Welcome, let's pause for a moment and focus on your own breathing.

A

Find a comfortable position sitting lying down or even leaning against the wall.

A

Let's be sure you can be quiet and uninterrupted for a while.

A

Perhaps you begin to comfortably close your eyes and let settle yourself comfortably, allow yourself to relax and let go.

A

This meditation is for you to simply relax and find peace within yourself to remain calm, know that you're completely in control of experience.

A

However, you experience this meditation. It's just perfect for you at this time,.

A

So now, let's take in a nice deep breath and releasing out slowly.

A

Taking another deep breath and as you release it, allow yourself to get comfortable and relax with your eyes closed.

A

Breathing in the warm calming energy and breathing out releasing any tension and any stress stored in your whole body, just relax and let go.

A

A big depressing and as you release it, you begin to sink deeper and deeper down, so god so peaceful.

A

Allow yourself to stay focused on your own breathing, the sound of my voice and the music, so that you can completely remain comfortable and relaxed.

A

Sinking deeper and deeper down.

A

Imagine we're pretend that you're relaxing somewhere out in a peaceful place in nature.

A

You feel safe and secure there it's a beautiful day. The temperature is just the way you like it, you see a clear blue sky and enjoy the fresh air.

A

The welcoming and gentle sunlight is just above you, it shines on you as if it embraces you, you may seem that you are in a loving, protective and comfortable life.

A

You feel at ease and at peace.

A

You enjoy a moment of relaxation.

A

As you relax now, you take in a deep breath of the light right into her. Your center.

A

Taking another deep breath of life, see and feel this lie in your center.

A

As you continue to breathe in the line, imagine that this light moves and flows through your whole body down into your legs out in your arms and feeling your hand.

A

Radiating out to every cell of your being relaxing and softening every muscle, every cell, every now and every organ in your entire body want that to happen. Allow that to happen, you are becoming completely relaxed.

A

It feels as though a great way has been lifted off your chest.

A

Find peace of mind and her you relax deeper and deeper to the most harmonious level of relaxation.

A

As you continue to breathe in the light you become more brilliant and sparkly, and you see and feel that each and every cell of your body becomes more dazzling and radiant.

A

As this happens, imagine that your physical mental emotional bodies now turn into a part of the line, and each and every aspect of you becomes a crystal clear lie.

A

You are now pure within and free from outside influence, free of the influence of others, the energy of anger, fear, anxiety and any other lower vibrations.

A

Those things just pass through you and your crystal clear body.

A

You are completely tallying a sparkling clear being of light and you relax more and more.

A

Taking another deep breath, as you receive more life, imagine that you send out your crystal clear line twice as viridian in every direction.

A

Beyond your physical home, you are more dazzling and sparkling career, and in that way, when you receive the energy of joy, happiness, love and any other higher vibrations, you know that each cell of your body uses the energy for your highest good and perhaps for the highest good of all con sound.

A

You may double the energy and, through your pure mind and pure heart, you may share it with others to have a beautiful relationship.

A

You become more and more relaxed.

A

And you find peace within yourself and remain calm.

A

Continue to imagine yourself being a crystal clear lie.

A

In a moment, I'll be quiet, wow keep sending out the lie in every direction.

A

Know that you are a sparkling clear being of life, feel calm and enjoy this relaxing and peaceful moment.

A

Now it's time for you to return from this experience, know that anytime, you like to relax or feel saline take a moment and imagine yourself as a sparkling and crystal clear being of life, you will find peace within yourself and feel completely at ease.

A

Now take some deep breaths feed yourself, come back into full awareness, feel calm and refreshed feeling. Returning to all your demons, reconnecting your consciousness with every cell of your body or energy, in complete balance becoming more aware and more present, you are completely radiant and saline remain calm when you are ready open your eyes.
