A
Okay,
I'm
starting
the
recording
for
our
weekly
Kaos
hangout
call
today
on
June
18
2009
teen
welcome
I,
just
shared
in
the
chat.
The
link
to
our
Google
Doc
for
the
meeting
minutes
so
feel
free
to
join
and
keep
minutes.
Oh
Daniel
I
see
you
just
joined
perfect
timing,
you're
just
starting
right.
I
just
got
into
my
apartment.
One
minute
ago
me.
A
So,
as
everyone
knows,
we
have
a
feature
priest
planned
for
the
end
of
this
week.
It
sounds
more
dramatic
than
it
is.
We
just
want
to
close
the
books
on
what
metrics
to
include
in
this
first
release
and,
to
be
honest,
the
first
release
is
really
more
about
figuring
out
what
our
process
is
and
figuring
out
how
we
want
to
do
everything.
There
was
a
lot
of
discussion
before
we
even
announced
that
we
wanted
to
have
our
first
release,
so
just
getting
all
that
to
clothes
would
be
really
amazing
and
I
know.
A
The
working
groups
have
been
working
hard
to
include
the
first
set
of
metrics
in
the
release.
We
talked
about
it
in
detail
last
week,
so
maybe
we
can
ask
the
working
groups
if
they
have
any
updates
on
the
metrics
that
they're,
including
if
they
ran
into
issues
or
concerns
that
they
want
to,
share
and
discuss
so
I'm
opening
the
floor.
I.
C
Can't
comment
on
devolution
working
group
if
you
want
so
in
the
last
weeks,
we
have
been
go
to
mainly
on
the
implementation
stuff,
where
the
devotion
what
course
didn't
do
this?
What
was
working
the
best
and
we
are
still
planned
to
release
the
methods
that
we
map,
which
are
mostly
related
to
activity
in
source
code,
but
we
hope
to
answer
also
some
metrics
related
to
efficient
in
and
I
think
that's
all
well.
B
B
A
A
D
E
D
E
A
A
A
A
C
C
E
C
A
C
C
C
C
Yeah,
so
what
I
mean
is
that,
and
if
you
go
down
in
in
that,
you
see
that
there
are
three
different
goals
and
each
of
the
goals
is
a
set
of
questions
and
networks
right
right
now,
in
the
list
of
religion
metrics,
we
only
have
metrics
for
call
activity,
but
we
have
a
pull
request
for
gold
efficiency
that
hopefully
would
be
a
bullet
model.
That
means
that
we're
going
to
have
two
different
goals
and
the
question
is:
how
do
you
want
to
consider
that
in
the
list
of
the
table
that
we
have
individual
page?
D
A
A
A
C
If
the
whole
question
metric
methodology,
the
goal,
so
you
need
to
put
the
whole
set
formula
and
at
some
point
in
the
evolution
working
group,
we
decided
that
the
the
code
areas
for
the
the
focus
area
were
like
general
environment,
for
people
may
dip
in
gold.
So,
for
instance,
say
the
cocossharp
recorded.
Look
in
this
trend,
understand
coded
look
and
the
goals
in
that
understanding
is
I,
want
to
understand
or
learning
about
activity.
I
want
to
learn
about
the
efficiency
and
I
want
to
learn
about.
C
Poly
half-wits,
though,
have
specific
questions
like
I
am
like
now
how
much
people
are
coding,
for
instance,
which
is
mapped?
It
means
all
right,
so
I
don't
mind
if
we
rename
this
at
some
point
that
maybe
we
are
a
bit
too
late
in
the
release
process
to
rename
this
now
and
that's
that's
why
my
proposal
was
only
that
in
the
table
that
we
have
now,
for
instance,
for
evolution
being
a
focus
area
and
below.
If
you
have
focus
area,
gold
semicolon
and
the
name
of
the
focus
area
and
then
the
table
and.
A
C
D
C
C
A
A
A
A
C
A
What
I
mean
with
a
relative
link
when
you
go
to
the
evolution?
Working
groups
metrics
the
added
screenshots
to
the
metrics
display
in
Cremona,
and
those
pictures
are
pulled
in
from
a
image
folder
inside
the
repository
and
the
path
to
that
image
is
relative.
So
we
just
say
in
that
folder
images
is
that
picture.
We
don't
say
that
full
URL
and
once
you
pull
the
markdown
file
into
the
website,
the
domain
changes
and
the
path
changes
where
this
page
is
loaded,
and
so
the
relative
path
to
the
image
is
going
to
be
broken.
C
E
Well,
I
think
I
mean
relative
links
are
sort
of
a
best
practice
right.
So
we
don't
I,
think
it's
gonna
be
hard
to
ask
people
not
to
do
that.
I,
wonder
if
it
would
be
easier.
She
just
isn't
there
I
mean
I
would
think
it'd
be
fairly
easy
to
script.
A
fix
to
that
right,
just
like
to
parse
any
relative
links
and
add
in
the
full
path
when
we
convert
the
files.
A
C
D
G
A
Workarounds
we
could
do
is
have
two
commits
one
that
changes
all
relative
paths
to
absolute
path.
That
is
the
tax
relief
and
the
immediate
next
commit.
There's
the
one
reverting
it
again.
So
we
have
the
absolute
path
only
in
this
one
commit
that
we
used
for
the
release
in
otherwise
we're
working
with
relative
path,
and
so
part
of
the
release
process
is
creating
this
one
commit
that
converts
the
path.
C
Know
I
thought
for
this
relationship
would
be
good
enough
to
do
it
by
hand
because
they
are
not
that
meaning.
Maybe
it's
like
a
10
or
20
I.
Think,
because,
probably
that
the
best
solution
is
water
put
down
shed
writing
a
script,
but
but
for
now,
if
we
are
only
having
a
handful
of
relative
things,
I
don't
know
if
it's
easier
to
do
it
down.
D
Any
links
that
are
in
the
detail
page
will
be
broken.
So
if
not
most
of
the
detail
pages,
don't
have
links
out
to
other
documents
that
I've
seen,
although
that's
probably
going
to
be
changing
soon,
with
the
possible
external
references
and
known
implementations,
so
those
links
yeah,
those
links
will
be
will
be
broken,
but.
A
G
A
G
B
Yeah
yeah
so
by
I,
have
missed
some
of
the
discussions
during
the
last
month.
Maybe
you
have
a
really
discuss
about
this.
It's
like
so.
The
question
is
mostly
right:
if
we
have
some
a
social
media
strategy
or
or
something
we
can
deliver
here
and
there
or
discuss
about
this
or
point
to
someplace,
so
the
the
URL
that
kept
insert
is
one
great
starting
point
for
this.
But
I
was
not
aware
of
this,
so
it's
part
of
the
answer.
B
B
A
So
I
don't
remember.
Having
discussed
the
marketing
strategy
for
the
metrics,
we
have
scheduled
them
to
be
released
before
summit
North
America
so
that
the
could
have
an
impact
there
and
before
chaos
con.
So
one
thing
we'll
do
is
talk
about
metrics
at
Kaos
Khan
and
there
will
be
I
assume
in
the
introduction,
we'll
talk
about
it
and
then
in
the
workshops
we'll
talk
about
it
at
Kaos.
Come
with
regards
to
social
media
strategy.
No
one
has
taken
up
that
yet
so
we
could
do
Twitter.
B
So
it's
well
it's
social
media
and
more
thing.
So
just
an
example.
So
I
remember
at
the
universe,
c'mon
we
were
having
some
discussion
about
metrics
and
how
Kaos
might
be
standard
in
the
industry,
not
only
from
the
metrics
perspective,
but
from
the
software
perspective
like
the
place
for
what
producing
metrics.
Basically,
whatever
you
are
using,
however,
you
are
defining
whatever
you
are
yeah
how
you
are
defining
the
metrics.
B
So
the
point
is
how,
if
Kaos
wants
to
be
that
standard
in
somehow
in
the
following
years,
how
we
should
walk
all
together
to
reach
that
level
and
having
new
release?
I?
Guess
it's
a
really
good
starting
point,
but,
for
instance,
bring
in
the
discussion
about
chaos
to
the
inertia
commands
is
one
of
my
goals,
probably
for
the
next.
You
know,
trust
commands
and
any
other
similar
place
out
of
the
usual
open
source.
Let's
say
discussions
would
be
probably
good
to
have.
E
D
D
A
E
E
D
E
A
Okay,
so
we
have
several
strategies:
I
kept
track
in
our
meeting
minutes.
One
is,
we
might
want
to
think
about
social
media
strategy
to
post
on
Twitter.
Want
us
to
talk
about
a
task
on
to
include
the
release.
Metrics
mentions
in
our
open
source
summits
talks
and
to
maybe
give
a
buff
at
the
summit
and
then
also
write
a
blog
post
that
the
mayor
probably
prefer
prepared
during
the
month
of
July,
and
have
it
ready
for
them
to
share
in
time
and
then
also
find
other
venues
to
talk
about
it
like
the
inner
source.
Commons.
E
D
With
with
the
metrics
release,
I
am
anticipating
more
traffic
to
the
website,
so
if
it
would
be
appreciated,
if,
if
I
could
get
people
to
go
to
the
website
and
comment
on
the
style
or
content,
anything
that
we
can
clean
up
before
the
metrics
released.
Just
so
that
we're
putting
our
best
foot
forward
on
the
website
and.
E
D
F
A
In
addition,
so
the
blog
post.
There
are
several
several
ways
we
can
go
about.
This
one
is
to
just
publish
it
on
our
website
or
we
do
what
saris
for
excellence
in
finding
good
places
to
or
places
like
the
new
stack
or
open
source
calm
wherever
you
get
them
wider
readership,
and
maybe
we
can
take
one
blog
post,
that
we
have
pivoted
a
little
bit
a
few
times
and
have
multiple
blog
posts,
focusing
on
different
aspects
of
them:
release,
metrics
and
position
them
and
different
venues.
E
E
A
A
E
Would
I
would
just
point
out
one
thing
so
the
opens
our
summit.
Europe
deadline,
CFP
deadline,
I
think
is
July
1st.
So
so
we
should
make
sure
that
we've
got
stuff
submitted
there
and
we
should
definitely
submit
a
talk
about
the
release
and
figure
out
who
should
submit
that
and
then
likewise
cube
con
San,
Diego
and
November.
There
CFP
closes
in
early
July
as
well,
so
that
we
should
be
thinking
about
talks
for
that
as
well.
I
know
we
did
a
DNI
talk
there
this
year.
