If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
So
it's
been
an
honor
and
a
privilege
to
get
to
know
everyone
over
the
last
10
weeks,
I've
been
incredibly
impressed
with
your
enthusiasm
and
your
thoughtful
questions
that
you've
had
her
departments
and
I
hope
that
you
are
walking
away
from
this
experience
with
a
new
wealth
of
practical
knowledge,
a
brand
new
understanding
of
our
multifaceted
city
government
and,
most
importantly,
I
hope,
you're
leaving
with
lots
of
new
friends,
so
I
hope.
The
people
that
that
you
are
hopefully
walking
away
from
today
have
inspired
you
and
encourages
encourage
you
to
get
involved
as
well.
A
So
there
are
some
thank
yous
in
order.
I
want
to
say
thank
you
for
us
to
our
department,
directors
and
staff.
The
mayor
and
his
staff
as
well
that
have
taken
their
time
to
meet
with
us
over
the
last
10
weeks.
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
the
city
channel
David,
finer,
Jason,
cioppino,
Christy,
Haller,
Schmidt,
Liz,
Barrentine
and
Alex.
Fisher
are
also
being
with
us.
These
last
10
weeks
and
trekking
across
the
city
with
us,
I
want
to
say
thank
you
to
our
classmate
Kimberly
Lee
for
organizing
our
class
project.
A
And
so
I
want
to
take
one
last
opportunity
to
encourage
you
to
take
this
information
and
to
get
involved
in
your
in
your
communities.
Go
out
go
to
your
local
community
groups.
If
you
don't
already
and
how
convenient
you
can
come
out
to
our
next
big
capital
budget
hearing
you
know,
come
and
be
a
moderator.
Get
involved
bring
five
friends
with
you
to
the
capital
budget
hearing
and
please
stay
engaged
with
us,
because
we
need
your
wealth
of
information
to
be
passed
along
to
the
community.
A
B
B
I
want
to
personally
take
the
time
to
thank
each
and
every
one
of
you
individually
for
your
time
and
your
commitment
to
this
process
for
your
interest
in
learning
more
about
your
government
about
how
it
operates,
how
it
functions
and
how
you
can
be
a
better
part
of
that
process.
So
it's
indeed
my
honor
to
be
here
to
help
and
present
these
graduation
certificates
to
you,
I
believe
I'm
assisting!
Is
that
correct?
And
please
forgive
me
one
of
the
things
that
I
hate
more
than
anything
else
is
to
not
pronounce
your
names
properly,
you're,
good!
B
Okay!
We
won't
have
to
worry
about
that,
because
it
would
be
the
very
first
time
that
I'm
seeing
your
names,
so
Sally
will
be
doing
that
I'll
be
assisting
in
the
distribution
of
certificates
and
again
it's
with
with
great
heartfelt
thanks
and
deep
sincerity
that
I
welcome
you
to
these
council
chambers
and
congratulate
you
on
your
hard
work
and
I'm
happy
to
be
here
to
participate
in
your
graduation
ceremony.
Thank
you.
Okay,.

D
Okay
well
good
evening,
family
and
friends
and
he's
mistaken.
Welcome
to
the
2015
spring
civic
leadership
academy.
Graduation,
our
first
like
to
extend
a
big
thank
you
to
mayor
Peduto
and
his
staff
for
allowing
us
to
be
here
in
these
classes
and
for
them
to
be
possible.
I'd
also
like
to
thank
v8
department.
D
Heads
who
held
our
classes,
hosted
them
for
us
and
he's
past
few
weeks
for
taking
the
time
out
of
their
schedule
to
make
that
possible,
as
well
as
a
special
thank
you
to
Sally,
who
provided
great
assistance
in
the
success
of
our
classes
and
making
sure
that
we
had
healthy
meals,
each
and
every
class
I'm
minus
the
coffee,
which
was
much
needed,
but
greatly
appreciate
it.
I
have
that
in
my
feedback.
D
My
name
is
brandy
taylor
and
I
am
a
current
resident
of
central
north
side.
I
became
I
decided
to
apply
for
the
civic
leadership
academy,
specifically
for
my
own
interests
and
learning
more
about
how
city
function,
but
I
wanted
to
really
be
able
to
relate
that
information
to
community
members
who
are
misinformed
or,
at
some
point
intimidated.
D
The
encouragement
part
of
that
with
thee
with
the
community
members
was
stressing
to
be
to
play
an
active
role
in
their
own
communities
and
to
make
sure
that
they
address
issues
that
are
happening
there
in
their
communities.
I
know
that
you
will
find
community
members
who
are
intimidated
by
I
want
to
say
top-heavy
organizations,
so
that
was
one
of
my
main
reasons
in
an
appliance,
specific
leadership
academy.
D
I
am
what
I
consider
myself
to
be
a
connector
I
think
that
one
of
my
strengths
is
the
ability
to
relate
to
people
and
to
be
able
to
build
relationships
and
from
that
I've
charge
myself
with
not
just
standing
formed
but
being
able
to
relay
the
information
that
I've
gathered
from
the
sessions
and
being
able
to
make
them
relevant
and
I
spoke
on
community
members
being
disengaged
or
intimidated,
and
I
feel
like
that.
This
connect
comes
from
them
not
really
being
able
to.
D
How
can
I
put
this
they're
understand
the
immediate
impact
that
the
issues
that
are
being
addressed
have
on
them
and
to
give
an
example
would
be
how
I
know
that
there
are
many
community
members
who
vote
in
the
presidential
election
that
they
aren't
too
keen
on
vote
in
the
elections
for
school
boards,
which
directly
impact
them.
So
I
wanted
to
kind
of
make
sure
I
reach
out
grassroots
and
connect
with
those
community
members
with
that
ability
to
build
those
relationships.
D
I
am
an
advocate,
I,
wear
many
hats,
I
I've
worked
for
be
path,
and
so
I'm
increasing
voter
registration
and
voters,
rights
and
gum
balls,
and
you
name
it.
But
specifically
one
thing:
two
things
that
are
dear
to
my
heart
are
low-income:
housing,
sustainability
and
Community
Development,
and
because
of
that,
my
two
favorite
classes
that
were
held
were
the
URA
and
the
City
Planning
you're,
a
standifer
of
the
Urban
Redevelopment
Authority
in
those
classes,
I
feel
that
they
provided
us
with
very
digestible
information
and
transparent,
a
transparent
breakdown
of
what
their
day-to-day
operations
were.
D
So
I
really
appreciated
those
two
specifically
because
of
what
I,
what
my
interests
are
and
the
civic
leadership
academy.
Overall,
it
provided,
and
it
farted
a
very
informal
and
laid-back
atmosphere,
and
that's
why
I
decided
to
say:
hey,
I'm
not
going
to
just
kind
of
keep
talking
at
you
but
kind
of
be
informal
in
and
speaking
to
you.
It
allowed
us
to
share
our
DS
and
address
our
concerns
and
with
like
minds,
I,
don't
feel,
like
anything
anything
negative
was
said
in
our
sessions.
D
I
feel
like
we
kind
of
had
a
great
rapport
and
I'm
very
thankful
for
that.
I
appreciate
the
opportunity
to
be
able
to
be
part
of
the
civic
leadership
academy
and,
at
the
very
least,
with
the
civic
leadership
academy
offered
us
was
the
ability
to
meet
other
people
who
have
vested
interests
in
this
industry
that
they
were
either
born
and
raised
in
or
that
they've
grown
to
love.
We
just
heard
from
two
people
that
weren't
in
from
the
country,
but
they
have
a
vested
interest
and
it's
in
this
city
so.
D
Okay,
I'm
was
my
place
here.
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
when
we
walked
out
of
these
doors
that
we
won
shared
the
information
and
that
we
stayed
civically,
engaged
and
leave
others
other
community
members
to
do
the
same,
and
so
to
that
end,
I
would
like
to
leave
you
with
one
of
my
newly
favorite
man
chores
and
it's
by
John
Maxwell,
and
it's
one
who
influences
others
to
follow.
Only
as
a
leader
with
certain
limitations
but
100
fluences
others
to
lead.
D
E
Good
evening,
everyone,
like
Sally,
said
I'm
Meg
Campbell,
a
newly
graduated
member
of
the
mayor's
civic
leadership
academy
and
a
resident
of
friendship
in
Pittsburgh's
East
End
I'd
like
to
start,
as
everyone
has,
with
a
few
thanks.
First
thanks
to
our
friends
and
families
for
giving
us
up
for
a
night
for
the
last
10
weeks,
so
that
we
could
come
and
learn
about
our
great
city,
of
course,
Tamara
Peduto,
for
hosting
and
to
council
person
Rudy
ack
for
joining
us
at
the
opening
and
council
president
Krause
for
joining
us
today.
E
Thank
you
to
the
heads
of
the
departments
and
all
of
their
staff
who
stay
late
to
teach
us
what
they
do,
how
they
do
it,
why
they
do
it
and
how
we
can
become
more
engaged
to
my
classmates.
Thank
you
for
sharing
your
time
and
efforts
to
learn
more
about
Pittsburgh
I
learned
about
all
of
the
different
factors
that
motivated
you
to
join,
but
I
also
learned
that
we
share
one
common
goal
to
make
Pittsburgh
a
better
place
for
all
who
live
here
now
and
who
will
in
the
future.
E
Thank
you
for
your
time,
your
insights,
your
questions
and
your
knowledge.
It
has
truly
been
a
privilege
to
learn
both
width
and
from
you
finally
to
Sally
are
lyrics
Jordan
air.
Thank
you
for
being
a
great
teacher
coordinator,
herder
of
cats,
provider
of
food,
provoker
of
inquisitive
thought
and
microphone
liaison.
E
Without
all
of
you.
This
would
not
have
been
possible,
so
thank
you.
So
much
I
could
go
on
for
pages
about
all
of
the
things
that
I
learned
here
and
I
tried
missing.
David
Letterman
I
actually
thought.
Okay,
I'll
do
a
top
10
list
of
all
the
things
that
I
learned,
but
instead
I
just
roped
top
10
paragraphs
and
I
did
not
accomplish
brevity
whatsoever.
So
finally,
I
asked
myself
what
is
the
one
thing
that
I
learned
that
will
help
me
and
guide
me
as
a
passionate
engaged
citizen
of
Pittsburgh,
and
that
is
simple.
E
The
bat
passion
and
engagement
that
we
share
as
classmates
is
shared
by
every
member
that
we
met
in
our
city
government.
At
our
first
class
we
met
Wendy
Urbanek,
who
was
who
is
pittsburgh?
3
1
1
cor
Peter
311,
who
gets
all
of
the
tweets?
The
calls
the
emails
about
potholes
graffiti
trash
raccoons
and
that's
actually
just
a
list
from
the
last
few
days
on
Twitter,
but
they
don't
hear
complaints.
They
hear
opportunities.
E
They
hear
our
citizens
caring,
sometimes
loudly
and
they're,
very
happy
to
hear
that
loud
caring,
because
it
means
that
we're
all
on
Team
make
Pittsburgh
great.
We
then
heard
from
Anthony
boule
in
the
Pittsburgh
parking
authority.
I
got
to
tell
you
after
one
to
seven
of
those
tickets.
I
wasn't
really
expecting
great
things,
which
was
fair
because
Anthony's
presentation
was
beyond
great.
E
We've
heard
people
speak
with
great
enthusiasm
about
water
testing
and
filtration
systems,
new
trucks
that
fill
potholes,
even
better
technical
maps
that
show
each
tree
in
Pittsburgh
and
with
each
of
those
each
head
of
department.
We
heard
the
same
theme
I'm,
proud
of
what
we
do
and
I'm
proud
of
what
we
give
to
Pittsburgh
I'm,
proud
of
our
department
and
we're
going
to
keep
doing
it
better
and
better.
Even
our
departments
who
are
sending
international
standards
like
our
EMS
and
our
fire
department.
E
They
share
a
commitment
to
redefine
what
it
means
to
be
the
best.
So
this
is
what
I've
learned
that
these
are
the
people
who
make
Pittsburgh
the
most
livable
city,
our
city
departments
and
their
employees
are
our
biggest
allies
in
our
journey
to
make
Pittsburgh
better
and
more
livable
for
all
of
us
and
I
look
working
with
each
and
every
one
of
you
as
a
move
toward
that
goal.
Thank
you
again.
