oldest
hangers,

Airfield
airport
we've
been
working
with
Jim
Richards,
the
owner
of
Paradigm
for
quite
some
time
now
scheduling
conflicts,
but
we
were
able
to
negotiate
a
this.
This
particular
deal
a
three-year
lease
agreement
with
two
one-year
options.
This
was
also
a
part
of
that
commitment
to
the
some
of
those
10
all
of
those
tenants
down
into
the
valley
regarding
our
commitment
to
continue
leasing
them.

Right
now
it
is
status
quo,

there's
two
hangers
that
they're
actually
occupying

this
lease

there's

package

the
airport

grant.

we

paved
it
off
in
November
the

is

AIP.

are
still
waiting
for
the
money
from
the
FAA,
but
they
are
very
close
to
finalizing
that
closeout,
and
we
expect
that,
probably
within

next
few
weeks
to
renew
a
10
million
dollar
Grant
anticipation,
note
or
line
of
credit
for
us
that
is
going
to
start.
Hopefully
this
December
and
we'll
continue
on
for
one
year
and
then
the
AIP.
What
we
are
owed
from
the
FAA
is
about
four
point.
Almost
five
I
mean
almost
5.5
million
dollars,
of
which
half
of
that
is
due
from
that
one
AIP
that
we
anticipating
very
soon.

always
land

wind,

second

thing
that
decides,

have

preferred
Runway
of
the
South
Broadway,
which
is
one
five
for
large
airplanes
and
that's
so
they
don't
have
to
come
in
over
the
mountains
for
the
approach,
so
you're
always
going
to
get
more
traffic
if
the
wind
is
out
of
the
South
and
if
the
wind
is
calm
over
that
area.

we'll

holiday
event

our

busy

of

Concourse
renovate

project

kicked
off

to

walls

building

removing

escalators
building
new
floor.
Expanding
our
gate
areas

on
the
North
starting
next
