G
I
think
the
the
objectives
include
non-technical
as
well.
Can
you
can
you
scroll
up
to
the
description.
G
D
D
A
A
All
right
these,
these
look
like
some
suggestions
that
could
be,
could
be
made
to
the
metric
change
request,
reviews.
A
G
What
do
you
mean
so
any
any
changes
made
to
the
markdown
will
automatically
be
displayed
on
the
website,
so
we
are.
We
are
linking
directly
to
the
to
this
document.
G
B
A
A
A
A
G
We're
doing
so
none
of
the
none
of
the
data
ethics
policy
links
in
any
of
the
documents
if
they
exist,
are
going
to
be
correct
and
then
requiring
or
and
then
regarding
the
is
it
should
it
be
bold.
A
And
I
thought
that
double
underline
was
italicized
as
well,
but
it's
coming
across
as
bold
and
get
the
mark
down.
Okay,
that's
weird!
I
think
a
single
star
is
italicized.
A
Because
you
would
want
to
visualize
whether
or
not
I
ice
given
this
somebody's
making
a
lot
of
noise
given
the
metric,
I
think
what
we
want
to
see
in
change
request
reviews
is
a
percent
like
some
sort
of
percentage
of
change,
requests,
accepted
and
also
reviewed
versus
accepted
and
not
reviewed.
G
A
D
I
think
it
would
go
in
that
first
focus
area
code,
development.
A
D
A
D
Way
back
in
the
days
when
metrics
models
were
first
like
emerging.
So
I
think,
since
that
we've
had
those
conversations
about
keeping
the
metrics
models
a
lot
smaller
and
more
compact
yeah
simpler,
because
this
is
a
lot.
G
D
Was
talking
about
this
yeah?
I
was
asia
pacific
like
months
and
months
ago.
They
are
the
ones
who
kind
of
started
this.
I
think
metrics
model
like
actually
putting
something
on
paper.
G
Yeah,
I
remember
this
model
from
the
from
the
early
stages
of
the
of
the
metrics
model
working
groups.
I'm
I'm
not
aware
of
the
of
the
this
model
in
the
context
of
evolution.
I
guess
I
I
don't.
I
don't
remember
discussing
it
in
evolution,.
A
A
D
F
Yeah,
maybe.
D
Yeah
all
chaos
docs.
I
think.
A
Had
two
one
was
oops,
one
was
code
complexity
and
the
other
was
code
development,
okay,
I've
say,
code
complexity
seems
easier
to
grok
than
code
development,
which
seems
unwieldy.
A
A
All
right
so.
I
E
A
A
A
I
A
Okay,
so
I
think
maybe
if
you
could
bring
a
definition
of
that
to
the
next
meeting,
we
we
could
discuss
code
and
thank
you,
okay
and
you
know
help
us
develop
the
common
understanding
of
it.
I
think
mine
when
we
talk
about
things
like
code
complexity
and
entropy,.
A
I
Well,
I
told
you
how
you
had
something
already
fitting
good.
H
A
E
A
H
A
Project
level
characteristics
I
would
propose
project
level,
code,
project
level,
code
characteristics,
so
they're
the
s,
the
evolving
state
of
a
project
not
looking
at
all
of
the
actions
performed
against
it,
but
at
x
point
in
time.
The
project
contains
this
many
lines
of
code
in
this
language.
This
many
lines
of
code
in
this
other
language
there's
a
percentage
of
the
project
that
is
in
each
language.
So.
E
J
A
G
A
To
elizabeth's
point
they
could
fit
in
common;
they.
I
don't
see
them
fitting
anywhere
else
which,
which
ones
do
we
need
the
ones
I
thought
were
like.
D
If
you
look
at
sean's
spreadsheet
thing
that
not
spreadsheet
but
code
thing
with
the
complex
code,
complexity
numbers
in
it.
A
H
A
Lines
and
then
I
suppose,
project
comment
lines.
A
A
G
And
that's
maybe
that's
something
to
look
at
in
the
future.
Here
tell
me
what
you
mean
so
the
the
the
need
to
create
a
new
focus
area
here.
I
think
we're
adding
the
way
that
we,
the.
G
Have
this
organized
is
not
it's
no
longer
coherent
right,
so
we're
we're
organizing
the
focus
areas
in
in
different
ways.
G
So
when
we
go
to
the
when
you
scroll
to
the
top,
where
we've
created
focus
areas
around
activity,
development,
activity,
efficiency
and
quality,
an
issue
resolution,
so
the
these
these
focus
areas
as
a
whole,
they
don't
really,
they
don't
really
go
together
right.
So
it's
I
feel
like
we're.
We're
almost
at
this
point
we're
almost
randomly
creating
focus
area
because.
A
A
So
the
diff,
well
the
buckets
work
for
the
ones
that
we
have
in
the
buckets.
I
think
the
distinction
for
this
one
is
that
these
these
are
static
properties.
They
are,
they
don't
reflect
change
activity
at
all
and
that's
the
big
difference
and
we
can
discuss
this.
I
agree
next
time,
and
so
I
will
put.
G
So
when
you
start,
when
you
start
talking
about
project
level,
I'm
just
saying
maybe
it
makes
more
sense
to
organize
the
focus
areas
by
by
spaces
within
the
project
rather
than
activities.
For
example,
maybe
change
requests
becomes
the
focus
area
issues
becomes
the
focus
area.
Project
level
becomes
the
focus
area
rather
than
because,
because
we
also
have
one
that's
inter
inter
dependencies,
which
is
so
it's
the
the
we're
handling
the
focus
areas
in
two
different
ways.
G
So
it's
there's
inconsistency
in
the
way
that
we've
created
them
and
in
the
way
that
we're
putting
metrics
in.
G
G
A
No,
this
would
be
some
and
we'd
have
to
explain
this
differently
in
any
sort
of
knowledge
base,
because
these
are
different
in
very
fundamental
ways,
but
I'm
gonna
cut
this
meeting
off.
So
we
have
a
minute
between
this
and
the
next
meeting,
and
thank
you
all
and
talk
with
you
soon,
like
in
five
minutes.
