So
I
I
had
worked
on
a
couple
of
changes
from
our
last
meeting
and
it's
called
draft
number
two,
and
just
just
to
tell
you
what
those
changes
are.
It's
it's
exactly
what
was
in
the
pilot?
What
was
in
the
draft
policy
with
the
red
is
what's
been
in
the
policy
and
then
the
changes
I
suggest
her
in
green
and
I've
added
something
about
mileage,
went
on
official
CCSD
district
business
outside
the
attendance
at
school
border.

Discussion
I
think
the
purposes
of
a
p-card
are
designed
so
that
we
don't
make
revenue
for
being
on
the
school
board,
but
at
the
same
time,
people
don't
have
to
take
money
out
of
their
household
budgets
to
pay
for
things.
An
example
would
be
the
393
page
application
that
we
we
had
to
go
through
this
morning.
I
would
say
that
we
probably
want
to
limit
food,
because
it
shouldn't
be
a
large
portion
of
any
money
that
we
spend
we're
really
talking
about
office
supplies.
So
maybe
we
limit
food
to
$100
of
the
total
use.

B
So
we'll
be
issuing
or
actually
I'll
bring
a
list
of
all
of
our
employees
who
are
certified
teachers
and
principals
other
certified
staff
to
the
board
on
the
22nd
for
approval
for
contract
issuance
by
the
end
of
the
month.
Terry
nichols
our
associate
superintendent
and
HR
as
well
as
Adrienne
Lauder.
Our
director
of
teacher
evaluation
are
going
to
talk
through
the
contract
levels
specifically
for
teachers,
pay.
F
Valuation
everything
we
do,
we
work
under
the
umbrella
of
the
state,
expanded,
adept,
support
and
evaluation.
We
have
manuals,
wouldn't
we
have
in
all
our
schools,
which
all
of
our
principals
and
many
other
assistive
principals
have
been
trained
on.
So
we
closely
adhere
to
state
guidelines,
and
so
this
shows
you.
We
really
have
three
types
of
evaluations
going
on.
We
have
induction
those
are
our
brand-new
teachers.
F
Okay,
the
state
provides
us
with
a
flowchart
now
the
state's
flowchart,
which
I
gave
you
a
copy
of
I,
think
it
has
about
20
boxes.
So
this
is
just
a
basic
flowchart.
Most
teachers
go
through
the
progression
of
induction
their
first
year.
Then
they
go
to
an
annual
certificate
and
then
they
go
to
a
continuing
certificate.
So
this
is
most
of
our
teachers.
Now,
if
you'll
notice
on
the
flow
chart
in
the
state
there's
what?
If,
what?
F
Okay,
all
teachers
are
go
through
an
evaluation,
and
so
sometimes
like
teacher
a
may
say
this
is
my
evaluation
and
teacher
B.
Oh,
this
is
mine.
They're
different
everybody
has
an
evaluation
and
everybody's
looks
different.
These
are
the
requirements.
As
you
can
see,
we
have
all
different
types
of
contract
levels.
Now
the
contract
levels
determine
the
number
of
people
who
will
do
observations.
It
will
include
the
number
of
observations.
F
The
type
of
observation,
the
number
of
meetings
before
the
observations,
the
number
of
meetings
after
the
observations,
so
there's
a
lot
going
on
and
the
principal's
do
a
great
job
of
keeping
track
of
all
this
with
the
support
from
our
office
now
this
year.
This
is
how
it
looks.
We
have
249
induction
teachers
all
the
way
down
to
where
we
have
2698
continuing
contract
teachers
and
so
teacher
contract.
It
is
really
an
individual
thing.
