B
A
A
Whereas
Mike
enjoys
his
grandchildren,
hunting
fishing,
campfires
and
spending
time
at
his
home
away
from
home
in
the
mountains
near
Somerset
he's
also
an
avid
golfer
and
whereas
the
Office
of
Management
budget
deeply
appreciates
Mike
for
his
dedicated
professionalism,
strong
work,
ethic
and
faithful
stewardship
of
the
CDBG
program.
Upholding
compliance
in
enforcing
HUD
regulations.
Now,
therefore,
be
it
resolved
that
I
will
Peduto.
A
Mayor
of
the
city
of
pittsburgh
commend
mike
Petrucci
for
his
years
of
dedication
to
the
people
of
pittsburgh,
awarding
him
the
November
mayor,
Sophie,
masloff,
Employee
of
the
Month
award
award
and
for,
furthermore,
declaring
November
28
2018
Mike
Petrucci
day
here
in
our
most
livable
city
of
Pittsburgh
Mike
on
behalf
of
the
people
of
Pittsburgh.
Thank
you.
It's
been
an
honor
to
work
with
you
for
23
of
those
38
years
and
I
can
say,
is
every
other
city
employee
who
has
had
that
honor
of
working
with
you,
you
taught
us
so
much.
A
You
are
the
bridge
between
the
federal
programs
in
the
implementation
of
money
to
being
spent
for
low-income,
neighborhoods
and
individuals
in
making
sure
that
that
CDBG
bridge
was
always
there
and
I
know
that
council
members
and
council
staff
drove
you
crazy
with
the
two
thousand
and
three
thousand
dollar
allegations.
But
you
were
able
to
work
through
all
of
that,
where
the
paperwork
alone
probably
cost
more
than
the
grant
exam.
C
A
That
organization
that
got
it
was
able
to
get
kids
out
and
playing
sports
that
had
kids
and
after-school
programs.
It
had
seniors
being
given
dignity
and
respect
in
every
time
it
had
your
fingerprint
on
it
because
it
would
never
have
happened
even
though
people
may
not
know
that
story
without
you
leading
that
effort
for
those
years.
Thank
you
and
also
want
to
present
this
to
you
as
well.
The
mayor,
Sophie
masloff
Employee
of
the
Month
award
presented
to
Mike
Patricia.
Thank
you.
A
D
Acting
director
of
Management
and
Budget
I
haven't
had
a
long
experience
working
with
you,
but
I
must
say.
Over
the
last
year
it's
been
very
pleasurable.
Our
whole
team
has
really
enjoyed
getting
to
know
and
working
with
the
cdbg
team.
Now
part
of
our
group
I
think
you're
leaving
a
good
legacy
behind
you,
a
good
staff,
that's
going
to
serve
the
city
for
years
to
come,
and
thank
you
for
all
your
honor.
Thank.
C
Thank
you.
Thank
you
for
your
words
mayor
and
the
and
I
also
want
to
thank
Mike
for
his
mentorship.
For
his
team,
I
mean
he
was
provided
a
great
deal
of
mentorship
for
his
team.
He
built
it.
He
continued
to
rebuild
his.
There
were
staff
changes
and
really
provided
a
model
for
everyone
in
his
discipline
and
in
his
commitment
to
the
work.
I
also
note
that
I
thanked
him
for
his
work
in
the
you
know,
he's
clear
leadership
through
the
transition
to
the
his
division.
C
This
is
not
the
time
or
place
for
this,
but
the
four
years
that
I
worked
with
him.
There
was
some
really
hard
things
that
Mike
had
to
be
the
point
person
for,
in
terms
of
when
you
are
the
administrator
for
federal
monies.
There
are
all
sorts
of
processes
and
reviews,
and
so
forth,
which
were,
let's
just
say
at
a
heightened
level,
for
at
least
three
of
the
four
years
and
Mike
got
through
it.
B
Now,
I'm
about
a
man
of
many
words
but
I'd
like
to
thank
everybody
for
these
awards,
I
appreciate
it
I
really
do
and
for
the
people
that
put
it
together
for
me,
I've
met
a
lot
of
colleagues.
A
lot
of
friends
through
38
years.
Couldn't
have
done
it
with
everybody
here,
especially
my
staff.
I've
always
said
that
you're
as
good
as
your
staff
and
I
feel
I
have
a
great
staff,
and
they
made
me
look
good
so
again.
