From YouTube: Clean Pittsburgh Commission Meeting - 2/10/22
Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
good
morning,
pittsburgh,
my
name
is
lori
beth
jones,
I'm
the
co-chair
of
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission.
Welcome
to
our
regular
standing
meeting
february,
10th
2022,
I'd
like
to
start
by.
We
do
intro,
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
read
part
of
our
mission
today
before
we
do
intros.
A
No,
I
changed
my
mind.
We're
gonna
do
intros
first
and
then,
once
everyone
that'll,
give
everyone
an
extra
moment
or
two
to
be
here
before
we
actually
do
some
of
the
reading
of
our
bylaws.
So
my
name
is
lori
beth.
I
am
just
a
resident.
I
live
in
grafton
heights
and
I'm
a
member
and
co-chair
of
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
and,
as
seems
fitting
of
our
stature
as
coach
here.
So
I
would
like
to
have
my
co-chair
chris
mitchell
be
next
in
the
intros.
A
So
if
you
could
see
oh
my
pronouns,
are
she
hers
everyone's
name,
your
relationship
to
the
commission,
organization,
etc,
etc.
Thank
you.
B
B
She
is
familiar
with
the
pittsburgh
parks
conservancy.
She
has
worked
with
them
before
so
she's
very
excited
give
out
a
shout
out
to
erin
tobin
and
your
name
is
sarah,
so
her
name
is
sarah,
so
she'll
be
listening
in
on
us
and
learning
all
the
great
work
that
everybody
here
does
and
I'll
go
ahead
and
turn
it
over
to
aaron
tobin.
Since
I
just
called
her
out.
C
D
Good
morning,
I'm
mirna
newman
I'll
turn
on
my
video,
too
vernon
newman
with
allegheny
clean
ways
resident
of
polish
hill
pronouns.
She
her
and
I
will
go
to
kelsey
river.
E
Hi
everyone
morning,
kelsey
ripper,
executive
director
at
friends
of
the
riverfront
and
resident
of
lawrenceville.
I
use
she
her
pronouns.
I
am
not
a
member
of
the
commission,
but
I
love
these
meetings
and
so
thanks
for
having
me
and
I'll
popcorn
it
over
to
omega.
F
My
name
is
amaya
aquili,
I'm
a
resident
polish
hill,
that's
a
lie.
Point
breeze
and
I
work
for
the
city
of
pittsburgh,
environmental
services
and
my
pronouns.
Are
she
her
emily.
G
A
I
I
C
All
right,
sarah
kinder
director
of
the
department
of
permits,
licenses
and
inspections.
I
live
in
the
stanton
heights
area
and
use
she
her
permanence,
I'm
not
sure
who
went
or
who
did
not.
So
I
will
say:
laura
beth
can
choose.
A
Yes,
let's
sarah
shay
will
just
do
sarah's
right
in
a
row.
G
Hey
good
morning,
everybody,
sarah
shea
deputy
director
at
the
pennsylvania
resources
council.
I
think
my
camera
there's
my
camera
there.
I
am
good
morning,
everybody,
I'm
deputy
director
with
pennsylvania
resources,
council,
treasurer
of
clean
pittsburgh.
Commission
I
live
outside
the
city
and
you
shoot
her
pronouns
and
did
rebecca,
did
rebecca,
go.
H
A
Sorry,
almighty,
yeah,
kelly.
F
A
A
Okay,
now
we'll
just
go
on
in
our
agenda
to
the
part
where
I
read
the
bylaws
to
you
because
they're
living
document
and
we
review
them
periodically-
and
we
don't
want
to
forget
why
we're
all
here,
I'm
going
to
read
all
the
segments
of
the
values
section
of
the
bylaws
that
we
don't
usually
read,
which
means
for
that.
A
A
The
first
subheading
in
that
section
is
community
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
values,
community
engagement
and
believes
the
best
approach
to
neighborhood
improvement
is
always
directed
by
the
people
in
that
neighborhood,
which
of
course,
feeds
into
the
equity
and
diversity
values
that
we
reviewed,
for,
I
think,
an
entire
year
running
at
that
time.
So
we'll
move
on
to
capacity
building
and
teamwork.
A
The
clean
pittsburgh
commission
acknowledges
its
partnerships
with
individuals,
businesses,
organizations,
schools
and
the
city
of
pittsburgh
as
essential
to
address
community
needs
further
underlying
its
held
value
for
community.
The
commission
expands
capacity
in
imaginative
and
collaborative
ways.
The
commission
recognizes
that
making
expectations
and
vulnerabilities
transparent,
creates
opportunities
for
clear
communication
and
more
thoughtful
implementation
of
programming
and
getting
dirty
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
is
capable
of
thoughtful
deliberation
within
the
structure
of
meetings,
but
does
not
limit
its
functions
to
discussion.
Only
commission
members
implement
programs
through
participation
and
embrace
getting
dirty.
A
So,
thank
you,
everyone
for
being
here
for
our
february
meeting
and
I
would
like
to
at
this
time
make
sure
that
everyone
has
received
today's
agenda
and
if
I
could,
please
have
a
motion
to
approve
and
implement
that
agenda
for
the
rest
of
this
meeting.
F
A
Also,
thank
you
erica
for
sending
out
our
meeting
minutes
for
december
and
january
if
everyone
has
had
a
chance
to
review
those
minutes
or
take
it
a
minute
right
now
to
see
if
there
are
any
amendments
or
corrections
to
those
minutes
prior
to
seeking
a
motion
to
approve.
J
A
Thank
you
that
all
look
good
to
me
so
december
and
january
meeting
minutes
are
approved
and
will
be
available
on
the
cleveland
pittsburgh
commission
website
in
a
in
a
reasonable
period
of
administrative
time.
Thank
you,
everyone!
So
moving
right
along,
I
took
that
was
your
line
item
erica.
I
stole
it
from
you.
I
apologize.
A
Thanks
for
sending
them
out,
okay
up
next,
we
have
chris
mitchell
and
ami
equally
we'll
be
talking
again
with
us
about
the
ballot
bins
that
are
part
of
our
of
our
work.
B
So
last
month
and
and
for
periodically
through
the
past
year,
we've
talked
about
these
ballot
bins.
They
have
gone
through
our
procurement
process
with
the
city
we
are
getting,
35
of
them
hubbub
had
to
bid
on
them
and
they're
the
only
ones
who
did
so
we've
done
that
and
we
will
be
getting
them.
What
I'd
like
for
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
to
be
doing
with
the
ballot
bins
is
developing
a
system
for
publicizing
them.
B
I'd
like
to
have
public
input
on
the
questions
that
are
going
to
go
on
the
ballot
bins,
and
while
I'm
talking
here,
I'm
just
going
to
share
my
screen
and
we'll
we'll
look
at
what
I'm
talking
about
in
case
somebody
has
missed
a
meeting
or
we
forget
what
these
are
or
somebody's
watching
for
the
first
time.
So,
let's
bring
up
ballot
bins.
B
So
if
this
is
the
first
time
you're
seeing
this,
it
is
a
cigarette
receptacle
where
people
can
vote
on
a
yes
or
no
question
or
a
binary
question
with
their
cigarette,
but
after
they're
done
with
it
keeping
it
off
the
ground.
We've
used
a
keep
america
beautiful
grant
to
purchase
this.
So
this
is
not
coming
out
of
clean
pittsburgh.
Commission
funds.
Instead,
I'd
like
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
be
in
charge
of
doing
the
things
like
outreach
to
the
community.
B
Maybe
do
something
like
a
contest
to
choose
the
questions
that
will
go
on
the
bins
themselves.
These
we
can
make
up
to
say
anything.
We
want
and
then
also
work
with
communities
directly
on
choosing
where
they're
going
to
go.
The
city
has
agreed
to
maintain
and
empty
a
number
of
these,
but
what
we
really
like
is
local
businesses,
local
neighborhood
groups,
who
would
take
some
ownership
over
them
and
clean
them
out
as
well
so
determining
who
gets
them
where
they
go.
B
Things
like
that,
now
that
we've
bought
them,
we've
got
to
figure
out
all
those
details,
so
I
think
that
would
be
a
great
place
for
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
to
work
towards
developing
that
program.
B
B
It
can't
change
this
where
the
question
is
here
is
just
a
plate
and
you
can
switch
that
out
with
another
plate.
We've
had
the
the
science
department
and
and
the
city
of
pittsburgh
dpw
agree
to
make
up
these
plates
for
us,
so
we
can
switch
them
out
and
so
yeah
yeah.
That's
a
great
question.
It
will
be
very
easy
to
change
the
questions.
B
35
35
ballot
bets,
so
one
thing
we
kept
bringing
up
when
we
were
proposing
this
was
going
through.
One
are
nighttime
economy
districts
where
the
bars
especially
have
a
lot
of
cigarette
litter
and
then
two
giving
working
with
avenues
of
hope,
areas
that
are
underfunded,
but
are
building
up
small
business
districts
we'd
like
to
to
be
able
to
give
something
to
them
through
this
as
well,
but
other
than
that.
B
If
even
if
it's
I
do
know
that
something
like
squirrel
hill,
urban
coalition
or
other
major
groups
who
are
very
committed
to
cleaning
up
their
neighborhoods
would
be
just
as
considered
because
they
they
do
want,
because
they
would
want
something
like
this,
and
we
believe
that
they'd
be
able
to
keep
up
with
continuously
update
emptying
it.
So
I've
kind
of
left
it
very
open-ended
about
how
we
can
accomplish
these
goals
and
and
see
what
everybody
else
here
brings
to
the
table.
I
Chris,
do
you
think
if
we
were
so,
if
we're
looking
for
not
only
places
to
put
them,
but
also
businesses,
to
help
with
emptying
them
and
keep
and
managing
them
with
bars
and
those
types
of
like
nightlife
locations?
I
Would
it
be
something
where
we
could
maybe
suggest
like
if
the
city
could
work
with
them
on
changing
the
plates,
where
they
could
use
it
as
kind
of
like
a
weekly
pull
to
gauge
what
their
their
customers
might
want
to
see
like
a
happy
hour,
special
for
beer
or
happy
hour,
special
on
a
cocktail
or
80s
night
or
90s
tonight,
or
something
like
that,
where
their
patrons
can
vote
for
something
special
that
they
would
do
at
their
business?
B
B
It's
these
details
haven't
been
worked
out
yet,
and
I
I'd
like
to
to
talk
it
out
here,
maybe
in
subcommittees
and
work
towards
how
we're
actually
going
to
fairly
and
equitably
distribute
this,
but
I
do
think
having
a
business
stake
in
what's
going
to
be
written
on,
there
would
incentivize
some
of
these
businesses
to
to
participate
in
the
program
a
little
bit
more
too.
D
A
great
idea,
chris,
I'm
looking
at
the
order,
what's
included
in
the
order,
and
it
says
200
magnetic
letters
and
a
dry
white
marker
pen.
Do
you
know
what
those
things
are
for?
Is
that
does
that
make
it
a
little
bit
more,
I
don't
know,
is
the
idea
that
you
can
change
off
the
lettering
with
magnetic
letters
more
quickly
or
there's
also
a
downside
to
that.
Obviously,
just
curious.
B
I,
the
idea
is:
there's
three
or
four
different
options
of
how
you
can
or
would
want
to
change
out
this
plate.
So
you
can
either
use
the
magnetic
letters
you
can
put
simply
paper
there.
You
can
have
signs
printed
up
like
if
we
know
that,
like
something's
going
to
be
there
a
little
bit
more
permanently,
the
the
metal
sign
would
probably
be
a
better
option
rather
than
switch
it
out
and
there's
also
dry
erase.
B
So
they
give
you
a
lot
of
options
of
how
to
not
only
change
the
wording
but
also
how
to
hold
these
up.
Is
it
a
railing?
Is
it
a
pull?
There's
a
there's,
a
lot
of
different
options,
and-
and
so
I
I,
if
we're
talking
about
like
switching
it
out,
often
versus
having
a
much
more
static,
single
message
on
there,
it
would
make
more
sense
for
the
science
department
here
to
make
up
the
plates.
B
G
Has
there
been
any
discussion
about
having
them
in
like
bus,
shelters
or
high
traffic
bus
shelters
in
pittsburgh?.
B
Not
yet
that's
something
we
haven't
explored
as
far
as
I
know
the
in
our
initial
talks,
we
did
talk
to
the
nighttime
economy
manager
because
they
know
that
cigarettes
are
such
a
an
eyesore
outside
of
bars,
but
we
haven't
gotten
down
to
things
like
penndot
or
anything
like
that.
If
it
was
placed
at
a
bus
district
I'd,
imagine
that
be
one
of
the
ones
that
dpw
would
probably
manage,
but
yeah
there's,
there's
just
so
much
possibilities.
I'd
like
to
start
working
towards
narrowing
these
down
a
little
bit.
F
I
think
it
would
be
useful
to
form
a
subcommittee,
because
you
know
I'm
also
thinking
about
reaching
out
to
the
the
registered
community
organizations.
You
know,
like
you
know,
if
some
businesses,
I
don't
know
having
businesses
maintain
them,
I
think,
is
cool,
but
also,
I
think
you
know
some
for
some
of
our
more
active
community
organizations,
they'd
be
on
it,
you
know,
and
they
probably
use
as
an
opportunity
to
pull
their
the
community
so
yeah.
I
like
I,
like
all
this.
A
Okay,
balabox
subcommittee
unite.
If
you
would
please
raise
your
hand
if
that's
something
that
you
would
be
interested
in
either
your
actual
hand
or
your
little
yellow
reaction
hand
and
give
erica,
or
some
or
chris
or
both
or
everyone,
a
chance
to
write
that
down.
We
don't
have
any
rcos
on
west
side,
but
if
we
want
to
do
avenues
of
hope
on
charters
avenue,
I
will
maintain
those
bucks
personally.
I
I
recorded
obviously
chris
laurie
beth,
erica
myself
and
myrna.
Is
that
correct?
I
get
everyone.
I
think
I
got
away.
A
Thanks
everybody
good
work:
oh
okay,
so
many
windows
developing
some
committee
we're
going
to
go
with
that.
Moving
on
to
the
esplin
neighborhood
of
focus
conversation,
the
neighborhood
of
focus
committee
had
a
short
meeting
yesterday
to
discuss.
A
A
Okay,
yeah.
Well
so
because
of
the
continued
contracting
issues
in
the
city
with
e-waste
recycling,
there
was
etc,
etc.
We
were
planning
to
have
an
e-waste
recycling
event
in
esplan
previously
that
was
delayed
or
or
what
have
you
or
wasn't
scheduled
and
coveted,
and
all
those
things
so
prc
is
willing
to
and
has
cdbg
grant
money
to
have.
One
of
those,
hopefully
in
march,
is
the
date
that
we're
looking
at
and
also
work
with
clean
ways
to
possibly
have
a
dumpster
day
at
the
same
time.
A
I
believe
the
ask
there
is:
is
a
budget
related
one
which
I
know
is
something
that
we'd
like
to
discuss
here,
but
then,
of
course,
work
with
afton
and
sarah
to
make
sure
is
in
our
budget
for
this
year,
so
that
we
can
cover
any
e-waste,
recycling
overages
and
help
cover
staffing
costs
for
those
events
in
march
and
that'll
kind
of
put
a
little
bow
on
esplin
as
our
neighborhood
of
focus
over
this
extended
and
odd
period
of
time,
that's
usually
a
year,
but
obviously
was
more
than
that.
A
In
this
case,
is
there
any.
F
I
think
I
heard
you
mention
e-waste,
but
I'll
save
that
from
a
membership
update.
You
know
for
slowly
checking
along
trying
to
figure
something
out,
but
yeah
I'll
we'll
see.
I
just
want
to
add
that
there.
H
G
G
Chris
and
lori
beth
in
our
discussion
yesterday,
both
mirna
and
I
mentioned
that
there
would
be
prc-
has
some
community
development
block
grant
money
to
put
up,
but
there
would
need
to
be
some
additional
support.
Is
that
something
you
want
us
to
like
talk
about
and
ask
now
or
wait
until
the
end?
When
we
look
at
the
budget
and
go
over
that,
then.
B
Let's,
let's
go
ahead
over
that
now
since
we're
talking
about
it,
and
we
can
talk
about
what
break
it
out
a
little
bit
more
here,
so
we
don't
have
to
do
that
in
the
budget
section
just
you
know.
B
Obviously
we
spent
the
money
last
year
that
we
were
going
to
spend
on
esplan
other
places
because
we
ran
out
of
time
so
we'll
break
down
what
this
would
cost,
our
our
outreach
to
these
to
to
the
residents
of
esplan
or
what
that's
going
to
look
like
between
now
and
march
19th,
as
our
proposed
date,
so
go
ahead.
G
So
myrna
can
also
speak
a
little
bit
to
peak
or
allegheny
clinic
sorry
morning,
his
budget
for
prc.
We
were
awarded
twenty
five
hundred
dollars
through
cdbg
funding.
The
idea
is,
we
would
put
that
directly
toward
subsidizing
e-waste
collection
for
esplan
residents.
G
The
funding
we
would
be
requesting
from
the
cpc
would
be
around
800
to
cover
prc
staff
time
on
site
that
day,
as
well
as
time
to
like
take
registrations
and
stuff
ahead
of
time.
The
other
requests
that
we
would
have
for
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
laurie
beth
mentioned
the
2500-
could
pay
for
the
any
waste
recycler
to
come,
collect
the
material
at
the
end
of
the
day
and
about
2
000
towards
the
cost
of
free
e-waste
recycling,
estimating
that
two
thousand
dollars
kind
of
gives
us
about
65
66
tvs
worth
of
e-waste.
G
G
So
in
the
budget
I
put
an
extra
2500
that
might
be
more
than
is
needed,
but
kind
of
using
putting
an
ask
forward
to
the
cpc
of
like
this
would
be
the
max
amount
that
the
cpc
would
up.
You
know
pay
for
subsidized
e-waste
above
what
prc
is
putting
in
through
the
cdbg
brand,
and
so
those
were
kind
of
prc's
requests
and
I'll
share
out.
G
I
started
a
very
basic
budget
looking
at
the
amount
that
cpc
received
looking
on
the
past
meeting
minutes
and
put
those
in
so
I'll
share
that
at
the
end
of
the
meeting,
so
we
can
kind
of
see
the
costs
prc
is
requesting
and
then
vern.
I
don't
know
if
you
want
to
discuss
what
allegany
claims
would
be
doing
sure.
D
There's
some
flexibility
in
in
our
request,
but
we
would
be
requesting
twelve
hundred
dollars
to
cover
four
employees
for
an
entire
day
and
and
at
least
two
trucks,
so
yeah
and
again
we
can.
D
If
we
need
to,
we
can
subsidize
that
with
some
other
funds
or
cut
back
out,
you
know
not
do
a
full
day
or
whatever.
So
thanks.
A
If-
and
I
just
want
to
add
because
I
looked.
B
This
up
yesterday
do
we
need
a
a
vote
to
to
move
forward
with
that
before
going
into
the
budget,
or
is
that
just
rolled
into
the
budget
vote.
A
No
idea,
I
was
planning
to
take
a
vote,
but
I
don't
didn't
know
if
I
was
supposed
to
or
not
and
before
I
put
up
a
vote.
I
just
wanted
to
add
that
that
that
amount
is
is
less
than
money
that
we
had
set
aside
for
esplan
last
year,
if
that
is
of
interest
to
anyone
that
was
unable
to
be
spent
last
year.
So
we're
looking
at
earmarking
what's
at
3700
to
do
this
large
scale.
A
Pickup
event
in
esplan
in
march
is
the
is
the
ask:
is
the
vote
just
to
to
set
that
aside
for
now?
So
if
everyone
in
favor.
J
A
A
Seeing
none,
I
believe
that
your
mark
will
carry
thank
you
so
much
and
sarah
and
afton
I'm
sure
we'll
keep
that
marked
on
our
updating
budget
as
we
go
along.
Thank
you
for
that
and
we
will
be
going
along
into
the
finance
committee
updates.
So.
G
Yeah
you're
welcome.
So
let
me
sorry,
I
should
have
had
the
link
at
the
ready
and
I
was
I'm
gonna
share
this
out.
So
I
apologize.
I
was
not
able
to
be
at
the
meeting
where
where's
the
little
chat
bubble
thing.
Can
I
share
oh,
like
something
else.
G
Oh
okay!
Well
then
I
I
don't
know
if
I
can
share
my
screen
or
just
discuss.
What
I
can
do
is
send
an
email
out
or
chris
have
you
send
an
email
out
after
my
apologies
guys,
I
thought
I
think.
G
You
guys
see
that
all
right,
so
this
is
the
the
basics.
In
looking
at
the
meeting
minutes
from
last
a
month,
they
saw
that
the
cpc
was
awarded
30
000
for
2022,
so
using
obviously
that
as
a
starting
point,
putting
in
so
far
are
some
things
that
you
know
we
did
not
are
not
voted
on,
but
just
in
looking
at
past
years
that
we've
approved
year
over
year,
one
is
2000
for
garbage
olympics.
Another
was
about
5
000
if
we
needed,
if
we
wanted
to
do
another
re-up
for
literati.
G
I
still
see
note
in
the
last
meeting
minutes
about
city
surveillance
cameras,
I'm
not
sure
if
there
was
a
amount
that
we
were
looking
to
put
towards
that
or
not,
and
I'm
happy
to
put
that
in
and
then.
Lastly,
just
the
first
few
things
that
we
just
discussed,
allegheny,
clean
ways,
prc
and
then
the
additional
e-waste
subsidy
ceiling
for
the
excellent
event
and.
A
A
If
that
changes
anyone's
vote
speak
now
or
forever
hold
your
piece
to
hold
those
nine
items,
I
don't
imagine
that
it
does,
but
I
just
want
to
be
clear.
I
said
the
wrong
number.
G
G
B
One
thing
I
want
to
mention
about
literati
is
that
last
year,
when
we
re-upped
our
contract,
they
they
we
were
finalizing
our
budget
towards
the
end
of
the
year
and
they
said
we're
we're
looking
at
probably
seeing.
B
If
we
can
go
up
to
ten
thousand
now
would
be
the
price
that
we
they
wanted
from
us
was
ten
thousand
and
we
kind
of
had
to
say
you
know
we
didn't
have
time
to
rearrange
anything
to
make
room
for
that,
so
they
agreed
to
stay
at
5000
for
this
next
year,
but
coming
up
there
would
probably
be
a
different
price.
Besides
5000
and
we'd
have
to
negotiate.
How
much
of
that
do
we
want
to?
Are
we
willing
to
spend
for
literati
or
do
we
want,
say
our
partner
organizations?
B
That's
something
we
talked
about
earlier
on,
especially
the
ones
working
county
wide?
Do
they
want
to
chip
in
for
our
literary
license?
So
we
will
need
to
look
at
one.
What
do
they
expect
us
to
cost,
because
I,
I
don't
think
they're
they.
They
played
ball
with
us
and
gave
us
5
000
twice
based
on
based
on
our
like.
B
You
know
rfp
limit,
but
we
may
need
to
look
a
little
bit
closer
at
what
we're
willing
to
spend
for
it
and
what
we
will
have
to
spend
for
it
and
what
they
they
expect
us
to
spend.
So
that's
it's
not
a
as
simple
as
just
saying,
5
000
again,
because
that's
the
mistake
I
made
last
year
and
luckily
it
worked
out
nicely,
but
let's
look
a
little
bit
forward
this
time.
G
And
maybe
that's
something
chris,
the
contact.
Is
it
nick
the
contact
that
we
use
for
to
reach
out
to
him
now
and
see?
What
would
that
cost
be?
And
we
can
put
that
in
front
of
I
can
put
that
in
front
of
the
cpc
at
one
of
the
next
meetings
to
see
to
start
that
conversation.
B
Yeah,
I
do
agree
that
5
000
to
10
000
is
definitely
a
conversation
that
it's
like.
Is
that
really
something
we
can
afford?
Is
that
worth
what
we
pay
for?
We
have
been
promoting
through
the
newsletter
and
through
our
facebook.
Those
are
fairly
limited
reach.
B
Both
we
did
have
a
pittsburgh
post
gazette
article
recently
that
that
promoted
literati
pretty
heavily
that
we
were
very
happy
with,
but
if,
in
this
next
year
we're
really
not
seeing
people
use
it
and
us
getting
that
information
to
to
the
point
that
we
think
is
valuable.
D
G
But
that's
at
this
point
you
know,
and
I
don't
know
chris
did
you
guys
have
an
amount
you
were
looking
for
for
the
cameras.
It
was
it
based
like
off
of
last
year
or.
B
So
we've
basically
been
looking
at
a
funding
another
year
for
the
cameras,
and
this
would
be
in
my
ask
the
last
year
that
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
pays
for
the
cameras
that
I
do
want
to
push
for.
Department
of
public
works
to
take
ownership
of
the
camera
project,
since
we
will
be
hiring
new
enforcement
officers
and
that's
for
the
officers
and
we
this
was.
This
was
a
pilot
to
make
sure
this
could
work
and
it's
working
so
we're
pretty
happy
with
it.
B
The
first
year
we
funded
it
lined
up
nicely
that
when
we
gave
them
the
money
in
2020
at
the
end
of
2020
to
start
the
the
program,
they
didn't
start
counting
our
years
worth
of
service
until
in
the
spring,
so
we
spent
it
in
2020
started
the
year's
worth
of
service
in
the
spring,
and
so
it
didn't
come
out
of
our
spring
2021
budget.
So
then
we
were
able
to
use
2021
budget
of
cameras
to
upgrade
it
to
the
mofi
for
a
year.
B
So
now
we've
got
a
year's
worth
of
regular
service
and
and
we're
going
to
have
the
mofi.
So
what
we'd
be
spending
this
year
is
the
year's
worth
of
service
once
more
and
that's
going
to
be
in
the
spring.
I
have
been
talking
to
missy
about
getting
another
quote
from
him
of
what
the
first
day
of
our
service
started,
and
it
would
probably
be
another.
You
know
four
thousand
five
thousand,
but
we'd
want
them
to
give
it.
B
We
were
testing
the
waters,
it
was
a
pilot
and
we
didn't
know
what
all
to
expect,
because
it
was
going
to
be
changing
on
the
fly.
Now
that
we've
got
these
cameras
up
and
operational
and
know
a
lot
more,
we'll
want
to
break
down
these
costs
into
line,
item
budgets
and
present
a
lot
more
to
the
commission,
and
so
we
vote
for,
but
I
I'm
expecting
it
would
probably
be
another
five
thousand,
because
that's
what
we
paid
for
the
first
year,
but
we'll
iron
out
a
lot
more.
B
What
that
5000
means
more
than
we
did
the
previous
years,
but,
like
I
said,
I
hope
this
is,
will
be
the
last
year
we'll
do
it
if
not
we'll,
we'll
we'll
drop
it
and
we'll
tell
dpw
hey.
If
you
you
like
these,
you
want
these
are.
These
are
for
you
that
it's
time
for
you
to
take
on
and
they
public
safety
has
a
vendor
that
they
go
through
four
cameras,
but
I
don't
believe
they're
gonna
the
the
service
they
use
would
have
all
this.
B
The
features
we
need,
so
that
would
have
to
go
for
an
rfp
rfq
all
that
stuff,
but
we're
want
to
set
up
our
vendor
for
everything
they
need
to
know
going
into
that
process
as
well,
because
they've,
given
us
what
they
need,
where
other
people
wouldn't.
G
Then
I
can
get
numbers
you
know
after
talking,
you
guys
talk
to
literati
and
come
back
next
month
with
maybe
a
little
more
specifics
to
to
start.
We
can
start
voting
on
some
of
those
items
to
put
those
aside
for
the
budget
this
year.
Anybody
have
any
questions,
stop
sharing.
A
Thank
you.
Sarah
okay,
we're
just
motoring
right
along
today,
so
we're
to
member
organization
updates,
if
you
remember,
with
an
organization
with
an
update
place
and
then
make
an
orderly
line
to
the
microphone
amen.
F
I
guess
I
could
bite
I'll
bite
sure
why
not
there's
a
lot
going
on
in
environmental
services
no
lie,
but
the
one
thing
that
I
am
right
now
working
on.
We
just
pretty
much
issued
our
2022
newsletter,
which
includes
you
know
the
lovely
calendar.
F
You
know
population
people
that
move
in
for
school
and
I
was
hoping
to
work
with
erica
ninos
and
just
console
for
some
ideas
to
how
to
put
this
together.
What
content
include-
and
you
know
so-
we
can
get
that
into
the
hands
of
the
students
as
they
move
in
you
know
in
august,
there's
more
to
talk
about
yeah.
F
You
know
almost
we're
almost
done
with
our
e-waste
or
our
contract
figuring
out.
I
don't
know
my
contract.
We
haven't
gone
to
a
contract
yet
but
figuring
out
who
we're
gonna
go
with
and
yeah
it's
a
very
interesting
process,
but
we
hope
to
have
something
by
may
I
don't
know
in
may
I
don't
know
if
that's
a
that's
a
dream.
I
wish
we'll
see
what
happens,
but
yeah
just
know
that
it's
coming
and
you
know
we'll
need
some
help.
F
You
know
promoting
it
when
that
time
comes,
but
yeah
it's
been
a
long
journey.
We
want
to
get
back
to
getting
those
tvs
out
the
streets
and
hsw
out
of
our
drains,
so
yeah,
if
you
have
any
questions,
feel
free
to
hit
me
up
on
email
or
whatever
erica
I'll
be
reaching
out
to
you.
Thank
you
guys,
bye.
C
One
quick
update
from
the
department
of
permits,
licenses
and
inspections
last
year,
city
council,
passed
a
lead
safety,
ordinance
and
part
of
that
ordinance
requires
the
city
and
pli
as
an
entity
that
demolishes
unsafe
structures
to
do
so
in
a
lead-safe
manner.
C
C
B
B
Those
won't
be
coming
directly
to
me
anymore.
This
will
be
coming
to
our
outreach
coordinator,
gisele
she's,
going
to
be
handling
volunteerism
for
dpw
she'll,
be
doing
the
volunteer,
cleanup
applications
and
the
snow
angels.
She
came
out
of
office
community
affairs,
we're
very
excited
to
have
her
working
with
us.
So
if
you
need,
we
need
to
make
some
introductions,
especially
to
our
organizations
who
put
in
a
lot
of
those
applications.
D
We've
been
working
on,
this
is
myrna
from
allegheny
fenways
and
we
have
been
revamping
our
database
to
make
it
a
little
more
user
friendly
for
folks
outside
of
the
organization
and
hopefully
that
will
be
done
within
the
next
month
or
so.
But
with
that
we'll
be
promoting
a
lot
more
of
the
great
keepers.
The
storm
drain,
adoption
program,
we've
kind
of
been
putting
that
on
hold
because
it's
kind
of
cumbersome
we're
still
doing
it,
and
everyone
is
welcome
and
encouraged
in
fact,
to
adopt
a
storm
grain
and
keep
it
clean.
D
But
the
process
is
a
little
more
cumbersome
than
we
would
hope
it
to
be
so
hopefully,
in
the
next
couple
of
months,
that
will
become
a
lot
easier
and
we'll
be
working
on
that
and
possibly
working
with
some
other
organic
organizations
to
expand
that
a
little
bit
as
well
and
then
just
with
friends
of
the
riverfront
kelsey
here
on
the
call,
our
our
shared
staff
person,
who's
in
charge
of
our
litter
kits
is
we'll
be
getting
those
out
again
soon,
so
everyone
will
be
ready
for
the
snow
melts.
J
B
Two
things
I
want
to
not
not
as
a
member
update
but
for
future
meetings.
We
didn't
have
a
guest
speaker
this
meeting,
so
you
can
see
we're
we're
running
through
here
really
fast,
which
is
great.
We
can
sometimes
go
on
a
little
bit
long,
but
two
guests,
I'm
I'm
gonna,
be
looking
to
have
coming
up.
One
is
last
late.
Last
year,
pennsylvania's
litter
action
plan
came
out
of
how
state
city,
county
and
residents
can
all
sort
of
work
towards
the
same
goal.
B
I'd
like
to
have
a
dep
member
who
put
up
this
plan
to
come
to
the
commission
and
talk
to
us
about
ways.
We
can
leverage
our
commission
to
push
upwards
at
the
state
level
so
that
that's
something
we're
gonna
be
looking
forward
to
in
the
next
couple
months
and
then
also
our
the
allegheny
clean
ways
leading
the
entire
task
force.
We
we've
heard
of
some
possible
resources
in
the
area.
That's
all
gonna
be
coming
together,
so
we're
looking
to
talk
about
that
in
an
upcoming
meeting
as
well.
B
I
don't
know
if
we'll
have
that
together
by
next
meeting,
but
if
you
have
any
other
ideas
for
guest
speakers,
please
send
them
my
way
and
we
can
get
them
on
the
calendar.
And
while
I've
got
your
attention
here,
also
the
newsletter
clean
pittsburgh
newsletter
we
like
to
have
out
the
tuesday
following
the
cpc
meeting.
It
almost
never
happens,
but
we
always
try
if
you've
got
any
volunteer
opportunities,
any
good
news,
any
new
programs.
Anything
like
that.
Please
share
with
me
and
aaron
and
we'll
get
that
out.
B
We'll
still
have
a
we're
still
looking
for
not
looking
for
we're
still
planning
on
hiring
in
dpw
outreach
specialist,
a
communication
specialist
who
will
eventually
be
taking
this
on
as
well,
but
I'm
still
writing
it
for
the
time
beating.
So
let
us
know.
D
Sorry,
I
have
one
more
thing
since
christmas
mentioned
the
entire
task
force
and
you
all
had
asked
about
that
last
meeting
and
I
didn't
really
have
an
update.
We
have
started
that
sent
out
surveys,
so
many
of
you
on
the
call
have
have
responded
to
that.
So
appreciate
that
or
on
the
meeting
so
appreciate
that,
and
our
first
meeting
will
be
coming
up-
we'll
actually
have
split
it
between
two
days
in
february,
at
towards
the
end
of
february
and
yeah.
Getting
this
ball
rolling
and
extremely
excited
about
it.
D
If
anyone
is
interested
in
being
on
the
tire
task
force.
Just
let
me
know,
because
we
are
you're
open
and
eager
to
have
good
ideas
and
and
people
who
want
to
yeah
try
to
tackle
this
problem.
So
thank
you.
A
A
A
Our
outreach
coordinator
for
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission
to
possibly
work
with
some
of
the
zone,
public
safety
committees,
as
was
recommended
to
us
when
we
learned
about
septet
with
stop
the
violence
there
was
that
last
month,
two
months
ago,
anyway,
last
month,
so
I
want
to
a
goal,
is
for
us
to
be
able
to
have
kind
of
a
re
as
part
of
our
clean
facebook,
commission
resource
kit,
that,
when
people
contact
public
safety
or
their
local
public
safety
or
the
city
to
talk
about
violence
that
we
actually
talk
about
maintaining
land
in
a
way
that
is
septet
driven,
so
that
we
can.
A
A
B
I
think
we
did
determine
a
date
and
set
it
for
meeting
about
this.
What
stop
the
violence?
Basically,
we
just
want
to
figure
out
what
what
aaron
is
going
to
be
taking
to
these
groups
from
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission.
B
The
big
thing
I
always
said
is
when
starting
this
is,
I
just
imagine
a
pipeline
of
people
who
are
concerned
about
gun
violence
and
don't
know
what
to
do
with
it
if
we
can
funnel
their
their
wants
to
to
be
involved
in
stopping
gun
violence
funnel
those
wants
into
actions
through
the
clean
pittsburgh
commission,
of
giving
them
opportunities
to
clean
up
giving
them
ways
to
do
something
about
it
through
all
of
our
great
organizations.
Here,
that's
what
we're
going
to
be
working
towards.
A
B
We
have
a
meeting
date
set
right
now
for
february
14th
at
1pm.
Where
we'll
talk
more
about
the
ways
we
can
collaborate
with,
stop
the
violence,
and
we
can
also
use
that
to
formulate
this.
This
message
that
we
want
aaron
to
share
for
ford
and
we
can
actually
for
do
another
meeting
for
that.
If
we
need
to
as
well.
G
A
A
Is
it
time
for
who
wants
to
who
wants
to
get
to
do?
The
motion
to
adjourn.
A
The
next
wait
before
I
accept
that
motion.
The
next
clean
pittsburgh
commission
meeting
is
on
thursday
march
10th,
because
all
the
dates
of
march
are
the
same
as
all
the
dates
in
february.
Thank
you
so
much
omega
for
your
motion
to
adjourn
this
meeting.
A
A
Yay
good
work,
everyone.
Thank
you
so
much
everyone
for
coming
get
your
newsletter
submissions
in
to
chris,
and
we
will
see
you
over
the
next
four
weeks
and
then
on
march.
10.
