that

H
Here,
Shady
Tree
I
honor,
my
husband,
who
is
a
true
City
of
Pittsburgh
Public
servant
from
the
1970s
until
2021,
and
he
worked
till
the
very
last
day
and
minute
he
was
permitted
to
this
is
for
you
Michael.
We,
the
people
of
Bonaire
are
the
real
stakeholders.
We
have
paid
our
mortgages
taxes
and
we
voted.
H
We
have
shown
up
at
the
Town
Hall
meetings
to
give
a
resounding
no
to
developing
the
building.
We
have
signed
a
petition
to
say
we
want
a
green
space,
not
a
deteriorating
problem.
Building,
here's
the
situation,
an
excellent
school
was
closed.
The
building
has
become
a
threat
and
detrimental
harm.
It
should
be
condemned
and
sold
to
the
city
for
a
dollar.
It
must
be
torn
down
parks
and
trees.
Pittsburgh
funds
should
be
used
to
make
it
a
green
space,
the
residents
of
Bonaire
care
for
it
as
volunteers.
H
Why
are
we
paying
taxes
for
continued
detriment?
Why
should
we
pay
taxes
for
a
detriment?
According
to
the
Pennsylvania
Constitution?
The
purpose
of
government
is
for
the
peace,
safety
and
happiness
of
the
people
they
serve.
The
Bonaire
Memorial
Green
Space
is
the
solution
for
the
peace,
safety
and
happiness
of
the
Bonaire
Community.
Without
that
there
is
no
valid
governance.
H
H
The
opportunity
is
Here
and
Now
to
create
a
green
Space
by
condemning
and
tearing
down
the
detrimental
building
that
has
created
a
threat
to
the
peace,
safety
and
happiness
of
the
Bonaire
community.
This
was
read
at
my
husband's
funeral
retired
Deputy
fire
chief
Mike
Mullen,
touched
the
lives
of
many
people.
His
uncompromising
dedication
to
a
sworn
duty
to
provide
for
the
safety
of
the
citizens
of
Pittsburgh
was
truly
exceptional
and
one
that
should
be
emulated
by
every
firefighter.
H
We
love
sharing
his
knowledge
of
firefighting
and
all
its
many
aspects
to
make
our
firefighters,
safer,
smarter
and
more
efficient
on
the
far
ground,
my
three
months
through
the

the

approachable
regardless
of
Frank.
If
you
had
a
question,
he
would
stop
what
he
was
doing
to
answer
it.
He
worked
tirelessly,
but
also
energetically,
his
entire
career
and
pursuit
of
more
knowledge.
His
legacy
will
serve
our
citizens
and
firefighters.

A
concern
of
council
is
race
and
racism.
I
My
genome
is
racially
complex,
so
calling
me
a
white
is
racist
in
interrogatives,
not
imperatives
or
indicatives
when
it
comes
to
this.
A
concern
of
Pittsburgh
city
council
is
equity
pro-equity,
which
means
a
transfer
of
resources
from
primarily
white,
male-dominated
institutions
to
non-white
and
non-male.
A
concern
of
mine
and
the
gis
is
anti-equity
pro
quality
in
existence
and
pro
inequality
and
achievement.
I
Equity
Council
concern
is
in
the
race
sex,
gender,
Gainey,
kale,
Smith,
LED
preferences
in
policy
and
position
choices,
assuming
the
justice
of
resource
and
Status
transfer
because
of
white,
especially
white
male
systemic
Injustice,
so
prefer
to
vote
for
black
mayor
candidate
over
white
because
he
is
identified
as
racially
black.
The
office
of
Pittsburgh
mayor,
in
my
view,
under
Gainey,
reflects
gainey's
vote
for
a
black,
because
I
am
black
mayor
campaign,
not
Merit.
I
I
Using
racism
based
preferences
in
appointments
and
policies
is
racism
and
using
racism
to
overcome
racism
produces
more
racism
but
there's
a
third
way.
I
am
anti-capitalist
I'm
anti-communist,
but
I
approve
of
the
use
of
in
problem
solving
of
the
best
current
information
at
the
highest
level
of
intelligence.
I
B
F
Good
morning,
council
members
I
am
Elena
zaytsoff
I
live
in
the
Oak
Cliff
neighborhood
of
South
Oakland
I
am
here
to
comment
on
the
bill
to
rezone
Oakland.
This
bill
does
not
represent
a
balance.
As
two
council
members
are
quoted
as
saying
in
the
Post-Gazette
I
guess,
it
sounded
like
a
good
thing
to
say
to
justify
passing
it.
F
Developers
will
be
able
to
buy
more
height,
build
longer
buildings,
build
them
closer
to
houses
and
have
more
permitted
uses,
while
residents
lose
residential
compatibility,
lose
residential
zoning
on
some
parcels
and
streets
lose
the
far
formula
to
regulate,
building
mass
and
even
lose
an
amendment
known,
but
City
Planning
objected
to
to
name
a
few
things
if
it
is
gain,
gain
gain
gain
on
one
side
and
lose
lose
lose
on
the
other.
There
is
not
a
balance
so
now,
City
Planning
will
tell
city
council
why
our
amendments
couldn't
make
it.
F
J
Morning,
members
of
council
I
live
at
715
Mercer
Street
in
the
Crawford
Roberts
neighborhood
of
the
Hill
I'm
gonna
I'm,
just
going
to
talk
briefly
on
the
issues
of
safety,
security
and
public
policy,
especially
in
my
residence,
the
K
Leroy
irvis
Towers
real
quickly,
January
22
I
was
almost
strangled
to
death
and
beaten
in
a
Elliott
Senior
residence.
J
The
injuries
have
lasted
to
this
date
in
2023,
and
the
total
by
UPMC
was
ten
thousand
to
twelve
thousand
dollars
and
that's
an
awful
lot
for
this
kind
of
thing.
At
least
for
me,
April
22
I
moved
to
Kayla
irvis
Towers
I
needed
to
get
away
from
the
person
the
perpetrator-
and
that
was
my
decision
at
the
time
not
to
fight
back
or
give
this
woman
Credence.
So
I
moved
to
back
to
the
hill
I'm
a
native
of
the
Hill
that
same
month,
two
women
died
from
fentanyl
poisoning.
J
The
moment
I
walked
in
the
door
and
a
senior
was
robbed
and
and
beat
up
May
June
2022,
an
unsolicited
insurance
salesman,
pretending
to
deliver
a
package
knocked
on
my
door.
I
thought
it
was
our
regular
resident
package
deliverer
opened
up
the
door.
Never
did
it
again.
He
wouldn't
leave
kept
trying
to
make
his
sales
pitch
until
I
slammed
the
door
in
his
face.
J
Twenty
January
2023,
a
third
man,
died
from
fentanyl
poisoning
and
he
was
just
visiting
and
partying
with
the
rest
of
his
people
and
that's
what
happened
now
we
had
to
about
two
and
a
half
weeks
ago,
a
large
meeting,
Mr
Lavelle
was
in
attendance
as
well
as
police
and
so
forth.
We're
scared.
J
J
Last
week
the
insurance
man
from
last
spring
returned
calling
me
on
the
phone
and
said
it
was
a
package
for
you.
We
have
UPS
delivery
as
well
as
FedEx
I
stood
at
the
end
of
the
hall
watching
him
stand
in
front
of
my
my
door,
my
home,
and
asked
who
I
was
and
I
asked
him.
Well,
who
are
you
and
he
refused
and
chased
me
down?
The
hall
I
have
asthma
and
I
had
to
run
down
six
flights
of
stairs
to
get
away
from
him.
J
B
J
A
J
J
B
K
Thank
you
so
much
for
whatever
reason
I
wasn't
able
to
connect.
My
title
is:
thank
you
very
much.
You
pronounced
it
very
lovely
I.
Thank
you
for
that
I'm
calling
today
to
stand
in
solidarity
with
the
many
people
have
spoken
before
myself
and
the
issues
that
they
have.
The
problem.
I
think
a
lot
of
times.
K
The
city
council
tends
to
forget
that
there
are
oath
of
office
is
to
uphold
the
Constitution
and
the
Pennsylvania
Constitution,
as
well
as
their
home
group
Charter,
and
some
things
do
fall
within
the
Homegrown
Charter
that
don't
get
addressed
in
the
manner
that
it
shouldn't.
That
is
not
for
me
to
do.
That
is
not
my
job
I'm.
Just
making
an
observation.
K
That
is
our
Heritage,
our
culture,
our
Traditions,
a
lot
of
us
were
taken
away
from
those
things
through
compulsory
Educational
Systems
that
teaches
lives
about
the
true
history
of
the
Americas,
mainly
here
the
main
language.
We
call
the
United
States
of
America,
there's
an
obligation
for
city
council
to
look
to
look
forward
to
the
Aborigines
visions
and
ideas,
as
it
relates
to
the
landscape.
What
it
looks
like
to
be
here
on
our
land
here
in
this
territory,
we
call
it
the
Delaware
territory.
K
K
There's
a
thing
such
as
agroforestry
and
food,
forestry
and
permaculture,
and
these
methodologies
I
am
well
versed
in
and
our
people
are
well
versed
in
and
creating
models
such
as
the
model
in
Georgia
there's
a
model
in
Denver
many
places
where
they're
using
land
to
create
food
forests
that
becomes
self-sustainable
for
us
that
take
care
of
themselves
and
need
minimal
human
or
or
being
interaction.
And
that
is
something
that
I
would
like
to
further
discuss
with
that
growth
and
anyone
else.
K
Who's
interested
to
learn
these
wonderful
methods
that
are
being
used
all
over
the
United
States,
as
well
as
all
over
the
globe
because
of
the
imminent
issue
with
water.
And
we
see
what
happened
in
Ohio
and
water
travels
everywhere
and
Pittsburgh
is
going
to
be
affected
too
by
this
issue.
So,
let's
think
forward,
let's
think
wide,
let's
think
Broad
and
let's
be
honorable
to
the
Aborigines
of
America
and
let
them
lead
the
way
when
it
comes
to
the
restoration
of
their
lands
and
their
resources.
Thank
you.
B
L
My
name
is
Yvonne
F
Brown
I
live
at
715
Mercer
Street
Pittsburgh,
15219
I
came
today
with
most
of
the
time.
I
come
down
here
with
a
heavy
heart,
but
I
feel
pretty
good.
Today,
let
me
tell
you
why
you
remember
I
broke
my
cup
from
the
90.90.5
at
FM
radio
station
and
I
was
thinking.
How
can
I
call
him
and
ask?
Can
I
get
another
cup
because
I
had
told
whoever's
I've
wanted
this
cup
that
I
will
take
it
because
it
says
I
stand
with
the
facts
or
say
it
stands
with
the
fact.
L
I
stand
with
the
fact
when
I
bring
them
down
here,
you
may
not
want
to
listen
to
them,
but
I
wanted
to
say
to
that
radio
station
I
want
you
to
understand
why
I
come
down
here.
I
can
remember.
I
first
came
down
here
years
ago
my
teenagers
Well,
my
two
daughters
were
teenagers
and
I
wanted
them
to
be
interested
in
coming
to
city
council
to
speak
up
for
your
rights.
Well,
when
I
came
here
was
Brashear
High,
School,
all
them
basketball,
players
that
whole
side
and
I
looked
and
I
said
whoa.
L
So
when
I
got
there,
I
got
your
autograph
and
I
was
telling
I
had
two
teenage
daughters.
Okay,
now,
when
I
am
was
speaking
to
these
young
boys,
we
had
a
new
Sergeant
on
her
Virginia
I
forget
what
her
last
name,
Cox
or
whatever,
and
so
I
was
over
there
speaking
to
the
young
boys
and
all
of
a
sudden,
she
ran
over
there
you're
talking
too
loud
and
I
looked,
she
said,
go
sit
down
and
I
said
to
her.
Why
are
you
doing
me?
L
L
When
you
see
the
young
boys
leave,
you
have
me
standing
and
all
they're
leaving
one
of
them
say:
Miss,
Yvonne
and
I
turned
around.
You
can
see
me.
Hugging
I
knew
these
children,
but
yet-
and
still
you
have
the
sergeant
of
arms
felt
that
I
was
talking
too
long,
but
Andy
gasmeyer
was
here
and
I
had
went
to
Andy
I
said
Andy
I
said
you
know
what
happened
and
he
he
was
more
angrier
than
me.
That's
when
I
knew
I
was
right,
anytime,
the
newspaper
man
he
said
she
has
no
rights.
L
She
had
no
right
anytime.
He
got
angry.
That's
why
I
get
angry,
because
a
newspaper
man
showed
me
that
this
is
says
this
is
our
Chambers.
You
understand
we,
the
people,
we,
the
people,
not
use
the
cops
for
people
and
I
I
want
you
to
understand,
and
you
Mr
cart,
Hill.
You
don't
deserve
to
try
to
be
whatever
you're
talking
to
be.
L
You
can't
even
sit
down
and
kick
your
mouth
shut
when
I'm
talking
to
two
years
and
then
you
get
versus
three
talking
with
me
at
one
time
and
when
I
say
something
I'm,
the
one
that's
wrong:
you
just
need
to
shut
your
mouth
and
listen
to
us.
I
go
to
Comedy
Council
comedy
Council

of
them
they
sit
and
they
listen,
but
just
Talk

yourself
and
then
you
act
like
oh
well.
I
I
heard
what
you
said:
no,
you
didn't
and
I'm
tired
of
it.

big,
because
my
tire's
not
small.
It
had
been
raining
the
previous
day
that
particular
day
it
was
very
windy.
With
a
little
rain.
The
wind
caused
ripples
in
this
giant,
unavoidable
puddle.
M
It
smacked
me
so
hard
that
my
brand
new
glasses
I
picked
up
the
seven.
This
second
week
of
January
fell
off
their
glass,
their
special
lenses
from
the
concussion
center
with
prisms
in
them.
So
they
have
to
be
glass
and
they
hit
so
hard
that
there's
now
Nicks
in
it
and
it's
causing
my
eyes
to
go
crazy.
M
Grant,
Street
I
was
in
an
accident
access
fan
coming
down,
returning
believe
it
or
not
from
repairs
on
my
chair.
They
told
me
is
caused
by
hitting
all
these
cracks
and
potholes.
M
Grant
Street
has
become
the
jackrabbit
I'm
in
the
back
of
the
access
fan,
he's
not
speeding,
but
the
waves
of
it
crumbling.
Underneath
the
gray
underneath
Grant
Street
caused
me
to
come
up,
come
back
down
on
my
neck
so
hard
it
I
can't
even
tell
you
and
I'm
not
going
to
the
doctor
I'm
too
old
I'm,
not
having
surgery
and
are
not
sticking
needles.
In
my
neck,
Domi
is
failing.
M
We
have
city
workers,
the
real
nice
guys
and
gals
that
are
in
yellow
shirts,
going
to
the
garbage
cans
and
picking
up
debris.
Why
can't
they
note-
and
this
is
that
was
not
the
first
I
mean
it
was
hidden,
but
it's
not
the
first
time
I
have
seen
these
10
inch
or
whatever
inch
pipes
or
even
smaller
ones
that
are
missing
their
caps.
Something
tells
me
they're
now
the
cousins
of
the
catalytic
converter
people
because
I
know
there
was
a
lot
of
them,
a
lot
of
the
Caps
off
the
water
in
the
gas
line.
M
You
know
what
I'm
talking
about
on
our
street,
but
they
have
to
keep
up
on
us.
That's
right
behind
Small,
World
Daycare.
The
alley
that
we
went
through
I
can
see
a
little
kid
dark,
darting
out
in
an
alley
and
their
little
leg
going
right
down
in
there
or
some
lady
stilettos
that
wouldn't
be
pretty.
Please
I
know
you
can't
be
everywhere
at
one
time
but,
as
mentioned
last,
thank.
B
A
B
D
Morning,
good
morning,
I'm,
Jacob
and
I'm
here
to
speak
on
behalf
of
human
trafficking
in
Pittsburgh,
it's
an
on
voiced
issue
and
it's
because
I
am
myself
a
human
trafficking
Survivor
to
the
Pittsburgh
area
as
during
conflicts
in
Europe.
Just
as
now,
people
organize
human
trafficking
rings
to
abduct
children
of
Jewish
families
and
things
like
that
and
even
traffic
them
to
Pittsburgh
with
altered
records
for
exploitation.
D
According
to
European
police
who
intervened
with
my
bringing
here
using
human
trafficking
networks
through
charity
organizations,
they
informed
me
that
I
was
taken
from
a
Jewish
Family
in
Europe,
a
part
Jewish
family
that
was
part
French,
Jewish,
Family
and
part
Hungarian,
German
Jewish
families
with
Nobel
prizes
and
Science
in
the
family,
and
things
like
that.
They
took
me
from
them.
They
all
turned
my
records
and
they
laundered
me
through
charity,
orphanages
and
things
like
that,
and
they
were
intending
to
bring
me
to
the
U.S
in
1996..
European
police
intervened
when
I
was
about
10.
D
They
helped
me
for
a
year
or
so
before.
I
was
brought
to
the
US,
and
this
is
why
I
know
this.
Since
I've
been
in
the
U.S,
I
have
been
in
possession
of
people
who
are
used
to
mule,
bring
me
here
as
a
child
and
who
were
used
to
coordinate
getting
forcing
me
to
get
a
PhD
from
University
of
Pittsburgh
to
work
at
the
national
energy
lab
in
Pittsburgh.
I
have
inventions
and
patents
I,
don't
know
my
real
name
and
I
have
not
even
a
parasitical
list
of
emergency
contact.
D
The
medical
forms
I
was
trying
to
go
to
homeless,
shelter
for
Christmas,
but
it
was
closed.
I
had
my
Thanksgiving
meal
at
the
homeless,
shelter
I
have
phds
and
inventions
and
discoveries
and
for
the
Department
of
energy
and
National
energy
lab
the
University
of
Pittsburgh,
but
I
have
not
a
single
person
to
call
for
a
beer
or
to
visit
or
to
go
to
anybody's
home.
I
have
no
friends,
no
family.
D
I'm
banned
from
UPMC
Presbyterian,
UPMC,
Montefiore,
UPMC,
Shadyside
I'm
banned
from
at
least
six
or
seven
restaurants
in
Pittsburgh,
because
I
showed
up
there
and
I'm
known
for
vocal
vocalizing
for
human
trafficking
in
the
Pittsburgh
area
and
shortly
after
people
came
up
and
pretend
for
asked
me
to
create
scenes
around
me
and
the
owners
of
those
places
literally
told
me
I'm.
Never
too
I'm
not
about
never
allowed
to
go
back
to
those
places.
D
D
The
human
trafficking
places
where
I've
lived
at
every
single
place,
I've
worked
at
I,
worked
at
I,
was
in
the
extended
care
of
military
contractors
and
government
contractors
who
have
connections
to
International
organizations
that
human
traffic,
people
and
I
know
all
these
things,
because
I
was
in
police
custody
when
I
was
10
years
old
in
in
Europe
in
Europe.
If
I
was
bought
here,.
D
G
G
Let
me
see:
okay
and
the
armies
in
heaven
clothed
in
fine
linen
and
white
clothes,
followed
him
on
white
horses.
Now
out
of
his
mouth
goes
with
sharp
sword
that
it
should
strike
the
Nations
and
he
himself
will
rule
them
with
a
rod
of
iron.
He
himself
Treads
the
wine
pressing
of
fairness
and
a
Wrath
of
almighty
God,
and
he
has
on
his
robe
and
on
his
thigh
named
written
king
of
King
Lord
of
lords.
G
Then
I
saw
an
angel
standing
in
his
son
and
he
cried
with
a
loud
voice,
saying
to
all
the
birds.
Come
fly
in
the
minutes
of
Heaven,
come
and
gather
together
for
the
supper
of
the
great
God
that
you
may
eat
the
Flesh
and
kings
in
the
flesh
of
captains
and
the
Flesh
of
Mighty
Men
and
a
flesh
of
horses
and
those
who
sit
on
them
and
the
Flesh
of
all
people
free
and
slave.
G
Then
the
Beast
was
captured
and
with
him
the
false
prophet
who
worked
signs
in
in
his
presence
by
which
he
deceived
those
who
received
the
mark
of
the
beast
and
those
who
worshiped
His
Image.
These
two
were
cast
into
the
lake
of
burning
fire
and
brimstone,
and
the
rest
were
killed
with
the
sword,
which
proceeded
from
the
mouth
of
him,
who
sat
on
the
horse
and
all
the
birds
were
filled
with
their
flesh.
G
Then
I
saw
another
angel
coming
down
from
heaven
having
a
key
and
a
great
chain
in
his
hand,
to
the
bottomless
pit
he
laid
hold
on
the
old
dragon
that
serpent,
who
is
the
devil
and
Satan,
and
bound
him
for
a
thousand
years
like
it's
written
one
day
with
the
Lord
is
there's
a
thousand
years,
and
a
thousand
years
is
a
day
when
you,
when
you
become
a
veteran,
when
you
sign
up
for
the
Army
and
you
swear,
you
take
a
oath.
It's
a
Blood
Oath.
You
can't
just
quit.
G
N
Thank
you.
