If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Good
morning,
ladies
and
gentlemen,
welcome
to
our
promotion
ceremony.
My
name
is
Daryl
Jones
and
I'm,
the
chief
of
the
Pittsburgh
fire
Bureau
and
I'm
standing
here
with
to
my
right
director,
historic
director
of
Department
of
Public
Safety
and
Honorable
Mayor,
Bill
Peduto.
It
is
an
honor
and
a
pleasure
to
be
here
this
morning
to
recognize
the
accomplishment
of
some
firefighters
here.
If
this
is
one
of
the
exciting
days
before
we
get
started,
I
would
ask
that
everyone
please
stand
for
the
pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag,
I.
A
Pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag
of
the
United
States
of
America
and
to
the
Republic
for
which
it
stands,
one
nation
under
God,
indivisible
liberty
and
justice.
For
all,
please
be
seated
as
I
was
stating.
This
is
a
very
exciting
time
and
an
honorable
time,
two
good
days
in
a
pittsburgh
fire
bureau
are
the
days
that
we
graduate
recruits
and
the
days
that
we
promote
firefighters.
I
had
a
chance
to
talk
to
our
new
candidates
this
morning.
They
are
an
excellent
group
of
people.
A
We
are
excited
about
the
direction
that
the
pittsburgh
for
our
Bureau
is
moving
without
further
ado.
We're
not
going
to
stay
here
and
talk
all
day.
We're
going
to
get
this
done,
because
some
of
you
guys
need
to
go
out
and
celebrate
having
this
great
accomplishment,
and
so
you
have
the
days
off.
I
just
asked
that
you,
as
we
should
say
in
the
Marine
Corps,
we
had
a
promotion
with
tell
the
guy
to
go
and
wash
your
stripes
down.
That
meant.
A
Go
out,
have
a
couple
beers,
a
couple
of
drinks
to
celebrate
so
I'm,
going
to
ask
you
guys
to
go
out
and
wash
your
bugles
down.
I'm
just
going
to
ask
you
not
to
wash
them
off,
which
means
that
we
make
some
good
decisions
and
do
everything
with
some
limitations
so
to
move
further.
I
would
like
to
introduce
to
you
the
public
safety
director,
William
history
director.
Please.
B
Thank
You
chief
I'm
fortunate
enough
not
only
to
have
the
promotions
and
the
graduations
of
the
Pittsburgh
bureau
fire,
but
I
also
am
able
to
speak
to
the
police
and
emergency
medical
services,
so
this
is
five
months
in
and
as
chief
jones
indicated,
this
is
probably
the
best
part
of
the
job
is
the
promotions
and
the
graduations
of
the
recruits
and
the
promotion
of
the
firefighters,
the
paramedics
and
the
police
officers.
So
with
that
being
said,
each
of
you
are
taking
another
step,
important
step
in
your
career.
B
Your
those
leaders
that
I
just
mentioned
over
the
past
two
weeks
I
witnessed
the
great
work
which
each
of
you
have
done,
would
that
have
included
a
five-alarm
fire,
a
four-alarm
fire
and
two
three
alarm.
Fires
I
continue
to
be
impressed
by
the
leadership
and
hard
work
which
each
of
you
have
exhibited
on
a
daily
basis
by
the
men
of
men
and
women
of
the
Pittsburgh
bureau
fire.
B
Additionally,
I
was
extremely
pleased
that
there
was
actually
no
injuries
at
any
of
these
incidents.
Another
example
the
training
and
safety
precautions
that
have
been
stilled
by
the
Pittsburgh
purifiers
leadership
and
firefighters
and
the
training
academy.
With
that
being
said,
congratulations
good
luck
and
continue
to
stay
safe.
Thank
you.
C
Thank
You
chief
good
morning
so
today
is
a
very
special
day
and
over
the
course
of
about
the
past
three
years,
we've
had
a
lot
of
promotions,
a
lot
of
promotions
that
have
happened
within
the
bureau
of
fire
and
for
somebody
like
myself,
is
51
years
old,
I,
look
and
I
see
so
many
younger
people
that
are
coming
into
this
Bureau.
Now
look
and
I
see
people
that
I've
known,
go
up
the
ranks
and
getting
now
into
positions
of
command
staff
and
I
can
see
a
bureau.
That's
changing.
C
It
makes
me
proud
to
be
the
mayor
of
the
city.
This
Bureau
is
hitting
new
levels
and
it's
looking
at
new
ways
of
being
able
to
keep
our
people
safe.
There's,
there's
a
change
that
has
gone
in
to
how
we
can
keep
fires
from
starting.
There
are
changes
that
are
going
through,
not
only
in
this
city
but
throughout
the
world,
on
how
to
keep
people
safe
and
how
to
keep
our
firefighters
safe.
So
with
your
promotion
today,
your
role
expands.
It's
no
longer
about
you.
C
It's
about
everybody
around
you,
the
people
that
are
on
the
scene,
your
leadership,
skills,
your
constant
training
and
their
constant
training
to
make
sure
everyone
goes
home.
It's
about
the
people
of
Pittsburgh
and
taking
a
greater
role
in
protecting
them
in
an
expanded
role
of
what
firefighting
means.
It
means
the
first
line
of
defense
and
they
look
to
you
now
as
their
leaders
and
it's
an
honor
to
be
here
with
your
friends
and
your
family
on
this
very
special
day
because
you
earned
it.
C
These
promotions
are
based
upon
merit,
not
politics
and
they're,
putting
together
the
new
team
of
the
Pittsburgh
bureau
fire
as
we
bring
new,
recruit
class
after
new
recruit
class,
and
we
see
that
average
age
go
down
and
down
you're
now
the
ones
that
they'll
be
looking
up
to.
So
it's
my
honor
to
read
the
oath
of
office
and
as
I
state
your
name.
If
you
would
please
come
right
up
here
and
join
us
Christopher
gronski.

C
A
A
Thank
you
very
much.
Most
people
don't
realize.
Excuse
me
how
hard
these
guys
have
to
work
and
how
hard
they
have
to
study
to
pass
this
exam,
I
kind
of
realize
it,
because
I'm
the
one
who
comes
up
with
all
the
stuff
they
have
to
read
to
make
sure
they
pass
the
exam.
So
I
know
that
we
have
quality
people
on
this
list
and
quality
people
that
we
promote
and
I
think
they
deserve
all
the
kudos
that
they
can
get
at
this
time.
