We're
lucky
to
use
our
funding
to
really
backfill
and
use
the
arc
of
funds
to
catch
up
on
our
parking
garage
system,
which
we
have
not
done
in
the
last
couple
of
years
through
through
the
pandemic.
So
this
is
a
huge
opportunity
for
us
to
complete
this
and
upgrade,
while
also
upgrading
the
lighting
system
to
a
better
use
which
will
save
us
about
40
to
50
percent
in
cost
annually,
and
the
electric
use
will
be
a
reduction
of
about
50
as
well.

It's
about
the
same
size,
it
does
have
similar
to
a
street
sweeper.
It
does
have
two
sweepers
water
capability.
It's
got
a
pressure
washer
attached
and
almost
like
a
leaf
suction
tube
as
well,
fully
electric
we
demoed
and
really
searched
very
wide
one-to-fit
youtuber
and
two
to
continue
that
effort
of
electric
vehicles.
So
this
will
be
certainly
our
largest
electric
vehicle.
Actually
tonight
is
really
about
electrification.

I
mean
we've
been
completely
reallocating
our
entire
equipment
capital
plan
to
make
sure
that
we
are
addressing
annually
these
types
of
situations
specific
to
vehicles
as
much
as
we
possibly
can.
So
we
did
have
some
cap,
some
capital
budgeted,
but
we
have
to
reallocate
between
cost
centers,
and
this
this
certainly
was
the
really
at
this
point
in
time,
the
most
important
one
so
that
we
can
continue
this
one.

West
is
a
vacant
site,
it
was
a
federally
funded
apron
and
we
went
out
advertised
this
particular
site
with
one
with
one
interested
party
over
the
last
several
years.
However,
since
the
conversation
with
the
school
district,
we've
also
started
those
conversations.
So
there's
a
few
things
in
this
list.
One
is,
it
is
a
30-year
lease.

The
airport
has
hired
a
separate
and
private
company
a
consultant
company
working
with
beta
the
school
district
and
the
airport
to
properly
cite
the
school
district's
needs
on
all
of
their
technical
needs
and
technical
site
needs,
and
one
of
those
site
options
is
the
valley,
west,
london,
which
would
reduce
this
beta
lease
to
accommodate
other
than
that.
It's
it's
a
relatively
simpler
anger
facility,
25
square
foot,
which
is
a
normal
size,
hanger
versus
the
350
fast
split
foot
facility
that
they're
underway
right
now,
jeremy,
jeff
shelby
did
I
miss
anything.

Two
other
points:
we
continue
to
try
to
structure
these
transactions
in
a
way
that
is
supportive
of
beta,
so
it
does
provide
for
their
ability
to
sell
and
lease
the
facility
back
so
that
their
intent
is
to
construct
this
using
their
own
capital.
But
then
they
want
to
recover
that
capital
to
put
it
into
their
business
and
they
would
lease
the
facility
back.
The
lease
anticipates
that
and
all
of
the
protections
of
the
lease
would
then
flow
through
to
the
intermediary
to
whom
they
may
sell
it.

I'm

my
I'm,
really
curious
about
the
location
of
this.
It
sounds
like
a
great
deal.
My
concern
I
just
this
is
nothing
that's
new,
but
I
just
want
to
reiterate
it
is
that
we
do
not
develop
the
airport
in
such
a
fashion
that
if
we
need
a
new
maintenance
facility,
the
only
location
is
going
to
be
in
an
encroachment
of
the
chamberlain
neighborhood.
I
will
definitely
oppose
that.
We've
already
had
some
initial
forays
into
that
with
the
rezoning
and
I'm
hoping
that
this
does
not
do
that.

don't
know
if
I
can
answer
yet
the
signing
of
the
maintenance
facility,
because
we're
still
undergoing
some
of
the
site
options
for
that
particular
facility.
There
is
no
doubt
that
we're
going
to
leave
its
facility
there's
some
obligations
with
the
faa,
that
we
have
to
store
that
equipment
inside
which
we
currently
do.

There's
future
development
locations
in
that
south
quadrant,
where
this
this
particular
site,
is
in
the
valley
west,
south
of
the
terminal
south
comparative
aviation
close
to
the
williston
road.
The
maintenance
facility
is
going
to
be
a
longer
more
challenging
site
project,
an
exciting
project
that
shouldn't
and
really
can't
be
located
next
to
aviation
uses,
which
is
exactly
what
we
have
today,
which
is
why
our
equipment
is.

It's
been
vague,
it's
been
baking
for
a
long
time.
It
came
to
make
it
in
the
middle
of
the
reappraisal,
which
added
a
lot
of
stress
to
the
existing
staff,
because
nobody
wanted
the
job
because
it
wasn't
competitive
enough
to
current
assessment
assessment
salaries.
So
we're
asking
for
the
small
adjustment
of
these
two
positions.

engage
people

have
lived
experience
in
a

supports
the
work

county
homeless
alliance
and
our
work
to
reach
out

group
and
discussion
with
people
who
are
visiting

cvo's
mission
is
to
engage
people
with
lived
experience
as
much
as
possible

they
actually

really
expansive
community
ambassador
program.

think
they
have
close
to.

it's
around

community
ambassador

support
the
work
of
the
staff
at
cvo,
so
that
is
an
integral
part
of
their
of
their
organization.

it's
an
exciting
program
that
we
and
several
other
utilities
are
partnering
with
dhfa
on
as
a
result
of
legislative
allocation,
covenant
related
federal
dollars.
We
will,
when
this
goes
forward
and

approved,

offer
on
bill
financing
for
weatherization
heat
pump
upgrades
for
participating
residents.
The
program
has
a
minimum
75
goal
of
trying
to
reach
a
low,
moderate
income
population,
its
pilot
program.
It
would
be
repaid
on
our
bill.

we
need
to
make
a
replacement
for
that
and
to
make
sure
that
we
have
a
system,
that's
supported,
because
we
don't
want
six
to
eight
mix
of
people

cameras
around

it
boils
down
to
and
then
there's

always
the
extra
pieces
of
cameras.

spots

city

been
working
for
cameras

those.

comfortable
at
this
point
supporting
purchase
of
100
cameras,
so

it'll
be
that
much
more
effort

get

think
it
makes
it's
proven
that
we
pull
all
those
in

that,
as
we
need
some
more

camera

warranty.

it's
not
support
they're
still
working
fine,
but
I
would
expect
that
we
can
start
to
see
failures
all
the
time
they're
all
outside.

funds

want

understand
what
your
plan

administration's
plan
is
in
the
deployment
of
this.
Clearly
you've
got

camera
breaks
to
replace
it,

no-brainer
right

you

buy
an

put
them
back
where
they
came
here.
So

you

what
is
the
plan
in
terms
of
where
the
deployment
is
and
how
are
we
looking
to
engage

people
who
are
really
in
I'm
getting
this
every
day
and
I'm
sure
everybody
else
is
too.

know
the
engagement
around
public
safety.

administration
is
communicating
every
day,
big
payments
and
small
plans
about
public
safety,
so
I
had
a
town
meeting
on
friday
after
people
attended.
It
is
the
conversation
I'm
having
every
day
in
virtually
every
forum.
I
will
continue
to
do
that.
I
understand
that
there's
certainly
strong
public
desire
for.

need
to
be

don't
want
to

this
setting
detail
exactly
where
all
the
admissions
will
be
if
counselors
are
interested
in
some
kind
of
privileged
communication
or
meeting

have
this
kind
of
coverage.

counselor,
we
certainly
have
not
had
a
policy
that
every
new
camera
location
is

function
of
some
kind

council
action

facto

them,

we've
been
discussing.

have

expansion

matters,
which

the
council
preview,

we're
in
a
little
bit
of
a
different
area.

donation
of
land
to
the
city,
so
it's
really
an
exciting
time.
We
have
no
access
to
arms
forest,
except
for
this

access
from

bike
path,

kudos.
Dan's
been
someone
who's
been
shepherding
this
along
for
years
before
I
came
here,
burke's
foundation
started
working
on
it
about
five
years
