A
A
A
How's
your
semester
going
armstrong.
Well,
technically,
I'm
done
for
it's
just
that
I'm
I
have
some
other
kind
of.
I
got
some
postdocs
offer
that
I'm
trying
to
work
on,
and
some
I'm
just
looking
to
for
faculty
position
now,
and
things
like
that
are
you
done
like
in
may.
B
B
C
Is
one
day
it's
just
gonna
happen
and
it
will
be
super
exciting.
No,
I
think
the
earliest
is
probably
june
at
this
point.
C
C
Yeah,
it
seems
to
be
to
coincide
with
with
all
the
meaning.
Is
this
one
they
certainly
did
on
it.
F
G
B
B
G
Me,
okay,
god
got
it,
I
did.
I
did
post
it's
so
funny
that
you
should
say
that
I
did
post
some
of
some
flowers
in
the
garden.
Oh,
you
did.
Okay.
I.
G
G
B
B
All
right,
well
cool
all
right,
so
elizabeth
can't
make
it
today,
so
I'm
going
to
run
the
meeting
today.
So
it's
actually
our
first
agenda
item.
So
I'm
going
to
start
the
recording
somewhere.
D
B
B
B
Right
so
welcome
everybody
to
the
april
5th
chaos
community
meeting.
It's
great
to
have
you
here,
just
a
few
comments,
so
I
think
we're
going
to
spend
a
little
bit
of
time
we're
going
to
try
to
end
early
just
because
we're
going
to
do
chaos.
Con
planning
stuff
so
like
to
use
some
time
here
to
do
that.
B
So
she
code
africa
kicks
off
today
and
we
have
two
students
who
are
participating
in
the
chico
africa
program
and
so
elizabeth
and
I
think
ruth
and
maybe
matt
cantu
are
at
that
meeting,
just
to
kind
of
welcome
the
two
students
and
provide
some
onboarding
they
it
looks
like
both
of
them
are
going
to
be
working
on
some
slack
functionality,
particularly
helping
newcomers
who
who
join
slack
to
kind
of
point
them
in
in
directions
that
are
useful
to
them.
So
if
you
have
an
interest
in
that,
don't
hesitate
to.
B
Let
me
know
I'll
make
a
comment
here
on
on
outreachy.
So
if
you
haven't
noticed,
we've
had
a
lot
of
people
express
an
interest
in
outreachy
on
slack.
This
is
a
marked
change.
I
think,
from
the
last
time
that
we
participated
in
outreachy
yeah,
and
so
we
weren't
the
numbers
are
quite
different.
B
I
do
if
anybody's
on
the
call
interested
in
outreachy
I
just
I
want
to
kind
of
just
reemphasize
that
we
have
funding
for
one
mentee
all
right,
so
you
can
kind
of
take
a
look
at
the
the
number
of
people
who
are
participating
in
the
outreachy
slack
channel
and
just
kind
of
realize
that
it's
it's
going
to
be
a
there's.
Just
there's
a
lot
of
people
who
have
expressed
interest
and
there
just
aren't
many
opportunities,
meaning
one
here
in
the
chaos
project.
D
I
did
I
had
a
office
hour
for
outreach
students
yesterday
and
I
did
mention
that
and
several
students
had
a
question
about
how
we
would
be
deciding,
and
I
said
that
we
would
look
at
contributions
and
applications
and
then
the
group
would
get
together
and
decide
that
with
the
number
of
potential
applicants
there
there
isn't
really
any
way.
I
could
tell
you
what
to
do.
That
would
be
more
or
less
the
right
thing.
D
B
B
B
Okay,
well,
thank
you
for
doing
that.
I
just
that's!
That's
a
really
nice
thing
trying
to
think
if
there's
oh.
H
B
I
also
wanted
to
just
take
an
opportunity
to
say
thank
you
to
microsoft,
who
is
funding
half
of
the
outreachy
sponsorship,
so
outreachy,
you
know,
is
a
from
a
community
perspective.
We
provide
the
funds,
unlike
google
summer
of
code
and
microsoft
is,
is
splitting
the
cost
with
us
the
chaos
project.
So
I'd
just
like
to
say
thank
you
to
emma
who
had
pushed
this
and
and
to
microsoft,
who
is
providing
that
support?
I'm
also
talking
just
so.
B
You
know
too
I'm
talking
with
brian
warner
at
the
linux
foundation,
just
because
we're
going
to
be
using
the
funds
out
of
the
community
bridge
or
whatever
it's
called
the
lf.
You
know
that
special
fund
that's
difficult
to
access
that
one.
I
know
what
you're
talking
about.
Oh
now,
wait
a
second
don
is
typing
that
tomorrow
it's
her
51st
birthday
like
it's.
B
That's
awesome
all
right:
does
anybody
have
any
questions
about
outreachy
or
kind
of
how
things
are
going
there?
H
B
Okay,
I
can
look
it
up
real,
quick
as
well.
Okay,
if
you
could
put
it
in
the
notes
and
then
we'll
move
on
to
point
three.
The
metrics
review
period
is
over,
so
metrics
are
being
finalized.
Now
I'm
glad
kevin
is
on
and
I'm
gonna
well
is
he
still
on
oh
yeah
there
he
is
kevin.
Do
you
have
any
comments
on
the
metrics
release
or
anything
you'd
like
to
update
us
on
just
that.
I
So
we
are
through
the
comment
period
now
so
now
the
the
working
groups
have
a
week
to
two
weeks
to
make
edits
and
prepare
the
metrics
for
the
release.
That
preparation
includes
removing
the
the
disclaimer
text.
That's
at
the
top
of
the
metric
that
says
the
metric
is
in
review.
I
It
also
involves
making
sure
that
the
the
metric
has
made
its
way
over
to
the
translations
repo
and
that
work
is
is
going
on
on
that
when
the
when
the
metric
is
ready
to
go.
If
you
want
to
tag
me
in
the
the
issue
just
to
let
you
know
it's
good,
I
will
start
closing
those
issues
as
I
migrate,
those
metrics
to
the
website.
B
Okay
and
then
I
think
our
you-
and
I
are
you
me
and
elizabeth-
are
gonna,
get
that
link
to
the
privacy
and
ethic
statement
in
there.
I
think
I
mean
that
shouldn't
be
too
hard.
I
Yeah
that
yeah,
it's
the
it's
the
same
text.
So
really
it's
just
a
matter
of
pasting
it
into
all
of
the
all
of
the
metrics.
I
don't
know
that
we
even
need
to
do
all
three
of
us.
One
of
us
could
probably
take
care
of
it.
B
I
And
if
you'd
like,
I
can
take
care
of
that
as
part
of
the
release
it
doesn't,
it
doesn't
really
add
considerable.
B
I
It's
I'm
gonna
have
I'll.
When
I
go
through
the
when
I
go
through
the
release,
I
I
have
to
make
edits
to
almost
every
working
with
repo.
As
I
go
so
okay,
I
will
already
have
them,
pulled
up
and
updated
and
ready
to
go
so.
Okay,.
B
B
D
I
All
right,
thank
you
just
to
oh
yeah,
just
to
be
clear
for
everyone
else
on
the
call
the
the
data
privacy
link
is
is
what
we're
talking
about,
and
that
is
located
in
the
the
document
is
located
in
the
community
repo.
B
So
this
was
the
document
sophia,
I'm
kind
of
looking
at
you.
This
was
the
one
that
we
had
worked
on.
There
was
like
six
different
documents
and
it
kind
of
all
came
together
in
that.
So,
if
you
so
basically
we're
just
adding
a
link
to
that
doc.
So
if
you
did
want
to
take
a
look
at
it
again,
it'd
be
easy
enough
to
do.
You
know
pr's
against
that
doc,
without
affecting
the
metrics.
B
I
don't
believe
so.
Okay,
thank
you
for
the
working
groups,
so
we
were
kevin
myself.
Elizabeth
and
sean
are
going
through
the
working
groups
to
bring
the
review
metrics
back
to
the
working
groups.
We
were
kind
of
to
be
honest
with
you
kind
of
dragging
our
feet
a
little
bit
through
this
review
process.
You
know
what
I
mean
the
release
process.
We
didn't
want
to
do
like
all
sorts
of
stuff
all
at
once,
so
once
the
release
is
done,
I
think
between
the
four
of
us.
B
We
all
attend
all
the
working
group
meetings,
so
we
can
just
add
it
to
the
agenda,
and
so
really
what
we're
doing
again
is
just
taking
a
look
at
all
of
the
released
metrics
kind
of
starting
with
the
oldest
first,
and
if
we
give
the
metric
a
read
and
we're
kind
of
feeling
like
something's
off
in
the
metric
or
the
headers
are
off
based
on
the
new
template.
The
new
template
from
I
think
a
couple
years
ago
already
we'll
make
a
recommendation
to
the
working
group
to
to
take
a
look
at
those
metrics.
B
So,
that's
all
that's
going
on
there
all
right
any
questions
on
that
right
on
all
right,
so
you
can
see
there's
a
link
here,
so
this
link
and
I've.
B
And
so
we
can
put
an
image
at
the
top,
which
shouldn't
be
too
hard.
I
was
doing
a
quick
scan
on
the
internet
for
like
creative
commons
images.
I
I
didn't
find
anything
that
I
particularly
liked,
and
then
I
just
I
followed
the
vmware
headers,
so
they
had
a
welcome
header
that
just
kind
of
gave
an
overview
of
the
project,
how
to
kind
of
work
your
way
and
how
to
get
started
in
the
project.
B
So
it's
really
just
pointers
to
different
places,
whether
it's
in
the
handbook
or
on
the
website
to
get
started
and
start
participating
in
the
chaos
project.
We
don't
currently
have
this
and
I
can't
does
anybody
have
any
objection
to
adding
this
to.
B
So
thank
you
to
to
don
for
pointing
me
to
the
vmware.
I
think
that's
just.
It
was
a
really
nice
set
of
headings
that
I
thought
was
easy
to
follow.
Just
for
pointing
people
to
the
right
places.
Yeah
no.
B
Okay,
does
anybody
I
had
thought
like?
Should
we
like?
Have
people
submit
images
for
the
top?
Here?
I
did
put
like
the
big
chaos
banner
up
here.
It
didn't
look
so
so
awesome,
so
I
mean.
Is
there
a
smaller
version
of
it?
Yeah
I
mean
I
have
smaller
versions
like
the
vmware
one.
It's
it's
not
a
vmware
logo.
It's
like
I
mean
I
guess
I
could
show
it
here
really
fast.
B
B
B
E
I
feel
like
man
didn't,
wasn't
there
like
a
couple
of
pic
like
images
like
this,
that
we
had.
I
feel
like
that.
We
brought
them
up
during
the
website
redesign
and
I
I
feel
terrible.
I
can't
remember
when
and
what
context
this
showed
up,
but
I
feel
like
we
looked
at
a
series
of
images
and
we
voted
on
them,
but
this
was
like
a
few
months
ago.
I.
D
D
H
C
But
I
think
we
had
some
concerns
because
we're
not
sure
exactly
where
the
graphics
came
from
right.
I
remember
having
that
discussion.
C
H
C
C
About
how
we
should
ask,
nicole,
to
help
us
put
together
some
brand
guidelines,
so
this
is
where
I
think
nicole
came
into
it,
because
nicole's
good
at
this
sort
of
thing-
and
we
were
thinking
that,
maybe
you
should
help
us
put
together
kind
of
a
brand
like
a
brand
guidelines.
That's
pretty.
D
C
I
I
unmuted
for
a
second
just
to
say
that
the
images
that
he
so
he
used
creative
common
images.
However,
he
did
not
record
any
of
the
attribution.
B
I
B
B
G
Yeah
at
that
point
I
guess
I
yeah
I
did
do
the
I
did
do
the
powerpoint
and-
and
I
guess
I
was
confused
because
somewhere
in
that
powerpoint,
I
did
make
the
comment
hey.
We
should
pull
out
some
of
the
the
things
that
I
was
seeing
in
the
chaos
imagery
as
different
brand
elements
to
use.
G
You
know
that
that
chaos
banner
down
below,
like
the
connections
with
the
different
circles
and
that
sort
of
thing
so
that
people
could
use
them
if
they
wanted
to
use
them
as
different
images
in
what
they
were
creating.
So
I
did
make
that
comment
in
the
it
I
embedded
it.
G
I
believe
in
it
as
a
comment
in
the
in
the
slides
that
that
were
created
as
the
brand
guidelines,
but
we
would
need
some
sort
of
a
person
who
could
do
that
for
us
could
like
photoshop
or
something
right
to
to
pull
those
pieces
apart
that
we
could
use.
G
B
I
am
in
agreement
with
that
direction
and
I'm
happy
to
hire
somebody
we
have
like
we
have
through
the
grant.
We
have
the
dollars
to
do
something
like
that,
and
I
had.
I
think
I
had
mentioned
to
nicole,
that
I
had
reached
out
to
some
folks
at
the
lf
just
kind
of
asking
like.
Should
we
go
through
the
lf
to
do
this?
You
know
what
I
mean,
or
should
we
do
it
ourselves
and
the
response
was:
do
we
do
it
yourself?
B
I
In
regard
yeah,
sorry,
in
regards
to
pulling
apart
some
of
the
images,
I
am
very
confident
with
photoshop,
I
would
be
happy
to
do
that.
I
don't
want.
H
I
I
don't
want
to
create
new
images
or
design
work,
though,
but
if,
if
we
need
to
pull
apart,
some
of
the
the
logos
or
the
graphics
that
exist
currently
just
let
me
know
what
what
you
want,
and
I
can
do
that
pretty
easily.
Oh
cool.
G
Yeah,
that's
great
I'll!
Take
another
look
this
week
and
and
get
that
to
you
and
reach
out
to
you.
B
B
G
Awesome
and
justin.
Thank
you
for
posting
that
your
your
link
there
as
well
cool.
B
Okay,
great
thank
you
that
was.
That
was
great
any
other
comments
on
on
this.
We
have
maybe
five
minutes
before
we,
while
we're
gonna
move
over
to
chaos,
con
stuff,
all
right
number
six
here,
the
metrics
repo
has
been
archived.
B
I
I
put
that
in
there
we
have.
We
have
three
channels,
I
know
what
two
of
them
are.
I'm
not
sure
what
the
third
is.
I.
I
2022
they
are
gsoc
2022
applicants
and
mentors
gsoc
2022.
So
my.
F
B
D
J
B
D
Okay,
thank
you
yeah!
It's
it's
it's
a
coin
flip
because
there's
27
people
in
one
and
actually
gsoc
2022
has
a
bookmark
to
our
ideas,
pinned
to
it
so
get
rid
of
the
applicants.
One
okay,
just
archive
it.
B
Yeah,
okay,
thank
you
the
last
and
just
in
the
two
minutes.
This
is
just
something
to
think
about
with
respect
to
project
badging,
so
we've
had
a
lot
of
success
with
the
dei
event
badging.
I
think,
there's
maybe
three
or
four
under
review
right
now,
including
open
source
summit
north
america.
So
we
work
quite
a
bit
with
event
badging
and
it's
really
really
been
great.
B
B
D
B
If
you
have
thoughts,
I
think
we're
going
to
start
talking
about
this
in
the
the
dei
working
group
and
if
you
can't
attend
the
dei
working
group,
and
you
have
thoughts
as
well,
this
is
just
a
here.
It
is.
This
is
something
that
I
think
we're
going
to
try
to
move
forward
in
2022
in
some
form.
C
Just
to
be
clear,
this
is
