adopted
a
variety
of
progressive
policies
to
increase
racial
equity,
diversity
and
inclusion.
Our
city
has
committed
to
the
10
principles
of
racial
equity.
The
city
of
pittsburgh
is
committed
to
one
eliminating
race-based
disparities
across
all
city
departments.
A
Two,
the
promotion,
inclusion
and
engagement
of
all
community
members,
especially
those
who
live
in
african-american,
neighborhoods,
three
systematically
and
deliberately
applying
a
racial
equity
lens
in
all
of
its
decision.
Making.
Four
exploring
coaching
and
training
opportunities
focused
on
eliminating
systematic
racism
and
white
privilege,
five
brothering
racial
equity
in
all
the
city's
authorities
and
promoting
racial
equity
to
the
larger
pittsburgh
community,
including
its
corporate
non-profit,
faith-based
and
community-based
organizations.
