A
B
Good

the

meeting
of
city
council
for
tuesday
august
25th,
2020

to
meet
virtually
on
tuesdays
and
wednesdays
at
10
a.m.
Until
further
notice,
all

the

reverend.
C
B
A
B
B
B
E
President
yeah,
I
just
wanted
to
acknowledge
michael
divin,
passed
away.
He
was
50
years
old.
He
had
three
children,
ages,
9
to
13.,
served
in
my
council
seat
and
also
as
a
state
representative,
and
it
was
a
big
loss
to
brookline
and
the
entire
south
hills.
He
was
very
well
very
well
respected,
very
well
liked.
So
thank
you
and
with
that
yeah
I
would
appreciate
the
silence
be
great.
B
Thank
you
moment
of
silence
in
honor
of
former
councilman
michael
dibben
and
state
representative
michael
j.
B
A
E
D
D
He
came
out
to
himself
into
his
family
and
declared
that
who
he
has
been
all
of
his
entire
life
is
gay
and
that
it
took
him
to
the
age
of
90
to
feel
comfortable
enough
within
himself
to
actually
come
out
and
be
who
he
is.
And
I
it
was
such
an
endearing
and
touching
story
that
someone
would
feel
so
confined
and
restricted
to
spend
their
entire
life
denying
who
they
are.
He
had
served
in
the
navy
honorably.
He
had
met
someone
in
the
navy.
D
He
had
fallen
in
love
and
tried
to
build
a
life
with
this
man,
but
other
pressures
came
in
and
he
thought
it
better
to
to
stuff
that
deep
inside
him
and
deny
who
he
was
until
the
age
of
90.
D
and
when
he
came
out
and
started
on
the
journey
to
find
this
man
that
he
had
met
in
the
navy
and
to
actually
build
a
relationship
with
him
that
late
in
life,
and
so
I
just
I
was
just
felt-
compelled
to
share
that
story
with
council
and
the
public
at
large
that
those
days,
thank
god,
are
slowly
going
behind
us
and
that
you
know
that
we
have
a
generation
coming
up
now.
D
That
does
not
feel
compelled
to
to
lie
and
deny
who
they
really
are,
but
to
accept
themselves
for
who
and
what
god
created
them
to
be
and
to
live
their
lives
to
their
highest
purpose
and
order,
and
so
with
that.
I
just
wanted
to
share
that
story
with
the
council
members
and
with
pittsburgh
at
large.
Thank
you.
B
F
B
Aye
in
the
pose
proclamation
is
approved,
and
then
we
have
one
proclamation
for
myself.
B
Okay:
okay,
so
they
both
approve
them.
Okay
and
then
now
we
have
a
wheels
of
council.
We
have
two
wheels
of
council,
we
have
one
from
councilman
coghill
regard
and
myself
regarding
the
post
office
councilman,
madam
clerk
and
then
councilman
clark
will
turn
over
to
you.
E
Wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
you,
madam
president,
for
spawning
that
will
council,
and
I
also
wanted
to
thank
blake,
my
chief
of
staff.
He
did
a
really
good
job.
He's
got
fantastic
writing
skills.
B
I
can't
see
so.
If
there's
some,
somebody
wants
to
speak
just
jump
in
no
other
members.
Okay,
I
just
want
to
say
thank
you
to
you
and
to
your
office
for
for
us
being
able
to
work
together
on
this
issue
and
for
sharing
this.
This
concern-
and
I
do
want
to
say
that
you
know
I
when
it
comes
to
the
post
office.
It's
to
me.
It's
really
shaking
the
core
of
america
when
you're
taking
away
something
that
has
hired
veterans
has
hired.
B
Minorities
has
hired
women,
they
they
are
what
america
has
been
in
many
ways
and
have
delivered
so
many
things.
As
we
all
know
that
of
importance,
and
I
don't
think,
there's
anything
more
important
right
now
than
this
election
coming
up.
So
I
want
to
thank
you
and
I
want
to
say
that
you
know
we
support
the
post
postal
workers
and,
if
there's
anything
council
can
do
as
a
whole
we'd
love
to
be
able
to
do
that,
and
this
was
one
of
our
ways
to
show
our
support
for
for
those
workers.
B
So
we
have
a
motion.
Second,
and
we've
voted
already
right.
We
voted
for
this
one.
Do
we
vote
for
this?
One,
not.
D
B
Aye
any
opposed
little
council
is
approved,
and
now
we
have
a
second
willow
council
sponsored
by
councilman
wilson
and
myself.
The
support
for
the
post-gazette
workers.
A
Councilman
bobby
wilson
and
council
president
teresa
cal
smith
presents
now
therefore
be
resolved
that
the
council
of
the
city
of
pittsburgh
hereby
urges
bloc,
communications,
inc.
The
newspaper
guild
of
pittsburgh
and
all
other
labor
unions
representing
employees
of
the
pittsburgh
post-gazette
to
resume
negotiations
immediately
in
order
to
resolve
the
current
impasse
without
resorting
to
unilaterally
imposed
conditions
of
employment
or
a
potentially
fatal
work.
Stoppage.
H
Yes,
thank
you.
I
wanted
to
thank
you,
madam
president,
for
working
with
me
on
this,
and
I
wanted
to
say
that
this
is
very
important
that
all
parties
go
back
to
the
table.
It's
imperative
that
they
do
we're
a
major
city
and
with
a
major
newspaper
you
know
during
these
times
when
we
need
the
most
transparency
and
also
coverage
for
the
public,
especially
how
they
cover
council.
I
think
it's
important
that
you
know
there
is
something
that's
worked
out,
so
we
can
continue
to
see
post
gazette
continue.
D
B
B
D
Councilman
cross
yeah.
Thank
you,
I'm
I'm
sure
some
members
would
remember.
D
Some
may
not
have
been
around
at
the
time,
but
this
was
exactly
how
we
lost
the
pittsburgh
press
with
a
with
a
a
management
team
that
thought
repression
of
workers
was
the
the
way
to
go
and
it
cost
us
the
pittsburgh
post
gazette
or
I'm
sorry,
the
pittsburgh
press,
which
made
then
our
second
newspaper,
the
pittsburgh
post
gazette
the
paper
of
record,
and
now
we
see
that
this
paper
is
clearly
in
danger
because
of
management
and
it's
it
is
a
travesty
in
in
a
world
today,
where
you
know
I.
D
I
spoke
with
someone
at
the
post
gazette
yesterday,
but
I'll
leave
that
out
for
the
sake
of
anonymity,
but
I
said
that
I
remember
a
world
where
walter
concrete
was
the
most
trusted
man
in
america
and
that
you
knew
what
was
coming
out
of
the
cbs
evening
news.
You
knew
that
you
could,
you
could
rely
on
and
you
could
trust
and
and
journalism
has
been
traded
for
media,
and
there
is
not
a
more
important
time
in
the
history
of
this
nation
that
journalism.
D
True,
authentic
reporting
needs
to
have
an
avenue
to
express
itself
and,
and
the
thought
of
losing
the
only
major
newspaper
that
we
have
here
in
the
in
the
city
of
pittsburgh.
The
second
largest
city
in
the
state
of
pennsylvania
is
a
travesty
that
I
just
can't
imagine
so
one
I
implore
everyone
to
let
common
sense
come
to
the
surface
and
to
sit
down
and
to
negotiate
this
and
not
to
risk
the
loss
of
our
major
newspaper
in
the
second
largest
city
in
the
state
of
pennsylvania.
Thank
you.
B
Thank
you,
councilman,
any
other
members,
no
other
members,
and
so
I
just
want
to
thank
you
councilman
wilson
and
your
staff
muhammad
who
wrote
this
willow
council
as
well.
You
have
such
talent.
B
Just
want
to
thank
them
both
for
helping
us
with
these,
but
I
do
want
to
say
that
you
know
the
post-gazette,
as
we
all
know,
is
so
vitally
important
and
the
more
I'm
seeing
you
know
some
of
the
online
media
that's
covered
and
paid
for
by
foundation,
communities
that's
paid
for
by
private,
and
it
makes
you
concerned
that
a
lot
of
the
funding
is
coming
from
one
stream.
And
it
makes
you
concerned
that
some
of
the
we're
not
getting
the
full
story,
and
I
think
that
the
integrity
of
the
employees.
B
Really
try
their
best
to
get
out
the
real
stories
and
the
and
real
details
that
the
public
really
needs
to
know
as
best
they
can
with
editors
and-
and
I
think
it's
a
challenging
time
even
for
editors
right
now,
so
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
we
appreciate
the
post
because
I
I
can't
believe
that
there'll
be
a
day
that
we
don't
have
a
post
gazette
or
a
paper
hard
copy
paper
in
the
city
of
pittsburgh.
B
I
just
want
to
say
that
we
offer
our
support
to
the
to
the
post-gazette
employees
and
that,
if
there's
anything
we
can
do
as
a
council
in
addition
to
the
world
council,
please
let
us
know
that's
it.
We
have
a
motion
to
approve
in
a
second.
F
B
Yep,
oh
in
favor,
well
council's
approved
and
now
we'll
move
on
to
our
next
order
of
business
is
public
comment.
I
would
like
to
remind
everyone
that
the
rules
of
council
state
that
the
comments
are
limited
to
matters
of
concern
and
official
action
or
deliberations
which
are
or
maybe
before,
city
council.
J
B
J
Good
morning,
thank
you
very
much.
I'm
david
demko,
I'm
the
assistant
director
of
scenic
pittsburgh,
nonprofit
organization
dedicated
to
protecting
and
promoting
the
scenic
assets
of
the
pittsburgh
region.
I
live
here
on
the
north
side
and
I'm
pretty
sure
all
of
you
know
me:
I've
been
working
the
halls
of
the
city
county
building
since
tom
murphy
was
mayor,
so
I've
been
around
for
a
while
working
on
various
projects.
J
I'm
grateful
that
I
and
my
family
are
well
and
I'm
happy
to
see
everybody
here,
I'm
hoping
that
the
covenant
19
epidemic
hasn't
touched
you
personally,
I'm
grateful
that
we're
be
here
and
conduct
our
business
more
or
less.
As
usual.
That
said,
this
covet
19
epidemic
has
been
a
disaster,
and
at
this
point
it's
an
unmitigated
disaster.
It
looks
like
we're
going
to
be
living
in
a
coveted
infection,
infectious
environment
well
into
next
year.
J
Yet
we
must
endeavor
to
persevere
on
our
personal
missions.
I'm
privileged
to
have
this
job.
As
with
scenic
pittsburgh,
it
has
allowed
me
to
dig
deeply
into
the
issues
of
scenic
beauty
and
of
blight.
J
My
goal
is
to
share
some
of
what
I've
learned
over
the
past.
Ten
years
regarding
those
issues,
so
my
my
plan
is
to
be
here
every
week
and
speak
my
three
minutes
and
share
with
you
some
of
the
information
about
the
importance
of
scenic
beauty
and
the
negativity
that
blight
causes.
J
Scenic
pittsburgh
is
an
advocate
for
scenic
beauty
and
to
put
it
in
a
negative
sense,
we
fight
blight.
We
fight
blight
anywhere
that
we
see
it,
and
one
of
the
questions
is
what
is
blight.
Light
is
a
broad,
a
broad
category
and,
like
one
of
the
justices
supreme
court
says,
I
know
it
when
I
see
it
and
we
all
know
it
when
we
see
it
light
is
not
distributed
equally
disadvantaged
neighborhoods
get
more
than
their
fair
share
of
light.
J
If
you
don't
believe
me,
we
can
go
to
shady
side
or
squirrel
hill
and
we
can
look
for
some
blight
and
we'll
have
a
lot
of
trouble
finding
it.
So
what?
What
do
we
know
about
blight-
and
we
all
know
this-
that
blight
contributes
to
disinvestment
and
then
this
investment
contributes
to
more
blight
and
light,
contributes
this
investment
and
round
and
round
the
cycle
goes
as
the
neighborhood
goes
down.
J
The
drain
studies
show
that
communities
that
have
lighted
assets
are
less
safe
and
have
more
crime,
and
I
can
send
you
these
studies,
if
you're
interested
in
it,
but
these
were
studies
done
by
penn,
state
vacant
and
blighted
properties,
make
people
less
safe,
feel
less
safe
and
less
proud
of
their
neighborhoods
and
blighted
neighborhoods
have
poor
health
outcomes
and
greater
morbidity.
Now?
Is
there
a
causality
between
blight
and
morbidity
and
and
lower
health
outcomes?
I
don't
know,
but
there
certainly
is
a
correlation.
G
G
G
The
utmost
good
faith
shall
always
be
observed
towards
the
indians,
our
land,
our
property,
shall
never
be
taken
from
us
without
our
consent
and
in
property
rights
and
our
liberty
that
we
shall
never
be
invaded
or
disturbed,
and
it
is
those
words
that
shall
resonate
throughout
city
council
and
beyond,
for
when
the
indigenous
people
of
america
that
also
are
in
our
land.
Today
we
are
still
here
and
let
the
record
reflect
that.
G
G
Software,
as
our
nation
is
already
under
heavy
surveillance,
to
include
by
the
nsa,
which
violates
the
people's
rights.
Their
rights
to
their
privacy
at
an
alarming
rate
is
being
misused,
and
just
a
few
weeks
ago,
we
heard
from
testimony
from
someone
at
cmu
who
has
direct
knowledge
of
how
this
software
will
be
utilized,
and
she
herself.
G
The
city
has
already
used
invasive
technologies
at
the
taxpayer's
expense,
such
as
shotspotter.
That
is
only
a
reactionary
tool
and
does
not
aid
in
the
resolution
of
solving
any
crime
or
prevention.
It
is
only
a
reactionary
tool,
so
we
urge
city
council
to
stand
out
and
speak
out
against
such
technologies
being
used
against
the
american
people.

Councilman

me

And
this
is
very
simple
non-controversial
if
we
could
help
to
expedite
I'd
greatly
appreciate,
if
offering
up
a
motion
to
wave
the
rules
on
6
28,
so
that
we
could
have
it
on
tomorrow's

D
Madam
president
and
councilman
wilson-
yes,
since
we
since
we
have
such
a
heavy
agenda
for
next
wednesday,
can
I
ask
for
your
indulgence
also
on
bill?
Forgive
me,
I
just
had
it
here-
bill
6,
45,
to
wave
the
rules
so
that
we
can
take
care
of
this
on
tomorrow's
standing
committee
agenda.
We
simply
need
to
call
for
it
to
be
held
for
public
hearing
so
motion
to
waive
the
rules
if
you'll
agree,
councilman
wilson
on
bill
645,
certainly.
B
Thank
you,
okay
promotion,
a
second
any
discussion
in
favor
aye,
any
opposed
the
bill
will
appear
on
tomorrow's
standing
committee
agenda.
Thank
you.
Thank
you,
councilman
and
then
myself,
chair
of
hearings.
I
have
we
have
eight
appointments.
D
H
I
D
D
Oh
I'm
didn't
we
just
take
brenda.
Yes,
did
we
change
yeah?
We
just
read
brenda
okay,
you
know
what
fire
the
clerk.
D
You
know,
after
the
rich
history
that
the
clerk's
office
has
had
for
generations
that
we
have
been
able
to
continue,
that
that
legacy
through
brenda
and
kim
and
amazing
leadership
that
takes
place
within
our
our
clerks
department
and
all
of
the
clerk's
staff
who
work
so
very
diligently
and
tirelessly
to
manage
sometimes
nine
straight
cats,
but
they
do
it
with
a
smile
and
a
willingness
and
a
professionalism
that
speaks
volumes
about
about
who
they
are.
D
E
B
So
I
just
want.
I
want
to
make
sure
that
I
talk
about
both
of
them,
but
I
will
just
say,
madam
clerk,
when
you
first
came
in
you
know
that
I
had
a
lot
of
issues
of
things
that
were
happening
and
you
the
way
you
have
worked
with
kim
meant
a
lot
to
me,
and
I
just
want
to
say
that
I'm
really
thrilled
how
you
brought
this
whole
staff
together.
B
The
leadership
that
you
bring
to
the
table
and
the
way
that
you
work
with
all
the
members
and
your
staff
has
been
just
really
amazing,
especially
lately.
I
get
to
see
a
lot
more
behind
of
what
you
do,
and
it's
just
I
know
I
personally
could
not
do
this
without
you,
and
I
know
that
a
lot
of
us
could
not
do
the
things
that
we
do
without
the
entire
clerk's
office,
and
I
just
want
to
thank
all
the
clerk
staff
and
you
and
your
staff.
B
But
I
really
want
to
say
you
have
really
amazed
me
of
how
how
much
you
brought
to
the
table
for
your
staff
and
how
much
you
brought
everyone
together
and,
as
I
mentioned
to
me,
it
was
really
important
how
kim
felt-
and
I
see
that
she
she
is
one
of
your
biggest
advocates
now
so
I
mean
to
me-
that's
important,
so
that's
it.
I
just
want
to
thank
you
for
your
leadership
and
thank
you
for
all
you
do
for
us.
Thank
you
thrilled
to
support
it.
B
Okay
and
any
we
have
any
discussion
on
anything
else
now,
for
these
other,
for
the
appointments.
I
B
I
just
want
to
make
sure
because
before
I
get
into
these
others,
okay,
so
we
have
a
motion.
Second,
all
in
favor
hi
any
of
up
is
any
opposed.
B
And
she's
thinking,
what
did
I
just
do.
I
D
I
B
D
D
So
very,
very
well,
you
know
councilman
gross
and
I
joke
about
the
terminology
of
being
separated
at
birth,
but
I
swear
kim
and
brenda
were
separated
at
birth
because
they're
more
like
sisters
than
they
are
colleagues,
and
they
have
really
formed
an
amazing
friendship
and
a
bond
that
benefits
all
of
us
in
in
the
professionalism
and
the
integrity
that
they
bring
to
the
clerk's
office.
And
so
it's
with
enthusiastic
support.
D
I
could
not
be
happier
to
to
call
for
the
reappointment
of
kim
as
our
assistant
city
clerk
and
and
encourage
all
members
to
vote
unanimous
unanimously
in
her
support.
Thank
you.
B
B
I
still
don't
really
know
a
lot
about
politics,
but
I
know
a
lot
about
the
community
and
I
just
want
to
say
you
helped
me
on
the
end
where-
and
you
were
a
person
who
was
a
trusted
person
here
and
that's
really
hard
in
this
business,
because
you
know
we
don't
trust,
there's
nobody
to
trust,
but
you've
really
done
a
lot
of
good
things,
and
I
knew
that
when
we
told
you
stuff,
it
was
always
in
confidence
and
but
your
leadership
and
your
and
your
skills
were
just
always
amazing.
B
I
was
you
know
one
of
your
biggest
fans
in
the
beginning,
and
you
know
that
and
that
and
I'm
so
thrilled
that
you
and
the
clerk
are
so
close
and
works
so
well
together,
because
I've
grown
to
love
her
and
appreciate
her
as
much
as
I
as
I
do
you.
So
I
just
really
want
to
say
thank
you
to
both
of
you.
You
make
an
awesome
team.
Thank
you
for
making
us
look
good,
even
when
we
really
are
faltering
in
a
lot
of
ways.
So
I
want
to
thank
you
for
all
that
you
do.
B
I
love
you.
Thank
you
happy
to
to
approve.
We
have
a
motion.
We
have
a
motion
to
approve
in
a
second
or
in
favor,
five
close
opposition,
the
appointments
approved
and
thank
you
and
congratulations.
Thank
you.
C
G
D
Can
I
add
something
you
know,
I
think
you
are,
I
think
you're
really
growing
in
the
office
of
the
presidency
and
and
part
of
why
I
say
that
is
that
you're
you're,
seeing
the.
A
D
You're
you're
seeing
the
importance
of
the
clerk's
office
and
how
how
in
a
different
way,
then
we
might
not
view
the
clerk's
office
if
we
weren't
holding
the
office
of
the
presidency
and-
and
they
are
such
an
integral
component,
to
helping
this
council
to
function
and
being
the
the
keeper
of
the
record
for
generations
to
come.
D
That
the
work
that
we
do
you
know
is
is
immortalized
that,
where
I'm
looking
for
that,
that
you
know
generations
are
able
to
come
and
see
the
work
that
this
council
has
done
to
make
sure
those
those
records
are
preserved.
But
when
you're
sitting
in
the
in
the
seat
of
the
presidency,
I
think
it's
you.
You
view
the
clerk's
office
in
a
completely
different
capacity,
and
I
see
that
you
see
that
and
understand
the
importance
of
the
office.
So
thank
you.
I
D
Am
thrilled
with
the
appointment
well
absolutely
approved?
I
am
more
than
willing
to
approve
today
but
asked
to
come
in
for
interview,
and
the
only
reason
that
I
would
like
to
be
able
to
talk
with
doug
moore
on
the
record
is
that
we
have
such
a
challenging
time
ahead
of
us
with
covid
and
our
budget
and
such
a
challenging
time
crafting
this
coming
budget,
and
I
just
sort
of
like
to
have
a
public
dialogue.
D
B
E
B
Okay.
Thank
you
motion.
We
have
a
second
second,
oh
in
favor,
any
any
conversation,
any
discussion
all
in
favor
all
right,
any
opposed,
abstentions:
okay,
emotion,
doug's
approved
appointments
approved
and
within
madam
clerk.
Will
you
please
work
with
mr
anderson
and
council
members
to
get
a
a
day
where
we
could
do
an
interview,
or
at
least
in
impromptu,
conversation.
D
B
Any
no
discussion,
all
in
favor
any
opposed
any
abstentions.
Appointments
approved
next
bill.
Please.
D
B
I
just
want
to
say
that
I
serve
with
her
and
she
is
just
amazing,
so
I
just
wanna
I'm
happy
to
to
vote
for
this
today.
All
in
favor
aye
opposed
yeah
any
any
obsessions
reappointments
approved.
B
Motion
to
approve
first
any
any
discussion
and
I'll
just
say
I
serve
with
mrs
johnson
and
I'm
thrilled
she's,
also
a
resident
of
the
west
end.
I'm
happy
that
this
board
actually
has
three
members
from
the
west
end.
So
I'm
really
happy
for
that,
but
I'm
happy
to
she
actually
serves
as
a
resident,
so
I'm
really
thrilled
to
have
her
voice
on
there.
So
all
in
favor,
any
opposition,
any
abstentions,
appointment,
reappointments
approved
next.
B
C
B
Any
any
opposition,
any
post,
any
abstentions,
and
it's
appointment,
reappointments.
B
No
and
I'll
just
say
you
know
adrian
is
very
good
at
well.
So
I
just
I'm
happy
that
she's
on
there
as
well.
Would
they
really
have
a
really
good
board?
A
really
good
group
of
people
on
this
board.
B
B
In
a
second
okay,
okay,
any
discussion,
I'm
going
to
say
megan,
is
also
from
district
2,
and
I
was
actually
thrilled
to
suggest
her
to
the
administration
who
they
were
also
eager
to
to
accept,
miss
winters
and
I'll
just
say:
she's
she's,
a
great
asset
to
the
to
the
board.
D
B
I
mean
people
at
least
that
are
aware
of
the
west
end,
which
is
really
amazing,
because
we
have
an
abundance
of
affordable
housing.
That
area
that
we
need
to
do
something
with
and
to
that
would
benefit
the
rest
of
the
city.
So
it's
good
to
have
all
these
voices.
So
thank
you
any
other
discussion
and
so
a
motion.
B
Any
opposed
any
abstentions,
mr
beasley's
approved
and
bill
0612.
B
D
I
B
D
D
B
B
D
B
D
B
B
H
G
B
Any
post
any
any
abstentions,
and
I'm
just
gonna
say
we
all
know
kelly
from
working
here.
We
know
she's,
wonderful,
the
next
appointment,
please.
B
I
B
I
B
I
Bill
618

from
the
residents
of
the

I
B
All
in
favor,
hi,
hi,
we'll
hope
for
a
that
they'll
be
held
for
a
public
hearing
and
we
have
one
communications
for
the
parks.
Audit
parks,
conservancy
performance
audit,
councilman
gross
was
here
today.
I
B
I'm
just
going
to
thank
my
colleagues
for
working
on
this.
I
think
that
there's
a
lot
to
be
learned
from
this,
this
audit
and
our
agreements
coming
moving
forward
and
some
of
the
things
that
that
we
see-
and
I
think
that
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
more
discussion
coming
up
about
this,
but
I'm
eager
to
work
with
our
with
our
colleagues
with
all
of
you
with
it.
So
thank
you
and
I
thank
that.
B
I
want
to
thank
the
controller's
office
for
doing
it
on
it
during
a
time
that
it
was
a
really
busy
season,
so
motion
to

All
in
favor.
G
B
B
F
D
B

thank

Pa.Gov,
that's
at
city
clerks
with
s
city
clerk's
office
at
pittsburgh.
Pa.Gov
again,
council
will
continue
to
meet
virtually
on
tuesdays
and
wednesdays
at
10
a.m,
and
for
pub
for
public
hearings
and
post
agendas
until
further
notice.
B
All
meetings
will
be
live
streamed
on
the
city,
channel's
youtube
channel,
and
I
just
want
to
say
real
quickly
that
we
council
members
have
a
briefing
with
the
public
safety
department
and
on
thursday
to
address
some
of
our
concerns
and
to
understand
the
policies
and
procedures
that
we
would
like
to
address.
I
think
that
I've
asked
this
before
of
council
that
we
work
together,
that
we
look
like
leaders
instead
of
hero
and
individual
heroes
and
that
we
actually
come
up
with
something
that's
really
beneficial
to
the
public,
and
I
just
want
to
reiterate
that.
B
I
believe
we
have
that
meeting
on
thursday
at
1.
30
will
be
the
first
meeting
and
I
suspect,
from
there
we're
going
to
take
some
action
to
go
over
these
things
together
and
and
work
together
as
a
body
to
make
some
changes,
but
we'll
discuss
that
further
after
thursday,
after
we
after
we
actually
agreed
to
it
on
thursday
or
not
agree
to
it.
But
at
least
the
meeting
the
first
meeting
is
scheduled
on
thursday.
