On the latest episode of Chesterfield Behind the Mic, we talk to historian John Pagano of Henricus Historical Park to hear the story of Juneteenth told from a Chesterfield point of view, as Union soldiers who were stationed locally were part of the forces in Galveston on June 19, 1765 as word finally arrived about the abolition of slavery.
