transit,

and
bike
friendly
built
environment.

to
healthier
communities
supported
by
education,
health
care,
senior
care,
recreation
and
human
supportive
services.

on
the
north
side,
warrington
avenue
in
the
south
side,
homewood
avenue
and
lormer
avenue
in
the
east
end
chartiers
avenue
in
the
west
end
center
avenue
in
the
hill
district
and
2nd
avenue
in
hazelwood.
The
avenues
of
hope
is
one
of
the
most
important
strategic
investment
plans
in
pittsburgh.
Black
communities
in
the
last
50
years
become
a
