not
seek

density

it

one

kind

tries
to
work
with
the
land

against

heavy
lifting
for
us
today

summarizing

number

different

But
as
we
always

the
discussions
when
a
lot

surrounded

sides

either
existing

proposed
public
roads,

creates
the
conundrum
of
well.

building

way

satisfies
the
goals
of
the
ldrs
with
regard
to
communication

the

it

because
it's
a
existing
planar
development
and
normally
once
a
PUD,
always
a
PUD,

that

they're
proposing
only
subdivision
within
the
Pud.
So
we're
not
actually
proposing
to
review
this
as
a
PUD
Amendment
we're
proposing
to
review
it
as
a
nested
subdivision
within
an
existing
PUD.

staff
comments,
don't
talk
about
the
Pud
standards.
The
previous
approval.
Very
much
is
just
reviewing
the
subdivision
standards
and
we
thought
that
was
simplest
because
the
projects
that
are
on
under
the
previous
PUD
standards
in
this
project
specifically
has
just
different
set
of
review
criteria
than
would
be
would
then
it
would
be
subject
to
now.
The
other
really
interesting
thing
is
this
project
has
deep
slopes,
but
they're
approved
man-made
steep
slopes
under
an
amendment.
That's
currently
been
warned,
so
if
it
gets
approved,
it
will
be
retroactively.

approved,
man-made's,
deep
slopes
are
not
subject
to
regulation.
If,
for
whatever
reason,
that
meant
that
Amendment
doesn't
go
forward,
this
project
can't
impact
the
steep
slopes

they
exist.

worry
about
any

that,

it

get
weird

things
don't
go

Council

we

North

we

creating
a
scenario

directly
off
of
the
street
to
the

topography

pad

re-grading

clump

grading
into

chunks

salvage

they
would
eventually

the
fact

house
feels

up

the
hill,

East

come
out
of
the
house

basically
have
a
steep.

grass

yard
sloping

it
to

orienting
toward
Dorset,

house
sort
of
kind
of
wants
to
orient
more
towards
Folsom
Hollow

terms

working
with

rest

houses

cul-de-sac.

I'm
just
wondering
about
moving
the
house
a
little
bit
further
to
the
north
and
you
know
which
would
you

get
it
out
of
getting
rid
of
that
clump
of
trees,
that
line
of
trees,
but
that's
not
as
much
of
a
concern,
but
it
would
give
you
an
opportunity
to
get
more
of.

little
bit
more

flatter
area
from
the
driveway
to
the
front
of
the
house
and
maybe

up
with

a
corner

South
