All
right,
thank
you
very
much.
We
are
now
ready
to
the
next
order

to
amend
the
agenda.
Is
there
motion
to
amend
the
agenda.
B
All
those
in
favor
by
saying
all
right
proposed
with
his
name.
The
next
order
of
business
is
proclamations.
G
And
whereas
members
perform
community
service
activities
and
strive
to
build
a
student's
understanding
of
the
realities
of
the
modern
business
World.
Whereas
the
FBLA
teaches
middle
school
students
and
high
school
students,
basic
business
and
Leadership
principles
and
assist
in
the
transition
from
school
to
work
now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
the
Council
of
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
commends
the
national
FBLA
organization
and
Central
Catholic
High
School's
FBLA
program,
in
particular
for
its
long-standing
positive
impact
on
young
people.

G
H
Hi
everyone,
my
name,
is
Jack
Sabo
I
am
the
State
president
of
Pennsylvania
future
Business
Leaders
of
America
and
Mrs
Maxwell
who's.
Our
advisor.
She
and
I
also
serve
as
voting
members
of
the
State
Board
of
Directors.
So
we
guide
the
organization's
policy
to
really
ensure
that
we're
meeting
our
mission
and
driving
our
mission
forward
when
it
comes
to
Preparing
students
in
middle
school,
high
school
and
college
for
future
careers,
not
only
in
you
know,
kind
of
traditional
Fields,
but
also
in
Career
and
Technical
education,
as
we
are
a
Career
Technical
student
organization.
I
J
G
My
congratulations
to
all
all
of
you
for
for
competing
and
placing
and
for
the
leadership
that
you
take
on
in
your
roles.
I'm
sure
you
also
have
very
busy
lives
outside
of
this
work.
So
congratulations
can
we
get
all
members
up
for
a
photo?
Please.
H
A
G
B
Aye,
what
was
his
name
with
that?
The
resolution
passes
that
takes
us
next
order
of
business
as
public
comment,
I'd
like
to
remind
everyone,
the
rules
of
council
state.
The
comments
are
limited
matters
of
concern,
official
actions
or
deliberation,
which
or
maybe
before
city
council
profanity
would
not
be
permitted,
and
so
we
have
the
first
registered
speakers.
Please
start
with

have
three

Here,
Shady

not
shady

than
Bonaire
I
honor,
my
husband,
who
was
a
true
City
of
Pittsburgh
Public
servant
from
the
1970s
till
2021.
This
is
for
you
Michael.
The
Bonaire
Elementary
School
building
once
was
a
shiny
example
of
what
a
City
public
school
could
be.
Instead,
the
Pittsburgh
public
school
board
has
chosen
to
squander
the
building
the
residents
at
the
time
of
the
construction
did
not
want
or
approve
of
anything
but
a
school
to
exist
there.

L
At
my
husband's
funeral,
it
was
written
by
battalion
chief
Douglas,
praskovich
retired
deputy
chief
Mike
Mullen
touched
the
lives
of
many
people.
His
uncompromising
dedication
to
his
sworn
duty
to
provide
for
the
safety
of
the
citizens
of
Pittsburgh
was
truly
exceptional
and
one
that
should
be
emulated
by
every
firefighter.
He.
A
L
Sharing
his
knowledge
of
firefighting
and
all
its
many
aspects
to
make
our
firefighters,
safer,
smarter
and
more
efficient
on
the
fire
ground
Mike
knew
most
of
the
firefighters
on
the
entire
Pittsburgh
Hero
Of
Fire
by
their
first
name
and
was
always
approachable
regardless
of
rank.
If
you
had
a
question,
he
would
stop
what
he
was
doing
to
answer
it.
He
worked
tirelessly,
but.
F
L
Energetically,
his
entire
career
and
took
pursuit
of
more
knowledge,
his
legacy
will
serve
our
citizens
and
firefighters
for
years
to
come.
Mike
was
a
loving
and
compassionate
husband.
Father
brother,
relative
and
friend
Michael
J
Mullen
lived
a
full
life.
That's
his
obituary,
so
accurately
described.
L
Mike
was
passionate,
powerless
dedicated,
highly
conscientious
and
caring
well
done.
Michael
well
done
rest
in
peace.
My
friend,
and
it's
truly
fitting
that
this
Valentine's
day
he
came
to
me
in
a
dream
and
he
was
wearing,
is
Deputy
fire
chief
shirt.
So
he
was
in
uniform
here's
the
situation.
There
was
an
excellent
School
in
Bonaire.
It
was
closed.
Two
the
building
has
become
a
threat
in
detrimental
harm.
Three.
It
should
be
condemned
and
sold
to
the
city
for
a.
A
B
Thank
you
very
much
that
takes
us
to
Ralph
Williams.
M
M
That
but
it's
sad
to
hear
some
of
the
things
that
I
heard
from
the
report
you
need
to
do
is
punch
up,
Google
punch
up
his
name
rich
kupka,
and
you
can
see
the
Fox
news
report
that
he
was
on
national
TV.
Our
city
looks
embarrassing.
M
City
council
need
to
do
something
about
this
violence,
problem
and
I
understand
your
hands
are
tied
because
the
city
police
is
short
and
I
understand.
There's
some
things.
I
spoke
last
week
about
some
common
sense
ideas
to
curb
the
violence.
You
know,
I,
don't
know
whether
you
wrote
Donna
or
considering
them.
I
hope
you
are,
but
I
have
another
plan
for
you.
I
realized
that
Schumann
center
is
closed
and
I
know
that
you're
having
issues
trying
to
get
it
reopened.
Why
don't
you
get
together
with
the
school
board?
M
M
If
you
could
do
that
as
a
temporary
measure,
we
have
to
do
something
with
get
these
judges
to
stop
putting
these
kids
back
out
on
the
street
and
the
violence
to
stop
all
right
and
also
you
need
to
clean
up
your
house
a
little
bit.
So
you
don't
so
you're
not
on
national
TV.
Looking
bad,
the
city
looks
bad
already.
We
need
to
get
it
back
up
in
order,
so
it
don't
look
bad
on
a
national
perspective.
Thank
you
have
a
great
day
be
safe.
B
Brings
us
to
the
net
Dan
yet
looks
like
demon.
E
Raymond
I'm
down
at
Beeman,
first
of
all,
I'd
like
to
thank
you
for
letting
me
be
here
today
and
speak
with
all
of
you.
I
appreciate
that
and
I'd
like
to
start
off
with
some
humor
based
in
truth
and
reality.
You
know
my
perspective
on
you
know
what
happened
with
covid.
We
went
through
a
Time,
Warp
and
now
we're
living
in
the
future.
The
whole
world
is
crazy,
everybody's
in
it's
crazy
and
if
you
didn't
have
a
diagnosis
before
the
pandemic,
you're
sure
to
have
one
now.
Finally,
equality
anyways.
E
What
I'm
here
to
speak
about
today
is
you
know,
we'll
talk
about
youth
violence.
Suicides
are
up
in
all
ages.
Murders
are
up
in
all
ages,
and
you
know
so
many
of
our
children
are
feeling
depressed
and
and
disconnected
from
the
world
and
I
believe
that
this
is
because
they're
learning
from
machines,
you
know,
there's
not
that
human
connection
anymore,
that
the
people
have
you
know
when
you
have
the
human
connection.
E
The
spirit
is,
is
making
its
way
between
us,
but
with
these
machines
that
are
also
you
know,
there
are
social
media,
video
games,
Zoom
they're
even
used
for
babysitting.
Now
and
they're
missing
the
elements
of
humanness
The,
Compassion,
sympathy
and
empathy
are
not
being
being
learned
because
they're
learning
from
machines,
they're,
not
learning
from
people
anymore,
and
this
special
connection
in
the
presence
of
the
emotional
exchange
of
human
beings,
is
so
very
important.
E
The
the
facial
and
and
body
expressions
are
lost
and
we
get
so
much
of
our
information
from
another
person
by
their
Visual
and
and
humanness.
There's
no
consciousness
with
a
machine,
and
so
you
know
that's
one
of
the
problems.
I
think
that
this
the
lack
of
social
interaction
is
doing
to
our
children
and
it
is
a
mental
health
crisis.
It's
also,
you
know.
We
talk
about
mental
health,
but
maybe
it's
time
that
in
our
curriculum
in
our
schools
we
have
a
mental
health
class.
You
know
mental
health
is
Health.
It's
time.
E
You
know
we
start
talking
about
it.
You
know,
that's,
let's
really
enforce
it
and
get
our
kids
to
talk
about.
No,
they
don't
know
what
what
they're
feeling
they're,
not
aware
of
what
they're
feeling
they
don't
know.
You
know
can't
label
what
they're
feeling
they
don't
know
how
to
deal
with
what
they're
feeling
they
need
that
doesn't
come
in
neatly
in
just
being
a
human
being.
E
Those
are
things
that
you
have
to
learn
from
other
are
people,
you
know,
and
that's
one
way,
I
think
that
if
we
had
mental
health
in
our
curriculums,
children
would
begin
to
realize
exactly
what
they're
feeling
and
how
they're,
how
they're
going
to
deal
with
it,
because
you
have
to
learn
that
from
another
human
being.
That's
not
innate
at
all
and
I
also
think
that
it's
not
giving.
E
Here
and
you
know
the
judicial
system,
okay,
we,
the
idea
with
the
judicial
system,
is
we're
dealing
with
with
the
judicial
system.
After
an
event
has
happened,
we
need
to
think
about
prevention.
Maybe
a
hotline
where,
where
inmates
could
actually
you
know,
there'd
be
research
done
with
what
inmates
thinks
would
would
ask,
would
have
de-escalated
the
thoughts
and
feelings
I
call
it
pre-crime
criminal
psychology
before
you
may
have
a
make
a
criminal
crime,
you're
feeling
and
thinking
something
that
we've
gone
explored
yet
and
when
you're
committing
time,
you're
thinking
and
feeling
something.
O
O
N
My
name
is
Yvonne
F
Brown
I
live
in
the
Hill
district
715
Mercer
Street
up
in
up
in
up
on
top
of
Bedford
I
want
to
say
to
the
man,
the
man
that
spoke
before
this
lady.
That
spoke.
You
were
Dynamite
both
of
you.
Both
of
you
are
telling
this
Council
what
they
need
to
hear
if
I
say
it,
they'll
chase
me
out
the
room
or
holler
at
me.
N
I
got
to
hold
my
head
to
the
left
or
to
the
right
and
some
other
stuff,
but
thank
you
for
telling
them
that
over
the
nation
you
City
you're
being
laughed
at
councilman,
okay,
I
came
today,
I
didn't
want
to
say
stuff
like
that,
but
you
did
well
this
lady
right
here
should
be.
You
have
your
committees.
Why
wouldn't
she
be
on
the
committee,
these
people
that
you
bring
like
they
said
five,
black
women
or
so
on?
Where
did
these
women
come
from?
If
I
don't
I've,
never
seen
them
where
they
come
from?
N
Now
you
got
them.
Where
you
pick
them,
you
say
you
got
their
resumes.
We
don't
see
them.
This
lady,
don't
have
a
resume,
but
if
you
listen
to
her,
this
city
would
be
run
better
and
I'm
telling
you
I'm
I
know
we're
probably
about
the
same
age.
You've
lived
through
it
and
you've
seen
it.
The
children
need
help.
I
had
health
when
I
was
in
school
course.
That's
been
a
long
long
time
ago,
but
I
wanted
to
tell
you
my
grandbaby,
the
Shay
that
used
to
come
down
here.
She
was
seven
she's.
N
Ten
now
look
what
she
made.
This
is
a
Valentine's
card.
She
said,
look
Grandma.
This
is
for
her
friend.
Do
you
see
that
and
I
said?
Oh,
you
made
that
this
is
after
school
program.
We
put
it
in
an
after-school
program
because
I
tried
to
help
her
and
you
know,
I
was
in
college,
I
studied
to
be
a
teacher,
but
they
have
and
with
the
dad
is
this
some
words
data
and
I
said:
is
it
some
or
minus?
What
is
this
data?
So
we
put
her
in
the
after-school
program
and
they
are
Dynamite.
N
N
Strategor,
when
you
did
this
thing
about
the
Catholic
School
you
put
these
initials
I
didn't
know
you.
You
explained
what
the
initials
are,
but
for
somebody
else
that
wasn't
in
the
room,
they
would
not
know.
I
take
these
home,
whether
you
know
them
or
not.
I
read
them
to
the
children,
even
my
husband.
These
are
supposed
to
be
for
information,
not
just
that.
You
know
the
information
and
you
write
down
something
and
I'm
supposed
to
guess
at
it.
N
I'm
coming
down
here,
not
to
actually
jump
on
you,
but
if
you're
going
to
represent
this
city,
as
you
were
for
that
lawyer
up
there,
that
I
have
I
used
to
have
some
kind
of
feelings
for
him.
That
I
thought
that
he
was
listening.
But
when
I
tell
him
that
Ginger
breaking
the
law
and
he's
sitting
there
and
he
don't,
he
say
well
I'm
their
lawyers.
If
you're
getting
paid
you
shouldn't,
be
you
shouldn't
be
in
the
room
if
you're,
not
stopping
them
when
they're
doing
wrong
and
I
mean
that
so
be
a
better
lawyer.
N
P
Good
morning
everyone
and
I'll
say
Happy
Valentine's
Day,
my
name
is
Flora
L,
Williams
and
I
am
from
the
hill
Jersey
get
715
Mercer
Street
up
in
the
Hill
district
I
come
today
to
speak
about,
oh,
my
goodness.
It's
so
much
better
I
tell
you
first
I
want
to
say
to
the
man
in
Valentine,
Allentown,
PA
and
I
have
talked
to
you,
you're,
definitely
on
the
right
track
and
the
young
lady
that
spoke
after
I
love
the
way
they
spoke.
But
this
morning
it
is
so
sad
waking
up
with
another
person
there.
P
There
was
a
shooting.
This
time
it
was
in
Michigan
at
College
in
Michigan
that
it's
being
killed
or
even
traumatized.
There
was
a
woman
on
the
Today
Show
this
morning
going
play
by
play
about
what
she
went
through.
I
cried.
It
was
so
sad,
it's
getting
worse
and
it's
getting
worse.
It's
done.
We
need
to
come
together
with
some
answers.
I,
don't
know
what
we're
going
to
have
to
do,
because
when
they
took
the
prayer
out
of
school,
that
was
a
stop.
That
was
not
a
go.
That
was
a
red
light.
P
It
was
not
a
green
light.
Present
it
may
have
come
down
to
the
children
and
you
adults,
wear
it
bulletproof
Justice,
which
just
can't
afford
to
keep
you
losing
our
youth.
Now
that's
a
hard
thing
that
someone
has
to
come
down
to
wearing
protection,
to
go
to
school,
to
learn
about
history.
Gloria
I'll.
Tell
you
something:
what
kind
of
life
is
it
going
to
turn
out
to
be?
P
I
am
so
appalled
about.
What's
going
on,
I
I
don't
even
like
to
watch
TV
I,
you
know,
I
watch
shows
like
Leave
it
to
Beaver
Andy
Griffin,
because
it's
not
a
violence
in
there,
because
I'm,
tired
of
violence
in
the
world,
I'm
not
gonna,
sit
down
and
watch
TV
and
enjoy
violence.
So
that's
why
I
watch
shows
that
don't
have
violence.
P
They
are
undoubtedly
seeking
something
these
children.
They
are
so
confused.
Something
is
missing
and
like
they
said
we
need
to
put
in
people
that
deal
with
the
mind
of
children
because
they
are
missing
something
and
I
believe
when
they
took
the
prayer
out
that
that
stopped
a
lot
of
the
go
in
the
children.
P
That
was
a
big
mistake.
That
was
a
big
mistake.
Why
would
they
do
that?
And
that
was
the
creator
now
you
can
take
it
back
now
the
children
are
making
their
own
route
they're,
building
their
own
route,
and
we
have
to
stop
them
before
they
reach
reach
to
the
level
that
they
want
to
reach
they're
trying
to
wipe
us
out.

Q
Q
Beachview
area
concerns
citizens
also
known
as
the
bacc
has
returned
post
covid.
Thank
you,
Anthony
coghill
for
attending
that
I'm
now
part
of
the
board
and
March
2nd,
the
first
Thursday
of
every
month,
we'll
be
having
them
at
the
senior
center
or
healthy,
active
Living,
Center
I'm
I'm,
trying
to
focus
on
youth.
There
is
nothing
still
after
being
a
foster
mother
for
decades
ago,
it's
a
dead
zone
for
teenagers,
and
we
established
that
and
I
know.
Q
You
guys
did
it
in
another
area
where
you
got
youth
together
and
you
asked
them
what
they
need.
Beachview
needs
to
do
that
and
today,
when
I
called
the
high
school,
because
I'm
still
trying
to
get
a
hold
of
Timothy
pale,
the
counselor
there
to
find
a
group
of
kids
from
Beachview
to
speak,
March
2nd
at
the
next
one,
the
lady
taking
down
the
information
said
Arlington
is
also
dead
for
the
teens.
We
need
to
do
something.
Q
It
seems
to
be
the
theme
right
now:
Miss
gross
all
the
cute
little
edible
weeds
have
already
come
up
and
I
would
love
to
walk
around
with
you
guys.
I
think
this
would
be
an
awesome
activity
to
offer
these
teens.
Q
There
is
a
girl
named
Alexis
who
wants
to
bring
in
hip-hop,
music
and
dance.
She
teaches
dance,
that's
some
of
the
things
Miss
Teresa,
my
daughter
and
my
grandbabies
have
moved
to
Crafton.
Boulevard
I
saw
you
the
last
time
down
here
and
you
said
Noble's
time
up,
Strathmore
was
not
the
city
it
is.
I
went
with
the
kids,
where
the
city
has
the
walkway,
where
the
trolleys
used
to
run.
Q
There
is
absolutely
zero
way
for
a
person
in
a
wheelchair
to
get
to
that
nice
little
walkway
I
got
stuck
in
the
mud
across
from
my
daughter's
house,
and
the
city
does
have
past
Strathmore,
it's
like
two
or
three
streets
Beyond,
because
the
girl
that
lives
with
my
daughter,
her
daughter,
has
to
go
to
Westwood.
That
says
it's
the
city
not
crafting
anyway,
there's
no
safe
place.
People
were
trying
to
find
a
way
for
me
to
get
up
to
the
pathway.
Once
we
got
up
there,
it's
beautiful,
it's
really
nice.
Q
Q
That
would
be
nice
even
if
a
little
kid
if
she
had
the
kids
with
her
and
they
had
a
stroller,
they
still
would
not
be
able
to
get
up
on
that
little
walkway.
Thank
you.
Happy
Valentine's.
O
Crack,
okay,
we're
not
gonna,
go
back
and
forth
I'm
just
going
to
explain
for
the
public
Noblestown
roads
estate
maintained,
roadway.
Part
of
it
is
in
Greentree
part
of
it's
in
the
city
of
Pittsburgh,
so
there
are
different.
There
are
different
people
that
take
control
of
that
road,
but
most
of
it
is
done
by
the
state.
That's
it!
Thank
you.
I
mean
thank
you.
I'll,
see
you
out
here.
Okay,
thanks

You
may
also
call
the
city
clerk's
office
at.
O
412-255-2138
is
there
anything
from
members,
so
I'm
just
going
to
just
add
quickly
that
we
are
working
on
a
few
things,
possibly
changing
a
few
committees
around,
but
also
working
with
the
administration
to
form
the
committee
we'll
have
an
announcement
tomorrow,
who's
going
to
serve
on
the
committee.
It's
a
really
difficult
thing
when
you're
trying
to
narrow
it
down,
but
I
want
to
assure
the
public
that,
regardless
of
who
whomever
the
mayor,
selects
or
reselect
on
this
side,
we
will
have
a
definite
public
process.
O
But
we
want
to
have
some
results
and
some
real
solutions
when
the
weather
gets
warm.
Because
city
council
is
trying
to
do
a
all,
we
can
to
help
stem
the
violence
across
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
and
in
our
own,
in
downtown
Pittsburgh
in
our
own
neighborhoods
and
with
that
said,
is
there
anything
else
for
members,
so
we
should
have
that
Announcement
by
tomorrow
and
which
is
what
the
legislation
calls
for.
O
So
we
should
have
it
by
tomorrow
and
if
anybody
who
needs
further
information,
they
can
contact
our
office
and
we
also
have
a
city
we're
also
doing
a
training
for
new
employees
on
Thursday
and
I
want
to
thank
Madam
clerk
for
her
the
portion
that
she's
going
to
do
some
training
on
legisar
her
and
her
staff.
O
We
have
Council,
we
have
our
city
council,
solicitors,
doing
some
training,
Kim
and
my
office
is
doing
some
training,
Blake
and
councilman
conquel's
office
offered
to
do
some
help,
but
I
think
that
we
have
all
those
people
coming,
but
one
of
the
people
we
have
coming
back
just
to
help
us
a
little
bit
with
the
protocol.
For
this.
For
this
floor
is
Linda
Johnson
wassler
and
we're
really
excited
that
she's
going
to
come
back
and
you
know,
there's
been
a
lot
of
changes.
O
A
lot
of
new
people
added
to
our
floor
and
people
don't
necessarily
know
how
we
used
to
operate
here.
So
it's
it's
shocking
to
some
of
us
when
things
happen.
But
this
way
it
will
be.
We
at
least
all
know
the
protocol,
and
there
won't
be
no
reason
for
not
knowing
what
how
to
how
to
handle
things
on
the
floor.
So
with
that
said,
I
want
to
thank
everybody
on
that
team
for
pulling
it
all
together.
I
know,
Madam
clerk
is
doing
doing
things
at
one
time.
O
Okay
can
I
have
a
motion
to
excuse.
The
absent
member
who
I
want
to
say
is
home
recuperating
from
surgery.
Councilman
Krause
is
recuperating
and
it
should
be
out
for
several
more
weeks,
but
he's
insisting
he's
coming
back
next
week,
but
I'm
trying
to
convince
him
otherwise
excuse
the
absent
members
and
approve
the
medicine
adjourn.
The
meeting
I
moved.
Second,
any
all
in
favor.
