B
B
D
You
Bruce,
you
know
my
wife
and
I
were
raising
kids
in
the
70s
there
they're
grown
kids
now
that
we'll
never
forget
in
in
the
70s,
the
mr.
yuk
campaign
and
on
every
bottle
of
whatever
that
we
didn't
want
our
children
to
get
into.
We
had
those
green
stickers
on
there
and
we
used
to
sing
that
the
kids,
the
old
jingle
you
know
mr.
young,
gives
me
mr.
yock
is
green
and
I
never
knew
that
it
was
a
Pittsburgher
that
was
responsible
for
all
this
doctor
Moriarty.
D
He
grew
up
in
Lawrenceville
and
went
to
the
University
of
Pittsburgh
School
of
Medicine
and
he
started
the
Pittsburgh
poison
control
center
in
1971
and
then
the
national
poison
center
in
1973,
and
he's
best
known
for
his
mr.
yuk
campaign,
which
went
nationwide
and
I
think
every
parent
that
raised
children.
D
You
know
knows
about
that
green
sticker,
and
it
was
such
a
neat
idea
because
the
kids
immediately
identified
it
with
something
they
wanted
to
stay
away
from,
and
it's
no
surprising
once
again
that
an
ADA
of
Pittsburgh
has
done
something
to
help
the
entire
country
he's
not
only
done
that
he's
had
a
distinguished
medical
career
too,
so
dr.
Moriarty,
it
gives
me
great
pleasure
and
by
the
way
today
is
his
birthday.
Is
that
right
two
days
two
days.
D
D
So
doctor,
it
gives
me
great
pleasure,
on
behalf
of
the
Congress
in
the
United
States
and
the
US
House
of
Representatives,
to
present
you
with
this
congressional
proclamation,
honoring
you
for
your
years
of
great
service
not
only
to
Pittsburgh
but
to
our
entire
country
and
the
young
children
all
across.
You
know
you
can't
count
how
many
lives
were
saved
because
of
this
green
sticker
on
on
people's
bottle.
So
thank
you
so
much
and
probably
know
you're
a
Pittsburgh
ER
and
thank
you
for
everything.
You've
done.
E
B
B
E
B
E
E
E
E
F
F
F
D
G
I
just
like
to
say
that
not
only
did
I
use
the
stickers
for
my
children
and
actually
they
stayed
very
safe
because
they
didn't
like
mister
yet,
but
I
also
am
putting
the
stickers
on
things
in
my
home
for
my
grandchildren,
so
they
stay
away
from
them
too.
So
thank
you
very
much.
Oh
you're
working.
You
know
spending
that
sticker.
Thank.
H
H
If
you
don't
know
steve
steve
has
been
with
the
Pirates
for
sixty
years.
Probably
I
would
actually
argue
in
the
city
of
Pittsburgh,
maybe
the
most
famous
pirate
besides
Roberto
Clemente,
that
you
know,
if
you
say,
Steve
Blass,
you
immediately
think
pirates
and
we
actually
do
have
somebody
brought
this
in
this
morning.
H
We
have
to
make
sure
that
we
have
your
famous
bobble
head
with
us
today,
but
Steve
is
you
know
he
he's
been
with
the
Pirates
for
so
many
years,
but
he's
done
so
much
for
our
community.
All
the
charity,
events
that
he
goes
to
his
impact
on
the
lives
of
not
only
kids
but
adults
across
the
Pittsburgh
region
is
amazing.
This
is
a
very
special
prop
for
me
because
it's
finally
my
chance,
where
I
have
to
tell
Steve
that
he
got
me
in
trouble
one
day.
H
Steve
is
a
golfer
and
the
first
time
I
had
a
meeting
on
Monday
and
I
had
canceled
it,
because
I
got
a
last-minute
invite
to
the
pirate
charity,
golf
outing.
So
what
happened
was
Steve's
team
and
his
son
ended
up
winning
it.
It
was
at
Neville
would
maybe
like
six
or
seven
years
ago
and
what
happened
that
night,
I'm
listening
to
the
pie
game,
they
start
talking
about
pirate
charities
and
Steve
said
we
had
a
great
event.
My
son
and
I
won
the
golf
tournament.
We
beat
councilman
O'connor's
team
by
one
stroke.
H
The
problem
with
that
was
I
cancelled,
three
meetings
to
be
there
and
those
individuals
were
not
very
happy
with
me,
but
I
said
hey
if
Steve
rats
me
out
I'm
safe.
So
this
is
again
something
well
deserved
and
as
a
Pittsburgher
I'm
very
proud
that
you're
here
today,
whereas
born
in
Connecticut
in
April
1942
Steve
Blass
spent
his
entire
career
with
the
Pittsburgh
Pirates.
H
As
a
player,
a
broadcast
announcer
signed
in
1960
Steve
Blass
made
his
major-league
debut
with
the
Bucs
in
1964
and
joined
the
team
permanently
in
1966
and
whereas
Steve
won
18
games
in
1968,
including
a
2.1
to
e
ra,
was
seven
shutouts.
Both
career
highs
finished
the
season
very
strong
by
winning
the
NL
Player
of
the
Month
in
September
of
that
that
year,
with
a
5
and
1
record
a
1.65
e
ra
and
46
strikeouts
in
1969,
he
won
16
games
with
a
career-high
147
strikeouts
and
from
1969
to
72.
H
He
won
60
games
with
another
career-high
victory
in
of
nineteen
in
1972.
In
that
season
he
made
the
NL
all-star
team
and
was
runner-up
in
the
National
League
siyoung
Award
and
whereas
in
the
1971
World
Series
against
the
Baltimore
Orioles
won
by
the
Pittsburgh
Pirates
in
seven
games,
Blass
pitched
two
complete
game
wins
allowing
only
seven
hits
and
two
runs
and
18
innings
and
was
the
winning
pitcher
in
the
game.
Seven
win
in
Baltimore.
H
He
finished
second,
in
the
voting
for
World
Series
MVP
behind
his
good
friend
Roberto
Clemente,
whereas
in
1983
Steve
joined
the
Pirates
TV
and
radio
broadcast
team
as
a
prime-time
color
commentator
taking
on
a
full-time
position
in
1986,
oh
wait,
I'm!
So
sorry,
Theresa
you're
supposed
to
be
up
here,
I
didn't
know
where
you
were:
oh
sorry,
I'm.
So
sorry,
Teresa
and
I
sponsored
this
because
Steve
actually
lives
in
her
district.
So
is
my
fault.
H
Where
was
I
okay,
announcing
his
retirement
January
2019
Steve,
was
officially
has
officially
retired
over
the
past
weekend.
He
will
stay
involved
with
the
Pirates
as
an
alumni
ambassador
and
plans
to
play
a
lot
of
golf
which
he's
pretty
good
at
and
he
travels,
and
he
wants
to
travel
with
his
wife,
Karen
and
watch
his
grandson
pitch
Chris
pitch
for
upper
st.
Clair
high
school.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
Council
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
does
hereby
recognize
and
commend
the
extraordinary
career
of
Pittsburgh.
J
I
We
were
I'm
so
impressed
and
so
thrilled
to
learn
a
lot
more
about
you,
but
I
was
mostly
thrilled
to
learn
that
you
were
a
resident
of
district
2,
because
that
is
something
we
can
really
hold
on
to
it
and
be
so
proud
of.
We
are
so
proud
of
it,
so
it
says
as
soon
as
I
posted
something
about
it
and
you
living
in
Mount,
Washington
arepas
like
he
lives
here.
He
lives
it.
So
everybody
was
so
impressed,
and
so
I
just
want
to.
K
K
What
about
the
crowd
that
dr.
Maria
pulled
in
I'll?
Tell
you
that's
bigger
than
some
of
the
crowds
back
in
Forbes
Field.
So,
but
this
this
means
a
great
deal
to
me,
because
this
city
and
the
people
in
this
city
mean
a
great
deal
to
me.
I've
been
so
proud
to
do,
represent
them
in
some
small
way
with
the
Pittsburgh
Pirates,
because
we
moved
here
in
1972
and
we
were
made
to
feel
so
welcome
coming
from
Connecticut
and
that
has
never
changed
in
the
grocery
stores.
K
K
Just
a
quick,
a
quick
note,
I'm
also
very
proud
to
be
a
member
of
a
group
of
retired
athletes
in
the
city,
the
football
players,
the
hockey
players,
the
baseball
players
that
have
stayed
here
and
have
been
involved
in
the
community,
giving
back
to
the
community
like
a
cliche.
But
it's
accurate
I've
been
involved
with
the
Junior
Achievement
and
ALS
the
Lou
Gehrig
disease,
family
hospice
and
some
other
things,
and
we
can't
do
enough
and
I
think
it's
important
for
us
to
realize
as
former
athletes
pro
athletes
that
we
can
get
in
some
doors.
K
Maybe
other
people
can't
and
that's
a
responsibility
that
shame
on
us.
If
we
don't
do
those
sewing
so
again,
I
can't
thank
you
enough,
I'm,
so
proud
of
this
group
of
people
that
I
live
with,
and
Noah
and
Christopher
Parker
and
Karen
Karen
who's
been
with
me
for
66
years
of
marriage
plus
four
years
of
bad
behavior
in
high
school.
K
She's
been
there
every
day
and
every
night,
and
now
it's
time
for
me,
it's
my
turn
for
for
me
to
be
there
for
her.
So
we're
so
proud
we're
not
going
anywhere
we're
Pittsburghers
and
we
love
Mount
Washington,
my
goodness,
there's
something
beautiful
to
look
at
all
the
time
day
and
night,
even
at
night
that
the
city
lights
up
in
all
kind
of
colors,
so
we're
here
for
the
long
haul.
K
I
K
F
B
I
I
And
I
just
want
to
say
one
of
the
first
things
I
was
asked
us
to
make
sure
we
included
all
council
members
and
the
mayor's
office
well.
Pastor,
Carver
is
so
good
to
see
you
and
that,
and
that
that
we
make
sure
that
this
is
not
something
where
we
play
politics,
but
we
all
support
collectively,
and
so
anybody
who'd
like
to
come
up
we'd
like
to
have
you
up
here,
I
think,
is
this
in
your
district.
This
event.
L
I
I
And
whereas
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
salutes
the
courage
and
overwhelmingly
nonviolent
method
method
of
the
civil
civilian
opposition
in
Sudan
and
applauds
the
engagement
of
the
US
State
Department
in
special
envoy
booth,
in
conjunction
with
the
international
partners,
to
advance
the
program
of
peaceful
transition
to
civilian
rule.
And
now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
Council
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
does
hereby
commend
the
Pittsburgh
Darfur
emergency
coalition
for
organizing
rallies
marches
petitions,
letter-writing
campaigns
and
bringing
issues
of
human
rights
concerns
before
council.
B
J
All
right,
thank
you:
Thank
You,
Councilwoman,
Kael,
Smith
and
I'd
like
to
introduce
a
young
man
who's
a
refugee
here
in
Pittsburgh
with
his
family.
He
attends
Brashear
high
school
and
it
shows
that
what
a
welcoming
City
Pittsburgh
is
to
refugees
and
then
we'll
talk
a
little
bit
about
how
Pittsburgh
has
reached
out
and
extended
its
interest
to
to.
What's
going
on
in
Sudan
and
South
Sudan.
F
M
J
M
J
Yes,
I'd
like
to
mention
the
stalwart
members
of
the
Pittsburgh
Darfur
emergency
coalition.
As
the
proclamation
proclamation
reads,
we
were
been
in
existence
for
15
years.
Hardly
hardly
seems,
like
anything,
could
have
lasted
that
long.
You
know,
but
Pittsburgh
City
Council
was
was
really
involved
with
our
efforts
right
from
the
start,
we
were
founded
in
August
of
2004
and
within
two
weeks,
City
Council
had
passed
a
proclamation
sponsored
by
a
council,
councilmen
salahuddin
at
the
time
and
went
on
from
there.
Two
too
many
forms
of
many
different
forms
of
engagement.
J
J
She
was
freed
how
assaleh
was
freed
within
three
weeks
of
this
particular
campaign
and
she
came
before
Pittsburgh
City
Council
and
expressed
her
gratitude
for
the
efforts
council
had
extended
to
obtain
her
liberation
from
from
the
national
security
system
of
the
Sudanese
government.
So
now
we're
at
a
point
where
there's
been
a
revolution
in
Sudan.
Although
the
attention
to
this
particular
part
of
the
world
has
shifted,
we
held
big
marches
in
Pittsburgh
from
about
2004
to
2010,
but
the
marches
tapered
off
and
peeps
people
started
paying
less
attention
as
time
wore
on.
N
O
J
Dr.
Edwards
has
been
with
this
Pittsburgh
door
for
emergency
coalition
for
15
years
Karen
teaming
a
member
of
the
Church
in
Monroeville
across
roads,
Presbyterian
Church,
who
has
also
been
very
engaged
co-star
Albay
from
south
sudan
and
herself.
Remember
I
asked
for
a
member
of
of
our
coalition
and
wonderful
cookin
in
the
bargain.
She'll
be
preparing
a
light
luncheon
at
the
at
the
forum
on
October
13th.
I
J
District
okay!
Well,
thank
you
very
much.
Council
you've
been
engaged
from
the
beginning
and
hope
you
will.
We
appreciate
your
continued
support
and
hope
you
will
continue
to
pay
attention
to
events
across
the
ocean.
Everybody
marched
with
us
to
protest
against
the
genocide,
all
actions
of
of
Omar
al-bashir.
Well,
now
he's
been
overthrown,
he's
in
jail,
but
but
Sudan
must
struggle
to
find
a
peaceful
transition
from
civilian
rule
from
military
rule
rather
to
civilian
rule,
let's
cross
our
fingers
and
hope
that
they
succeed.
Thank
you.
J
J
J
F
B
P
Is
part
of
an
effort
to
draw
attention
to
0-0
evictions
campaign
through
the
month
of
October
calling
for
global
actions
all
throughout
the
month,
whereas
in
2018?
Fourteen
thousand
one
hundred
and
eighty
one
eviction
court
actions
the
highest
in
a
decade
were
filed
by
landlords
against
Allegheny
County
residents
and
between
2014
and
2016
Allegheny
County
saw
40,000
eviction
filings
and
whereas
Pittsburgh
continues
to
see
a
gap
of
nearly
twenty
thousand
affordable
housing
units
and
residents.
P
Whereas
the
United
Nations
calls
for
concrete
steps
to
achieve
adequate
housing
for
all
by
2030
by
reestablishing
housing
as
a
social
good
and
preventing
the
excessive
accumulation
of
wealth.
Whereas
the
international
alliance
of
inhabitants
launched
a
zero
evictions
campaign
to
promote
international
solidarity
to
achieve
dignity
and
security
and
housing,
call
it
calling
for
global
actions.
P
P
I
N
Into
this
mic,
so
thank
you.
A
council
person,
Strassburger
and
all
members
of
council
for
supporting
this
I.
Don't
think
I
need
to
tell
anybody
here.
That
eviction
is
a
huge
problem
in
our
country
and
in
Pittsburgh,
particularly,
we
all
know
the
affordable
housing
crisis
that
is
affecting
so
many
residents
of
Pittsburgh
eviction
does
not
just
impact
somebody's
housing.
It
is
a
disruptive
process
that
can
take
children
out
of
a
school
district,
it
can
disrupt
employment
and
it
can
disconnect
people
from
their
social
networks
and
social
capitals.
So
it
is
a
huge
problem.
N
Q
I,
don't
really
have
a
lot
to
say,
I,
just
think
the
members
of
council
and
council
person
Strassburger
for
recognizing
the
zero
evictions
campaign,
which
is
a
global
campaign
and
thinking
about
direct
action
in
this
city
and
what
that
looks
like
I
know.
We
have
walked
together
and
made
many
strides
here
at
council,
being
brave
and
courageous
together,
I
look
forward
to
continuing
that.
Q
I
stand
here
as
a
person
who,
before
I
work
for
Pittsburgh
United
was
Street,
homeless
and
I
know
what
it
means
to
have
a
stable
home
and
to
be
stabilized
to
have
safe
quality,
affordable
housing
and
to
do
things
that
prevent
eviction
such
as
Just
Cause
eviction
and
looking
at
things
like
rent
control.
So
I
hope
that
we
continued
this
walk
to
get
to
zero
evictions
for
ever
for
people
in
the
city
of
Pittsburgh,
in
the
state
of
Pennsylvania,
nationally
and
globally
and
I.
Q
Thank
you
for
being
brave
and
courageous
with
us
as
we
are
out
in
these
streets.
Many
people
are
not
here
because
24/7
we're
answering
phones,
we're
out
here
trying
to
really
prevent
evictions
for
people
that
are
going
through
many
harmful
things.
So
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
for
recognizing
that
you
victims
or
a
scourge,
and
that
we
want
to
prevent
them
and
stop
now
from
happening.
Thank
you.

That
concludes
the
proclamation
portion
of
the
council
meeting
and
takes
us
into
public
comment.
Anyone
wishing
to
speak
before
City
Council
this
morning,
of
course,
will
have
three
minutes
in
which
to
do
so.
I
would
like
to
remind
everyone
here
wanting
to
speak,
that
our
rules
of
council
are
clear
when
they
state
that
comment
is
limited
to
matters
of
concern.
B
Official
action
or
deliberation
which
are
at
this
time
or
could
at
another
time
come
before
this
council.
We
will
not
permit
profanity.
We
will
maintain
order
at
all
times,
I.
Ask
that
you
please
begin
by
giving
your
name
and
the
neighborhood
in
which
you
reside
for
our
public
record.
The
green
light
will
indicate
the
start
of
your
three
minutes
when
the
yellow
light
comes
on.
You'll
have
one
minute
to
summarize
your
thoughts
when
the
red
light
comes
on.
Your
time
will
have
expired
good
morning.
Joy
welcome.
R
And
I
want
to
point
out
that
one
of
the
wonderful
things
about
mr.
Hyuk
is
the
sheer
graphical
simplicity
that
takes
a
complex,
dangerous
situation
and
makes
it
safe
and
I
want
to
bring
to
your
notice
a
situation
where
we
take
something
that
should
be
simple
and
make
it
difficult
and
unsafe
and
I
am
speaking
of
our
towing
and
parking
and
towing
policies.
This
is
the
citation
in
the
form
that
it
looked
less
than
four
days
after
I
received.
R
As
you
can
see,
it
is
essentially
blank
because
less
than
four
days
of
wind
and
rain
wipes
out
all
information
at
that
point,
even
if
you,
the
tow
pound,
tells
you
what
district
it
was,
what
the
police,
the
right
police
district,
you
called
them.
They
say
it's
not
in
our
database
anymore.
Once
it's
towed,
you
have
to
talk
to
parking
court,
you
call
parking
court
and
they
tell
you
that
if
you
do
not
have
a
visible
citation
number,
it
will
be
at
least
six
weeks
and
possibly
two
months
before
that
information
enters
their
computer
system.
R
And
if
you
miss
that
notification-
oh
don't
worry,
it'll
be
a
few
months
before
it
becomes
a
bench
warrant.
The
idea
that
something
can
become
an
arrest
able
offense,
especially
in
this
case
I,
was
in
Europe
I
left
my
car
with
a
friend,
along
with
a
proper
notarized
statement
and
all
documentation
as
I
do
when
I
am
out
of
the
country
she
had
to
go
out
of
state.
So,
with
less
than
48
hours,
the
notices
go
up.
The
key
is
with
her
that's
not
enough
time
even
to
FedEx
the
key
back
home.
R
So
therefore,
the
car
gets
towed
because
of
PWSA
work.
I
have
some
suggestions
number
one.
There
are
many
ways
to
write
that
will
remain
visible,
including
the
lead,
pencil
or
rather
the
regular
pencil
if
a
copy
of
the
citation
number
were
written.
That
would
cover
the
problem.
Secondly,
it
is
policy
that
Dover's
can
only
take
to
the
tow
pound.
They
can't
move
the
car
50
feet
or
across
the
street.
This
is
supposed
to
stop
people
from
taking
money
as
a
bride.
R
So
anyway,
this
is
a
situation
that
is
unnecessarily
complex,
verging
on
dangerous,
and
you
know,
frankly,
if
my
bananas
can
be
tracked
and
if
my
apples
can
be
tracked
and
my
romaine
lettuce
can
be
tracked,
I
do
not
see
why
a
car
that
has
a
license
plate
a
VIN
number
a
registered
owner
cannot
be
tracked
in
less
than
six
weeks.
Thank
you
very
much.
B
B
O
Name
is
Dixie
Timmons
I
live
on
Wallingford
Street
ride
on
the
borderline
of
Oakland
and
Shadyside
have
a
neighbor
who
has
had
a
signed,
at
least
for
five
years
in
her
front
yard,
saying
fracking
poisons
air
and
water.
Now
we
know
that
fracking
also
causes
earthquakes
where
there
have
never
been
I.
Just
read
another
story
where
their
fracking.
If
you
live,
if
you
are
pregnant
and
if
you
live
within
ten
a
ten
mile
radius
of
the
fracking,
your
child
is
in
danger,
the
child
that
you
are
giving
birth
to.
O
So
last
time,
I
started
to
talk
about
all
of
this.
There
was
a
guest
talking
at
the
other
council
and
it
was
mr.
Fitzgerald
and
he
was
loudly
applauded
and
praised.
Well,
I
had
just
gotten
this
in
a
thing
says:
Fitzgerald
is
MC
for
consoles
airport
lovin.
O
Some
of
you
may
not
be
at
the
hoi
polloi.
We,
the
people
are,
maybe
you
are
too
but
admission
for
this
was
by
invitation.
Only
then
you
were
taken
to
a
van
to
the
party
venue
and
a
console
well
pad
friendly
media
were
on
hand
to
record
the
festivities.
Ordinary
citizens
were
nowhere
to
be
seen
or
heard.
O
None
of
the
people
by
the
way
at
the
airport
had
any
of
that
to
say
one
other
thing
and
I'll
keep
talking.
Until
this
goes
on
a
young
woman
named
Greta
thumbr,
you
probably
seen
her
on
television
less
than
a
year
ago,
she
was
unknown
she's
a
15
year
old
witch
spend
her
fridays
alone
on
the
steps
of
the
Swedish
parliament
protesting
her
government's
lack
of
action
on
climate
change,
and
she
said
it
began
to
build
and
build
now
at
his
worldwide.
O
O
O
M
T
Thank
you
I'm.
Looking
at
you,
like
you,
look
at
me,
but
mr.
lavell,
this
is
the
value
smile
cuz,
you
know
he's
evil
as
hell
when
he
looks
at
me.
It
looks
like
the
devil
jumps
in
him,
but
you
know
what
God
you
see
this
and
when
he
watches
the
Krause,
you
better.
Look
you
better
think
about
when
you
hollered
at
me
in
front
of
my
grandchildren,
that's
what
did
Jesus
say
suffer
little
children
and
you
made
my
children
suffer.
T
T
He
did
he
cut
my
time
down
to
a
minute
in
30
seconds
now,
I'm
upset
because
of
mr.
LaBelle.
You
need
to
look
up
there:
okay,
they're
putting
them
young.
Ladies
and
the
vit
petite.
Please
let
me
go,
but
someone
said
he
just
say:
wait.
A
minute.
I
may
have
to
look
at
this
because
there's
some
kind
of
way
they
must
be
able
to
pay
25
and
they're
charging
them
a
hundred
and
fifty
dollars.
Please
look
into
it.
They
put
a
lot
of
them.
T
Young
girls
out,
but
red
will
alert
where
I
live,
that
Kaley
works.
There's
a
poll
now
that
I'm
digging
up
the
pregnant
alert
and
stuff
the
white
thing
live
across
the
street
young
lady
brought
me
a
spade
to
help
me
guess:
they're
dead,
glad
we're
getting
them
weeds
down,
but
she
said.
Look
at
this
pole.
It's
a
lot
of
compliance.
Do
you
know
that
the
citizens
that
are
in
the
wheelchair
have
to
ride
down
Mercer?
They
can't
get
past
you,
especially
the
large
one.
T
T
Instead
of
making
them
sidewalks
for
them
to
sit
outside
the
bars
and
wrote,
hotels
or
whatever
in
drink,
come
up
here
and
help
the
seniors
cuz,
there's
no
way
they
have
to
ride
down
the
street.
I
didn't
realize
it.
I
didn't
realize
it
so
I
seen
it.
Yes,
you
mister.
The
veil,
I've
usually
give
you
hell,
but
I'ma
praise
you,
because
you
spoke
up
for
them.
Women,
because.

D.
Our

is
to

but
suppose
you
Drs
don't
want
to

U
U
You
leave
before
public

as
Miss

Is
this

You

you

U
I
assume
that
that
is
true
of
all
of
you.
This
is
public

therefore
my

Our
view
is
that
District,
seven,
this
grouse
shows
the
least
respect
for
citizens,
speech
of
all
Pittsburgh
Council
legislators,
she's
missed
more
council

and
therefore
avoids
a

more
than
any

We
have
substantial
evidence
facts
to
do
this.
This
is
a
general

manipulated
public

situations
to
invade
the
public

of
one

myself.

provide
funding
for
Grandview
Avenue
project?
The
grant
proposal
includes
an
ask
of
1
million
eight
hundred
forty
eight
thousand
seven
hundred
dollars
with
a
local
match
of
seven
hundred
and
ninety
two
thousand
three
hundred
dollars
included
in
the
2020
city
of
Pittsburgh
capital
budget.

All
right,
so
this
is
a
street
vacation
and
it's
been
giving
me
pause.
I've
been
trying
to
reach
out
to
the
owners.
You
know
there
are.
There
are
thousand
miles
of
city
street.
Many
of
these
city
streets
are
really
not
through
ways
for
anyone
or
they
were
streets
where
there's
not
really
public
impact.
W
You
know
been
sure
that
we've
reached
out
to
enough
of
the
neighborhood
to
really
see
what
the
impacts
are,
because
the
way
it
crosses
elevation,
so
I'm
gonna
motion
to
recommit
on
this
one
and
I
apologize
for
the
inconvenience.
I
know
that
we've
been
I've
been
saying
this
week
after
week,
but
I
will
strive
to
to
really
contact
everyone
and
tie
this
up
so
that
we
can
be
sure
that
we're
not
having
a
negative
impact
on
the
neighborhood.
I
B
I
V
V
B
I
Can
I
just
say
something:
Grandview
Avenue
I
want
to
thank
the
administration
again
for
applying
for
so
many
grants
for
grant
units.
My
understanding
there's
some
additional
announcements
that
they
may
be
making,
but
I
would
just
say
that
when
they
talk
about
Grandview
Avenue,
some
people
are
saying
this.
Just
the
Mount
Washington
side
it.
I
My
conversation
with
chief
of
staff
Gilman
this
week
said
if
there
will
be
work
done
on
the
entire
stretch
of
Grandview,
including
the
Duquesne
Heights
side,
but
that's
something
that
has
they've
been
working
on
for
a
very
long
time
and
so
I
don't
know
all
the
details,
but
I
know
that
we
are
having
some
meetings
about
it
and
and
the
mayor's
office
had
met
with
the
residents
probably
a
few
years
ago
about
the
whole
the
whole
stretch
of
Grandview,
and
we
know
that
this
is
a
gym.
We
just
heard
steve
blass
talk
about
that.
