A
B
I
think
from
the
conversations
on
the
mailing
lists,
it's
pretty
exciting
to
see
that
there
are
people
interested
in
picking
up,
translation
and
wanting
to
work
on
that
and
yeah
I
fully
agree.
We
need
to
think
about
the
process
and
so
I
create
the
a
currently
blank
page
on
the
in
the
community
handbook
where
we
can
start
to
flesh
out
the
process
that
we
do
want
to
use
and
think
it
through
before.
We
actually
get
started
on
any
of
the
work.
All.
A
Translation
all
right
so
so,
first
I
guess
from
a
resource
perspective,
we
do
have
dollars
resource
dollars
to
help
in
this
process.
Alright,
so
there's
there
and
it's
not
out
of
community
bridge
it's
out
of
the
sloan
foundation,
so
there
are
dollars
to
kind
of
kickstart.
This
I
actually
know
that
I'm
saying
this
I
kind
of
meant
to
look
as
to
what
the
cost
of
translation
is.
I.
Think
it's
by
the
word
you
know.
So,
if
you
take
a
look
at
say
the
a
single
metrics
page,
X
number
of
words
its
X
number
of
dollars.
A
So
one
of
my
thoughts
was
we
could
use
some
of
those
dollars
to
do
kind
of
rough
translation
into
a
variety
of
different
languages,
whatever
those
like.
We
have
to
think
about
that
and
then
ask
for
community
support
to
fine
tune
the
areas
that
are
being
expressed
very
well
on
these
translations.
That's
kind
of
my
first.
My
first
thought:
do
people
have
comments
on
that.
C
A
Not
no,
it
is
I
mean
I'm
thinking.
If
we
have
the
funds,
the
funds
might
be
best
used
for
just
kind
of
some
course
like
coursework.
That
course
like
cou,
RSE
but
kind.
Of
course,
level
work
just
to
kind
of
unlock
some
of
the
pages
that
are
currently
in
English
into
other
languages,
I'm,
guessing
that
the
translation
services
that
are
out
there
aren't
perfect
and
then
asking
community
support
to
again
find
to
it.
A
So
again,
if
we
have
dollars
and
we're
looking
at
doing
this
kind
of
fine
tuning
I'm
afraid
that
that
wouldn't
be,
that
would
be
a
weird
spot
for
the
money.
So
anybody
have
thoughts
on
this
I'm
very
open
to
ideas
here,
I'm
trying
to
kind
of
incrementally
go
forward
to
how
we
might
do
this
so.
B
D
B
E
And
the
badging
project
we
are
working
on,
we
were
working
on
getting
some
kind
of
trial
or
a
free
version
of
crowdin.
But
after
talking
to
some
of
that,
some
people
from
Cardin
I
believe
from
Creighton
on
github
doesn't
look
like
that's
quite
a
workout.
So
I
was
going
to
bring
up
in
the
DNI
meeting
that
we
needed
some
kind
of
subscription
to
that
for
the
badging
project
for
the
internships.
Well,.
F
E
Been
looking
more
into
it,
I'm
actually
gonna,
like
the
plans
here
that
what
is
it?
It's
a
crowdsourcing
translation
programming,
but
that's
just
something
I
had
in
mind
talking
hearing
about
this
and
I,
don't
know
too
much.
It
was
all
more
of
a
person
asked
about
this
because
he's
a
lot
more
familiar
with
it.
Okay,
this
would
be
an
option
as
well.
Okay,
one.
F
More
thing,
if
we
are
signing
it
to
the
people,
it's
going
to
be
an
ongoing
basis,
not
a
one-time
fee.
Yes,
one
time,
we
are
converting
it
as
as
well
as
Bank
community
keep
on
adding
things,
so
we
have
to
keep
on
translating
it.
So
all
these
groups
are
going
to
be
maintaining
it
or
like
do
we
have
a
professional
service
who
will
keep
on
doing
it
onwards?
A
G
G
I
mean
I,
think
it's
sort
of
competitor
to
I
mean
crowded
okay,
so
yeah,
so
you
can
I
mean
actually
a
get
lab.
We
use
crowded
about
this,
but
it's
got
I
mean
like
every
tool.
It's
got
pluses
and
minuses
and
somebody
I
get
lab.
Just
I
think
this
is
another
tool
that
they
that
was
sort
of
brought
up
recently.
Yeah,
okay,.
A
Guess
one
of
my
thoughts
is
that
if
we
as
we
I,
think
this
is
a
good
idea,
as
we
kind
of
go
down
this
translation
route,
I'm
guessing
there's
a
lot
of
heavy
lifting
early,
but
there's
just
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
pages
and
a
lot
of
like
corners
of
the
chaos
project
that
would
be
subject
to
that
and
I
I.
Think.
If
we,
if
we
you
know,
I
know
that
several
people
have
kind
of
volunteered
but
from
a
resource
perspective.
That
might
be
a
little
overwhelming.
A
A
H
A
H
When
I
say
like
working
group
because
since
the
transformations
are
fired
from
language
to
language
is
just
to
give
them,
we
stay
true
that
this
is
real.
It's
a
community
phonetically,
so
if
they
can
organize
themselves
people
drink,
Portuguese,
putting
it
in
France,
they
can
organize
themselves
the
way
definitive
based.
Then
they
tried
to
come
up
with
something:
okay,.
H
H
Yeah
is
they
should
just
organize
himself
and
become
part
of
the
community?
Okay,
because
in
this
context,
I
know
that
there
is
a
time
we
organize
something
like
a
course
and
students
were
really
encouraged
to
go
on
open
source
project
and
make
a
kind
of
active
contributions.
A
good
number
of
students
choose
to
translate
documentation.
I
was
the
exactly
got
public
was
accepted
by
that
community,
which
also.
F
H
A
All
right,
no
that's
a
good
idea.
I
one
of
the
other
questions
I
may
be
I
have
a
couple
here
is
whoever
gets
a
question
over
there?
Oh
hey,
that
was
the
question.
I
was
gonna.
Ask
so,
but
you
can
you
can
ask
it
so
what's
the
scope
of
translation
right
so
I
think
the
metrics
are
clear
candidate
for
translation,
the
releasing
metrics
yeah
for
sure.
So
then,
like
circling
out,
you
know
like
concentric
rings.
Out
from
that,
is
it
all
the
work?
That's
that's.
In.
A
I
Yeah,
okay,
so
so
I
think
you
know
I'm
assuming
here,
because
I
came
in
late
and
I'm
sorry
about
that.
I
saw
I'm.
Assuming
this
this
is
the
tangent
from
Crowden
or
not.
This
is
just
translation
in
kind
of
in
general,.
I
So
so
yeah,
so
we
kind
of
wanted
to
explore
that
angle
in
badging
as
a
as
a
prototype
right
as
a
model
to
kind
of
be
able
to
to
come
up
with
a
way
with
the
framework
for
translation
and
so
in
badging
and
and
Tola
is
the
intern
who's.
Basically
exploring
this.
We
wanted
to
consider
crowdin,
but
but
the
point,
the
point
you
know
that
we're
asking
at
the
you
know
here
is
what
is
the
scope
of
things
being
translated,
yeah
and
I
think
the
way
the
way
we
were
approaching?
I
This
is
that
if
you
have
a
markdown
file,
work
down
basically
can
be
written
in
any
language
as
far
as
I
know,
because
parsing,
it
only
only
uses
punctuate
errs
that
should
be
available
and
should
not
interfere
with
the
flow
of
any
language.
There's
always
white
space
separating
any
marks.
So,
technically
speaking,
you
could
create
a
localized
folder
with
you
know:
language
abbreviations,
MD,
pre
document.
I
So
we
were
just
thinking
on
that
model
and
the
idea
that
when
we
have
a
document,
a
document
in
a
repo,
we
would
use
some
convention
to
always
have
the
I
18.
And
you
know
suffix
versions
of
those
documents
available.
Somehow
it
was
in
convention.
That
would
be
the
first
step
of
of
the
process,
and
here
we
would
say
the
scope
would
be
whatever
markdown
files.
You
have
that
that
you
can
faithfully
translate
okay,
I.
J
F
I
Stole
this
is
a
hurdle
we'll
get
to
down
the
road.
It's
like.
How
can
we
have
you
know
un
style
meetings
in
minutes
and
I,
don't
think
we're
ready
to
cross
that
bridge
and
open
source
I'm,
not
sure,
unlike
collaborate,
you
would
get
there
anytime
soon,
but
but
we
can
focus
on
artifacts
that
are
generated
and
and
distributed
with
releases
as
the
first
priority.
So
there's
a
release,
it
comes
with
international
or
localized,
sorry,
localized
material.
Anything
you
can
read
with
the
release
of
any
open
source
aspect
could
be
translatable
in
that
release.
I
I
You
know
you
could
gradually
get
there,
though
you
don't
have
to
say.
Okay,
my
goal
is
a
hundred
percent.
Let's
do
a
hundred
percent
that
that
would
be
kind
of
a
you
get
there
when
you
have
a
process
that
is
scaleable
that
is
sustainable,
so
we're
still
working
on
that
process
and
I'm
sure
projects
have
processes
so
we're
trying
to
refine
one
based
on
you
know.
Markdown
can.
A
I
D
I
Then
you
would
basically
create
branches
or
whatever
for
each
land.
Whatever
convention
you
use,
you
would
use
those
sub
modules
in
that
repo
to
translate
markdown
content
that
is
distributable
and
in
in
that
sense
you
could,
you
know
up
stream
it
back
or
you
could
push
it
back
into
the
source,
repos
against
the
sub
modules
right
so
because
the
sub
module,
when
you
when
you
commit
to
it,
you
can
then
push
it
back
to
the
original
to
the
origin
right.
I
So
so,
in
that
model,
I
I
think
I
am
more
a
process
centric
in
the
way
I
thought
about
it.
So,
in
this
process
yeah
we
would
whatever
repos
sorry.
Those
repos
would
definitely
include
the
framework
repo
which
we
don't
have
yet,
which
is
the
documentation
on
how
to
go
about
badging.
It
could
also
include.
I
A
Thank
you
any
other.
This
is
helpful,
so
right
now,
Oh
kind
of
what
I'm
hearing
is
right.
We
don't
have
to
do
the
entirety
of
everything,
but
candidates
could
be
the
metrics
kind
of
these
released
components.
The
badging
process,
when
it
gets
to
that
point
right,
I,
think
the
process
is
still
being
built
out
for
DNI
badging.
D
K
Because
it
has
all
the
info
about
like
the
meetings
and
the
metrics
and
I
wasn't
sure
one
of
my
questions
was
is:
is
this
going
to
be
starting
off
with
one
thing
or
a
couple
of
items
to
translate
and
trying
the
process
on
those
items?
And
then
once
the
process
is
like
finalized
and
is
working
going,
broader
I
mean
translating
more
things
or
like
more
items.
Yeah.
I
I
think
that
that's
the
model
yeah
absolutely
so
so
we're
refining
a
process
by
by
taking
you
know
small
bites
and
learning
as
much
as
we
can
to
make
sure
the
process
can
scale
across
the
different
types
of
challenges.
For
at
least
Sade
know.
This
type
of
translation
is
kind
of
like
pointless
because
it
goes
nowhere
and
I
think
that
would
apply
to
minutes.
A
A
I
Yeah,
so
at
this
point
the
thing
I'm
kind
of
like
I,
want
to
make
sure
we
not
exclude
from
this
is
Tola
is
working
on
that.
So,
if
we're
gonna
change,
trajectories,
I,
think
I
think
their
proposal
is
like
a
blueprint,
and
you
know
we
can.
We
can
work
out
of
that
blueprint
because
we're
making
a
decision
as
a
project,
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
during
the
internship
he
would
work
towards
the
essence
of
the
proposal.
I
Done
so
I
think
we
were,
we
were
kind
of
distracted,
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
begin
with
Crowden
and
then
a
grown
crowd.
Then
you
know
you
know
back
in
the
background
for
a
bit
or
forever.
Then
then
I
think
yeah.
We
can
say
that
Toula
has
been
looking
at
all
didn't
do
and
now
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
what
we
could
do.
Oh
yeah,
so.
A
Why
don't
maybe,
following
Armstrong
suggestion
of
creating
a
group
of
folks
with
an
interest
in
in
doing
this
in
making
sure
Tola
is
part
of
that
conversation
as
well?
That
would
be
great.
Okay,
okay!
Thank
you.
Okay,
thanks.
Thanks
for
all
the
comments,
everybody
this
is
super
helpful
minute
and
what
I
consider
what
I
think
is
a
great
initiative.
A
Okay,
I,
let's
see
that's
that
should
be
a
but
comment
in
here:
I,
don't
remember
which
working
group
we're
in
maybe
common
last
week,
but
the
discussion
came
up
about
metrics
releases.
So,
typically,
we
do
kind
of
a
twice
a
year,
metrics
release
kind
of
a
official
release
that
captures
that
will
now
capture
all
of
the
continuous
metrics
that
are
released
over
a
six
month
period
and
then
any
new
metrics
that
come
out
on
those
six
month
six-month
spots.
A
C
L
B
F
B
A
Let's
just
go
with
that
all
right
great
website,
so
there's
been
a
lot
of
work
done
on
the
website.
So
thanks
for
everybody,
that's
been
doing
that
there
are
a
few
and
we
can
open
issues
here.
But
could
I
could
I
ask
folks
just
to
go
to
the
website
really
fast
up
at
the
link
in
here,
but
you
should
and
can
you
just
take
like
a
minute?
A
Something
seems
to
be
missing,
so
I'm
just
gonna
be
silent
for
a
couple
minutes
here,
while
I
ask
folks
to
take
a
look
at
the
website
and
then,
if
you
have
issues,
just
alright
drop
them
in
this
document,
and
we
can
try
to
capture
them
there.
You
should
make
an
issue
and
kind
of
get
those
changes
done.
So.
H
C
L
L
So
basically,
we'd
have
the
at
at
the
time.
At
the
time
of
the
regular
release,
we
would
actually
have
the
previous
release.
Metrics
would
have
its
own
page
and
then
the
new
release
metrics
without
its
own
page.
So-
and
this
was
this-
is
the
previous
way
we're
doing
it.
So
if
we're
changing
the
because
we've
gone
to
a
continuous
release,
we
can
certainly
it
probably
would
make
sense
to
remove
that
out
that
versioning
I.
C
A
A
A
Okay,
good,
thank
you
so
kind
of.
Maybe
what
we
can
do
with
this
is
start,
creating
a
few
issues
for
the
website.
You
know
I
mean
just
to
start
talking
through
so
I
just
wanted
to
capture
these
I.
Don't
think
people
opening
issues
and
I
thought.
Maybe
we
could
just
kind
of
kick
started
here
and
open
the
shoes
that
way
so
just
kind
of
okay.
A
L
E
A
B
At
the
last
conference
event
to
scale
I
met
up
with
at
the
USENIX
booth
and
they
have
a
magazine.
Remember
magazine
the
plugin
and
talking
with
them.
They
were
interested
in
open
source,
community
health
and
so
I
wrote
a
twenty
four
hundred
word
article
for
them
and
I'm
happy
to
share
that
with
anyone
who
would
like
an
early
peek
at
it.
I
would
also
love
feedback
and
revision.
I
have
to
turn
this
in.
It's
already
been
accepted
with
minor
revisions,
but
I
can
still
make
some
changes.
H
F
H
L
I
Can
I
add
one
more
aspect,
because
so
so
there's
a
CSS
query
for
reduced
motion,
I
believe
now
that
helps
with
accessibility.
You
know
it
defines
the
context
of
someone
who
is
using
a
operating
system
where
they
use
an
accessibility
flag.
That
says
I
don't
want
as
much
motion,
and
that
applies
here
in
the
sense
that
conventionally
people
just
made
wrote
rotators
or
whatever
they
call
them,
but
with
reduced
motion
you
could
infer
that
that
the
person
at
least
would
not
want
the
content
to
move
quickly.
I
We
could,
even
you
know,
either
make
it
slower
or
make
it
manually
with
one
click.
You
know
back
and
forth
just
to
make
sure
that
that
everyone
is
able
to
get
their
5.
Second
windows,
not
not
in
you
know,
which
is
not
five
seconds
for
everything
right.
So
I
just
wanted
to
point
that
out,
because
it's
just
relevant
now
that
we're
making
those
accessibility
improvements
as
we
go,
do.
L
Then
I
would
I
would
very
much
appreciate
any
other
comments
that
people
have
about
accessibility
as
well,
even
if
that
includes
opening
just
an
issue
that
is
specific
to
accessibility
on
the
website.
A
I
J
A
The
other
issue
that
came
up
was
the
the
ability
to
connect
as
people
make
requests
for
reports
with
Salesforce
at
the
Linux
Foundation
to
kind
of
help
us
get
a
better
understanding
of
where
these
requests
are
coming
from.
Who
is
making
the
requests
data
that
we
that
we
cannot
see
because
we're
not
members
of
the
LF,
but
just
in
terms
of
perhaps
encouraging
people
to
participate
in
chaos,
cons
things
like
that?
That
may
be
useful
down
the
road,
so
I
don't
know
precisely
how
that
would
work
quite
yet,
but
we're
working
on
that.
B
B
We
have
some
interesting
interviews
scheduled
the
next
one.
This
week
is
with
Ruth
cheese
Lee
from
the
metric
community.
You
might
have
seen
the
community
of
report
I.
Think
I
shared
that
on
the
mailing
list
awhile
ago
and
then
the
next
one
that
I'm
organizing
is
with
Chris
Andy
check
from
CN
CF
to
talk
about
the
open
source
community
health
at
the
cloud
native
compute
foundation
and
our
deaf
stats,
your
tool
that
they
have
and
then
also
their
annual
report,
where
they
do
include
a
lot
of
metrics
nice.

What
commented,
maybe
it's,
that
time
split,
timeslot
of
reorganizing
the
focus
area,
names
and
so
right
now
that
proposal,
which
seemed
to
gain
traction
on
Thursday,
is
organizational
individual
and
social.
So
the
organizational
value,
individual
value
and
social
value
I
think
I
got
that
right,
didn't
I
shine.
Those
were
done
once
they
brought
forward
so.
F
A
Looking
at
taking
the
existing
set
of
metrics
that
have
been
released
and
then
we're
gonna
izing
under
these
focus
areas
and
then,
as
we
think,
about
new
metrics
again
organizing
under
these
focus
areas,
I
think
that
was
the
one
thing
I
want
to
bring
forward
with
value
anything
else.
On
a
metrics
working
group
side
of
things.
B
Yep
tomorrow
is
DNA.
We
have
two
big
topics
for
tomorrow.
One
is
a
leadership
principles.
Metrics
metric
that
mi
Ervin
proposed
I
would
like
to
review
that
tomorrow
with
everyone
and
then
also
the
documentation.
Accessibility
metric
that
we've
been
working
on
I
would
like
to
make
some
progress
tomorrow,
with
that
and
you're
all
invited
to
join
there.
