So
we
will
now,
if
you
are
at
your
place,
please
at
least
put
your
hand
on
your
heart
or
you
have
a
flag
to
look
toward.
We
will
now
do
the
Pledge

Allegiance
I

B
A
D
B
That
takes
us
to
public
comment.
Is
there
any
public
comment
see
none?
We
do
want
to
remind
the
public
that
you
have
to
notify
us
in
advance.
If
you
want
to
make
public
coming
to
Council
and
through
this
new
technology
we
will
pipe
you
in
that
takes
us
now
to

D
B
I
know
that
I
don't
have
all
of
them:
I
don't
have
everybody
I
just
have
I,
do
have
the
ones
that
can
be
presented
so
I
will
apologize
and
I
do
not
have
as
I'm
sharing
this
at
the
last
minute.
I
do
not
have
all
of
you,
so
I
will
only
mention
those
who
are
presenting
this
morning
and
then
I
will
give
you
time
to
present
if
you're
not
on
the
agenda,
and
so
we
have
councilman
myself.

B
F
A
B
E
G
I
just
want
to
say
very
quickly
that
you
know
I
talked
to
chair
Wilson
yesterday
about
the
bills
with
City
Planning,
and
you
know,
I
was
very
disappointed
because
I
thought
that
City
Planning
we're
getting
to
a
place
where
we
had
a
better
working
relationship
with
Council
and
I
felt
that
this
legislation
that
came
through
without
absolutely
no
mention
knowing
how
hard
we've
all
been
working
on
legislation
went
around
urban
agriculture.
G
The
fact
that
there
was
no
discussion
showed
me
that
that's
not
necessarily
the
case
with
City
Planning,
so
a
while
back
I
put
in
legislation
to
have
City
Planning,
give
reports
to
council.
We
haven't
received
those
in
a
long
time,
but
I
also
didn't
put
any
teeth
in
it
and
I
think.
Maybe
that's
when
I
look
at
now
to
make
sure
that
we're
getting
the
reports
from
City
Planning
and
that
they're
reporting
to
Council
and
not
council
having
to
report
to
City
Planning
I,
think
that's.
G
The
they've
got
a
little
backwards
here
and
I
think
we
need
to
straighten
it
out
so
I'm
going
to
work
on
that
and
I'll
work
with
the
chair
on
that.
But
I
will
be
making
sure
that
I
work
another
cop,
my
colleagues
as
well
and
as
far
as
the
other
pieces
I,
want
to
thank
Councilwoman,
grosse
and
Councilman
Strassburger
for
working
on
these
pieces
with
us.
G
We
went
to
councilman
cog
Hills
district
yesterday
to
see
what
he
liked
to
put
in
this
area
and
I
think
it's
pretty
much
everything
that
we
want
to
see
in
all
of
our
council
districts.
Hopefully
it's
what
you're
going
to
see
in
your
council,
district,
Reverend
and
I
know.
You
said
you
had
one
farm
already
I'd
like
to
see
the
more
of
those
forms
across
the
city:
I'm,
not
a
farm.
G
Doin
Reno's
I
grew
up
on
Fifth
Avenue
around
cement,
but
I'm
a
people
person,
I
care
about
people
and
I'd
like
to
make
sure
that
we're
delivering
food
to
people
for
free-
and
you
know
it
doesn't
matter
who
gets
what
farm
up.
First,
it
matters
that
we
get
food
to
people
so
I
just
want
to
thank
them,
because
these
are
really
issues
that
they
really
councilman.
G
Strassburger
and
Councilman
gross
have
really
have
a
passion
around
and
out
to
be
honest,
I'm,
a
city
girl,
and
you
know,
there's
a
plant
around
if
I
can
go
to
a
store,
I'm
happy
but
I'm,
not
the
one.
That's
gonna
be
planting
so,
but
I
really
want
to
thank
them
for
working
with
us
on
this
and
the
administration,
because
they've
been
really
helpful.
G
B
G
B
F
F
B
E
B
B
Also,
a
new
one
for
the
gender
equity
Commission.
Yes,
okay.
What
is
your
pleasure
motion
to
approve?
Is
there
a
second?
Second?
Any
other
conversation,
no
conversation,
all
those
in
favor
signify
by
saying
aye
opposed,
nay.
Thank
you
very
much.
Madame
clerk
had
members
anything
else
for
the
good
of
the
body
I
just.
G
B
Other
conversation,
I
will
say
this
to
the
general
public
that
even
though
we
will
probably
be
moving
toward
yellow
soon,
it's
really
important
really
important
now
to
continue
social
distancing
and
continue
being
safe,
because
if
not,
you
will
have
uptake
in
Kovach
related
infections
and
death.
So
it
is
time
now
to
even
double
down
on
our
social
distancing
or
washing
your
hands
and
being
careful.
We
are
Pittsburgh.
We
are
greater
than
these
things.
C
B
C
C
You
thank
you,
I
just
go
what
you
just
said:
that's
very
important,
and
also
if
you
have
a
mask,
please
wear
it,
even
though
it's
not
mandated
when
you're
walking
when
you're
going
anywhere.
Please
wear
your
mask.
I
just
wanted
to
come.
Cred
congratulate
her
Madam
President
on
on
your
food
drive.
I
saw
on
social
media
all
the
different
people,
all
the
all
the
different
actions
that
had
to
happen
to
make
that
a
success,
and
that's
just
a
huge
undertaking
and
I
know
that
you've
been
saying
for
a
while.
C
Now
you
and
I
talked
right
when
I
started
that
you're
so
worried
about
people
in
your
district
and
another
districts,
and
that
you
just
wanted
to
get
food
to
people
and
you've
been
doing
that
on
your
own,
but
this
was
an
undertaking
that
was
really
tremendous.
So
I
wanted
to
commend
you
for
that.
Thank.
B
E
I
would
like
to
say:
we
ordered
some
disposable
mass
and
I
sent
out
a
message
to
you
all,
but
we
do
have
an
order
of
says
in
the
office.
Anybody
needs
to
pick
up
summat.
You
know
we're
making
them
available
in
the
office
for
our
staff
and
down
the
hall,
but
there
is
a
number
of
boxes
available
in
the
office
if
anybody
needs
some
disposable
mass.
Thank.
