we
have
moved
council
operations
to
virtual
meetings
and,
as
such
we
were
unable
to
present
proclamations
in

so
we'll
have

B
D
Madam
president,
councilman
Cullen,
yes
I.
First
on
bill,
number
229,
the
grass
cutting
service
will
say
that's
a
great
program
and
I'm
happy
to
say
my
district
anybody's
from
it.
I
get
20%
of
that.
Back
to
my
district,
however,
I
don't
quite
feel
it's
fiscally
responsible
at
this
point
and
I
had
a
few
questions
as
to
are
we
even
going
to
be
out
there
cutting
grass
by
the
end
of
the
year,
and
if
so,
you
know,
I
just
felt
this
money
is
probably
better
left
in
at
this
point.
D
Also,
you
know,
gives
people
a
way
to
you
know
help
out
where
I
feel
helpless
in
my
own
right
in
many
okay,
you
physically
do
anything,
but
it
will
give
these
people
a
way
to
help
out
and
letting
their
grass
grow
for
Economic
Security
for
us.
So
thank
you
and
I
want
to
register
a
no
vote
on
that.
For
that
reason,
Thanks
Thank.
B
Okay,
seeing
none
I
just
want
to
say
that
I'm
thankful
that
the
administration
is
still
moving
forward
with
this
program,
I
think
that
it
everybody
knows
it
started
in
District
two
years
ago
as
a
pilot
program
in
one
neighborhood,
we
expanded
it
to
our
entire
district.
We've
got
so
many
calls
from
across
the
city
and
I
mean,
even
though
I
think
we
have
to
be
fiscally
responsible
right
now
and
always
to
be
honest
with
you.
I
think
that
there's
not
there's
not
been
a
hiatus
on
cutting
grass
that
the
governor
has
that
that's
been
exempted.
B
People
can
still
cut
grass,
and
so
I
think
that
this
program,
especially
right
now,
is
probably
more
important
than
ever,
because
if
you
are
seasoned
and
disabled
people,
they
don't
want
to
vote
against.
You
know
helping
those
people
who
are
really
suffering
right
now,
but
it
also
helps
our
small
businesses,
because
this
money
goes
to
small
businesses,
and
last
year
we
served
we
used
more
more
minority
and
women-owned
businesses.
B
You
know
company,
major
company
or
something
this
is
something
our
residents
actually
get
a
benefit
from,
and
what
seniors
right
now
have
enough
to
worry
about
without
being
worried
about
the
grass
being
too
high,
because
a
lot
of
our
very
conscientious
so
I
just
want
to
say
for
that:
I'm
thankful
that
this
program
was
to
still
more
moving
forward.
All
in
favor

when

opposed
