From YouTube: Clean Pittsburgh Commission Meeting - 7/14/22
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
it
looks
like
we
are,
recording
and
live
on
youtube.
I'm
going
to
be
trying
to
put
this
on
our
facebook
channel,
so
we
can
share,
live
as
well.
I'll
also
be
leaving
us
today,
as
laurie
is
feeling
a
little
bit
under
the
weather,
so
we
can
get
started.
Let
me
look
at
our
agenda.
A
I'm
gonna
be
skipping
the
the
reading
of
the
mission
for
right
now,
because
I
don't
have
it
in
front
of
me.
What
we
can
do
is
put
up
our
agenda
for
review
and
approval
up
for
a
vote.
Has
everybody
seen
our
agenda?
Do
you
want
me
to
share
our
screen.
A
All
right
do
we
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
agenda,
no
motion
to
approve.
A
Excellent,
all
right,
let's
move
on
I'll,
stop
sharing
my
screen
now
into
previous
minutes.
I'll
keep
sharing.
My
screen
erica
hasn't
been
able
to
join
us
for
the
past
couple
months,
so
she
is
behind
on
having
our
minutes
available
to
us
our
last
meeting
that
we
had
in
april.
This
is
the
minutes
from
the
meeting
I
shared
this
in
our
calendar,
probably
only
15
20
minutes
ago,
so
we
could
take
a
second
to
review
these
april
minutes.
A
She'll
be
working
for
our
next
meeting
to
have
the
last
few
months
up
and
ready
to
share
with
everybody.
I
will
very
slowly
scroll
through
this,
so
everyone
can
see.
B
My
only
comment
is
that
my
last
name
is
spelled
wrong
so
that
I
motion
to
not
approve.
I
don't
know
with
the
with
those
adjustments
to
my
last
name:
that'd
be
sweet.
B
I
don't
know
what
how
I
don't
know
how
that
hat
like
what,
where
we
are
with
that,
if
I'm
holding
it
up
because
of
my
last
name
being
misspelled
but
yeah,
that's
the
only
thing.
Only
problem
I
have
with
these
minutes.
A
All
right,
we
will
put
up
a
motion
after
scroll
down
here
to
conditionally
approve
with
the
the
change
that
amie
has
suggested
and
we'll
we'll
make
sure
that
that's
next
meeting
have
this
and
our
other
meeting
minutes
available
for
everybody.
Does
anybody
see
anything
else
that
needs
changed.
A
All
right,
I
move
to
have
this
approved
with
the
conditional
change
of
amie's
name.
E
E
A
All
right,
it
looks
like
we
have
the
approval
great,
so
moving
right
along
to
our
agenda.
We
have
a
guest
this
week,
or
this
month,
adam
nye
from
the
pittsburgh
center
for
creative
reuse.
He's
got
a
presentation
for
us
about
his.
Let
me
stop
sharing
my
screen
here.
A
All
right.
I
think
I
already
did
that
all
right,
so
adam
and
I
you
can
take
it
away.
Do
you
have
permission
to
share
your
screen?
Can
you
see
that.
F
It
looks
like
I
do.
I.
B
A
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Thank
you
amir.
My
name
is
chris
mitchell.
I'm
co-chair
of
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
and
anti-litter
specialist
for
department
of
public
works.
I
will
go
over
to
lori
beth
if
she's
on
camera,
there.
C
Oh
and
I
live
in
crafton
heights.
Westside
we'll
go
to
emily.
D
Hi,
I'm
emily
tosny,
I'm
the
zero
waste
pennsylvania
program
manager
at
pennsylvania,
resources
council
and
am
outside
the
city
in
millvale
and
I'll
go
to
afton.
G
E
Oh
my
looks
like
that's
wrong:
I'm
mirna
newman,
I'm
the
executive
director
of
alligator,
clean
ways
and
I
live
in
polish
hill
and
I
will
popcorn
to
let
me
see
who's
still
erica
erica,
yeah.
Sorry.
B
B
No
alex
is,
he
is
in
the
and
from
the
c
channel,
so
both
of
those
profiles,
so
I
think
we're
done
but
erica
young
is
from
she's
from
waste
management.
I
don't
want
to
miss
title
her,
but
she's
from
waste
management,
and
I
guess
we
will
hope
that
she
gets
her
mic
on
at
some
point
but
yeah.
A
And
that
leaves
us
with
our
guest,
adam
nye,.
F
Hello,
everyone,
yes,
so
so
I'm
adam
thanks
for
having
me
today.
My
workplace
is
at
winchester
thurston
school,
but
I
am
also
the
president
of
the
board
of
directors
for
pittsburgh
center
for
creative
reuse
and
I
live
in
highland
park.
I
would
love
to
share
with
you
today
a
little
bit
about
pittsburgh
center
for
creative
reuse
and
I'll
be
honest.
F
The
the
the
goal
of
this
is
not
only
to
share
our
great
work,
but
also
to
do
a
little
bit
of
recruitment
for
our
board,
either
from
folks
on
this
group
or
sharing
out
with
your
network.
So
I'll
share
a
little
bit
more
about
that.
F
At
the
end,
I
do
have
a
powerpoint
just
to
give
you
a
sense
of
one
to
keep
me
on
track,
but
then
also,
I
have
lots
of
pictures
to
give
you
a
sense
of
the
organization,
but
just
out
of
curiosity,
has
everyone
heard
of
pittsburgh
center
for
creative
reuse?
F
Well,
you're
going
to
hear
about
us.
No,
so
let
me
share
my
screen.
F
Oh
okay,
thanks,
so
we
are
located
in
the
point
breeze
neighborhood
of
pittsburgh.
We
are
in
the
same
building
as
construction
junction,
so
if
you've
heard
of
them
we're
in
the
rear
of
that
building-
and
our
mission
is
to
inspire
creativity,
conservation
and
community
engagement
through
reuse,
so
we
started
about
well.
We
have
a
few
different
dates.
F
F
We
also
have
you
know
a
few
points
as
far
as
our
programmatic
goals
and
that's
to
provide
more
education,
around
creativity
and
sustainability,
providing
a
sustainable
option
for
folks
to
get
rid
of
the
items
that
they
don't
want.
F
Most
of
our
well,
I
would
say
almost
all
of
our
items
are
very
low
cost,
and
so
you
know
access
to
those
low-cost
materials
for
educators
and
artists
is
a
goal
of
ours
and
then
partnerships
with
other
community
organizations
so
that
we
can
spread
our
mission
and
you
know,
try
to
address
environmental
justice
conservation,
and
so
that's
that's
part
of
our
work
too
and
I'll
talk
about
how
we
do
that
in
a
minute.
F
So
what
we
do
is
our
main
operation
is
a
non-traditional
art
supply
shop
and
that's
where
we're
located
in
the
point
breeze.
F
F
F
After
that,
we
transitioned
to
a
very
rough
store
space
that
was
in
the
attic
of
construction
junction
and
really
just
you
know,
super
low
cost
materials,
a
lot
of
free
items,
folks
coming
in
and
getting
what
they
needed
and
then
in
2011
we
moved
to
our
current
space
and,
like
I
said,
that's
in
the
rear
of
construction
junction
accessed
on
lexington
avenue,
and
you
can
see
it's
a
bigger
space
and
you
can
see
some
of
the
signs
that
we
have
art
supplies,
different
media.
F
F
And
then
so,
just
some
common
questions.
Everything
is
donated
from
businesses
nonprofits
people
from
the
community.
We
are
not
super
selective,
but
we
really
try
to
focus
on
items
that
we
know
will
sell
and
will
be
properly
reused.
We
don't
take
anything
that
people
submit,
so
we
definitely
do
have
a
process
where
we
make
sure
that
we're
actually
going
to
be
able
to
sell
and
reuse
those
items.
F
That
being
said,
we
do
take
a
lot
of
items
that
are
not
typically
accepted
at
regular
thrift
stores.
You
know
those
kind
of
like
half
used
craft
supplies
or
office
supplies.
F
F
As
far
as
our
budget
goes
almost,
I
think
80
of
our
operating
funds
come
from
shop
sales,
so
the
shop
really
is
our
main
operation.
Of
course
we
do
get
grants.
We
do
programming
in
schools
and
libraries
and
other
community
organizations
like
I
said
we
have
sponsorships
for
special
events
and
then,
of
course,
we
have
a
fundraising
initiative
from
individuals,
foundations
and
corporations.
F
Creative
education
programs
are
another
essential
part
of
our
operation.
So
during
covid
we
launched
a
new
virtual
learning
experience
and
a
diy
kit
program
where
you
could
have
kids
mailed
to
your
house
and
they're
kind
of
ready
to
go
all
the
materials
and
instructions
that
you
need,
but
we
also
do
custom
activities
for
groups
hands-on
workshops.
I'll
have
some
examples.
There
we
have
field
trips,
we
do
art
parties,
birthday
parties,
professional
development
for
educators,
and
then
we
participate
in
large-scale
public
events.
Probably
the
largest
one
is
the
three
rivers
art
festival.
F
We
run
their
kind
of
creative
zone,
but
also
doing
pop-ups
at
neighborhood
festivals,
we're
at
picklesburgh
this
weekend.
So
we
we
are
at
lots
of
different
events
and
then
these
are
a
few
visuals
of
the
great
creative
education
programming
that
we
do
and
then
just
another
tidbit
of
information.
We
do
have
a
creative
education
program
staff,
but
we
contract
with
a
whole
list
of
teaching
artists
so
really
trying
to
financially
support
and
give
educational
opportunities
work
opportunities
to
teaching
artists
who
are
in
the
community.
F
So
a
lot
of
really
fun
programs,
the
kids
and
adults
always
come
up
with
interesting
projects
and
ideas.
We
do
offer
our
programming
on
a
sliding
scale
so
based
on
the
the
organization
that
we're
working
with
in
their
budget
a
lot
of
free
programs
that
are
through
grants.
F
And
we
do
have
adult
programming.
One
of
the
best
examples
is
craftacle,
which
is
kind
of
a
top
chef.
You
get
a
box
of
materials,
craft
materials
and
you
have
to
create
something
in
30
minutes
and
then
you're
judged
by
all
the
participants
and
then
there's
a
kind
of
like
high
stakes,
show-off
of
the
top
three
winners.
F
So
then
our
impact
in
2021
we
had
400
material
donations.
2021
was
a
little
bit
of
a
strange
year
because
of
covid.
We
typically
have
around
5
000
material
donations,
425
participants
in
virtual
learning
programs.
During
a
normal
year
about
10
000
in
hands-on
programming
average
year,
25
000
visits
to
the
shop
in
the
online
store
around
3000
volunteer
hours
during
a
normal
year
and
then
last
year,
kind
of
on
the
flip.
We
actually
received
our
highest
amount
of
individual
donations
at
41
thousand
dollars.
F
Our
averager
is
about
15.,
so
we
are
seeing
our
community
really
investing
in
us
through
the
through
the
pandemic,
which
we
appreciate
and
then
we're
a
small
group.
So
we
have
five
staff
members
and
fourteen
board
members.
Those
are
people
who
work
in
the
office
as
well
as
the
shop
and
then
just
really
quickly
I'll
go
through
our
strategic
vision.
F
So
we
launched
a
strategic
plan
right
during
covet,
which
was
interesting
because
it
was
an
opportunity
to
kind
of
pivot
the
organization
in
a
new
way
and
it's
broken
up
into
six
program
areas.
So
programming
we'll
continue
to
strengthen
our
existing
programs,
but
then
also
do
a
lot
of
community
partnerships
to
think
about
new
programs
based
on
kind
of
the
emerging
needs
of
our
community
and,
of
course,
always
aligning
to
what
foundations
and
other
funders
would
like
to
see
in
the
community
a
renewed
focus
on
diversity,
equity,
inclusion
and
access.
F
So
doing
like
a
pretty
significant
internal
audit
of
our
policies
and
practices
and
then
again,
partnering
with
the
community
to
see
how
our
organization
can
meet
their
needs
and
address
important
issues
such
as
environmental
justice
in
the
community,
institutional
and
programmatic
marketing.
So
broadening
our
community,
our
customer
base
looking
at
funder
funding
opportunities,
getting
more
people
invested
in
the
organization
development,
it's
just
as
it
sounds
shopping
facilities.
F
So
that
leads
me
to
and
sorry
I
kind
of
sped
through
that.
But
I
can
share
the
slides
after
if
it's
of
interest
to
anybody.
But
that
leads
me
to
the
opportunity
that
I
would
really
like
to
discuss
today,
which
is
our
board
of
directors.
We
have
14
current
board
members
who
represent
every
area
of
the
city.
F
So,
if
you're
interested
in
joining
our
board-
or
you
think
somebody
from
your
network
might
be
interested,
we
are
seeking
new
board
members
for
the
january
2023
term
and,
like
I
said,
that's
a
two-year
term,
and
these
are
the
areas
of
expertise
that
we're
really
looking
for
general
business
and
finance
human
resources,
law,
strategic
planning
or
change
management,
real
estate
and
development,
community
engagement
and
then,
hopefully,
everyone
that
we
bring
onto
the
board
will
have
some
sort
of
familiarity
with
dei
work
and
environmental
issues,
of
course,
or
at
least
a
commitment
in
those
two
things.
F
So,
like
I
said,
if
you
are
interested,
I
would
love
to
hear
from
you.
I'm
sure
that
there
are
folks
on
the
call
who
have
really
strong
networks
across
the
city
in
different
areas.
So
if
you
know
anybody
who
might
be
interested
feel
free
to
pass
this
on
to
them
or
connect
them
with
me,
I
can
put
my
email
in
the
chat.
If
there
is
one
or
not,
I
can
share
that
with
christopher
after
the
call.
F
Okay,
that's
everything.
I
have
any
questions
for
me
and
I
really
appreciate
you
taking
the
time
to
listen.
B
No,
but
this
was
great
thank
you,
yeah
very
excited
to
be
a
part
of
the
board
and
there's
a
lot
going
on
behind
the
scenes.
It's
you
know,
I
think,
like
any
commission
or
board
it's
a
little.
It
can
be
a
little
slow
at
times,
but
you
know
when
exciting
things
happen,
there's
something
to
celebrate,
especially
as
we
reuse
and
take
things
keep
things
from
entering
the
environment.
I
really
love
this
cause,
but
chris
go
ahead.
A
A
Also,
we
have
tests
amir
with
finding
a
great
way
for
you
guys
to
get
involved
with
this
year's
olympics.
So
I
look
forward
to
talking
about
that
and
what
we
can
do
together.
B
Yeah,
I
we
had
a
little
bit
of
a
slow
start
there
over
the
last
month,
but
we
finally
had
a
meeting
recently
about
the
garbage
olympics
and
ours
is
going
to
be
september,
17th
right
and
when
is
practical
this
year,
do
you
have
a
date
yet
for
that.
F
I
don't
think
we
have
an
official
date,
but
it's
usually
the
end
of
october,
like
the
week
before.
Okay.
B
All
right,
yeah
so
I'll,
be
in
touch
about
this
more
specific
thing
that
that
I've
kind
of
thought
let
fall
off
the
waist.
I
want
to
be
honest,
but
yeah.
So
yes,
I'm
really
excited
how
we
can
work
together
and
like
make
it
a
a
two
month.
Long
keep
track
like
waste
out
of
our
environment
and
be
creative
about
it
extravaganza
so,
but
yeah.
F
A
G
A
All
right
garbage
olympics,
we
have
announced
the
the
date
is
going
to
be
september
17th
this
week
we
have
reached
out
to
all
previous
years
teams
captains
to
give
them
their
kind
of
first
dibs
of
registering
their
teams
and
they've
done.
So
we
I
think
we
have
somewhere
between
10
and
15
neighborhoods,
already
said,
signed
up
we'll
we'll
give
them
one
more
email,
probably
by
the
end
of
friday,
saying
the
last
chance
before
we
go
wide
with
to
the
public.
A
So
starting
on
monday,
sept
or
monday
july,
18th
we're
going
to
have
the
big
public
push
of
register.
Your
neighborhood
register
yourself
to
your
neighborhood
team
and
we'll
be
doing
that
continuously
until
the
the
actual
date
of
september
17th.
So
anybody
who
wants
to
get
involved,
please
let
us
know-
we've
got
a
ongoing
meeting
set
up
for
for
planning
the
garbage
olympics,
but
we've
got
a
pretty
good
start,
even
though
we
had
a
very
late
start
this
year.
I
think
a
lot
of
things
are
falling
into
place.
A
We've
learned
a
lot
from
previous
years
where
we
need
to
improve
and
the
things
that
are
working.
We've
got
pretty
on
track.
Very
little
work
to
do
on
the
things
that
are
working,
so
I'm
very
excited
to
announce
that
and
stay
tuned
for
more
information,
especially
once
we
go
live
we'll
want
a
lot
of
that
shared
through
your
channels
as
well.
So
that'll
start
next
week.
Do
we
have
any
questions
about
the
garbage
olympics.
A
Awesome
all
right
moving
right
along
then.
Oh,
I
think
that
was
item
number
six.
So
I
skipped
item
number
five
I'll
go
to
that
ballot.
Bin
updates,
I
don't
know
where
we
left
off
with
ballot
bins.
Last
time
we
talked,
but
as
of
right
now
there
are
two
of
the
first
ones
placed
at
the
city
county
building,
it's
already
generating
some
buzz.
A
I
have
had
multiple
news
outlets
wanting
to
reach
out
and
talk
about
these
things
because
they're
just
so
interesting
to
look
at
so
that's
very
exciting.
We
also
are
going
to
be
this
week,
either
today
or
tomorrow,
reaching
out
to
all
of
our
initial
applicants
in
the
avenues
of
hope
and
nighttime
economy
districts.
A
We
had
about
24
applications
all
together
for
this
first
wave
and
for
all
of
them
were
going
to
be
either
approving
yes
immediately
or
a
yes,
but
there
are
some
all
the
ones
that
we
have
that
have
permission
to
place
exactly
where
they
want
it.
They
are
the
the
property
owners
and
things
like
that.
We're
giving
an
immediate
yes
to
and
we'll
be
working
with,
placing
as
soon
as
possible.
Everyone
who
does
not
have
the
obvious
ownership
over
the
area
we're
going
to
give
a
conditional.
A
Yes,
let's
work
together
on
so
out
of
those
areas
like
I
said,
we
have
24
applications.
Some
of
them
ask
for
multiple
at
some
locations,
we're
expecting
to
have
somewhere
between
10
and
15
left
over
from
this
initial
wave
and
we'll
be
looking
to
place
in
in
the
areas
that
were
finding
gaps.
Surprisingly
enough,
the
south
side,
carson
street,
did
not
request
any
and
that's
weird,
because
there's
a
lot
of
cigarettes
there.
So
that's
where
we're
going
to
want
to
look
to
find
partners
to
work
with
go
ahead.
A
B
Hi,
yes,
so
I
you
know
part
of
this
programming.
I
was
hoping
to
procure
more
of
the
more
boring
regular
infrastructure
for
collecting
cigarette
butts,
the
ones
that
you
see
perhaps
down
downtown.
I
saw
some
in
brookline
the
other
day,
but
I
am
having
a
hard
time
getting
in
contact
with
keeping
america
beautiful.
I
sent
you
an
email
mirna
about
it.
I
hope
I
sent
it
honestly.
B
It
could
still
be
in
my
drafts,
but
I
was
curious
to
know
if
you
had
a
good
contact
that
you
could
share
with
me
for
keep
america
beautiful.
I
it
could
be
any
contact.
I
just
I
think
my
guy
either
like
left
the
company
or
is
something
unfortunate
happened
to
him
so
and
I've
just
been
trying
to
get
in
contact
with
anyone
so
that
we
can,
you
know,
fulfill.
You
know,
click
close
up
some
more
of
those
gaps
that
won't
have
the
fun
ballot
band
in
them.
B
So
do
you
have
anyone
probably.
B
Totally,
no,
that's
fine,
I
was,
I
know,
I'd
get
in
contact
with
you
anyway,
but
I
was
just
curious
if
you
had
a
good
lead
but
yeah
we'll
we'll
keep
that
on
email
and
hopefully
I
can
get
in
contact.
We'll
keep
america
beautiful
at
some
point,
but
thank
you.
A
I'm
going
to
share
my
screen
real
quick.
This
is
a
map
of
where
the
applicants
have
asked
for
the
bins
to
be
placed.
So
we
can
see
it's
spread
out
pretty
good.
We
do
want
to
get
concentrate
a
little
bit
more
on
the
south
side
flats
there
with
our
next
waves
and
and
some
of
these
are
clustered-
and
we
say:
okay,
they
maybe
get
they
have
asked
for
four
in
a
very
close
amount
of
space.
A
Let's
give
them
maybe
two
something
like
that,
so
those
are
going
to
be
sort
of
negotiated,
but
we're
very
pleased
with
with
how
many
people
are
are
interested
in
these.
So
far,.
A
Excellent
all
right
do
we
have
any
questions
about
the
ballot
bins,
we're
an
easy
group
today,
moving
right
along
to
finance
committee
updates!
Oh
wait!
I'm
sorry!
I
do
have
one
more
thing
about
the
ballot
bins.
Each
bim
comes
with
a
plastic
key.
It
looks
like
this.
A
It
is
a
very
strange
key
and
we're
since
we
are
placing
these
all
over
and
asking
people
to
take
care
of
them
in
front
of
their
businesses
and
residences,
and
things
like
that,
we're
I'm
thinking
it
might
behoove
us
to
get
some
of
these
keys
as
extras
in
case
whoever's
looking
out
after
it
loses
it.
So
we're
looking
into
pricing
how
much
it
would
cost
to
find
these
very
weird
keys
and
have
some
just
kind
of
tucked
away
in
case
we
ever
need
to
to
replace
one.
A
So
that
might
be
a
budget.
Ask
we're
coming
to
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
with
by
next
month
or
or
our
next
meeting,
rather
so,
keep
an
eye
out
for
that
and
we'll
we'll
add
that
to
our
finance
and
our
budget
spreadsheet,
and
everything
like
that
anyway.
Sorry
about
that.
Yes,.
A
B
A
They
referred
us
to
the
the
people
they
got
this
from
the
company,
they
have
the
the
locks
and
key
they
buy
the
locks
and
keys
from
they
only
have
a
one-to-one
ratio.
A
So
when
they
it
comes
at
least
from
hubbub's
side
who
who
provides
the
ballot
bin
so
we'll
have
to
go
directly
to
the
key
maker,
which
is
in
the
lock
and
key
maker
southco
we're
going
to
have
to
probably
order
from
them
or
distributors
to
get
the
keys
individually
hub
does
not
have
those
extra
so
we're
pricing
that
out
right
now
and
we'll
be
back
next
time
we
meet
with
with
a
request
for
maybe
20
10
keys,
something
like
that.
Nothing
exorbitant.
We
don't
need
one
per
one
of
what
we've
got.
G
Hi
I've
been
out
of
the
loop
a
little
bit,
but
I,
as
I
know
I
don't
have
any
finance
committee
updates
as
per
our
last
budget,
and
let
me
see
if
I
can
pull
it
up,
so
everybody
can
see
my
screen.
C
G
Can
everybody
see
that
yep
okay
great?
So
this
is
our
budget
so
far
for
2022,
we
do
have
money
set
aside
for
our
neighborhood
of
focus.
Let's
see,
I
think,
we're
still
showing
that
we
were
thinking
about
doing
something,
possibly
in
esplin.
I
know
that
they
were.
We
were
trying
to
do
some
stuff
in
the
previous
year
that
did
not
come
through,
but
we
do
want
to
still
show
some
esplin
love.
G
Our
city
surveillance
cameras
for
the
year
allegheny
electric
and
I
think
the
allegheny
electric
is
who
helps
to
goes
along
with
the
city's
surveillance
cameras
in
terms
of
making
sure
that
they
actually
have
power
to
my
understanding,
garbage
olympics.
We
have
two
thousand
dollars
set
aside.
The
literati
license
for
this
year
is
back
to
being
five
thousand.
G
We
are
now
working
with,
I
believe,
prc
on
e-waste
going
forward,
and
I
know
that
at
some
point
we
were
still
in
the
midst
of
figuring
out
contracting
for
that.
So
we
have
a
total
of
23
334
dollars
and
three
cents
that
we
have
set
aside
and
that's
all
I
have
right
now.
Does
anybody
else
have
any
updates
of
things
that
they
know?
That
needs
to
be
added
to
this.
B
Yes,
I
think
we
did
have
the
esplin
event
right.
Okay,
so
we
are
just
I
I
don't
know
where
we
are
as
far
as
invoicing
for
that
emily.
Well,
you
popped
on.
You
have
an
update,
yeah.
D
We
did
have
the
esplin
event
and
it
was
under
budget
because
there
wasn't
as
much
e-waste
collected
from
that
as
we
thought
we
would
find.
So
I'm
not
sure
what
that
ultimately
came
down
to.
But
I
know
sarah
has
those
numbers
from
excuse
me
from
e-loop.
E
I
think
what
had
happened
sorry
to
interrupt
you.
Emily
sorry
was
that
that
I
think
your
cbg
funding
may
have
covered
the
cost
yeah.
That
was
probably
so
then
I'm
not
exactly.
I
wish
sarah
was
here
because
for
some
reason,
then
you
covered
our
dumpster
cost,
which
I
think
was
what
was
there.
E
And
yeah
so
and-
and
I
had
asked
before
you
know
how
to
submit
our
our
staff
hour-
you
know
that
the
cost,
which
is
also
the
low
budget
but
yeah
just
don't
I'll
talk
I'll
touch
base
with
you,
often
about
that.
A
Okay,
I'm
sorry
I
was
going
to
say
sarah
said
she
wasn't
able
to
make
it
today,
but
does
want
to
have
a
budget.
You
know
subcommittee
meeting
and
we
want
everyone
who
who's
interested
in
hammering
this
stuff
out.
We
want
to
do
in
early
august,
so
watch
out
for
an
email
for
that
to
join,
so
we
can
hammer
out
some
of
those
details.
I
also
know
that
allegheny
city
electric,
that
356
was
for
fixing
one
of
our
outlets
for
our
cameras.
I
I
did
submit
that
to
dave
osterman
for
payment.
A
It
didn't
go
through
a
p
card,
so
it's
likely
has
been
paid.
So
these
are
some
of
the
details.
We
should
probably
figure
out
in
early
august
when
we
meet
I'll
I'll
come
back
with
more
information
about
that
invoice
from
allegheny
city,
electric.
G
Good
to
know
yeah,
I
know
that
some
of
the
things
if
they
are
on
contract,
we
can't
do
a
p
card
transaction
for
it,
so
it
doesn't
actually
go
through
me.
So
yeah.
Those
are
some
important
details
and
we
can
get
that
flushed
out.
So
that's
great,
so
we
have
spent
some
money.
That's
wonderful
and
we
will
come
back
in
august
with
more
complete
details
as
to
what
our
current
budget
is.
Then.
B
I
do
have
one
question
as
alicia
alicia's
out
for
a
good
bit
of
time
and
I'm
not
sure
how
to
go
forward
with
the
e-waste
subsidies,
because
you
know
it's
like
we're
all.
Basically
what
we're
all
trying
to
subsidize
is,
you
know
you
know,
prc
is
our
vendor
and
prc's
on
the
con
on
on
on
the
commission.
So
I
know
there's
some
there's
a
host
of
things
in
there
and
alicia
was
gonna
help
us
as
an
outside.
You
know
entity
kind
of
take
that
on.
B
I
have
not
taken
a
look
at
where
she
was
when
the
last
time
she
was
looking
at
this,
but
if
we
were
going
to
have
at
least
two
events
this
this
fall
one
in
deb,
gross's
district
and
the
other
one
in
teresa
hale
smith's
district.
At
least
we
have
a
contract
for
four
excuse
me,
so
I'm
not
even
sure
if
we
will
even
get
to
figuring
out
how
to
use
this
money
in
a
way.
That's
not
like.
B
I
don't
know
nasty
right
and
not
that
I
don't
even
know
what
the
word
is,
but
you
know
we
want
to
use
it
honestly
right.
So
I
I'm
not
sure,
but
if
we
do
have
another
use
for
this
money,
I
guess
we
can
go
ahead
and
try
to
move
it
in
that
direction
and
then,
maybe
in
the
next
year,
since
we
have
a
hard
time
spending
money.
B
Sometimes
if
we
know
how
to
spend
the
money
just
put
the
money
there
so
right
now,
I
think
e-waste
subsidies
is
probably
something
that
might
not
get
spent
on.
So.
G
That's
fair
yeah.
We
don't
want
to
make
sure
that
we
are
not
sort
of
butting
heads
or
I'm
double
dipping
in
a
sense,
so
yeah.
We
can
hash
that
out
in
august.
At
our
august
meeting.
A
As
part
of
our
august
meet
with,
since
some
of
that
probably
need
to
be
relocated
and
moved
around
and
some
of
the
things
that
end
up
costing
less
than
we
thought
we
may
be
making
a
larger
ask
for
the
garbage
olympics.
Usually
we
spend
all
two
thousand
dollars
on
litter
grabbers,
but
after
we
last
year
split
that
up
between
60
teams
or
56
teams.
Was
that
credit
46
teams?
A
However
many
it
was
that's
only
two
to
three
grabbers
per
team,
so
I
think
there
there
is
a
greater
need
that
we
we
could
probably
spend
towards
that
for
supplies
for
our
volunteers,
but
between
our
august.
You
know,
after
during
our
august
budget
committee,
we'll
we'll
hammer
out
some
of
these
details
about
where
we
may
want
to
move
things
around
and
then
bring
it
up
for
a
vote
at
our
next
meeting.
G
A
Awesome
all
right
that
brings
us
into
our
next
topic,
which
is
our
yearly
meeting
with
the
mayor.
We've
put
in
a
request
with
the
mayor's
office.
Typically,
these
meetings
happen
in
july
or
august,
so
we're
pushing
right
now
to
see
if
he
has
time
for
us
to
meet
in
august
to
let
him
know
what
we've
done
for
the
year.
A
Our
requests
directly
to
the
city-
I
don't
have
a
specific
yes
or
no
on
if
that's
going
to
be
happening
in
august
or
not,
the
mayor's
office
has
been
incredibly
busy
ever
since
they
took
office,
but
typically
that
meeting
takes
place
of
our
monthly
meeting.
A
So
usually
we
don't
reconvene
like
this
in
august
or
july
whenever
we
meet
with
the
mayor,
so
tentatively
we're
going
to
assume
that
we'll
be
meeting
with
the
mayor
in
august
and
and
not
have
a
meeting
like
this,
but
that
may
change
I'm
going
to
be
having
that
conversation
a
lot
over
the
next
couple
weeks
to
to
really
nail
down
what
our
august
looks
like.
A
So
please
keep
an
eye
out
for
emails,
and
calendar
invites
and
stuff
like
that
as
to
whether
we're
holding
a
normal
meeting
or
meeting
with
the
mayor
in
august
is
there,
and
if
we
are
meeting
with
the
mayor
in
august
as
we're
supposed
to,
we
should
probably
schedule
a
planning
meeting
as
well,
so
keep
an
eye
out
for
an
email.
A
Three
three
meeting
emails,
basically
one
our
budget
committee
early
august,
two,
if
we
are
meeting
with
the
mayor,
we'll
have
two
requests
there:
a
planning
meeting
and
the
actual
meeting
with
the
mayor
itself
and
then
the
last
one
would
be
if
we
can't
meet
with
the
mayor,
we'll
just
meet
as
normal
for
our
august
thursday
date.
B
A
Yes,
it
is
in
urban
laws,
so
this
is
what
we
told
the
mayor's
assistance
that
we
are
required
to
have
this
meeting
with
him.
A
A
We
have
lost
many
many
members
out
of
this
commission
this
past
year.
Erica
ninis
out
of
university
of
pitt
is
our
latest.
Who
has
a
new
and
wonderful
opportunity.
We
wish
her
all
the
best,
so
we're
also
on
a
membership,
drive
much
like
pittsburgh
center
for
creative
reuse.
A
We
have
talked
to
somebody
from
pitt
for
to
replace
erica
and
we've
been
talking
to
a
couple
other
people,
but
if
you
know
anybody
community
members
non-profits
anybody
who
would
be
interested
in
joining
them
with
commission
we've
struggled
the
past
few
months
to
have.
You
know,
barely
make
quorum
at
this
point,
so
we
do
want
to
up
our
numbers,
get
more
participation
and
any
and
the
people
that
we
do
have
kind
of
lined
up
for
recommendations
right
now.
A
E
I'll
go,
we
have
another
two
day.
Clean
up
in
some
scene
might
be,
our
last
hopefully
will
be.
The
last
might
not
be,
though,
depends
on
how
many
people
show
up
and
what
we
get
done,
but
we're
nearing
the
end
for
sure,
and
it's
saturday
and
sunday
there's
also
a
cleanup
on
the
riverfront
on
saturday
in
lawrenceville,
on
at
40th
street.
D
I'll
update
prce,
I'm
not
super
aware
of
everything,
that's
going
on,
because
I've
been
out
with
code
in
the
last
couple
days,
but
I
know
that
we've
got
our
next
hhw
collection
with
the
city
this
saturday,
I
will
be
there.
My
quarantine
will
be
over
it
ends
today.
That's
good,
but
I'll
be
masked
and
we
are
doing
the
e-waste
collections
there
as
well.
D
We've
been
doing
our
e-waste
collections
out
in
south
park
too,
so
lots
of
opportunities
for
electronic
waste
recycling
all
around
allegheny
county
city,
and
we
are
still
in
the
midst
of
hiring
for
one
additional
position
at
prc.
I
think
we're
almost
almost
wrapped
up
with
interviews
for
those
and
we'll
be
at
deutsche
music
festival
next
weekend
on
the
north
side,
doing
zero
waste
and
yeah.
D
So
the
glass
collaborative
has
launched
a
bunch
of
new
stuff
as
well,
which
I'm
not
super
familiar
with
all
the
all
the
different
placements,
but
our
website,
prc.org
glass,
has
all
that
information
on
it.
If
you're
looking
to
recycle
glass,
specifically
yeah.
B
I'll
go
after
that,
yeah
emily.
Thank
you
for
bringing
up
our
collections
yeah.
We
are
having
our
second
collection
at
here
at
environmental
services
for
household
houses,
waste
of
the
summer
last
I
heard
it
was
just
about
sold
out.
B
This
is
still
part
of
our
soft
launch
for
hhw
collections,
which
are
happening
once
a
month.
Excuse
me,
and
we
will
hopefully
be
putting
putting
out
press
very
shortly
after
that
event,
to
celebrate
how
how
well
this
has
been
going.
So
far
as
we
had
our
twice
a
week,
electronic
collections-
and
you
know
coming
up
our
second
successful
hhw
collections
so
we'll
make
that
more
widely
published.
B
It
is
by
registration,
we're
trying
to
get
everyone
on
the
register
still
just
to
keep
the
traffic
low,
as
we
still
aren't
an
active
location
for
trucks
that
come
to
rest
after
work
has
given
them
their
their
person
yeah
these
trucks
for
people
anyway,
so
yeah,
so
those
are
great
and
our
glass
collection
has
been
going
very
well
as
well,
and
we
use
the
same
processor
for
the
glass
collected
as
prc
does,
and
it
gets
directly
to
the
processor,
which
is
great
and
what
we
want
to
see.
B
But
yeah
environmental
services
is
still
kicking
still
putting
out
bins.
Still,
you
know
doing
the
trash
collection
and
the
best
that
we
can
with
people
we
got
and
hard
work.
They
do,
but
yeah
that's
pretty
much
it
from
environmental
services
or
at
least
from
from
recycling.
A
For
a
member
update,
another
thing
we're
going
to
be
bothering
the
mayor
with,
even
though
I
don't
want
to
say
bother,
but
he
has
asked
for
an
anti-litter
campaign
as
part
of
his
gaining
transition
report.
A
So
we've
been
working
on
that
we've
been
getting
approvals
for
for
the
the
asks
and
everything
we
want
for
a
anti-glitter
campaign
to
look
like
and
we're
ready
now
to
present
to
the
mayor
after
getting
it
approved
by
everybody
and
including
the
director
of
department
of
public
works
chris
hornstein,
so
that
will
be
happening
either
by
the
end
of
this
month
or
early
next
month.
So
we're
going
to
have
a
lot
going
on
with
the
mayor
by
next
month,
but
yeah
we're
very
excited
about
it.
E
Chris,
I
I
think
there
might
be
something
happening
statewide
on
that
as
well.
So
can
I
touch
base
with
you
or
who's
the
best
person
to
touch
base
with
about
that
yeah.
A
Yeah
absolutely
touch
base
with
me.
We
did
want
to
incorporate
the
state-wide
litter
action
plan
that
we
all
helped
work
on
and
we
don't
want
to
rewrite.
You
know
things
that
are
already
going
to
be
happening,
statewide
that
that
would
work
just
as
well
as
creating
our
own,
so
that
is
incorporated,
but
I
do
want
to
talk
more
specifically
about
that
statewide
plan.
Okay,
yeah.
A
Yeah
and
if
anybody's
interested
we
can,
we
can
share
what
we're
going
to
be
telling
the
mayor
beforehand
for
for
more
suggestions
and
and
improvements.
We
have
a
little
bit
of
time
before
we
get
in
front
of
them.
A
Likewise,
we
wanted
it
to
match
up
to
several
other
documents
and
plans
that
we
have
going
the
gold
plan
and,
for
you
know,
the
zero
the
road
map
to
zero
waste
things
like
that,
these
these
all
align
very
nicely,
and
we
want
to
make
sure
it
touches
on
all
of
them.
A
And
if
that
is
it
for
member
organization
updates,
we
can
go
ahead
and
adjourn.
Do
I
have
a
motion
to
adjourn.
D
A
Excellent
well,
thank
you
so
much
everybody
for
coming
you'll
get
an
email
immediately
about
things
to
share
in
our
clean
pittsburgh
newsletter
announcements
stories.
Anything
like
that
and
then
look
for
several
more
emails
about
what
our
august
is
going
to
look
like.
