- Growth-Maturity-Decline work group [3] is looking for help with defining metrics, with implementing metrics in Python Notebooks, with validating metrics with community managers, and with generating reports from metrics.
- Diversity and Inclusion work group [4] is looking for help with validating the metrics proposed in pull requests, in the future the work group looks for help with identifying ways to measure the metrics.
* Mailing list migration to group.io
- change only affects administrators
- subscriptions and settings are migrated
- archives are migrated

one
thing
we
changed
from
our
last
chaos:
cone
is
to
have
more
time
for
just
networking
and
talking
to
each
other
in
between
sessions.
The
morning
is
more
dominated
by
talks,
and
we
want
to
do
those
in
one
big
room
concluding
with
the
panel
and
then
after
lunch.
We
start
off
with
lightning
talks,
just
five
minutes
short
presentations
that
we
will
assign
at
the
conference.

really
attitude
engaging
program
managers,
community
managers
that
are
looking
for
displays
of
those
kinds
of
metrics
and
have
a
few
prototypes.
That
I
plan
to
share
with
the
group
and
I
know
that

changes
along
those
lines.

name
