A
B
The
311
response
center
is
the
main
gateway
to
city
services,
as
small
as
our
population
is.
We
do
take
a
lot
of
requests.
Most
cities
that
have
311
systems
you'll
find
that
more
of
their
calls
are
question
related
and
don't
end
up
in
service
requests.
Pittsburgh
I
believe
is
the
complete
opposite.
The
majority
of
our
calls
are
going
to
end
with
a
service
request.
Sometimes
we'll
get
one
call
that
will
generate
25
30
different
requests,
I.
B
Citizens
can
contact
us
a
variety
of
ways.
We
have
live
operators,
we've
expanded
our
hours
from
7am
to
7pm,
which
is
exciting
different
hours.
Odd
hours
feel
free
to
call
us
and
leave
a
message
at
300
answers
24
hours
a
day,
and
then
we
also
have
311
postcards
that
will
pass
out
a
community
meetings
that
you
can
fill
out
and
send
in
those
are
postage
paid.
B
B
Through
the
years
we've
been
growing
and
building
and
we're
up
to
11
staff
now
and
one
of
our
most
exciting
endeavors
at
this
point
is
we're
finally,
getting
new
software,
we're
currently
using
something
that
was
built
in-house
in
the
late
1980s
and
now
we're
moving
up
to
a
new
product
or
in
the
process
of
implementing
it
and
hope
to
have
full
implementation
by
this
summer
or
fall.
So
that's
going
to
make
a
lot
of
great
improvements
to
311
the
efficiency
of
the
service
we
can
provide
so
we're
very
excited
about
that.
Twitter.
D
B
Making
our
website
more
self-service,
so
people
be
able
to
go
in
and
find
the
answers
to
questions
they
need
without
having
to
contact
us.
It
makes
it
a
lot
more
convenient,
we'll
be
building
the
knowledge
base.
That
goes
along
with
that
for
years,
updating
and
putting
more
information,
and
so
that
we
can
try
to
address
everyone's
needs.
This.
C
C
So
we
try
to
make
sure
that
each
person
and
their
concerns
we
have
to
we
make
them
aware
that
we
are
very
serious
about
what
it
is
that
they're
bringing
to
us
and
there
we
want
to
help
them
and
we
want
to
give
them
that
feeling
of
it's
not
so
much
like
a
machine.
You
know
I'm
a
real
person
when
I
answered
the
phone
and-
and
let
me
do
what
I
can
to
help
to
assist
you.
E
F
Windy
and
thank
you,
everyone
for
joining
us.
We
hope
you
are
having
a
wonderful
time
go
to
rip
apart
and
you
do
so
as
when
you
mentioned,
we
are
part
of
the
office
gungi
affairs,
which
was
established
in
january
2014
when
they're
here
is
our
office
to
provide
a
link
between
the
city,
everybody
city
of
Ur
can
get
into
that
a
little
bit
more,
but
just
to
your
introduction,
who
we
are
see,
Sally
and
is
one
of
our
few
days
on
this
long
are
calling
sharnay.
Sally
also
is
the
coordinator
of
our
civic
leadership.
F
F
So
we
consider
ourselves
a
one-stop
shop
for
sitting.
Originally,
we
work
with
residents
both
that
contact
us
correctly
and
that
we
work
with
the
neighborhood
associations
and
other
community
groups
to
try
to
solve
problems
that
are
in
our
neighborhoods.
When
we
can't
solve
the
problem,
that
doesn't
mean
we
still
can't
help.
We
can
connect
people
with
the
appropriate
agency
area
to
state
agency
or
county
agency
to
help
them
solve
their
problems
or
refer
them
to
nonprofit
resources,
and
it's
not
an
initiative
that
government
has
jurisdiction
over.
We.
F
Result
all
your
life
issues
and
we
we
really
strive
to
have
an
open
dialogue
and
cross
the
lines
of
communication
with
members
of
our
community.
We
have
in
an
email
database
that
we
regularly
use
as
a
leadership
of
every
community
group
in
the
city
of
this
part.
We
use
social
media
if
you
are
on
Twitter
or
Facebook
and
go
to
twitter
com
or
facebook.com.
Slash,
OCA
PGH
see
our
social
media
accounts.
F
F
Loans,
the
business
that
might
be
affected
by
the
Prince
culture,
so
we
gained
an
in
product
community,
but
on
policy,
like
I
said,
we
have
regular
staff
community
meetings,
both
amongst
ourselves
and
with
members
of
other
government
entities.
We
have
regular
staff
meetings
with
our
counterparts
in
the
farms
of
Public
Safety.
F
We
don't
necessarily
have
a
regular
medium,
that's
just
because
we're
emailing
back
and
forth
or
calling
each
other
pretty
much
every
other
day
and
circulars
and
then,
finally,
if
you
do
attend
community
based
organizations,
beings
and
events
every
night
throughout
the
week,
sometimes
on
the
weekends.
Just
as
as
something
comes
up
and
something
important
is
happening,
we
do
try
to
get
there.
On
that
note
I'll.
We
turn
it
over
to
Sally
she's,
going
to
finish
up
the
presentation.
I
actually
asked
Vanessa.
F
G
Are
you
anyone
else
might
even
comment,
and
you
just
wanna
emphasize
on
this
point
here,
yeah
I,
think
one
of
the
most
valuable
things
in
our
office
offers
its
that
you
know
a
lot
of
times.
You
know
what
the
city
can't
solve
the
problem
or
our
office
can't
solve
the
problem.
You
know
we
have
the
time
with
resources
to
get
someone
a
very
complete
answer
and
I
think
a
lot
of
times.
G
G
Also
going
to
resources
empty
use,
one
of
those
calls
are
going
around
the
community
of
the
resources
that
we
used
to
gas
stations
all
right.
So
each
one
of
us,
the
four
of
us,
have
a
different
type
of
responsibility.
For
example,
sharnay
has
a
background
in
social
service,
so
she
is
a
lot
more
familiar
with
those
processes
to
address
problems
at
all.
In
that
category,
our
manager
brick
spends
more
time
working
at
the
next.
C
G
G
G
G
E
G
Through
on
what
issues
either
they
don't
know
that
or
mon
exists
or
they're
in
their
location,
how
how
the
system
works
and
so
will
will
will
just
process
this.
All
sir
I
mean,
instead
of
transferring
you
all
day,
long
I
am
sending
things
through
through
an
online
submission
form,
which
is
most
wonderful,
wonderful
thing
in
the
world.
Is
people
call
about
potholes,
especially
right
now,
because
our
are
terrible,
which
we
had
people
with
their
their
streets
paved,
they
have
issues
with
buildings
are
falling
down
or
neighbors
that
are
not
reaching
their
property
a
lot.
G
A
G
One
so
a
lot
of
time
to
practice
is
people
call
with
an
issue
that
baby
needs
a
little
more
attention
than
what
I
said.
Ball
thrown
one
request,
an
offer
or
it's
a
multi-layered
issue.
So,
for
example,
I
had
a
phone
call
that
a
larger
Cheney
long
term
for
home
is
crumbling
and
it
was
not
fair
weather
on
the
city-owned
retaining
wall.
She
wasn't
hitting
songs,
a
governor
who
was
responsible
for
it.
So.
A
G
Any
tested
on
our
pull
through
run
on
all
these
times
and
nothing's
being
done,
and
then
I
go
back
in
system
and
see
that
there's
a
couple
times
in
the
last
three
or
four
years,
but
he's
never
actually
said
visited
this
home
for
demolition.
Please,
you
know,
address
these
structural
issues
so
same
time
there
was
there's
paint
on
a
there's,
ten
kisses,
Hannah,
porch
or
there's
weeds
who's.
Calling
these
not
seeing
the
right
key
phrase
that
you
needed
to
it's
going
to
come
out
and
get
that
house
with
an
evolution
list.
G
A
G
If
there's
your
own
wanted
to
a
phosphate
building
sector
to
look
at
it,
then
we'll
for
the
property,
and
they
have
to
send
a
letter-
should
notify
the
bra
community
after
he
needs
to
present.
If
they
haven't
addressed
that
in
30
days
and
they're
going
to
send
them
a
citation
to
take
them
to
the
magistrate
and
they've
essentially
hearing
to
go
to
the
magistrate
and
discuss
you.
C
G
Is
your
they
don't
understand?
You
know
why.
Why
wasn't
the
song
time
constraint
was
in
the
70s
track
and
we
can
take
the
time
you
say.
Actually.
You've
got
five
ten
steps
here
then
you
have
to
get
through
and
here
are
some
snacks
you
can
run
into
and
there's
something
to
help
you
with
those
and
another
great
one
that
we
get.
A
lot
is
people
to
call
its
art,
Water
and
Sewer
Authority.
We
develop
a
really
wonderful
relationship,
working
relationship
with.
A
G
G
A
hot-button
issue,
so
our
first
big
big
event
was
last
year.
There
was
a
mastectomy
place
that
had
closed
and
they
have
just
left
the
recycling
material
sitting
room.
So
the
neighborhood
was
very
concerned
thing.
We're
going
to
start
rats
to
make
you
haven't
said:
oh,
please,
PLEASE,
very
beautiful
address
is
right
that
one
yes,
absolutely
we
will
get
more
there
too
rat
poisons
we
can
present
here
very
close
by.
There
was
a
nest
of
all
evils.
Someone
had
put
a
camera
on,
and
so.
G
Single
whole
day,
and
so
they
heard
that
somewhere
nearby
they're,
like
someone
be
putting
rat
poison,
you
could
come
and
pick
up
a
bath
and
eat
poison
and
then
our
poor
baby
Eagles
miami
game.
So
we
got
a
lot
of
calls
and
emails
about
this
issue,
so
we're
able
to
have
a
response
rate
/
august
to
address
everyone
at
all,
sir
visualized
response,
whether
it
be
from
unified
and
phone
calls,
etc.
So
they
they
know
what's
going
on
people
loved
it
in
the
issue
and
then.
G
A
C
G
G
A
G
Is
where
those
relationships
are
very
important?
This
is
where
our
research
is
very
important,
that
we
have
lists
of
places.
You
can
call
tip
freaking
low
places.
You
can
call
social
services
there,
knowing
which
one
of
us
you
know
which
one
the
agency
more
best
I'm,
giving
people
the
opportunity
to
still
receive
help,
even
though
we
can't
correctly
something.
A
G
G
G
G
Walk
them
through
that
and
explain
you
know,
that's
that's
county
level,
so
these
are
the
people
that
you
have
to
call
to
that
address
right.
We
can't
work
upwards
and
then
that's
not
a
good
example
of
we
have
some
very
strong
relationships
with
people
in
the
county
executive's
office.
So
what
is
necessary
and
we
can
send
them
an
email
and
say
hey
people
off
with
this
person.
Can
you
explain
to
me
this
process,
so
it's
pass
along
and
help
people
out
it
doesn't
really
back
of
her
life
as
well.
G
Is
that
people
who
have
issues
with
our
within
a
public
school
system
all
right?
So
all
schools
are
governed
by
a
separate
elected
body.
This
will
work.
They
won't
even
come
with
the
teacher
all-seeing
cetera.
Those
are
the
people
have
said
that,
and
sometimes
people
don't
don't
understand
the
difference,
and
you
feel
that
the
mayor,
you
should
be
able
to
go
in,
and
you
know
and
dressing
like
that
with
in
value
we
just
don't
have
any
thorough
section
over.
G
Just
working
to
try
and
go,
we
have
to
know
all
this
stuff.
I
have
to
understand
these
systems,
so
you
can
explain
your
people,
you
don't
wanted
to
say.
Oh,
that's,
that's
our
problems
earlier.
I
want
to
give
as
a
detailed
answer
as
to
how
that
structure
works.
So
you,
as
a
constituent,
understand
under
the
difference
right.
You
know
you
don't
like
the
brush-off
is
young.
G
G
Taarabt,
it's
a
lot
about
somebody
on
the
phone
I
try
and
aggravate
the
call
and
there's
a
force
quickly
as
possible
for
the
first
question.
I'm
most
important
to
ask
is:
who
have
you
smoked
at
you
so
far
too
close
to
the
calls
that
come
to
our
office.
A
G
C
A
G
G
G
Things
sometimes
the
story
I'm
here
the
initial
call
and
then
the
background
gonna
get
from
the
person
in
the
department,
those
in
action,
so
I
can
practice
like
that,
and
then
you
know
me
its
way
to
the
first
and
calling
you
know,
here's
here's,
what
third
a
lot
of
people
to
call,
especially
when
someone
is
you.
A
G
G
Those
are
trying
to
pull
down
to
amount
of
time
that
an
actual
politics
so
can
be
helpful
to
chime
yeah
just
identified
a
lot
of
this
and
they're
looking
for
and
then
something
else
that's
really
important
to
it,
and
this
is
something
that
we've
just
been
burning
on
the
top,
and
we
did
a
lot
better
at
is
determining
how
I'll
serious
is
this
problem.
This
is
something
that
we
need
to
drop
everything
and
rest
right.
A
C
G
A
G
Terrible
that,
but
I
always
think
about
it
when
I'm
what
I
want
to
call
you
know
I
wanna
I
want
to
cross
the
world
when
I
want
to.
You
know,
work
very
hard
to
address
whatever
ish
then
talk
about,
but
I
try
very
hard
to
remember.
It's
important
not
cross
the
ocean,
so
you
can
confirm
that
you
can
you
learn?
G
Okay,
so,
like
I
said,
a
really
important
part
of
our
success
as
in
office
is
the
resources
that
we
have
been
able
to
build
relationships
even
deeper
to
build.
So
when
we
get
a
call
each
of
the
dress
at
all
right
because
I
mean
I
often
say
notion
altering
it
are
ever
the
same.
I
always
needs
every
day
and
the
new
calls
that
again
that
people
hold
mayor's
office
about
you
know
that
are
never
going
to
be.
I
had
one
who
called
so.
She
had
donated
a
bear
to
its
hurt:
sooo
total
pierce-arrow,
an.
G
G
The
zoo
is
covered
by
laws
that
they
cannot
give
the
remains
of
any
of
their
animals
to
a
private
person.
The
required
to
dispose
remains
a
very
specific
way.
I
almost
didn't
know
this
when
she
first
called
but
was
able
lovely.
Our
finance
director
also
used
to
be
the
director
zoom
with
the
city
branic.
It
was
able
to
be
very
detailed
explanation.
I
could
pass
along
to
her.
G
A
G
Nothing
that
we
can
do
because
it's
covered
by
law,
but
it
was
so
helpful
to
her
to
understand
that
if
she
wasn't
getting
brush
off
it
was
a
legal
matter.
There
was
everyone's
hands
were
tied
and
if
you
know
because
this
very
very
clear
Lewis
was
like
a
challenger
feeling
of
loss
and
you
couldn't
have
to
top
that.
So
great
example
of
you
know
those
relationships
and
knowing
your
office
and
always
resources
that
you
have
to
the
city
should
help.
You
know
at
the
minimum.
G
You
go
in
an
explanation
they're,
my
trust,
so
the
most
helpful
thing
that
we
have
is
is
our
system
of
time
to
delete.
So
three
on
one
is
huge
with
that,
because
of
the
way
that
we
can
track
issues
and
also
look
up
there.
There
happen
right,
so
we
calls
it
tells
me.
I'm
called
311
for
ten
years
now
and
I
can
look
back
and
say
exact
crack,
and
then
you
know
if
that
is
true.
So
what
what
is
going
on
here?
You
know
what
what
is
what
is
not
passed
along?
G
G
Perhaps
my
my
coworker
picks
up,
they
can
document
and
say
Oh
Sally
talk
to
this
person
and
she
addressed
that
issue
for
them
or
this.
This
is
what
they
should
have
right
now
again,
if
you
go
to
insert
that
same
purposes
so
well,
at
the
beginning,
when
Community
Fair
starts
started,
we
took
on
a
joke
a
project
of
creating
a
resource
guide,
so
we
aggregated
all
of
the
data
in
our
hands
on
in
the
city,
about
City
processes,
put
it
into
a
resource,
and
we.
A
G
People
in
departments
and
knowing
what
they
do
and
understand
the
structure
departments
has
been
integral.
So
when
I
have
come
to
the
place
where
FB
I
don't
have
to
talk
to
the
director
Park
Public
Works
about
Ekans
all
the
parts
issue,
because
I
know
you
know,
the
record
result
is
that
a
person
to
talk
to
you
or
the
person
who
works
in
the
sign
shop
and
I
can
save
a
lot
of
extra
work
for
everybody.
I
know
directly
who
I
should
go
to
talk
to
to
get
an
update?
You
know
or
whatever
and.
G
With
especially
our
literature
with
our
Chiefs
of
the
mayor's
office,
so
our
chief
operations
officer,
for
example,
has
been
a
huge
asset
chest.
So
when
we
have
a
complicated
on
the
course
issue
shown
in
this
work
in
both
works,
you
know
at
least
30
years
and
who
knows
everything
inside
so
anytime,
I
edition
he's
right,
there
was
accessible,
always
take
turns
out
through,
what's
going.
A
G
Council
tension
before
many
times
before,
all
City
Council
and
us.
So
instead
of
us,
you
know
working
separately.
We
can
work
together
and
send
20
miles
of
two
to
get
an
update
on.
What's
going
on
and
then
so
opponent
repeating
background
information
for,
what's
argument
done
to
address
any
shape,
you
know
and
then
works
both
ways,
because
sometimes
causal
really
need
a
little
more
help
and
variable.
A
G
A
G
They
thought
was
water
for
the
novel
city.
Property
eventually
cause
me
Sam,
and
so
we
were
able
to
help
work
with
the
law
department
to
finally
get
that
coming
back
up
for
us
to
identify
where
the
water
is
coming
from.
Bishops
not
are
probably
one
another,
and
so
we
worked
very
successfully
with
with
that
council
office
who
had
an
invitation
for
a
while
to
get
it
back
up
pepper
the
county
executive's
office.
In
the
difference
between
those
two
structures,
the
nonprofit
world
is
also
one
that
is
extremely
important.
G
You
know,
I
often
do
people
call
because
they
are
homeless
things.
You
know,
and
you
will
call
it
say:
I
don't
eat
no
cell
phone
borrowing,
my
friends
right
now,
I
have
a
five-year-old
daughter.
We
can
take
their
shelter
so
for
us
to
you
know
we
did
you're
researching
this
as
a
background
and
how
you
navigate
that
system
and
how
we
can
help
people
get
if
the
services
they
need.
Even
though
it's
not
a
city
directly,
that's
supplying
it
and.
A
G
G
Sinful
and
I
mentioned
before
Chardonnay
heard
as
the
social
service
background,
which
is
an
HR
department,
and
you
know
we
have
to
address
some
of
those
issues
and
coming
up
we're
going
to
do
next,
cheating.
Actually,
our
apartment
is
going
to
be
going
to
a
mental
health.
First
aid
training
right,
so
we're
going
to
talk
about
problems
like
addiction
and
mental
illness.
G
A
G
Then
I
see
us
all
when
I
receive
calls
it's
important
to
identify
that.
So
you
know
there's
more
going
on
here.
This
person
needs
additional
service
and
additional
health
and
tension
to
make
sure
that
they're
going
to
they
need
and
what
are
the
main
reason
that
we
send
people
for
social
services
as
well.
It's
at
the
county
level
of
the
department
of
human
services,
and
they
have
a
lot
of
resources
to
people
to
help
people
through
what
they
need.
G
Like
this
to
own
one
system,
you
can
go
online
and
type
in,
you
know
housing,
and
it
will
give
you
a
list
of
15
places
that
can
be
with
housing
in
miss
Bergeron
and
was
her
emphasize
that
I?
Looking
back
fully
all
the
first
started,
it's
been
decried,
wahala
chosen
learned.
A
lot
of
it
is
just
been
out
of
diligence.
You
know,
there's
there's
no
by
some
of
these
column,
Beckman
referrals
there
does.
He
need
help.
G
G
G
It
brings
a
lot
of
probability,
so
sometimes
emails
get
lost,
emails
go
unanswered,
but
they
dedicated
sack
that
are
always
looking
at
us
to
move
through
and
one
requests
coming
in.
And
then,
if,
if
I
put
some
days,
are
through
one-
and
you
know
something's
going
on
the
issue
like
I,
had
a
big
house
and
paid
kept
calling
because
they
wanted
house
secured,
and
so
our
department
of
permit
licenses
and
sections
their
admission
is
secured,
was
different
from.
G
A
G
G
Every
thought
week,
so
it's
situations
like
that
bring
a
little
a
lot
more
the
university
at
the
request,
sort
of
a
probably
you
know
I
don't
have
to
remember,
to
go
back
and
check,
but
I
would
think
that
that
email
that
tells
me
that
issues
being
addressed
and
that's
a
huge
help
and
that.
A
G
G
Is
presents
you
try
to
educate
them
on
how
to
remove
works,
so
they
can
do
it
themselves
and
you
can
have
confidence
in
the
system,
which
is
our
ultimate
goal
pair.
Okay,
great,
so
we
cover
photos
we're
going
into
our
next
section
social
media.
This
is
this-
is
all
over
the
newest
fishes
in
our
office.
It's
really
helpful
that
we
can
communicate
directly
with
constituents,
especially
with
trying
to
pronounce
community
center
on
or
to
tell
people
about
additional
resources.
You.
A
G
A
G
G
A
G
So
he
tends
to
come
and
stay
in
this
area
right
this
and
Schuyler
the
nice
and
keep
them
up
there
and
CN
and
sometimes
I'm
just
depending
on
the
schedule.
We
will
also
share
meetings
so
share
it.
In,
for
example,
I
will
go
to
some
meetings
and
rent,
though
some
of
the
meanings
depending
on
availability,
so
that
varies
a
little
bit
all
right.
So
I
think
this
is
a
very
important
part.
What
we
do
because
we're
keeping
track
of
what's
happening
out
of
committee.
How
was
what
is
the
community?
A
G
Working
on
what
their
priority
and
I'm
to
me,
you
know
adjust
and
help
them
to
reach
those
goals
and
yet
I
think
it's
so
important
for
people
to
feel
like
they're
city
is
accessible.
It's
that's.
You
know
we
tried
units
into
house.
Where
are
these
meetings
every
month
with
all
the
relationships?
They
can
focus
issues
in
essence,
a
okay,
some
of
the
communities
having
this
issue
work
on
this
etc.
G
G
Community
meeting
is
very
different:
they
all
have
been
very
distinct
personality.
It's
pretty
incredible!
So
meanings,
you
know:
I
have
five
people
attended
some
kind
of
40,
so
there's
a
little
bit
so
usually
take
some
time
to
you
know.
Take
complaints,
a
lot
of
them
tend
to
become
I.
Believe
it
well.
You
know,
I
can
take
this
in
person
and
take
them
back
and
have
to
trust.
You
know
it's.
Miss
is
always
really
fun
section
for
me,
and
sometimes
you
know
20
minutes
talking
about
naming
every
single
bottle
in
the
neighborhood
vinny's.
A
G
G
G
G
Just
a
little
love
and
if
you
want
to
consolidate
actually
you
know
this
is
this
how
it
works
and
that's
why
you're
seeing
this
happen
and
why
didn't
assist
you
with
that
one,
and
so
sometimes
I
got
you
to
stop
to
a
component
that
people
like
to
take
us
there
they're
not
familiar.
They
had
one
that
experience.
I.
Think
that
back
nearly
helpful
to
this
is
to
remind
that
you
know,
because
then
what
happens
is
people
don't
would
engage
all
if
a
they
get
your
point
18.
G
They
feel
like
the
city
systems,
don't
work
so
we
can
be
there
and
you
can
talk
about
it.
Explain
what's
going
on,
that's
what
they
need
really
helpful
and
lastly,
we
also
use
our
opportunity
mediates
doing
concerts
so
coming
in
june.
That
is
going
to
be.
I
have
a
budget
hearing,
so
we're
going
to
push
very
hard
all
of
our
meetings
to
try
to
get
people
to
come,
and
so.
A
G
G
A
G
A
book
with
good
things
here
to
the
mayor's
feedback
form
you
can
go
on
the
online
the
mayor's
website.
You
know
checking
your
comment.
It's
kind
of
to
go
to
the
throne
form
that
would
go
to
who
r
VG
staff
and
policy
manager,
and
then
they
walked
and
forward
a
lot
of
those
toss.
When
somebody
beats
all
up,
everyone
smile
get
some
of
the
emails
Nene
says.
Somebody
told
me
that
you
can
help
me
with
this
problem,
so
I'm.
A
G
So
that's
really
helpful
as
well
and
helpful
for
other
departments
because
of
other
departments
me
that
community
outreach
they
don't
have
to.
You
know,
start
from
square
one.
You
know
now
you
have
system
when
we
are
contracted
keeping
that
information
up
to
date.
You
know
we
definitely
had
substandard
there
from
problems
with
you
know
in
the
past
week,
because
that
didn't
exist.
The
community
outreach
has
happened
of
syrup,
so
we
now
have.
Actually
we
can
dress
that
problem
to
make
sure
we're
on.
Were
you
listen
for
everyone?
Okay?
G
So
this
brings
me
to
question
of
right.
So
how
do
we
have
any
better,
engage
and
educate
our
visits?
Besides,
you
know,
people
to
call
in
and
and
I
can
talk
to
them
that
fast,
if
initiated
I've,
had
me
hate
them
to
the
point
that
you
know
there
are
descending
the
system's
themselves
and
they
can
help
work
through
the
system
and
have
a
greater
understanding
of
the
city
and
one.
A
G
G
G
A
lot
of
transparency
and
I
think
it's
just
so
wonderful
to
put
a
face
to
that
department
right.
You
can
be
a
negative
article
in
the
newspaper
about
a
department
and
the
see
you
can
see
like
this
overwhelming
black
box,
but
this
really
breaks
it
down.
It
puts
a
face
to
there
are
people
that
are
plowing
the
streets
in
picking
up
your
garbage
running
is
you're.
The
one
system
I
knew.
G
Participated
in
the
CLA
and
you
know,
I
think
people
need
it
feeling,
like
you
know
how
I
know
again,
they
did
this
much
that
we
would
work
on
me
say
that
that
system
was
actually.
You
know
that
many
steps
so
now,
ten
weeks,
two
and
a
half
hours
a
week
is
a
lot
of
time
or
someone
to
dedicate
some.
How
do
you
create
a
system
that
people
are
showing
up
under
safe,
consistent
and
they're
staying
engaged?
You
got
a
few
different
ways
so.
A
G
G
G
G
G
A
A
G
G
C
G
G
So
there's
a
little
bit:
some
of
these
are
their
town.
Please
go
on
sight
of
it
because
really
helpful
as
well,
especially
for
personal
creation
of
you.
We
go
out
to
building
right,
you're
being
pulled
into
a
park,
you're
being
fooled
into
a
city
asset
at
it
or
maybe
did
know
each
other,
the
ice
skating
with
our
table,
and
you
know
a
lot
of
people
did
it.
Even
though
there
was
nice
giving
me
their
lives,
I.
G
That
there
are
techniques
and
12
apartments.
Some
of
these
meet
you
slip
right,
so
Department
of
all
the
works
at
marks,
track
Sheridan's,
take
class
and
they
just
our
presentation,
its
energy.
So
it's
just
as
opposed
people
started.
It's
a
big
data
top
of
information,
so
a
part
of
the
application
process.
What's
really
important
is
Dorsey
right.
So
if
you
remember
that
that
math
a
lot
of
fan
here
so
there's
always
a
lot
of
intimacy
between
from
there,
not
between
the
north
side
of
Pittsburgh
the
south
side,
mr.
Andy
send
everybody.
G
A
G
G
A
G
G
Full
of
social
service
orders
I,
don't
work
in
the
tech
industry,
lawyers
of
a
community
activist
right
because
the
lawyers
opinion
on
what's
important.
It's
different
from
the
social
workers
yeah,
so
so
those
people
I
want
those
people
to
be
exposed
to
each
other
and
create
this
space.
You
have
a
really
informative
conversation
about
what's
important
or
city,
so
I
also
trying
to
accept
the
level
activism
right.
A
A
G
I
try
to
get
a
big
bathroom.
Even
is
we
have
aged
20
to
80
class
at
right
now,
Missy
know
people
from
all
different
kinds
of
backgrounds:
a
lot
of
different
nationalities,
we'll
talk
about
a
second
and
another
one.
I
should
look
at
in
some
homeowners
across
those
renters,
so
people
who
rent
to
a
little
bit
of
a
different
outfit,
a
home
right
and
I.
A
G
G
G
Those
people
didn't
find
it
out
of
that
experience
that
one
come
to
learn
about
the
city
and
and
now
maybe
you
could
address
the
problem
differently
in
the
future
or
why
that
happened.
Didn't
didn't
go
well
so
that
that
was
very
helpful
and
we
kind
of
exercise
as
well.
We
want
people
to
care
just
reaching
back
to
their
community,
so
try
to
be
that
up
a
lot
and
last
one
that
I
added
that
I
would
still
working
on
the
best
way
to
try
and
it
is
through,
but
best
CL.
G
G
A
A
G
Come
to
class
ass
rabbit
and
you
can
get
you
know
and
find
out
as
the
answer
that
you
have
your
work
or
game
the
same
as
what
you
hear
in
newspaper,
why?
Why
not
right?
It's
a
really
important
pharmacies
now
so
I'm
trying
to
kind
of
push
that
as
well.
So
you
never
say
I
mention
a
shin
ality,
so
the
mayor.
A
G
C
G
A
G
A
whole
lot
of
different
issues
that
are
happening
under
this,
and
one
of
them
is
that
we
dedicate
up
to
15
or
seats
in
CLA
for
people
that
fall
into
that
immigrant
or
new
American
category.
So
they
can
come
what
about
the
state
crack
with
the
blackhawks
and
hopefully
make
city
a
little
more
accessible
for
that
community,
that
and
they're
from
because
they
can.
You
know
it's
a
little
less
overwhelming
to
understand.
I
don't
mean
that
foreign
system.
G
G
I
had
executed
to
make
it
happen,
and
then
that
also
encourages
at
networking
in
probably
those
relationships
which
eventually
turn
into
water
penetration,
and
so
I
have
some
examples
here.
What
we've
done
in
the
past,
the
last
one
we
did.
We
want
cheap
ones
rolls
which
is
a
women's
shelter
and
education
center.
You.
G
A
G
Is
so
you
Community,
Development
Corporation
has
founded
in
the
West
End
one
that
bill
point
out
that
you
can
all
get
out
very
important
one
of
the
little
woman
roads
there.
So
the
new
executive
director
of
that
that
CDC
was
a
graduate
of
CLA
and
he
and
told
me
that
he
actually
hadn't
really
been
that
active
in
the
community
according
to
the
thoughts
and
that
was
kind
of
what
god
max
level
got
involved.
And
now
you
know
he's
doing
great
things
for
his
community.
G
Little
easier
for
them,
because
better
idea
of
how
that
those
processes
are
talking
to
see
I,
you
know
people
have
become
the
president
of
their
local
community
groups
and
we
did
our
varied
article
on
I
half
hour
when
our
students
was
the
executive
director
of
the
Cinzia,
which
I'd
be
a
chance
to
visit
on
your
air
in
desert.

way
so
movable
with
program
things
that
are
happening,
Allen
things
we
hope
to
see
so.
G
G
Out
we
are
looking
into
bringing
in
a
youth
aspect
at
one
time
there
was
a
totally
separate
satellite
or
youth.
Unfortunately,
our
our
department
just
doesn't
quite
fascinating.
A
third
CLA
us
working
on
it.
Oh,
can
we
bring
in
five
you
people
looking
at
age
of
17
and
18
high
school
seniors
that
can
participate
in
class
and
I'm?
