If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
A
A
You
as
we
join
from
our
remote
locations,
please
rise
if
you
are
able
to
join
us
for
the
Pledge
of
Allegiance
and
remain
standing
for
a
moment
of
silence
and
today,
I.
Ask
that
you
keep
in
your
thoughts
during
the
moment
of
silence:
John
Rooney
who's,
the
son
of
Art
Rooney
senior,
who
just
passed
away
of
course,
Franco
Harris,
still
in
great
Franco
Harris,
and
one
can
say
more
about
him
at
the
end
of
the
meeting
and
Anthony
councilman
coghill
had
somebody
that
he
wanted
to
include.
A
It
was
Gary
nimika,
Cody's
brother
from
DPW,
and
his
name
is
Thomas,
and
so
with
that
said,
just
keep
them
all
in
your
in
your
during
the
moment
of
silence.
In
your
thoughts,
I
pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag
of
the
United
States
of
America
and
to
the
Republic
for
which
it
stands.
One
nation
under
God
indivisible
with
liberty
and
justice
for
all.
A
D
A
A
I
would
like
to
remind
everyone
that
the
rules
of
council
state
the
comments
are
limited
to
matters
of
concern.
Official
action
or
deliberation
which
are
or
maybe
before,
city,
council,
profanity
and
threats
will
not
be
permitted
and
councilman
did
you
want
to
say
something
really
quick
about
Gary's
brother.
Yes,.
E
Tommy
nameiac,
he
was
a
long
time,
employee
of
Public
Works,
he
retired
a
few
years
back,
but
just
please
keep
him
in
your
memories,
and
your
prayers,
I'd,
like
to
you
know,
include
him
in
our
moment
of
silence
his
brother's,
a
very
good
friend
of
mine
and
they're,
both
really
two
dedicated
employees
of
public
work
so
which
we
have
more
like
them.
They.
A
A
G
Now
what
you
decide
to
do
with
them
will
be
up
to
each
individual
as
symbols
at
the
table
that
you're
sitting
at
today
now
Factor
numerous
discussions
held
Citywide
concerning
the
American
Rescue
plan,
fun
lots
of
community
input
was
given.
Rarely
as
any
of
that
input
been
considered
a
few
weeks
ago,
I
got
word
that
you
all
were
considering
utilizing
the
American
Rescue
plan
fund
to
pay
people's
unpaid
medical
bills.
G
G
They
also
know
others
dealing
with
the
same
faith
as
you
all
know,
it's
been
really
holding
this
region
recently,
I,
don't
know
about
you,
but
knowing
that
there
are
funds
that
could
address
some
of
these
issues,
it's
very
unsettling.
For
me,
there
is
a
disconnect
between
city
council
and
the
people
that
you're
supposed
to
serve
I
urge
you
to
do
something
bold,
to
do
something
courageous,
find
a
way,
because
when
city
council
has
their
eyes
set
on
doing
something,
they
find
a
way
to
make
it
possible.
They
find
the
funds
that
make
it
possible.
G
Is
it
not
disturbing
that
you
have
an
employee
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
that
currently,
at
this
very
moment,
right
now,
is
in
a
cold
home
with
one
space
heater
in
one
room
just
to
stay
warm
I
find
that
very
disturbing
I,
don't
know
how
that
you
can
put
food
on
to
relieve
people
of
bills
that
don't
even
matter
to
them.
No
one's
stressing
about
their
medical
bills.
News
flash
people
are
stressing
over
limited
ability
to
purchase
food
and
pay
for
utility.
G
H
H
to
the
exact
the
work
that
I
do
has
also
tripled
over
and
to
all
of
the
residents,
regardless
of
their
ethnicity,
regardless
of
their
socio-political
status,
regardless
of
how
they
identify
and
I'm
always.
Given
our
traditional
healing
mythology
methodologies
in
a
loving
and
caring
way.
H
I've
worked
as
the
co-chair
for
the
urban
agricultural
working
group,
underneath
the
Pittsburgh
Food
policy
Council
for
many
years
and
I
sat
by
Dan
and
many
other
people
who
fought
hard
to
create
a
way
for
legislation
to
be
passed
in
Harrisburg,
so
that
the
local
Urban
gardeners
could
have
a
way
to
grow
food
to
have
some
kind
of
assistance
and
that
wasn't
actually
Equitable
as
we've
discovered
later.
But
it
was
a
dent
in
the
issue
and
gave
some
rest
some
help.
H
So
to
be
fair,
just
and
Equitable
would
be
to
include
in
these
things
and
these
policies
remedy
for
the
aboriginy
American
people
who
were
the
first
stewards
of
our
land
and
we
still
Steward,
and
we
taught
everyone
all
of
your
ancestors
how
to
grow
food,
how
to
survive.
So
all
the
methodologies
of
Agriculture
have
a
basis
in
our
culture,
have
the
basis
in
our
longevity
and
history
of
permaculture
to
numb
us
and
various
other
ways
of
growing
food,
catching
water,
sustaining
the
land,
repairing.

A

is
anti-equity

pro-equality

I,

to
Mr

to
the

Gender
Equity
commission
means
a
pattern
of
awarding
females
over
males
for
resources,
primarily
because
they
are
female:
a

sexo-general

and
the
global
intelligence
society
means
rewarding
female

because
the

is
Superior
in

once

is
that
should
I
seek
Equity
as
a

or
is
that
I

at

Assure
you
that
the

They

We

We
have
built
and
maintained
former
mayor

was
defeated
and
left
in
disgrace.
He
appointed
a
panel
that
claimed
that
Bonaire

should
remain.
J
J
It's
almost
a
week
from
the
University
of
my
husband's
passing.
This
is
ready.
This
funeral
retired
deputy
chief
Mike
Mullen,
touched
the
lives
of
many.
His
uncompromising
dedication
to
his
sworn
duty
to
provide
for
the
safety
of
the
citizens
of
Pittsburgh
was
truly
exceptional
and
one
that
should
be
emulated
by
every
firefighter.
J
K
J
Most
of
the
firefighters
on
the
entire
Pittsburgh
Bureau
of
Fire
by
their

was
always
approachable
regardless
of
rank.
If
you
had
a
question,
he
would
stop
what
he
was
doing
to
answer
him.
He
worked
tirelessly
but
also
energetically,
his
entire
career
and
pursuit
of
more
knowledge.
His
legacy
will
serve
our
citizens
and
firefighters
for
years
to
come.
J
Michael
J,
Mullen
lived
a
full
life,
as
his
obituary,
so
accurately
described.
Mike
was
passionate
tireless
dedicated,
highly
conscientious
and
caring
well
done.

we

Thank

Thank
you.

I'm
here
today
with
an
Associate
reformer,
captain
of
the
police
force
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh,
the
gentleman
with
55
years
of
police,
work
and
you'll
say
well
geez.
What
what
are
you
bringing
to
the
table
with
us?
L
L
But
let's
cut
it
it's
time
to
do
something
significant
about
it
and
don't
tell
me
you
don't
have
a
contract,
that's
where
the
mistake
is,
and
it's
all
the
way
up
to
by
the
way
up
to
the
federal
government,
because
my
son
in
Washington,
DC
who's
employed
by
the
federal
government
says
that
it's
the
same
there
you
have
to
have
a
contract.
No,
you
don't
have
to
have
a
contract.
You
have
to
have
a
concept
that
solves
the
problem
and
you
have
to
be
listened
to
and
it's
absent.
M
Presley
Street
went
12
hours
without
electric
and
heat,
it's
also
electric-based
heat.
So
when
we
go
without
power,
we
go
totally
into
an
ice
box
I'm.
On
the
12th
floor
of
myself,
four
hours
into
that
loss
of
power,
I
was
shaking
and
quivering,
and
many
others
were
as
well
I
called.
Instead,
since
I
did
not
have
my
Twitter
account,
acting
appropriately
as
I
believe
expected
it
to.
M
M
I
would
like
Council
to
hold
her
accountable
and
have
her
and
have
her
called
to
explain
her
inactions
for
that
day.
If
she
refuses
to
come
forth
and
explain
her
in
and
does
not
explain
her
inactions
and
I
ask
for
the
removal
from
her
from
her
post,

This
is
the
face
right
and
believe
it
or
not,
of
the
Housing
Authority
outside
of
Ross

and
Starbucks,
as
you'll
see
is
mentioned
here,
and
there
are
some
serious
problems
with
our
Starbucks
that
are
going
on.
Thank
you.
K
Good
morning
my
name
is
japon
f
round.
I
live
at
715
Mercer
Street,
because
at
the
top
of
Bedford
Avenue
also
I
didn't
have
any
heat
for
Christmas,
but
with
brownie
my
husband
lives
up
in
another
apartment
across
the
hall.
My.
K
Able
to
cook
so
I
didn't
have
to
cook
this
Christmas
I
wanted
to
come
down
today
and
let
you
know
about
Franco
I
tried
to
write
a
poem
for
him
and
it's
something
like
you
have
to
excuse
it,
but
it
says
Franco,
my
protesting
friend,
we
have
come
to
the
end
and
end
of
an
error
in
these
recent
years.
It
has
come
to
be
more
clear.
We
protested
together
to
give
the
to
give
some
food
for
thought,
but
this
bunch
they
would
not
permit
us,
would
not
permit
us.
I,
know
you're,
not
a
quitter.
K
Okay.
What
had
happened?
That's
when
the
the
casino
was
getting
ready
to
be
built
and
I
want
to
speak
in
Franco,
but
we
weren't
registered
and
they
but
I'm
fussing
with
Franco,
because
I'm
saying
wait
a
minute.
You're
our
hero
city
hero
and
how
come
Smokey
Robinson
could
sing
could
speak.
He
came
all
the
way
from
Chicago,
so
we
fussed
so
much.
They
went
and
got
the
big
boss
and
he
came,
but
it
still
was
a
loss,
but
he
was
explaining
to
me.
K
He
showed
me
all
these
emails
from
the
corporations
and
he
was
explaining
Mrs
Brown
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
let
you
speak
because
you
didn't
sign
up
their
email,
but
I
said
they
have
a
company,
so
they
have.
All
they
have
to
do
is
push
a
button,
so
he
was
explaining
to
me
that
I
should
have
been
able
to
write
them.
So
I
said
I
gotta
pay
money
to
be
able
to
speak
in
my
city,
where
you
have
nowhere
that
we
could
be,
could
physically
sign
up
in
Pittsburgh.
K
We
could
have
signed
up
somewhere,
but
he
told
me:
I
had
one
little
part:
I
wanted
to
read.
Yeah
I
heard
your
heartfelt
words
of
go
Mrs
Brown
and
make
them
hear
what
we
must
bear
it's
about
the
refuse
to
hear
because
they
refused
to
hear
my
words
of
concerns
and
Views.
He
was
outside
this
is
years.
Sometime
later
he
was
outside
the
hallway
going
to
see
the
mayor
and
I
said
Mr
Harris
and
that's
when
he
had
told
me.
He
told
me
these
words.
K
He
told
me
to
go
and
tell
you
is
to
make
sure
you
hear
what
we
must
bear,
and
he
also
says
you
don't
know
what
you,
what
you
don't
know
like
people
coming
from
out
of
town,
even
Smokey,
Robinson
I
listened
to
his
songs,
I
danced
to
his
songs,
but
I
don't
feel
he
should
be
able
to
come
from
Chicago
and
speaking
I'm
here
in
Pittsburgh.
I
can't
speak.
You
have
nowhere
for
me
to
sign
up
physically
all
right.
A
N
Morning,
good
morning,
how's
everyone
happy
holidays
I'm
here
with
Amy
in
regards
to
Amy
I
support,
Amy
and
I
wanted
to
see
how
we
can
make
a
current
program
that
is
actually
in
Philadelphia
active
in
Pittsburgh.
So
the
Starbucks
Outreach
worker
program,
which
launched
in
2020
and
recently
expanded
into
eight
U.S
cities,
is
a
unique
partnership
between
Starbucks
non-profits
that
have
Street
Outreach
experts.
The
goal
is
to
support
Retail
Partners
employees,
which
also
address
so
Society
issues
like
homeless,
mental
health
and
substance
use
disorders.
N
The
program
was
designed
in
response
to
Partners
sharing
the
challenges
they
face
in
high
complexity
markets.
It's
currently
in
Seattle,
Los,
Angeles,
New,
York,
Washington,
DC,
San,
Diego,
Philadelphia
and
Chicago
and
Denver.
So
my
goal
is
to
see
what
do
we
have
to
do
as
Pittsburgh
residents
to
be
able
to
bring
this
program
to
our
city.
A
Thank
you
for
addressing
city
council.
Are
there
any
further

wishing
to

Oh
yes,
thank
you
just
prior

we

I
just

yeah
I
just
wanted
to
mention.
F
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you,

for
bringing
that
to
our
attention
and

All
right
so
good
morning
and
welcome
to
the
reconvenings
of
the
city
committee
meeting
from
Monday
December
19
2022.,
just
for
both
the
I
guess,
members
clarification
as
well
as
the
public.
We
recessed
that
meeting,
because
we
had
questions
on
three
I
think
was
three
bills
on
our
P
cards.
What
was
discovered
was
those
bills
should
be
paid
under
contract,
so
we
actually
do
not
need
to
have
those
reappear
on
today's
agenda.
D
They
will
be
paid
under
contract
with
that
we
do
have
bills
that
will
need
affirmative
recommendations
in
order
to
go
back
onto
our
regular
meeting
agenda
today.
Let's
you
want
to
start
with
the
ones
Anthony
introduced,
Madam
president
or
the
budget
bills.

Nothing
I
apologize,
I
I
can't
get
my
camera
to
work.
I
just
wanted
to
say
for
the
record
that,
since
the
text
font
like
the
line
items
for
both
the
parks,
trust
fund
and
stop,
the
violence
fund
are
not
in
the
text
files
that
are
attached
to
these
new
papers.
C
I
think
you
just
said
it,
but
I
just
wanted
to
confirm
that
the
total
amounts
I'm
assuming
correspond
for
both
parts
trust
fund
and
stop
the
violence
that
we
just
voted
on
are
reflected
in
last
week's
standing
committee
meeting,
or
is
it
the
week
before,
like
how
does
how
does
the
public
match?
These
final
amounts?
These
totals
down
to
the
penny,
with
the
line
items.
C
D
Is
in
the
text
files
and
the
files
that
Chris
sent
over
earlier
this
morning.

Watching
him

working
with
him
has
been
really
amazing,
so
I
just
want
to
thank
him
for
all
his
work,
getting
us
through
a
crazy
budget
season,
and
this
is
the
first
time
we
had
the
budget
that
we
didn't
have
act
47.
So
it's
been
really
an
interesting
year.

I'm
actually
glad
to

for
the

Stop,
the

putting
more
money
into

because
I
think
that's
what
public

and
honestly,
if
we
paid,
if
we
hired
everyone
as

I'd
be
okay
with
that
too,
but
I
just
I,
don't

I
keep
talking
about
this
to
a
lot
of
different
organizations

any

and
what
I'm
going
to
say
is
that
we
are
working
with

our

others
to
make
sure
that
we're
using

our

sure
we're
using
those
funds
in
the
most
beneficial
way
to
the
public
and
with
some
a
lot
of
accountability.
Okay
with
that
said,
is
there
any
other
further
discussion?

Yes,
thank
you,
madam
president.
I
just
really
wanted
to
acknowledge
all
the
work
you're
doing
up
in
Mount
Washington,
whether
it's
Emerald
View
Park,
the
new
sidewalks
up
there,
as
you
know,
I
frequent
it
often,
and
it's
really
all
coming
together.
I
hear
you
know
the
critics
as
you
do,
whether
it's
a
speed
bumper,
you
know
whatever
we're
doing
there,
but
the
infrastructure
that
you
put
in
place
up
there
and
it
again
it's
it's
really
seems
to
all
come
together.
E
E
A
Partnership,
you
and
councilman
cross
have
always
been
there
when
we
needed
vote
so,
and
thank
you
very
much
for
your
help
too.
Is
there
anything
else
for
members
and
well
then
I'm
just
going
to
say
that
you
know
city,
council
officer
our
condolences
to
Franco
Harris's
family
and
to
the
people
that
we
included
during
our
moment
of
silence,
but
I
also
want
to
acknowledge
that
the
Steelers
do
some
amazing
work
in
my
district.
They
did.
A
They
work
a
lot
with
Christy
Porter,
the
Jasmine
nyree
campus,
which
is
a
place
where
people
who
have
disabilities,
who
age
out
of
the
system
at
21,
the
age
of
the
system
they'll
be
able
to
stay
and
live
there.
They
have
a
free
after
school
quality
after
school
program
for
the
kids
in
the
community
and
they're
just
doing
some.
A
They
have
our
employment
center
they're
doing
a
lot
of
things
there
and
a
lot
of
that
wouldn't
be
possible
if
it
were
not
for
the
Pittsburgh
Steelers
and
the
money
that
they
donate
and
Congressman
Doyle
Senator
Fontana
for
the
money
that
they
bring
into
that
area
as
well,
and
the
mayor's
office
and
others
so
I.
Just
want
to
thank
everyone
in
the
Ura
I
want
to
thank
everyone
for
their
work
in
that
area.
A
This
weekend,
or
this
Christmas
weekend,
they
were
able
to
distribute
hundreds
of
toys,
meals,
giveaways
to
encodes,
because
a
Jerome
Bettis
found
his
foundation
to
stop
the
bus
foundation
and
Charlie
Batch's
foundation
and
the
Steelers
and
others
that
contributed
to
it,
including
the
shine
Awards.
So
a
lot
of
people
contributed
and
made
that
possible
there,
but
I
also
want
to
thank
the
Pittsburgh
Penguins
because
of
their
allowing
sister
Marion
assault
to
Save,
a
Life
today,
which
you
also
donated
to
councilman
Congo,
allowed
them
to
have
their
event
there
again.
A
It
just
shows
you
what
needs
it
really
is
she
registered
1600
children
for
that
for
that
program
and
hundreds
of
families
and
then
later
on
and
I've
been
talking
to
her
all
week,
she
has
still
been
taking
care
of
families
who
called
and
missed
it,
and
so
I
want
to
thank
the
Penguins
for
their
contributions
to
her
and
to
the
other
people
that
that
donate
to
her
as
well
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
we
acknowledge
them
and
thank
everyone
for
all
the
things
they've
been
doing
to
make
sure
our
city
of
Pittsburgh
residents
are
able
to
celebrate
their
holidays
with
some
dignity
and
I
also
want
to
thank
the
food
bank
because
they
donated
Christmas
dinners
for
all
those
families
as
well.
A
So
also
last
I
want
to
say
what
a
great
job
our
Department
of
Public
Works
did
and
on
the
snow
this
this
week,
I'm
not
saying
that
their
absence
of
complaints
were
always
going
to
have
something
but
I
think
overall
I
think
it
worked.
I
think
it
was
really
good.
I
think
that
they
did
a
great
job.
It
was,
it
was
really
horrible
conditions,
and
yet
they
managed
to
get
that
that
ice.
It
was
more
ice
than
it
was
snow
off
the
roads
rather
quickly.
A
So
I
want
to
acknowledge
our
crews,
the
director
and
councilman
coghill
for
your
work
in
cheering
that
committee
and
making
sure
that
they're
doing
more
there,
but
I
also
want
to
acknowledge
the
mayor's
office
for
the
work
that
they're
doing
increasing
the
the
resources
that
the
crews
need
to
do.
The
job
I
mean
we
want
them
to
do
a
job,
and
then
we
don't
give
them
the
resources.
So
it
really
was
a
team
effort.
A
E
E
Oh
boy
he's
coming
to
scream
and
yell
at
us,
because
we
kind
of
got
caught
off
guard
on
the
first
storm,
but
it
was
anything
about
that
and
you
know
the
the
men
and
women
in
public
works
division
couldn't
be
more
pleased
with
his
approach.
He
was
like
the
past.
Is
the
past
we're
moving
on,
and
you
know
this
past
storm
I
felt
like
we
were
well
staffed.
You
know
we
were
well
prepared
and
really
you
know
the
communication
level
was
what
I
really
expect
it
to
be.
E
You
know
so
got
the
Jake
report
every
four
hours,
or
so
you
know
and
I
thought
that
was
helpful,
but
but
just
kudos
to
the
administration
to
director
hornstein
and
Public
Works
overall
for
doing
a
really
good
job
very
well
prepared
makes
me
feel
a
lot
better
going
into
this
winter
that
you
know
we
can
do
the
job
like
that.
So
I
expect
it
every
time
and
I
feel
like
we
will
have
it
now.
I
feel
like
we're
moving
in
the
right
direction.
Thank.
F
I
also
just
wanted
to
say
a
thank
you
to
superintendent.
Crane.
I
will
say
that
I,
you
know
for
for
just
those
those
odd
little
dead,
end
streets.
You
know
that
don't
get
messed
when
you
know
folks
got
in
touch
with
my
office
and
I
sent
out
notes
to
the
superintendent
and
they
were
taken
care
of
right
away
within
hours.
So
just
a
huge
big
Kudos
there
and
I
really
really
appreciate
it
and
I
know
that
I
know
that
the
my
constituents
do
too.
So.
Thank
you.
A
So
can
I
just
say
that
councilman
Warwick,
you
are
really
handling
things
so
quickly
and
you
immediately
called
to
see
what
could
be
done.
So
I
just
want
your
constituents
to
know
that
through
that
storm,
you
were
also
working
on
on
all
those
things
and
making
sure
that
they
were
getting
the
treatment
and
and
service
that
they
deserve
as
well.
A
So
thank
you
for
your
work
and
I
do
want
to
thank
Jake
Paul,
because
not
only
did
he
give
us
updates
every
few
hours,
he
was
supposed
to
be
away
today
and
I
saw
him
in
here.
So
he's
constantly
working
and
so
I
want
to
thank
him
for
his
work
as
well
and
and
the
all
the
administration
for
working
the
the
center
wherever
it's
I
can't
remember,
it's
called,
but
you
know
we're
making
sure
that
they
were
getting
the
services
out
to
the
public.
A
I
do
want
to
say:
I
do
have
concerns
about
not
calling
3-1-1,
but
that's
an
issue
we'll
address.
Let's
focus
on
the
positive
today
and
today
the
positive
was
they
did
a
great
job,
the
crews.
So
thank
you
to
the
crews
and
the
supervisors
and
everyone
above
them
for
their
work.
I
have
a
