on
it
is.
D
E
Okay,
let
me
know
if
you
cannot
hear
me
at
all,
but
I
hear
I
heard.
A
second
is
everyone
in
favor,
yeah
I
would
say
I,
okay,
alright
agenda
is
a
purse
aria
to
my
face
is
gonna
be
right
and
your
screen,
but
that's
I'm,
trying
to
get
to
the
microphone.
Alright,
it's
in
that
pretty
minute
approve
done.
Definitely
I'll.
Just
ask
those
minutes.
All
those
attachments
make
sure
we're
gonna
put
up
online,
like
the
survey
results
and
I
think
our
calendar
that
we
approve
the
meet
through
all
right.
B
Okay,
the
first
one
is
from
Stacy
rains
as
a
parent
of
a
CPE
student
I
would
respectfully
ask
that
option
for
be
considered
as
the
solution
for
the
rezoning
for
the
2021
2022
school
year.
Our
family
lives
on
land,
a
lane
and
Carriage
Hill
Landing.
This
neighborhood
only
has
access
to
highway
17
north
upon
exit.
We
are
in
agreement
with
option
for
that
all
points
north
of
our
neighborhood
on
highway
17
north,
should
continue
to
be
zoned
for
CPE.
B
This
solution
will
ensure
we
are
not
having
to
drive
past
CPE
to
attend
another
school
further
away.
I
am
also
pleased
to
see
that
the
predominantly
african-american
neighborhoods
and
corridors
in
our
area
will
continue
to
be
zoned
for
CPE,
with
the
selection
selection
of
option
4.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
consideration.
B
Next
comment
is
from
Beth
no
last
name
given,
while
not
in
favor
of
being
resumed
out
of
Carolina
Park
option,
for
seems
to
be
fair
in
insuring
fewer
students.
Families
are
impacted
and
draws
clear
lines
on
17
without
carving
out
specific
neighborhoods,
which
would
draw
a
strong
case
for
a
gerrymandering
type
of
approach
to
rezoning.
B
You
should
also
consider
the
growth,
as
there
is
still
considerable
development
occurring
in
the
following
areas:
Carolina
Park
still
seeing
significant
growth
bees
crossing
in
all
and
da
new
planned
community
with
90
new
homes,
zoned
for
Carolina
Park,
not
included
in
options
to
be
resumed.
All
in
da
village,
new
planned
community
with
41
new
homes,
zoned
for
Carolina
Park,
not
included
in
options
to
be
resumed,
Tupelo
still
developing
zone
for
Carolina
Park,
not
included
in
options
to
be
resumed,
Stratton
still
developing
included
in
three
of
the
four
options
to
be
rezone
for
Pinckney
Laurel
Hill.
B
The
next
is
from
the
Harriet's
family
on
ma,
clear
Lane.
They
said
I
will
have
two
kids
affected
by
the
rezoning.
One
of
my
kids
has
already
been
affected
by
the
rezoning.
He
attended
kindergarten
at
Laurel,
Hill
primary,
and
then
he
was
rezone
to
Carolina
Park
Elementary
School
for
his
first
grade
year.
Then
again
he
will
be
resumed
back
to
Laurel
Hill
Charles
Pinckney
for
his
fifth
grade
year.
Having
lived
at
the
same
address
the
entire
time,
please
consider
the
fifth-graders
grandfathering
into
Carolina
Park
for
their
fifth
grade
year.
B
Also,
my
daughter
started
at
Carolina
Park
her
CD
year.
Please
consider
grandfathering
the
students
who
attend
the
CD
program
at
Carolina
Park
when
it
opened.
This
will
be
the
first
class
of
the
CD
program
to
graduate
from
Carolina
Park.
Please
consider
option
three
or
four.
My
kids
are
currently
only
one
point,
eight
miles
from
Carolina
Park
Elementary
from
their
home
rezoning,
my
kids.
They
will
be
three
point
six
miles
from
home
to
school.
That
is
double
the
number
of
miles
my
children
will
have
to
travel
to
school.
My
kids
can
bike
to
school.
B
Another
ten
minutes
in
under
ten
minutes
to
their
current
school
and
it
would
take
over
20
minutes
to
bike
to
their
Rios
own
school
Laurel,
Hill,
Pinckney
and
staying
on
highway
17
a
major
highway
for
a
majority
of
the
time.
Why
should
my
kids
have
to
pass
their
current
Elementary
School
CPE
to
go
to
another
elementary
school
Laurel
Hill
Pinckney?
What
is
the
demographic
income
and
race
of
the
school
when
adding
option
for
into
Carolina
versus
taking
these
neighborhoods
out
of
Carolina
Park
for
option
one
and
option
two
I
think
every
school
needs
diversity.
B
Thank
you
for
considering
option.
Four
of
the
rezoning
and/or
grandfathering
certain
grades
to
stay
at
Carolina,
Park
Elementary
and
the
last
one
is
from
Tamara
Tabaka
I
just
want
to
reiterate
my
previous
email.
I
live
in
key
Landing
and
do
not
wish
to
have
the
extra
burden
of
a
longer
commute,
passing
Carolina
Park
to
get
to
Park
West
schools.
I
have
several
other
reasons.
B
I
am
against
the
rezoning,
especially
rezoning
past
Charleston,
national
and
stratton
by
the
sound
I
am
in
favor
of
the
option
that
includes
Charleston
national
Stratton
by
the
sound
and
the
area
on
Faison
Road
I,
think
that
gives
good
numbers
room
for
growth
and
does
not
make
anyone
have
to
go
too
far
out
of
the
way.
I
am
also
in
favor
of
grandfathering,
fourth
and
fifth
graders,
to
keep
mr.
Antonelli
statement
to
the
kids
that
entered
kindergarten
in
the
opening
year.
Thank
you.
H
G
H
So,
let's
let
me
back
up
we're
gonna
start
option
1
again:
option.
1
was
south
of
17
up
to
Theodore
Road
option.
2
went
down
to
Leoben
Road,
including
these
neighborhoods
here
and
included
a
north
of
17
up
to
faizon
road
option.
Three
was
a
recommended
modification
to
option
two.
We
took
that
and
we
removed
the
oh
we're
neighbor.
That
is
that's
pulled
up.
Excuse
me.
H
H
E
C
Is
similar,
I
didn't
have
a
lot
of
pros
to
this
one.
My
con
is
mostly,
you
know
that
Theodore
Road
and
in
that's
it's
pretty
far,
and
that
is
I
mean
it's
not
even
just
kind
of
driving
by
Caroline
Park,
but
it
is
it's
a
good
drive
from
there.
So
if
we
could
not
transfer
those
kids
out,
I
think
that
would
be
the
way
I
would
rather
go.
F
E
F
E
I
mean
I'll
just
know.
I
was
just
note
that
to
me
it's
a
very
odd
type
of
reasoning
to
go
all
the
way
up.
Seventeen
on
the
right
hand,
side
and
especially
north
at
ignore
the
part-
that's
right
across
the
street
from
Park
West
schools,
but
one
of
our
guidelines
is
to
make
a
five
year
plan
kind
of
the
look
to
the
future
as
much
as
we
can
these
days-
and
you
know
and
I
don't
like
to
talk
about
this
so
much.
E
E
One
of
the
first
we
look
at
is
gonna,
be
Theodore
Road
and
take
them
if
they're
in
elementary
school
at
Park
West
me
it's
kind
of
backwards,
and
that's
just
that's
just
one
kind
of
tangent.
We
have
to
kind
of
think
about
the
future,
but
generally
I
agree
with
you
that
it
is
too
many
students,
because,
even
though
that's
in
the
range
of
the
recommendation
from
the
school
district,
we're
at
a
very
strange
situation
in
the
three
years
ago,
we're
a
new.
E
Carolina
Park
in
three
years
later
are
being
asked
to
new,
make
that
same
neighborhood
back
to
Park,
West
schools
and
that's
that's
a
huge
chunk
unit.
I,
don't
think
that's
a
way
to
plan
to
the
future.
I
do
think
some
students,
obviously
you're
gonna,
have
to
go
because
there
is
no
space,
but
the
students
that
we
choose
to
go
I
think
they
need
to
be
either.
You
know,
100
percent
are
gonna,
stay
at
our
quest
food
and
not
be
rezone
to
Carolina
Park
when
it's
expanded.
F
G
C
F
C
I
think
really
only
you
know
nothing
where
you're
not
to
jump
ahead,
but
option
for
really
doesn't
seem
to
be
I
know
or
it's
either
three
or
four.
It's
I
can't
remember
which
one
the
one
that
both
of
them
actually,
because
you
can
grant
by
the
sound
if
they
come
out
through
the
Charleston
national
exit,
then
they
are
not
literal
I
mean
they're
very
close.
Of
course,
cuz.
F
F
H
I
D
Think
pretty
much
what
Kristin
said
I
again
just
geographically
yes,
I'm,
not
in
favor
of
it,
because
I
don't
want
people
to
pass
another
school.
Also,
I,
just
think
that
the
numbers
are
too
high.
I
would
feel
more
comfortable,
giving
more
of
a
cushion
to
Laurel
Hill
and
pick
me
as
well.
So
we
don't
have
any
situation
in
which
we
are
rezoning.
Kids
back
to
Carolina,
Park
Elementary,.
E
E
One
there's
an
Beckham
and
wonders
such
that's.
The
way
your
town
are
very
densely
populated
town
and
that
worked
out
but
yeah.
She
would
definitely
let
people
driving
kind
of
out
of
the
way
passive,
even
let's
be
school
bar,
very
close
to
and
I
kind
of,
keep
an
open
mind
about
that.
We
can't
only
rezone
on
you
know
what
closer
or
you
know
it's
gotta,
be
the
other
factors
to
consider
with
that
thing.
E
I
feel
the
same
way
about
not
moving
that
many
students
out
but
I
do
like
via
you
know
that
phase
in
Road
part
that's
actually
a
lot
bigger
than
you
know.
It's
small,
it's
a
lot
bigger
than
the
students
I
think
they're.
Only
in
the
very
bottom
left
corner,
that's
where
the
population
is,
but
that
would
if
anything
else
was
built
there
and
I,
don't
think
we
even
had
any
kind
of
plans
that
there
were,
but
where's.
E
We've
covered
you
know
by
using
these,
but
you
know:
phase
in
seventeen
I
mean
there's
a
reason.
We
try
to
use
these
larger
roads
and
cutting
through
you
know,
that's
one,
that's
the
funny
line
or
leaving
roads,
but
I
think
we're
ready
to
meet
one
two
and
three,
and
so
that
one
we
have
really
talked
about
as
much.
E
H
Right
just
to
give
a
little
further
description
on
where
this
line
breaks,
so
we're
going
to
follow
north
on
17
and
actually
a
little
bit
past.
Seventy
seven
hundred
eighty
feet
past
the
old
rusty
rudder
restaurant.
That's
where
that
line
we'll
take
a
break
to
the
rights
and
what
it
does.
It
follows
along
power
lines,
which
is
a
good
natural
divider
upon
where
the
draw
this
line
and
I'll
come
down
into
right,
where
the
Stratton
by
the
sound
neighborhood
wood
starts
and
then
that's
when
it
breaks
back
down
towards
this
direction.
E
D
I'll
go
first
I
again:
I
I,
like
this
map,
a
lot
better
than
option.
One
and
two
I
do
think
the
numbers
are
little
low.
I,
also,
like
all
of
you
drove
through
that
neighborhood
to
get
a
feel
for
the
roads
and
how
people
can
come
in
and
out
so
I
feel
very
comfortable
with
option
three
or
option
for
but
option.
Three
numbers
are
a
little
bit
low.
C
Oh
sorry,
he's
telling
my
dog
not
to
I
would
ii,
basically
exactly
what
Pamela
said
this
is
you
know
a
little
more
conservative
but
I
feel
like
I
feel
like
it's
suits
our
needs
better.
Instead
of
switching
kids
back
and
forth,
you
know
when
I
guess,
I
I
would
feel
a
little
different.
Maybe
if
there
wasn't
eventually
going
to
be
the
expansion
at
Carolina
Park
but
yeah,
we
don't
want
to
just
move
kids
every
three
years
or
whatever
the
timeframe.
There
would
be.
F
E
F
E
E
E
G
H
Have
that
at
the
ready,
let
me
one
second
I'll
pull
it
up.
H
F
H
H
Attend
Carolina,
Park,
okay,
so
this
that
data
was
a
requested
for
option
three
or
four,
so
I
do
not
have
that
curt.
Who
currently
I
know
that
the
majority
of
these
students
were
attending
Carolina
Park,
it's
not
very
many
we're
attending
outside
of
their
neighborhood
school.
That
makes
any
sense,
so
we
I
know
there's
a
onesie
twosie
elsewheres,
but
when
we
broke
down
these
additional
options,
I
did
not
capture.
I
was
not
asked
to
capture
that
yeah.
E
E
H
E
H
E
F
E
28-
and
that
brings
to
the
point
that
I
know,
we
have
some
information
that
you
know
it's
bad,
let
us
down
it's
not
built
out
and
so
Angela.
If
you
don't
mind
so
I
make
sure
all
the
board
members
understand.
Those
numbers
about,
oh
I,
believe
make
sure
I.
Oh
that's
right
and
that's
the
total
number
when
they're
completed
I
know
we're
gonna
want
to
know.
Well,
how
many
more
is
that
you
know
and
when
it
completed.
E
I
I
can
speak
to
some
of
that
just
for
some
clarification
that
I
want
you
guys
to
have
a
good
idea
of
what
you're
looking
at
you
know.
Jeff's
talked
about
the
possibility
of
the
expansion
in
the
timeline
for
when
that
would
even
occur.
One
of
the
biggest
things
I
want
you
guys
to
understand
is
that
when
we're
looking
at
developments
and
some
of
the
the
idea
of
the
number
where
it
came
from
is
that
was
just
looking
at
permitted
development
and
growth.
I
So,
even
if
we
just
look
at
2024,
speak
of
what's
been
permitted
and
developed
and
enrollment
projections,
you
would
have
to
be
at
a
hundred
and
fifty
nine.
You
would
need
at
least
100
59
students
and
that's
not
counting
if
you've
got
students
that
are
transferred
and
decide
to
come
back,
that's
not
taking
into
those
that
perspective.
The
biggest
thing
I
want
you
to
understand.
You
all
is
that
there's
467
units
out
there
that
are
not
permitted
right
now,
they're,
not
in
this
figure
of
a
hundred
and
fifty
nine
or
anything.
I
A
So
so,
if
I
can
just
piggyback
onto
that,
contrary
to
a
comment,
I
heard
a
number
of
times
tonight
that
we're
worried
about
having
to
send
kids
back
to
Carolina
Park
I
I,
don't
see
that
happening
at
all.
As
Angela
looked
at
the
numbers,
Park
West
is
flat.
It's
Carolina,
Parks
AOR,
our
responsibility,
that's
growing,
and
so,
if
you
as
you,
as
Angela,
said,
if
you
shoot
low,
you're
gonna
be
back
at
the
table,
moving
more
kids
to
Laurel
hen
pickney,
you
shouldn't
be
worried
about
moving
kids
back
to
Carolina
Park.
A
It's
it's
having
a
higher
number
rather
than
a
lower
number.
So
when
we
look
at
495
empty
seats
and
Laurel
Helen
Pinkney,
I
we
do
not
believe
those
seats
are
gonna,
be
filled
with
Park
West
residents.
So
again,
if
there's
a
substantial
vacancy
rate
there,
it's
gonna
be
very
hard
to
justify
an
expansion
to
bring
kids
to
bring
kids
back
order
or
to
build
it
before
it's
necessary
if
their
seats
that
are
less
than
three
miles
down
the
road.
A
That's
the
distance
between
the
two
schools
less
than
three
miles
so
I
just
want
to
put
that
out.
There
I
know
you
all
have
a
hard
decision,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you
fully
understood
from
Angela
where
she
came
up
with
the
numbers
of
what
was
projected
and
why
we
made
this
recommendation
on
the
numbers.
A
E
I
It's
467
single-family.
What
that
is,
is
that's
growth
in
Carolina
Park,
it's
Tupelo,
there's
a
couple
of
homes
and
Stratton
by
the
sound
that
have
got
their
permitted
yet,
but
when
I
added
all
of
those
units
up,
it
came
up
467
single
family
units
that
are
unpermitted
at
this
time,
and
if
you
look
at
how
we
come
up
with
yield
rate,
that's
93
additional
students
right.
E
E
I
E
I
Yeah,
the
you'e
great
just
takes
a
percentage,
that's
not
a
guarantee.
There
could
be
multiple
children
go
in
there
that
we
don't
know
about
the
yield
rate.
Just
is
an
idea
of
just
a
percentage
established
over
time
and
because
these
developments,
so
it's
not
a
set
standard.
It's
just
a
percentage.
It's
just
like
enrollment
projections,
we're
using
past
trend
data
to
come
up
with
projections.
I
E
Should
know
that
it's
doubled
what
was
projected,
so
we
also
need
to
keep
that
in
mind,
because
when
we,
you
know
when
this
board
of
rezone
laying
it
open
I
think
it
is
safe.
This
board
assumed
that
the
trends
in
this
area
is
that
it
it's
growing
and
growing,
and
the
numbers
are
more
a
student
going
than
even
that
projection
more
than
let
it
sound
like
Neil
it
28
well,
I
mean
it
might
not
sound
like
a
lot
of
kids,
but
we're
talking
about
the
CD
program
is
40
and
it's
temporarily
relocated.
You
know
we.
E
D
Angela
I'm,
sorry
I,
know:
I'm
gonna
drive
you
crazy,
because
I'm
gonna
ask
you
slightly
the
same
question:
okay.
So
when
I
drove
through
Stratton
on
the
sound
57
homes
permitted,
meaning
those
are
the
ones
that
are
built
right
now
or
those
others
are
built,
and
some
of
those
are
not
built.
Okay,
so
54
of
them
could
be
built.
You
we
don't
know,
there's
no
room.
Alright,
cuz
I
saw
a
few
Lots
that
still
needed
to
be
built.
Okay,
so
I
was
just
trying
to
figure
that
part
out
correct
that
yield.
I
Either,
just
remember
that
the
yield
rate
is
based
off
of
Mount
Pleasant.
It
is
the
day
to
yield
rate.
That's
why
it's
an
average,
but
we
know
that
the
North
Area
that
end
of
the
North
Area,
probably
does
have
a
higher
yield
rate
than
other
parts,
and
other
parts
are,
is
bringing
that
yield
rate
down
right,
Frank,
okay,.
E
E
D
F
F
E
E
Yeah
and
then
the
last
on
our
last
board
meeting
we
when
we
asked
for
these
three
maps,
it
was
because
the
general
feel
of
the
majority
of
the
BART
board
members
are
in
the
meeting
and
off.
After
all,
the
response
from
our
constituents
was,
you
know
questioning.
Is
that
the
long-term
solution
for
this
problem,
which
we
hate
that
we
have
this
problem,
have
to
read
them
at
school
when
it's
up
in
two
years?
E
Yes-
and
so
yes,
and
then
we
said
okay,
what
if
we
go
lower
if
there's
any
way
to
divide
that
that
area,
which
at
one
point
we
saw
area
two
and
I-
know
Gail
and
I,
went
on.
We
just
got
weird,
and
you
know
there
is
very
difficult
to
divide
that,
and
the
only
way
to
do
that
is
to
take
out
Simon
Sam
so
anyway.
So
that's
the
three
or
four
would
be
in
combination
with
a
advocacy
from
our
board
to
the
county
board
to
expedite
the
expansion
of
the
building.
E
E
So
it's
a
matter
of
I
mean
it's
a
risk.
Either
way
you
you,
you
know
and
what's
what
is
it's
a
tough
decision
so
I
knew
Marty.
Do
you
see
we
started
with
that?
250
275
and
we
saw
it
go
all
the
way.
Theodore
Road
and
we
thought
hey.
This
doesn't
make
any
sense
and
all
that
and
then
what
are
we
gonna?
You
know
when
it's
and
you
know,
we've
got
numbers
ten
years
out
that
has
enrollment.
E
E
Me
I
mean
I
feel
like
the
long
time
solution
for
your
also
national
family
found
is
to
send
them
to
Park
West
school.
So
that's
where
they
are
going
to
be
whenever
the
school
is
expanded,
I
mean
that's.
That's
there's
no
chance
to
me
whatever
RPV
them
back
and
I,
hear
what
Jeff
is
saying
that
it
wouldn't
be
likely.
E
We
would
send
any
of
these
people
back
I'm,
not
too
sure
about
all
the
way
up
to
Theodore
Rose
I
I
also
have
a
problem
with
I'm
going
off
another
tangent,
but
for
that
school
bean
zone
for
everyone
that
lives
in
Carolina,
Park
Elementary
in
the
neighborhoods
around
it
I.
Don't
it's
very
divisive,
go
up
all
the
way
up
the
right,
but
may
we
Marty
dance.
Your
question
is
the
reason
we
went
lower
is
cuz.
F
F
E
E
C
E
F
Well,
you
know:
option
for
I
think
it's
more
inclusive
than
option
three.
E
G
C
Well,
I'm,
sorry,
I'm
gonna
take
a
screenshot
of
those
living
numbers,
so
I
can
see
them
both
in
front
of
my
face.
Can
you
pull
a
option
poor
again
in
a
second
just
so
I
can
see
those.
H
G
C
Just
want
to
see
where
the.
If
there
was
a
big
jump
in
a
certain
grade.
E
F
F
E
E
E
A
Have
a
capacity
at
those
schools
of
946
and
862
respectively:
that's
that's
1800
seats
and
there's
and
there's
1213
are
kids
there.
Now
Laura
Hill
called
me:
they
got
10
empty
classrooms
and
yeah,
obviously
verified
it
and,
and
the
point
I
was
making
earlier
was
that
we're
not
we're
not
seeing
we're
not
seeing
increase
in
the
number
of
kids
in
Park
West
and
all
the
development
you
all
have
talked
about
are
all
all
zoned
for
Carolina
Park
developments
that
still
have
build-outs.
I
H
I
D
I
have
a
question,
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
I'm
right
here,
so
we
look
at
option
4
and
we
add
in
option
4
into
Laura
Thielen
pickney.
The
number
shows
that
for
pick
me,
for
example,
we
will
then
have
769
students
when
we
have
a
capacity
of
862.
So
that
brings
us
to
basically
a
little
less
than
100
seats
left
at
pickney.
That,
to
me,
is
a
nice
cushion.
All
things
considered
this
year
am
I
correct.
In
reading
those
numbers
right.
D
E
E
A
That
so
expanding
expanding,
Carolina,
Park
I
mean
expanding,
Laurel,
Hill
or
expanding
Pinkney
would
take
the
big
box
spaces
beyond
their
normal
capacity,
so
media
center,
cafeteria
etc.
But,
that's
not
to
say
it
can't
be
done.
You
know
those
schools
had
trailers
when
they
were
over
capacity.
So
so
we've
had
trailers
at
those
schools
before
that
took
it
beyond
their
building
capacity.
It's
just
not
optimal
for
students.
C
E
F
E
E
F
Yeah
I'm,
just
still
you
know,
have
a
concern
over
the
numbers
and
you
know
looked
at
neighborhoods
I'm.
Certainly
you
know
thinking
about
that
as
well,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
whatever
we
do
yeah
whatever
we
do
that
we're
not
doing
it
for
a
year
or
two,
because
you
know
here
we
are
back
three
years
later
and
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
this
that
we're
doing
as
much
as
we
need
as
we
need
to
do
for
this,
for
this
rezoning
timeframe
that
make
sense.
E
E
Kind
of
at
all
levels,
you
know
we,
you
know
we
had
concerns
about
the
high
schools
and
what
you
know.
It's
always
hard
to
piece
things
together
when
you
teach
this
again,
not
plumb
Academy,
which
we
just
need
to
turn
that
one
as
well.
So
it's
you
know,
I
did
not
like
that
idea,
family
of
the
comprehensive
at
least
look
at
it
in
five
years
of
you
know.
Where
are
our
students
going.
E
E
E
A
The
only
point
I'd
like
to
make
miss
Johnson
again
I'm,
just
putting
the
facts
on
the
table
again
if
you're
moving,
less
kids,
banking
on
we're,
gonna
get
the
expansion
and
there
are
still
significant
number
of
seats
in
those
two
schools.
That's
a
decision.
The
county
board
is
gonna,
have
to
make
so
I'm
just
being
I'm.
Just
again,
Angela
mentioned
how
the
enrollment
in
those
two
schools
is
declining
with
Park
West,
and
if
there
are
a
significant
number
of
seats
that
is
going
to
weigh
in
on
when
this
expansions
done.
D
Sorry
I
dropped
out
there
for
a
minute.
My
compute,
the
only
thing
is
Jeff
I,
think
there's
also
just
a
little
concern
and
again
I'm,
not
saying
that's
happening
tomorrow,
but
you
know
we
have
expansion
in
different
parts
of
Mount
Pleasant
and
it
might
not
necessarily
right
but
be
exactly
where
pick
me
and
Laurel.
Hill
is
right
now,
but
at
some
point
our
schools
are
going
to
move
more
north
and,
and
that
could
affect
pick
me
in
Laurel
Hill
at
some
point.
D
E
E
E
Anyway,
standards
grandfathering
option
is
allow
rising
5th
graders
of
that
year.
That
they're
resumed
the
option
remains
and
if
they
cute
off
and
there's
no
transportation,
they're
considered
a
transfer
student,
but
that's
what
we
did
when
we
resend
most
fees.
We
did
that
with
the
elementary
school
students
who
knew
who
the
farm
is
anymore,
it's
the
Edwards
and
that's
kind
of
an
estándar
thing.
E
But
if
someone
has
an
ideas,
no,
we
can't
do
that
because
we
don't
have
you
know
we
need
to
spend
as
many
kids
as
possible
or
if
you
think
that,
in
the
additional
grandfathering
options,
let
me
know
speak
up
and
we're
not
talking
about
this
coming
school
year,
we're
talking
about
just
a
rezone
year.
How
do
y'all
feel
about
the
grandfathering
option.
D
E
E
But
as
far
as
you
know,
the
rising
fifth
graders
would
be
if
we
let
them
have
Austin
to
stay.
They
are
the
students
who
were
in
kindergarten
at
Laurel
Hill
and
they
were
resumed
and
so
I
mean
I.
Do
think
we
shouldn't
give
them
that
option
because
they
little
knew
we
would
be,
they
would
have
been
reason
quite
an
element,
and
they
are
the
only
class
correct
there,
though
I
mean,
unless
you
count,
Phoebe.
Okay,
they're
they're,
the
only
one
that,
as
far
as
k5.
C
Basically,
that
CD
person
would
be
to
apply
to
transfer
we're,
like
that's
the
only
other,
now
question
public
comment
that
you
know
we
got
today
was
that
other
group
of
CD
kids,
who
you
know
as
much
as
I
love
the
CD
program.
It's
like
not
really
considered,
like
the
graduating
class
type
thing
because
kindergarten
because
of
the
small
amount,
but
that's
what
I
was
just
wondering
how
many
people
were
going
back
and
forth
or
potentially
write.
D
E
E
E
Yeah
we
were
gonna
talk,
but
we
talked
about
this
last
time:
sort
of
a
grandfathering,
ops
and
not
really,
but
we
I
know
we
had
discussions
about
this
coming
school
year.
Of
course
anyone
can
make
a
transfer
request
and
we
have
a
transfer
request
window
right
now,
but
I
think
they
were
discussion
about
this
board,
so
we're
interested
in
making
some
sort
of
statement
that
we
can
put
up
on
the
website
or
something
that
you,
this
board
will
consider
transfer
request
from
Carolina
Park
Elementary
in
to
oral
health,
primary
or.
E
So,
of
course,
you
have
any
transfer
that
it
wouldn't
only
be
a
grandpa,
it
wouldn't
be
anything
automatic,
but
I,
don't
know
I
mean.
Are
your
feelings
that
that
is
you
feel
remember.
This
is
something
that
needs
to
be
conveyed
to
families.
As
part
of
this,
we
don't
need
opinion
that
our
board
is
open,
and
here
in
this
transfer
request.
D
Absolutely
but
my
feeling
is
if
a
family
knows
they're
gonna,
be
impact
impacted
by
the
rezoning
the
year
after
this
year
and
they
want
their
children
to
start
in
the
schools
now
that
they
should
100%,
have
the
ability
to
transfer
and
feel
comfortable
that
we
are
going
to
look
at
that
with
every
intention.
As
long
as
there
is
room
to
let
them
transfer.
E
E
D
I
do
have
a
question
and
maybe
Jeff
you
can
answer
this.
Regarding
transfer
windows,
we
know
that
the
window
closes
on
the
fifteenth
and
we
were
going
to
have
a
meeting
to
listen
to
those
transfers
on
the
22nd.
Is
there
I,
don't
think
that
the
date
or
maybe
it
has
been,
but
for
K
through
five?
Is
there
a
confirmation
on
the
date
that
school
is
going
to
start
because
there
was
banter
about
it?
Opening
reopening,
maybe
five
days
early,
in
which
case
that
transfer
window
becomes
very,
very
tight
for
parents
to
find
out.
E
C
E
E
I
think
we
have
to
make
any
special
direction
on
that
I
think
if
he
does,
they
will
do
that
normally
is
that
they
put
up
the
rezoning
decision
on
our
Carolina
Park
rezoning
section
on
the
website,
but
I
think
also
after
that
map,
or
that
is
done.
I
think
that
these
two
statements
and
I'll
read
them
into
the
record
and
I
will
be
emailing
to
definitely
approve
it
or
also
put
there
because
I
think
it
gives
direction.
E
And
this
time
we
don't
have
to
worry
about
the
word
not
getting
out
to
family
to
on
this
call
and
hear
from
a
friend
so
and
I've
emailed
this
to
you
all
board
members
of
honor.
If
you
have
it,
but
the
first
statement
would
be
one
june.
Twenty,
ninth,
twenty
twenty,
the
district
suits
and
cichlid
board
voted
to
allow
rising
fifth
graders
for
the
twenty.
Twenty-One
twenty
twenty
two
school
year,
the
option
to
remain
at
Carolina
Park
Elementary
for
their
final
year.
E
If
they
were
resumed,
the
school
district
should
convey
that
option
to
parents
and
keep
records
of
students
choosing
to
remain
for
fifth
grade.
That
was
the
first
one
and
a
reason
you
know
that
that
means
it
doesn't
have
to
come
to
us.
It's
something
normally
a
principal
handles
himself
like
say,
white
hair
did
for
laying
he's
in
the
letter.
He
keeps
it
it's
not.
You
know
it
we're
not
telling
things
you
see
what
to
do
we're
just
say
in
this:
it's
you
know
message
that
needs
to
get
to
families
and
they
keep
record
of
that.
E
E
E
I
didn't
want
to
specify,
didn't
want
to
tell
who
different,
let's
do
and
say
the
principal
needs
to
do
that,
but
I
just
said
the
school
district
and
whether
it's
a
director
I
think
it
should
be.
The
principal
may
be
mr.
Antonelli,
listening
or
well
here,
but
that's
definitely
something
in
the
past.
That
principals
have
done
is
to
relay
that
I
want
to
make
sure
it's
done.
E
F
Well,
I
mean
and
word
it
in
a
way
that
I'm
trying
to
think
how
we
did
Moultrie
and
or
Mount
Pleasant,
Academy
and
Whitesides,
and
all
that
it
went
through
the
school
actually
took
that
over
and
sent
the
letters
out.
They
didn't
send
them
home
with
the
students
they
mailed
them
and
I
can't
I
can't
think
of
how
we
could
do
that.
But
I
think
that's
what
needs
to
be
done
not
just
on
the
website
and
hope
that
people
hear
this
order
or
read
this
not.
A

E
E
The
district's
two
constituent
board
voted
to
allow
students
currently
don't
utter
leader,
Rick
Carolina
Park
Elementary,
to
make
voluntary
student
transfer
request
to
Laurel
Hill
primary
and
teeny
elementary
transfer
cases
are
decided
on
a
case-by-case
basis
and
the
deadline
for
making
request
until
I
fifteen
twenty
twenty
more
details
on
transfer
request,
and
we
found
at
this
link
and
it
will
link
them
to
the
school
district
fans
for
information.
So
there's
a
lot
of
good
information
there
and
I.
Have
you
know,
then?
That's
a
been
ups
for
both
of
these
statements.
E
E
F
E
E
That
bread,
yes
right
and
they
they
they're
Trent.
We
grant
them
ahead
of
time.
A
transfer
back
in.
So
no
word
because
he's
not
gonna
quit
me
if
I'm
on
I
go,
spend
buses
back
into
it.
Neighbor
we
just
leave
them
out
of
no,
and
that
was
new.
I
mean
that
is
the
rising
fifth
graders
have
opted
to
stay
is
to
say
no
family.
E
And
I
now
I
compass
in
if
they
transfer
a
year
early,
you
get
you
know
not
every
you
know
everyone's
gonna
want
to
do
that.
You
don't
get
for
next
year.
There's
no
they're
choosing
transfers
and
their
kids
is
right.
There
student
there,
but
when
they
are
resumed,
yes,
they
would
get
transportation.
On
that
point,.
G
E
Yeah
is
there
anything
that
we,
you
know
I,
propose
statements
and
we
would
like
them
one
the
farther
up
to
the
website
DQ,
along
with
the
rezoning
decision.
We
do
these
sad
announcement
to
go
out.
I
guess
to
the
same
group
of
people
who
receive
the
Revel
call
that
we
were
learning
there
was
a
survey.
Is
that
possible
to
send
out
that
notice
to
the
same
group
or
do
you
think
a
different
target
may
be
the
only
effective
to
them
and
I
think
I?
A
E
G
E
G
E
Helpful
all
right
all
right.
The
last
thing
is
now
we
did.
We
chose
a
map
that
was
not
as
mini
and
we
said
that.
Well
we're
going
to
push
for
this
building
to
be
expanded,
so
I
sent
the
board
members
and
we
don't
have
it
on
screen
for
the
trap.
Approval
of
communication
to
regarding
building
expansions
that
everyone
have
to
camp
to
use
the
letter
port
numbers
were
there
any
edits
plaintiff
thinks
anything.
I
left
out,
I'll
read
into
the
record,
but
or
I
start
with
very
any
big
problem.
E
G
E
Board
of
trustees,
you
write
the
moultrie
constituent
district
to
Board
of
Trustees,
recommends
that
you
prioritize
the
expansion
in
the
Carolina
Park
Elementary
CPE
by
August
of
2022
in
phase
5
capital
project
plans,
whether
or
not
sales
tax
referendum
passes
this
November.
This
building
expansion
is
needed
to
prevent
more
overcrowding
in
district
you.
It
is
our
understanding
that
the
cost
of
the
expansion
is
approximately
10
million
dollars.
Our
board
just
completed
the
unfortunate
task
of
rezoning
cpe
only
three
years.
E
That's
not
open,
rezoning
and
disruptive
adding
any
time,
but
particularly
in
this
case,
of
rebuilding
the
same
neighborhoods
twice
in
such
a
short
time
series.
It
is
a
practice
our
board
strives
to
avoid
the
handle
the
current
overcrowding
at
CPE.
It
was
suggested
that
our
board
consider
an
extreme
solution
of
caffeine
enrollment.
Fortunately,
we
did
not
have
to
go
that
route,
which
would
have
divided
families
and
neighborhoods.
Instead,
the
CD
program
at
CPE
was
temporarily
moved
to
another
location
and
school
principal.
Mr.
Antonelli
has
done
everything
possible
to
make
space
work
for
this
coming
year.
E
At
our
board
meeting
tonight,
we've
reasoned
about
and
I'm
gonna
have
to
fill
that
in
175.
We'll
look
back
in
that
we
reasoned
about
135
students
from
CTE
to
Laura
hill
primary
in
taking
the
elementary
effective
for
the
2021
2022
is
clear.
That
rezoning
is
the
long
term
solution
for
the
student
newbs
that
only
a
temporary
solution
for
the
needs
of
our
area.
This
elementary
school
building
expansion
is
needed,
handle
the
projected
growth
in
district
2.
E
E
My
second
letter
and
I
did
suggest
point
about
having
space
Marquess
fools.
That's
why
I
said
ever
crowding
in
district
2,
I
didn't
think.
There's
gonna
be
a
more
comprehensive
look
at
the
whole
district
and
you
know
we
were
not
moving
Mount
Pleasant,
cavalry
all
the
way
up
to
Park
West
fools,
but
I
think
there
will
be
a
trickle
effect
and
we
do
have
some
areas
in
between
that
are
that
are
growing.
E
E
E
F
E
Well,
improbable
is
the
first
time
I'm
hearing
that
word
about
it,
but
I
I
think
last
time
we
talked
a
good
deal
about
it
and
it
was
everything
you
know
winds
up,
but
that's
why
we're
writing
the
letter.
We
are
we
be
so
finally
in
the
board
and
we're
going
to
continue
to
advocate
that
and
I
hope
the
families
will
as
well
alright.
So
if
there
are
no
changes
to
that,
I
make
a
motion.
We
approve
this
letter
to
the
County
Board.
Is
there
a
second
second
all
in
favor,
Stephanie
I
will.
G
E
G
E
E
Student
information
will
be
in
what
we
did.
There'll
be
no
public
comment,
yeah
it'll
be
there'll,
be
no
public
comment,
it'll
be
a
special
called
meeting
just
in
here
transferred
so
board
members
or
anyone.
That's
your
thoughts
on
how
he
want
to
see
that
the
TV
I
mean
we
have
had
zoom
live
team
meetings
last
time
because
it
was
rezoning
and
we
have
public
comment
for
the
spring
transfers.
We
had
Collin.
If
the
people
can
call
in
there's
nothing
to
speed
there,
no
Maps
anything.
E
So
it
would
be
like
what
we
did
before
people
can
call
in.
They
would
hear
us
open
and
there
would
be
we.
You
know
they
would
not
be
able
to
hear
executive
session.
So
I,
don't
I,
don't
think
we'll
have
any
comment,
but
any
strong
feelings
about
how
we're
gonna
be
able
to
conduct
this
meeting
or
in
July
20th.
At
the
same
time,
the
county
board
is
awesome.
You
use
any
of
you
to
buy
food.
B
Miss
Johnson,
if
people
remember
we
did
some
afternoon
calls
the
last
time
we
did
student
transfers
so
I
don't
know
if
that's
a
possibility
again
doing
it
earlier
in
the
day
before
the
regular
board
meeting
would.
G
E
E
Okay,
normally
we
would
have
met
that
Wednesday
that
we
backed
it
up,
because
we
want
to
make
sure
we
get
those
transfer
transfers.
E
Then
I
mean
I
think
what
we
have
and
what
we
you
know
now
have
one
record:
is
that
we're
meeting
that
Monday
at
6:00
now
think
that
we
do
need
a
boat
if
we
want
to
change
it
from
6:00
today,
so
what
Kristen?
What
if
you
face
if
they
knew
earlier,
anyone
want
to
make
this
earlier
and
Stephanie?
Would
you
be
able
you
flex
blowing
that
Monday?
Yes,.
G
F
E
A
E
E
F
C
G
E
G
E
I
say
that
Stephanie
do
you
know
we
have
three
pending
expulsion
cases
and
also
if
there
were
in
the
course,
a
weird
world
we
live
in
now,
but
we
have
three
pending
at
Folsom
cases
and
we
normally
would
see.
If
you
go
back
face
to
face
I
guess
we
would
normally
hear
readmit
anything
like
that.
Coming
our
way,
the.
B
What
I'm
aware
of
because
miss
Champaign
and
I
talked
about
this,
is
that
the
State
Department
of
Edie
I
think
dismissed
most
of
those
cases
unless
they
were
of
a
criminal
nature.
I,
don't
know
how
that
goes
in
regards
to
returning
to
school,
but
I
know
we
didn't
have
to
hear
them
because
of
the
way
things
are
now,
but
I
will
get
some
clarification
on
that,
for
you,
yeah
and
I
can
see
that
you
have
any
information
on
that.
E
Well,
I
mean
just
if
something
comes
and
we
have
to
do
a
special
call
you
will,
but
if
there
is
any
kind
of
readmit
or
yeah,
if
you
can
send
me
so
I
would
beat
that's
kind
of
I
would
say
no
the
interest
in
of
the
state
could
make
that
decision.
I
could
I
understand
or
school
districts.
What
might
make
that
decision?
That
I
would
understand
this,
but
yeah.
Just
let
us
know
we
could
we
know.
We've
got
those
pending
and
possibly
readmit
all
right.
