situations

Vermont,

they're

qualified

this
pretty
specialized

judge

fairness

contract

its
comparing

protected

us

finalize

decision

exactly

much
long-term
tip
that
we
borrow

things
happen.

big
Federal
grant
it's
a
big

that
could
bring
down
the
needs
which
have
borrowing
and
then
ultimately
long
term,
and
then,
secondly,
that
City
Place
developers
finalize
their
financing
and
their
construction
timing,
such
that
we
know
exactly
how
much
long-term
Revenue
the
district
is
going
to
generate.

two
things
will
determine
the
ultimate
size
of
the
bond,
probably
a
year
to
two
years.

now
we'll
be
back
seeking
that
that
long-term
decision
from
from
the
council
at
that
time
and
so
I
want
to
make
sure

coming
some
ways
down
the
road
when
the
exact
size
of

long-term
debt

determined.
