If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
There
thank
you
good
afternoon,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
thank
you
for
stopping
into
the
mayor's
conference
room
today.
I'm
Dan
Herrmann
I'm
the
zone
for
commander.
Well,
it's
the
station
is
in
Squirrel
Hill
when
we
cover
13
different
neighborhoods,
it's
hard
to
believe,
but
just
over
three
years
ago,
Officer
Shiffrin
came
to
me
and
during
our
community
outreach
planning,
he
said
well,
everybody's
doing
community
outreach
and
thinking
about
doing
athletics
with
the
youth
in
the
neighborhoods
all
over
the
city.
A
A
Okay,
let's,
let's
start
you
know
where's
it
gonna
go.
We
don't
know
three
years
later
here
we
are.
The
test
program
is
a
huge
success
in
our
zone
officer.
Shiffrin
has
also
reached
out
to
the
other
zones
to
start
smaller
chess
club's.
That's
smaller
that
Carnegie,
Library
and
I
have
to
mention
and
give
an
attaboy
to
our
Canadian
Library
of
Pittsburgh,
who
adopted
this
program
100%,
and
we
started
at
the
Carnegie
Library
in
Hazelwood
with
a
small
group
of
Hazelwood
residents.
A
If
you
will
and
it
built
from
there
and
we're
here
three
years
later,
to
recognize
Dave
with
his
accomplishments
fast
forward
to
probably
last
holiday
around
the
Christmas
season,
the
Pittsburgh
Steelers
reached
out
for
their
community
outreach
to
us.
The
Pittsburgh
Bureau
Police,
Josh
Dobbs
came
to
our
station
where
he
met
their
officer,
Shiffrin
officer,
Shiffrin
start
talking,
chess
Josh
said
I
play
chess.
Josh
is
here
with
us
today,
because
he
recognizes
also
that
chess
is
something
important
for
the
kids
and
I'll.
A
Let
Dave
explain
the
whole
realm
of
that,
but
I
want
to
thank
everybody
who
supports
the
chess
program
out
of
zone
floor
along
with
officer
Sharon
I
like
to
thank
Josh
Dobbs
and
the
Pittsburgh
Steeler
organization,
also
to
connect
a
library
of
Pittsburgh
for
assisting
wholeheartedly
in
our
efforts.
So
josh
is
going
to
say
a
few
words
next.
Thank
you
good.
B
Afternoon,
it's
an
honor
to
be
here
today.
I
know
officer,
Schaffer
reached
out
to
me
maybe
like
a
couple
of
days
ago,
and
he
said:
I
was
being
honored
with
the
award.
He
said
he
would
love
for
me
to
come
and
just
be
here
to
help
him
be
recognized
and
I
said
it
would
definitely
be
an
honor
just
to
commend
him
for
his
work
in
the
community.
B
As
was
said,
I
originally
met
officer
schefren
at
station
18
over
in
Squirrel
Hill
I
live
in
Shadyside,
so
we
did
a
like
holiday
sing-along
at
the
fire
station
for
the
holidays.
So
he
came
up
to
me
afterwards
and
he
said:
hey
I
started
this
chess
program
over
in
Hazelwood
area.
I
would
love
for
you
to
come
out
and
just
be
a
part
of
it,
come
on
and
play
some
chess
with
the
kids.
So
for
me
you
know:
I
took
it
as
a
competition.
B
B
So
to
be
able
to
be
a
part
of
the
chess
tournament,
we
recently
had
a
couple
weeks
ago,
it's
great
to
see
the
competitive
spirit
with
the
kids
I
know
this
is
only
the
beginning,
but
all
the
accolades
I
know
you
don't
do
it
for
the
awards.
What
you
definitely
deserve
it
for
your
positive
outreach
in
the
community.
So
thank
you
for
all
that
you
do
and
keep
up
the
hard
work.
C
Just
a
couple
of
words:
when
officer
Schifrin
started
conversation
about
chess
programming
in
our
communities,
I
thought
wow.
This
is
fantastic
way
to
bounce
out
a
full
realm
of
engagement
possibilities,
not
just
high
activity
or
something
with
a
lot
of
go-go-go,
and
it
brought
something
where
you
sit
down
and
you
have
an
opportunity
to
relate
to
youth
by
a
child,
a
teenager,
one-on-one
and
it's
very
calm
and
peaceful
and
at
the
same
time
challenging.
C
D
Good
afternoon,
first
off
I'd
like
to
thank
the
mayor
for
nominating
officership
'ln.
Usually
the
nominations
come
from.
The
directors
are
from
the
assistant
directors,
but
in
this
case
the
mayor
actually
nominated
him
and
I
appreciate
that
I
think
it's
well
deserving
I
know
about
what
a
year
and
a
half
ago,
two
years
ago,
we
had
a
discussion
because
I
think
at
that
time,
officer
Schiffman
was
facing
retirement,
probably
in
a
year
year
and
a
half,
and
we
were
concerned.
D
So,
with
the
help
of
the
mayor
and
the
council,
we
raised
the
retirement
age
to
70
so
that
we
could
keep
him
as
an
officer,
but
we
were
actually
discussing
possibilities
of
bringing
him
back
as
a
civilian
employee
to
continue
the
outreach
that
he
has
done.
But
this
way
with
him
being
an
officer
and
being
a
chess
player,
we
can
continue
the
good
work
that
he's
done
and
I
think
he's
much
happier
being
an
officer
rather
than
just
being
a
civilian
teaching.
D
Chess
I
have
to
admit
that
with
all
the
discussion
and
the
money-
and
it
wasn't
a
lot
of
money
that
we
put
towards
the
chess
program-
I
have
not
sat
down
yet
with
the
officer
and
learned
how
to
play
chess.
I
do
know
the
check
and
checkmate
or
bad
things
and
to
stay
away
from
that,
but
more
of
a
chess
person
or
a
checker
person
and
a
monopoly
person
rather
than
a
chess
person.
So
with
that
being
said,
I'll
turn
it
over
to
the
mayor.
D
E
You
could
have
chosen
any
neighborhood
in
zone
4.
You
chose
Hazelwood
and
you
said
to
those
kids
in
Hazelwood.
I'm
gonna
give
you
an
activity,
that's
gonna
keep
you
busy,
but
it's
gonna
be
an
activity
that
you
can
do
back
at
your
own
home
and
you
can
teach
your
little
brother
or
little
sister
and
it's
an
activity.
That's
going
to
use
your
mind
and
many
ways
that
you
may
not
be
thinking
about
it
because
in
chess,
you're,
always
thinking
three
moves
ahead
and
you
gave
them
that
opportunity.
E
You
made
it
a
success,
and
then
you
said,
every
child
in
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
should
have
that
same
opportunity.
So
for
that
you're
being
recognized
as
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
Employee
of
the
Month,
we
have
an
award
that
we
give
once
a
month
called
the
mayor,
Sophie
masloff
Employee
of
the
Month
award,
and
it
recognizes
not
only
mayor
masloff,
but
the
dedication
that
she
gave
in
her
lifetime
to
public
service
in
understanding
that
the
part
that
we
do
to
make
the
lives
better.
E
E
Whereas
David
Schifrin
was
born
in
Brooklyn
New
York
before
moving
to
Pittsburgh
in
1989
to
study
creative
writing
at
the
University
of
Pittsburgh,
it
gets
better.
Where
is
after
his
MFA
studies,
wrapped
up
at
Pitt
in
92
Shiffrin
spent
the
next
few
years,
perfecting
the
craft
of
writing
near
the
end
of
that
decade.
E
Where,
as
officer
David
Shiffrin
has
had
a
remarkable
career,
a
writer
who
has
written
everything
from
westerns
and
mystery
novels
to
Hollywood
screenplays.
He
has
taken
that
passion
and
provided
a
positive
and
safe
place
for
our
children
to
learn
and
grow
a
kind
and
compassionate
man.
His
contributions
to
our
city
cannot
be
understated.
F
There's
an
organization
in
New,
York
called
chess
in
the
schools
that
followed
kids
that
it
tore
chess
after
they
had
graduated
school
and
found
that
they
did
better
in
school.
They
didn't
get
in
trouble
with
police
that
served
them
in
lots
of
ways
and
their
motto
was
kids,
who
play
chess
learned
to
think
before
they
move,
which
is
perfect
and
seemed
appropriate
here
too.
So
the
support
I've
gotten
really
has
been
tremendous
from
the
Bureau
of
police,
absolutely
from
Josh
who
mentioned
now.
F
When
we
met
at
that
steelers
carol,
singing
that
they
didn't
December
and
he
agreed
to
come.
We
were
trying
to
arrange
when
it
would
be
the
first
time
and
that
Tuesday,
because
we
meet
at
Hazelwood
five
o'clock
on
Tuesdays
I
got
a
call
in
the
middle
of
a
afternoon.
I
saw
caller
ID
said
Georgia
I,
don't
know
anyone
in
Georgia
and
I
thought
it
was
Josh,
because
I
knew
he
was
from
Georgia,
maybe
having
to
cancel,
but
instead
it
was
a
woman's
voice.
