Calling this uh annual meeting of the regional Planning Commission at 5, 35 5, 35 alrighty, uh we have a quorum, we move on to. Are there any changes to the agenda? No? Okay! All right is there any public comment for anything, no, no right we're moving along this is a nice place. It is a very nice place.

um uh We need to approve the minutes of May 17th.

But he didn't say with Catherine, he should say without it, but I will just give it to her later then, because they're just technical, all right we're moving on, then we need to vote on the minutes with a few technical edits. Yeah there are only three of them, uh so we have I froze your hands, looks like every yeah I'm so used to the zoomy. We raise our hands motion passes different in person. I know I've, gotten older a lot older in the last year, especially in this last year.

um We need uh to a motion for the consent agenda and the tip amendments.

Motion passes, all right is v-trans here all right, so just mpo members right. Thank you all right. uh We need to then move on to warning the public hearing for the FY 24 to 27 Transportation Improvement program, the tip, and when will that be um that will be for in July, correct, July, 19th 19th at six o'clock. Correct, yes, so move one! Second, all those in favor motion passes.

Now we have the uh oh I went past. The election just threw it right on past over probably slate for the officer. Second, yes, Mike and Jeff and I I'm, going to read it. Chris is going to become chair.

Bart Hills, Vice, chair Jackie, Murphy secretary treasurer Elaine Haney will be at large for Towns over five thousand Michael Bissonnet at large for Town Center, five thousand Catherine McMann's as the immediate pastor, and we need them foot for the record that if there's anything from the floor because you can offer uh somebody to be remember, you know of the executive committee from the foreign.

Okay, okay and now we vote on the Slate everybody in favor, so Mike had Mike made a motion and Jeff's second yep. All right, just the uh the motion passes um Chris will become chair. As of the July meeting. July! Congratulations!

Yes, congratulations to all the new! You know the the new Physicians and we'll be missing. Mike will be moving on we're going to miss you Mike!

That's right! Absolutely! We need for uh number eight. The action item is our fiscal year. 24 executive committee meetings and commission meetings schedule of meetings. One of the procedures uh do we need to have them, read the dates or just okay. I move. We accept the dates sounds proposed all right, Jackie and Elaine great. Thank you all right. Oh all, those in favor aye motion passes all right board and staff, recognition resolutions and I'm just going to read them.

There's going to be a much more formal presentation later, but we're uh honoring Mike O'brien for 25 years of service, Chris Shaw for he's got 10 years of service so going to order. Honor staff, Christine, Ford who's, been there 25 years, uh Dan Albright has been there for 20 years.

uh Forest College believe it or not. I we were together when it was the RPC and he's been together for 15 years and Charlie's now, 15 years with us as well. That's a long time and Amazon has been 10. wow.

So we need to uh pass them, have a motion to recognize the board and staff resolutions.

All those in favor say aye. Congratulations. Let's show someone a great place. The RPC is to work the number and the people for the years.

Next on the agenda is the chair and executive director updates all right before coming to the annual meeting? That's right, thank you, I mean for having us. Well, we thank Emma, for you know making uh getting this space, because it's a beautiful space go really fast, that's right and, as usual, for those who wish to have look at the other minutes of the other committee meetings, uh they are either in your packet or uh by link I mean I mean yeah. I was going to wait for you too Jeff.
