Before you begin this meditation, please pause any tasks and activities for a moment and find a comfortable and uninterrupted space where you can focus on your own breathing and images being suggested.

This meditation is designed to shine light on your true essence.

So now you may begin to gently close your eyes and sell yourself in a relaxed position, either sitting or riding down begin to take in a nice deep breath and release it out slowly.

B

Deep breath and as you release it allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.

B

With each breath you take you, breathe in the warm coming energy and with each breath here it is you let go of any stress and any tension in your whole body. Relax.

A big deep breath in- and it is you feel so calm and so peaceful continue to relax deeper and deeper, as you breathe. Deeply allow yourself to digest your body to make yourself comfortable.

Another deep breath thing and allow yourself to sing deeper and deeper.

Noda, you are completely in control of this experience.

As you stay focused on your own breathing, the sound of my voice and amusing. You remain comfortable and relaxed thinking deeper and deeper.

Imagine now or Pretender you are somewhere outside in nature, I say when peaceful place it's a beautiful day and you feel fresh air break the warmth of the spring.

To embrace you breathing and completely, it feels as if you are enrolled by the Divine mother, while you loved one in love, so calm, so peaceful and so relaxed.

Taking a deep breath of life, imagine that this line seeps into your whole body allowing to.

All the muscles in your head.

Face and your shoulders let any tension near those aliens just ease away.

Around this right to relax all the muscles in your arms, your hands and your fingers, and you let go even more.

Let the Deep Breath of Life allow this ride to relax all the muscles in your chest. You are stomach, you are back your hips and all the way down through your toes feeding every cell, every muscle, every now and every organ and easing any stress and any tension in your whole body.

You are fully and completely relax or your highest good feel warm and peaceful.

Breaths of light allow this great ride to keep falling in reading every space of your whole body, Within shining in to cleanse the areas of this comfort, the bitterness, the fear, the unforgiveness, the gear. That's all and all the negativities in every cell of your body and depressing with this life of love and truth.

To hear what can be healed appropriately at this time and lay your true essence shine.

You are completely now hurry from such illusions, be warm and peaceful, fear and sense. The warmth and vibration of your true essence Noda. You are Divine mind and divine. Now.

The deep breaths of life allow this great wine to continue burning through every space of your body, your physical Mentor, emotional, aesthetic and higher forms feeding every part with this life of love and truth to restore to wholeness.

Let this lie, restore the perfect pattern or be a Body, Mind and Spirit to express and embody your true essence.

Divine Life and divine now feel warm and peaceful, feel and sense, the warmth and the vibration of a true essence.

You are a fully and truly brilliant and body Divine being who creates the life. You are living joyfully and Delight. For me,.

Back in the Deep Breath of Life know that you are connected with this great line. This line Shines on you with love and truth all the time and protects you and guides you to the right direction in life.

So just imagine this great life anytime anywhere and take a few deep breaths of life. You will remember this wonderful experience remind yourself that you are a brilliant and worthy Divine being who expresses and embodies your true essence.
