A
A
If
you
look
at
that's
about
five
percent,
a
result
of
five
percent
vacancy
and
largely
if
you
look
at
over
the
salaries
that
we
haven't
been
filled
throughout
the
year
and
there's
not
even
test
dances,
it's
not
an
intentional
to
keep
those
bacon
I
think
it's
largely
a
function
of
the
economy
where
we
are
right
this
minute,
but
it's
a
twenty
four
million,
that's
seventy
million
over
what
we
planned,
but
and
then
on.
The
chrono
is
just
an
update
of
that
we're
not
going
on
a
state
watch
list
for
the
finding.
A
In
last
year's
audit
regarding
Chronos
not
being
followed
by
employees,
we've
got
an
ongoing
issue.
We're
about
thirteen
percent
of
the
time
payroll
is
approved
without
a
let's
say.
If
I'm
the
principal,
it
gets
a
fruit,
because
I
wasn't
do
my
job
we
paid
by
default
so
still
about
so
about
850
employees
on
average
or
hey
each
time,
because
that
so
there's
a
progressive
and
discipline
in
place.
It's
not
something!
The
board
approve
it's
just
within
the
district
to
address
that
because
of
the
efforts
that
have
been
made
about
mr.
A
Kennedy
it
since
he's
got
here
with
respect
to
counseling
leaders
on
that,
it's
it's
still
going
to
the
right
direction.
It's
decreasing
so
that
more
people
reals-
and
this
is
getting
part
of
my
job
to
make
sure
if
my
employees
are
getting
paid,
that
I
actually
review
them
and
approve
they
prove
they're,
paying
that
they
weren't
those
days.
It
will
be
a
finding
again
this
year,
but
at
least
we're
not
on
the
statewide
watch
list
and
it's
being
addressed
so
that
it's
not
a
long-term
issue,
but
it
has
been
an
issue
for
release.
B
May
also
add
just
to
that
caveat
that
when
the
discipline
plan
went
into
place
at
number,
four
decrease
tremendous.
Yes
right,
so
it
wasn't.
You
know
just
by
a
few
percentage,
but
it
decreased
from
endlessly
soon.
So
that
was
that
was,
you
know,
a
pretty
different
part,
but
the
great
work
and
discipline
part
that
really
I.
