The

A
Okay,
guys
I
just
ask
that
you
please
speak
clearly
and
there's
a
lot
of
noise
going
on
there
background.
So
it's
hard
to
hear
the
votes
coming
from
other
individuals.
So
we
just
ask
that
you,
please
mute
your
phone
until
you're
ready
to
speak
so
that
we
won't
get
all
the
feedback
all
right
at
this
time
now,
we'll
have
the
superintendence
report.
Thank.
D
D
We
need
to
have
a
better
and
clearer
plan
so
that
we
make
sure
that
we
are
connecting
with
all
of
our
children,
and
we
will
do
that
just
as
quickly
as
possible,
so
that
we're
ready
to
run
a
different
sort
of
platform
after
our
spring
break,
so
we're
expecting
on
April
13th
that
we
likely
will
not
be
back
in
school,
but
we
have
to
await
official
word.
The
governor
and
state
superintendent
have
told
us
that
they
will.
D
Let
us
know
by
the
end
of
the
week
what
to
expect
in
terms
of
the
duration
of
the
school
closure
at
this
time,
I'd
like
to
turn
the
microphone
over
to
Jeff
Burroughs.
Who
will
talk
about
some
of
the
work
that
we're
doing
in
our
operations,
divisions
to
support
our
schools,
families
and
students?
Mr.
Brawley
thank.
H
F
H
So
I
comments
that
we
are
extremely
grateful
to
the
families
and
the
faculty
at
our
schools
for
making
our
jobs
a
lot
easier
to
operate
during
this
period
of
time.
We're
very
proud
to
say
that
our
off
school
operations
are
fully
functional.
At
this
point
of
offering
needles
at
58
different
locations,
we
serve
eight
thousand
needles.
Yesterday,
the
8,000
meals,
8,000
meals
on
Friday,
8,000
meals.
Today,
that's
between
lunch
and
breakfast,
so
that
foodservice
operation
is
going
extremely
well
from
a
wide
product
front.
H
A
A
Do
agree
that
the
staff
has
definitely
executed
plans
and
measuring
place
to
assist
us
in
moving
forward
countywide
and,
as
we
begin
to
move
forward,
if
you
have
to
fine
tune
some
things
as
we
begin
to
look
ahead
for
the
remaining
of
the
school
year,
but
presently
I
guess
my
question
is
I've
gotten
some
calls
from
parents.
As
far
as
how
do
we
fully
engage
kids
in
the
material
that
has
been
shared
to
where
sometimes
parents
don't
quite
understand
how
to
really
deliver
or
give
instructions
to
that
to
that
child?
A
D
That's
the
$64,000
question
as
they
used
to
say
sure.
Inflation
has
changed
that
number,
but
it's
part
of
an
almost
daily
discussion
that
we
have
at
the
State
Superintendent
of
Schools
who's
pointed
out
to
us
that
online
learning
was
intended
to
reinforce
concepts
and
skills
that
were
already
taught
it's
not
a
very
good
medium
for
teaching
new
material.
So
when
we
come
back
from
our
Spring
Break,
we
hope
to
have
better
supports
in
place
this.
D
Right
now,
the
focus
is
on
seniors,
who
need
to
get
specific
credits
in
order
to
graduate
we've
all
tried
to
make
the
adaptation
very
quickly,
but
there's
still
much
to
be
done.
So
we
know
that
we
cannot
deliver
through
packets
or
online
programming.
The
quality
and
extent
of
the
instruction
that
we've
delivered
every
day
in
the
classroom,
so
we
don't
know
the
answer
to
that,
but
we
realize
that
it
puts
a
lot
of
stress
on
parents
and
children.
We've
heard
from
a
lot
of
parents.
Who've
worked
all
day,
may-maybe
medical
professionals
coming.
C
D
A
Is
that
something
is
that
capability
there
to
be
able
to
give
some
type
of
guidance
to
where
parents
can
literally
watch
the
teacher
either
explain
how
to
do
that
particular
package
that
was
sent
home
or
material
or
you
know
how
to
solve
a
problem
with
that
concept?
Is
that
possible
that
technology.
D
And
technology
are
there
Carolyn,
Belcher
and
her
staff
are
working
now
on
the
fundamental
lessons
for
every
course
or
grade
level.
The
challenge
that
will
we
will
still
face
on
on
April
13th
is
how
to
get
all
of
our
children
in
a
situation
where
they
can
access
that
teaching.
So
that's
precisely
the
type
of
instructional
support
that's
occurring
right
now,
but
that
we
will
not
have
ready
for
a
couple
of
weeks.
Okay,.
A
D
You
we
want
to
thank
USC
and
the
work
that
they've
done
on
the
public
campaign,
hashtag
flatten
the
curve
SC,
as
well
as
other
community
groups
who
have
started
the
effort,
the
unite
to
fight
effort.
We
are
combining
resources
all
over
the
community,
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
how
we
can
help
the
medical
professionals
and
first
responders,
and
they
in
turn
are
trying
to
help
us
figure
out
how
to
support
families
who
depend
on
the
school
system
to
get
services
to
them.
Yep.
F
I
just
want
to
clarify
that
you
we're
using
mission-critical
in
other
places
in
the
district
to
mean
instructional
delivery,
but
this
is
a
mission-critical
means
to
fix
cost
of
operations
and
construction
and
building
facilities.
Are
we
correct
that
this
money
is
strictly
going
to
be
used
for
buildings.
B
H
F
F
H
B
G
H
A
C
A
F
F
That
it's
it's,
it's
determines
whether
this
money
is
going
to
be
spent
buying
property
from
Iceland
or
whether
the
Weizmann
elementary
school
property
is
included
in
that
tip
that
we
did
and
if
it
was,
if,
if
it's,
if
we
have
to
buy
lunch
prison
in
a
nutshell,
can
I
buy
25
acres
out
here
in
North
Charles?
Did
you
put
it
up
an
elementary
school
for
1.4.
F
H
Mrs.
coach,
this
is
Jeff
Crowe
again.
We
believe
that
the
agreement
within
that
TIF
will
revise
that
plan.
The
landowner
is
currently
working
on
the
agreement
to
give
us
that
property.
We
do
not
participate
having
to
use
these
resources
for
that
land
at
this
time,
but
the
agreement
is
not
in
place
at
this
point
as
far
as
speculation
of
where
this
funding
would
be
spent
I
play
for
deserve
that
for
executive
session.
