Description
Bill #2022-0901: Updating Rules of Council
A
A
A
C
1998,
founder

Pittsburgh,
and

New
York
committed

the

our
problems.
I
I
very
much
appreciate
what
the
council
has
done
under
the
leadership
of
President
kale
Smith
to
amend,
change,
I
think
improve
the
essential
code
by
which
the
council
does
its
work.
The
rules
of
council
I
can't
think
of
another
hearing
in
the
last
10
years.
C
I
believe
that
the
local
legislature
is
the
most
important
legislature
in
the
United
States
across
the
United
States,
more
important
than
the
state
assemblies
or
the
National
Congress,
and
therefore
The
Code,
by
which
the
rules
by
which
a
local
legislature
does
its
work.
In
my
opinion,
have
you
know
maximum
importance
now?
I,
basically
approve
of
the
the
resolution
with
a
couple
of
caveats
that
I
want
to
review
more
carefully
after
I
leave.
C
If
the
council
doesn't
fund
that
I
would
be
very
disappointed,
but
I
have
hesitated
using
the
cgsii
resources
or
the
gis
resources
to
provide
citizens
with
the
rules
until
this
procedure
is,
is
in
place,
meaning
the
changes
amendments
to
the
current
rules,
but
after
that
we
will
provide
here
and
throughout
the
the
nine
districts,
the
rules
of
council
to
our
citizens,
and
we
will
provide
it
in
the
languages
of
hausa,
espanol,
nihongo
and
also
zhongwen,
and
which,
as
alternatives
to
to
English,
but
once
again,
I
want
to
thank
the
council
under
the
leadership
of
kale
Smith,
for
moving
ahead
with
the
revisions
that
I
think
are
very,
very
important
for
us
as
Citizens
to
consider.
A
D
Name
is
Yvonne
F
Brown
I
live
in
the
Hill
district,
I
bet
Katie,
we
are
at
irvis
tires
at
the
top
of
Bedford
Avenue
across
from
where
it
used
to
be
the
Civic
Arena
I
came
down
today
in
order
to
speak,
because
I
feel
that
with
us
coming
down
to
speak,
we're
not
given
the
respect
that
we
should
be
given
a
lot
of
people
come
and
say,
and
thank
you.
Thank
you
I.
Don't
thank
you
because
these
are
the
laws.
D
Just
didn't
write
it,
because
the
way
hints
treat
us
I,
don't
believe,
we've
a
lot.
We
will
be
allowed
to
be
able
to
speak
period.
You
had
when
students
cross
remember.
He
had
the
secret
meeting
with
the
ACLU
talking
about
training
and
he
wanted
to
cut
out
time
the
few
minutes
down.
He
said
that
the
audience
or
we
could
not
stand
up
and
say
we
were
running
for
office.
D
Do
you
understand
that
I
used
to
work
with
lawyers
and
I
learned
from
these
lawyers
and
the
reason
why
I
say
it
all
the
time
that
was
Neighborhood
Legal
Services
and
these
were
lawyers
that
fought
for
the
poor
people?
I
saw
them
how
they
really
fought.
Jonathan
Roberson,
one
time
he
was,
you
know
he
ended
up.
He
might
be
dead
now,
but
Jonathan
Roberson
was
a
intern
at
that
time
and
he
was
against
the
the
the
the
landlord
and
we
found
out.
It
was
the
people's
fault,
but
a
lot
of
times.
D
They
would
listen
to
the
poor
people.
They
know
how
it
is.
I
get
upset
because
I
know
I
was
taught
well
by
casting
the
castle
in
the
middle
again,
who
became
the
head
judge?
She
was
very
particular
about
the
different
things
so
I've
learned
and
you
think
I
come
down
there
and
nitpick
no
I'm
saying
that
it
should
be
run.
D
You're
running
the
city,
you're,
taking
our
money,
I
pay
taxes
every
day
and
there's
a
lot
of
other
people
that
do
and
you'll
come
okay
you're
here
now,
but
how
many
of
you
there's
three
and
yesterday
Mr
cart?
Hill,
you
were
right:
I
was
in
Roar
rear,
rear
form
because
I
was
hungry
as
hell.
I
did
not
get
a
chance
to
eat
running
down
here
and
then
you
leave
the
table
and
come
back
here
anytime.
He
does
that
you,
as
the
president,
better
tell
him
get
back
up
into
the
table.
D
Somebody
step
here
talking
he's
back
here
talking.
He
just
don't
realize
how
ignorant
that
is.
You
got
my
lawyer,
I
mean
my
councilman.
Tell
me
he's
not
allowed
to
answer
me
here,
but
you,
white
people
will
run
out
there
sit
and
talk
to
them
and
stuff
the
black
people.
They
won't
even
act
like
we
act
like
we're.
Not
even
here.
If
I
say
something
you
don't
you
disagree,
you'll
even
stop
me
from
talking,
but
I'm
fighting
back
and
I
mean
it
just
like
Miss,
the
the
evangelists
Ginger
I
call
her
Ginger.
D
She
was
here
and
she
was
saying
about
the
pro
bono.
She's
been
asking
and
I
I
asked
too.
We
need
a
lawyer
to
help
us
because
I
think
I
found
something
in
the
paper
about
they're
doing
this
wrong.
They
we
had,
we
had
guards
and
then
they
took
them
away.
We
got
a
woman
that
got
beat
up
after
they
took
the
guards
away,
two
black
eyes,
83
years
old.
A
E
Wasn't
quite
prepared
to
speak
right
now,
but
if
I
could
just
respond
to
Miss
Brown
first
of
all,
Ms
Brown
I
want
you
to
know
that
when
I
go
into
that
audience
to
talk
to
some
somebody,
it's
business
I!
Never
excuse
me
I,
never
I,
never
jump
out
of
my
seat.
While
you
guys
are
publicly
speaking.
I
will
tell
you.
No
I
did
not.
That
was
over
with
okay.
A
E
A
I'm
just
going
to
say
thank
you
to
our
solicitor
and
the
rules
committee
for
working
on
the
rules
it
by
law.
We're
supposed
to
do
it
every
five
years.
Is
that
correct
we're
supposed
to
review
them
every
five
years
and
I
do
want
to
thank
Dr,
Miller
and
Miss
Brown
for
coming
every
time
they
have
There's
an
opportunity
to
speak.
We
may
not
always
like
everything,
that's
said,
but
we
don't
have
to,
but
it's
great
that
they
care
enough
to
come
down
here.
A
I
mean
every
single
day
every
single
time
we
have
a
meeting
they're
here
and
so
I
do
want
to
acknowledge
them
for
coming
down
and
I
also
recognize
that
we
have
our
meetings
during
the
day
where
sometimes
other
people
may
not
be
convenient
for
other
people.
So
if
people
want
to
review
the
rules
of
council,
can
we
put
these
on
our
website
Madam,
Clerk
and
yeah?
A
Can
we
do
that
share
that
and
could
they
send
emails
to
you
or
to
me
if
they'd
like
to
share
some
feedback
on
this,
wouldn't
give
people
the
opportunity
to
have
some
some
feedback,
so
my
email
is

You
want
to
give
out
your
email,
the.
