The
process
itself
starts
with
a
bunch
of
different
inputs,
particularly
in
a
systemic
orientation,
so
they
look
across
the
system.
Your
credit
system,
the
school
district,
is
a
microcosm
of
the
larger
Charleston
County
community.
So
we're
looking
looking
at
what
you
captain
broadly
in
the
system
in
order
to
call
us
what's
happening
daily
and
what
also
can
change.
D
D
D
What
first
that
we
made
any
difference
in
the
system
there,
either
through
the
decisions
of
the
paper,
the
actions
that
we
take
create
the
bring
into
being
the
kind
of
which,
may
you
really
want
to
have
happen
to
children
at
Arsenal,
County
and
finally,
actually
take
action
that
we're
not
just.
This
is
not
just
a
report
that
were
creating
events
minister
on
a
full
shelf
somewhere,
it's
really
late
and
I
get
to
take
shifts
so
that
we
have
closed
the
achievement
gap
and
better
service
students
of
Chelsea.
D
D
D
Of
the
system
and
finally,
the
scenarios
need
to
be
clear,
so
babies,
we
distinct
from
one
other
so
there
when
we
finish
this
process,
we'll
have
four
very
distinct
scenarios
that
are
torn
to
click
directions.
So
you
can
really
tell
the
part
you
know
determine
what
happens.
That
would
bring
any
one
of
those
scenarios
into
being
and
they
have
to
be
accessible
memorable
so
together
a
glossary
ensuring
that
that
everybody.
D
So
we
identified
some
great
sources
for
windings
that
were
already
at
play
that
were
structures
in
Charleston
County
that
were
causing
us
to
see
the
outcomes
that
we're
currently
gay,
that
we
identified
uncertainties
and
certainties
as
two
certainties
for
things
that
in
2035,
which
was
the
timeline
or
these
scenarios
were
all
active
between
now
and
2035.
And
what
will
is
Austin,
County
Education?
What
language
thirty-five
we
identify
things
that
would
definitely
be
happening
in
2035,
demanded
by
mosa
certainties,
and
then
we
identified
uncertainty
is
what
was
things
that
we're
going
to
happen.
D
But
we
didn't
necessarily
know
how
they
happen.
So
it
was
different
variables.
So
the
certainties
were
going
to
appear
in
every
scenario
because
they
were
essentially,
you
know
factual.
Only
you'd
count
on
those.
The
uncertainties
were
things
that
we
thought
would
happen,
but
we
weren't
sure
whether
they
would
go
up
or
down
or
whether
they,
how
they
would
appear,
was
dependent
on
the
rest
of
the
story,
and
then
we
create
these.
D
D
So
yeah
so
these,
so
these
are
the
results
and
outcomes.
So
the
understandings
that
are
systemic
relationships
among
actors
here
across
system,
an
intention
which
takes
the
whole
system
into
account
and
then
the
capacities
to
actually
create
kinds
of
systemic
change
that
we're
looking
for
and
then
actually
some
actions
that
will
transform
system.
D
Shared
moral
tips
for
this
scenario,
planning
process
and
we're
now
at
the
point
of
acting
to
transform
system,
cuz
I
can
include
any
of
the
things
that
are
the
steamer
holding
the
global
organization,
public
meetings,
disseminating
the
scenarios
and
just
talk
about
characteristics
of
the
scenarios,
so
we're
looking
at
one
of
the
best
ways
to
make
the
scenarios
available
to
people
across
Charleston
County,
so
certainly
print
is
one
of
those.
But
their
number
of
days
that
we
get
the
scenarios
out
watching
spin-off
emissions.
D
D
D
D
D
D
D
D
Would
people
went
after
the
ball?
It
will
be
pretty
much
on
to
the
work
that
still
the
following
people
who
were
right.
It
were
asked
to
share
the
wisdom,
their
coaching
and
feedback
for
the
scenario
development
process.
I.
Guess
we
have
reconstruction
where
the
guest
shifted
among
sports
people's
for
a
life.
D
D
B
E
D
A
F
B
F
Came
out
with
the
scenarios
and
what
we
were
going
to
do
to
transform
the
education,
then
we
hired
the
firm
that
the
first
meeting
was
a
fish
downtown.
The
meetings
out
at
the
restaurants
in
Mount
Pleasant,
that
has
probably
50
or
60
community
members,
and
it
occurred
over
the
course
of
several
days
from.
F
In
those
action
plans
and
the
company
I
would
assume
they've
gotten
up.
We
have
this
history
of
that
work.
That's
already
been
done
and
then,
of
course,
the
strategic
plan
which
came
out
of
the
listening
sessions.
So
how
is
your
work
correlated
with
them
and
how
is
it
necessary
to
add
your
work?
On
top
of
that.
D
What
the
pieces
that
we
did
in
this
process
is,
we
attempted
to
reference
to
read,
include
the
Chairman
scenario
team
members,
all
of
the
different
studies
to
research
and,
as
we
said,
this
new
teaching
plan
and
all
of
the
other
documentation
that
we
listed
so
far.
I
wasn't
familiar
with
these
big
home
where,
as
a
separate
piece
of
work,
I
think
that's
something
that
it's
not
the
strategic
planning
process
for
that
and
we
also
have
brought
in
regarding
people
from
the
community.
The
scenario
team
included
broad
cross-section
of
folks.
So
that's
how
we.
E
I
just
comment
to
mrs.
coats's
point
another
point
of
how
we
got
here
so
the
meetings
at
Peter's
point
those
meetings
which
you
refer
to
I
can't
count
on
these
with
Nora
Charles,
but
the
ones
we
had
a
patriot
point
and
a
listening
session.
We
had
downtown
that
were
high
school.
Those
two
sessions
at
Walton
with
sessions
led
to
a
strategic
point
throughout.
F
H
B
That's
the
presents
mission
in
the
presentation.
The
intent
is
to
improve
the
educational
outcome
of
our
students.
We
just
saw
that
the
report
cards
that
came
out
from
the
state
recently
I
think
last
week,
so
there's
some
outcomes
that
are
not
not
not
good.
We
want
to
make
sure
that
in
2035
between
now
in
that
time
period,
that
we
have
my
system,
that's
put
in
place
that
make
sure
it's
that
ensures
that
opportunities
are
available
for
all
of
our
children.
They
have
positive
outcomes
coming
through
our
school
system.
H
H
F
A
F
F
A
The
plus
one
was
no
kidding,
plus
one
I
didn't
have
a
plus
one.
The
other
board
members
are
invited
by
somebody
else,
and
that
was
the
beginning.
Whole
purpose
of
it
was
not
to
come
up
with
and
we're
going
to
do
a
B
and
C,
but
it's
part
of
the
arising
of
the
different
shared
scenarios
so
that
you
got
feedback.
Okay,
these
things,
you
didn't
think
about
and
respected
the
thirty
in
the
it
was
a
cross-section
they
were
mr.
askew
and
I
were
to.
A
With
Charleston
County,
where
are
you
if
you
keep
doing
more
the
same?
What
does
that
scenario?
Look
like?
Do
you
something
massively
different?
What
would
that
look
like
for
all
the
different
elements?
Not
just
the
board
has
a
small
function
play
of
that
book?
Is
there
a
lot
of
things
we
can't
do
without
the
state
delegation
participation
there's
a
lot
of
things
we
can't
do.
This
board
obviously
has
the
will
to
do
our
status
quo
right
now,.
F
B
G
H
Book
and
piggybacking
off
Oh
Cindy,
it's
a
baby's
impacted
area
like
the
citizens
in
our
district.
So
again
the
thought
pattern.
The
community
concerns
that
our
children
move
forward
should
be
more
inclusive
and
that
particular
product.
But
you
know,
if
you're
you're,
going
to
impact
education
in
the
long
run,
do
I
have
to
figure
out
how
to
be
more
inclusive
of
the
definition.
