But
the
next
item
up
is
audience
committee
meeting
review.
The
one
thing
on
there
was
motion
coming
forward
regarding
the
payment.
A
salary
adjustment,
Arthur,
Gallagher
and
company
was,
is
bought
the
Fox
Lawson
company
that
we
had
used
before
so
we're
still
using
the
same
individual
same
company,
but
they
Gallagher
bought
Fox,
Lawson
I
may
be
saying
it,
but
the
main
reason
for
these
the
raises
they
were
in
particular
regarding
physical
therapists
and
occupational
therapists.
Historically,
we've
been
spending
way
above
budget
because
we
haven't
what
we've
been
paying,
how
attractive
people.

The
other
thing
that
we're
going
to
beat
them
in
and
BRD
and
DK
see
also
that
I
didn't
sees
I
didn't
see.
The
original
motion
of
this
is
a
man
you,
but
I'm
not
see
the
original
motion
now
that
we're
working
on.
Actually,
this
is
just
talked
about
a
minute
policies
here,
something
that's
kind
of
confusing
to
me.
So.

Food,
no
I
talked
to
miss
Darby
and
we
bought
for
an
agreement.
Mr.
chair
I
think
we
do
need
to
convene
a
policy
manual
for
how
the
boy
uses
that
Bowens
our
own
policies
yeah
so
how
they
operate
with.
So
we're
just
going
to
get
through
this
motion
and
then
and
then
we
just
need
to
set
up
at
their
convenience
at
a
time
some
riders
that
we
can
share
back
and
forth
or
how
it
can
be
used
and
its
compliance
with
the
districts
and
with
the
state.

F
As
you
have
been
following,
the
bush
activity
program
for
years
and
I'm
here
to
speak
on
behalf
of
some
changes,
perhaps
before
they
become
a
budget
process,
you've
changed
her
seat
from
traditional
school
to
Montessori.
To
accommodate
parents
live
across
the
street
under
new
development.
You've
changed
murder
the
same
from
a
traditional
school
to
a
Montessori
School
once
the
predominantly
black
school.
That's
forward
bears
invited
2011
that
it
did
in
2017.
F
These
are
just
a
few
examples
of
your
biased
decisions,
but,
as
was
very
the
same
and
as
you
can
see,
you
can't
hurt
one
group
of
students
without
hurting
the
others
now
you're
wanting
to
close
press
these
granite
press.
These
does
have
problems,
but
their
problems
are
not
insurmountable
and
not
all
are
self-inflicted.
F
Given
the
right
support
from
this
board,
this
program
can
be
an
exemplary
program.
When
the
school
came
to
you
with
the
plans
for
this
all-boys
school,
she
didn't
come
with
the
all-black
law
school.
She
can't
even
an
all-boys
school
inclusive
of
any
students
who
wanted
to
attend.
So
when
you
fail
to
act
responsibly,
you
become
a
part
of
the
problem.
There
are
many
all-boys
school
around
this
nation's.
That's
performing
very,
very
good
and
they've
saved
a
lot
of
boys
when
any
of
our
students
feel
we
feel
as
parents.
We
feel
as
superintendent.
F
What
was
our
problem
is
that
we
put
aside
bias
and
that
we
treated
all
students
all
right
and,
as
you
can
see,
we're
still
on
the
ball
and
it's
time
for
us
to
rise
to
the
top
and
the
only
way
we're
going
to
be
able
to
do
that.
Is
we
put
aside
our
biases,
we
think
about
our
students,
because
that's
what
you're
charged
to
do
and
to
keep
all
students
alike.
Thank.
B
H
Good
afternoon
I'm
the
doc
Colston,
also
representing
a
speech
Preparatory
Academy.
Let
me
share
some
good
news
with
you
all.
In
the
winter,
our
kindergarten
students
were
assessed
on
the
fast-fish
assessment,
which
takes
a
look
at
their
reading
and
math
skills.
Little
is
known
to
other
students,
their
age
of
a
new
grade
levels,
and
we
are
very
excited
to
report
that
100%
of
our
kindergartners,
or
than
85th
percentile
or
veteran
on
your
math
assessment
and
on
the
reading
assessment.
H
60%
of
our
scoring
85th,
percentile
or
better
for
most
of
them
are
actually
they've
already
exceeded
their
a
year
in
growth
target
and
we're
only
at
the
luminary
assessment.
So
good
can't
wait
to
see
what
they
do
in
the
spring
and
you
hope
that
they
will
have
a
school
to
come
back
to
next
year,
the
best
way
to
keep
on
the
success
train.
Thank
you
very
much.
Thank.
A
K
White
school
or
mandatory
immunization
supports
I
learned
a
lot.
I
learned
that
what
I
knew
was
funneled
into
the
formerly
white
segregated
schools.
The
high
schools
got
new
schools.
While
black
schools
receive
a
useless
damage
course,
there
were
taught
the
sponson
school,
they
were
allowed
more
field,
trips,
math
and
science,
material,
a
hands-on
teaching
learning
and
scientific
experiments.
K
A
small
group
about
28
of
us
went
to
the
predominantly
white
school
before
those
mandatory
and
agree,
and
we
had
to
learn
how
to
survive
among
people
who
did
not
like
this,
just
because
of
the
color
of
our
skin.
Until
this
day,
this
very
day,
I
still
understand
why
you,
the
school
board
and
every
other
board
and
stuff
I,
had
trouble
understanding
what
needs
to
be
done
to
me.
Education,
brown
and
black
people
have
always
known
we've
always
known
him.
You
have
to
that.
You
just
want
to
admit
the
truth.
K
G
K
Level
playing
field
in
their
lives
and
desegregation,
then
the
solution
becomes
easy,
provide
all
students
with
the
same
opportunities
and
stop
trying
to
hide
what
you're
doing
and
have
them
do
to
em
trying
to
dumb
down
black
and
brown
students.
So
they
will
feel
less
pain,
less
than
powerful,
less
valuable.
Ben
placements
do
stop

white

by
allowing
the
more
charter,
long

academic
and
all
different
types
of
school.
K
We
had
been
people
who
were
loving
and
caring
when
we
were
saying
the
people
they
were
teaching
us
because
they
had
to
because
they
wanted
this
to
their
long
strip.
Not
there
is
room
for
all
students
to
soar
as
long
as
you
don't
