If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
B
Hi,
my
name
is
Lori
Beth,
my
pronouns.
Are
she
hers
and
I
am
co-chair
of
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
Welcome
to
our
regular
standing
commission
meeting
on
the
second
Thursday
of
every
month.
We're
really
glad
that
everyone
is
here
with
us
today
and
we
are
live.
I
have
all
my
tabs
open,
we're
doing
so
so
great
and
so
I
guess.
B
Back
and
forth
and
police
and
thank
you
and
forgive
me
for
just
doing
whatever
so.
B
So
many
things
it's
a
lot
of
tabs
we're
going
to
share
screen
a
lot
today.
I
even
have
a
paper
copy
of
our
of
our
old
strategic
plan
that
I
found
in
my
home
office
just
conveniently
last
night
at
random,
so
I
thought
I'd
bring
it
with
me
today
as
an
object
lesson.
The
mission
of
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
is
to
act
as
the
primary
resource
for
addressing
quality
of
life
issues
in
Pittsburgh's
communities
through
waste
and
recycling
education,
community,
cleanups,
beautification
and
ordinance
enforcement.
B
We
will
coordinate
communication
to
empower
Community
organizations
to
maintain
and
improve
neighborhood
environments,
maintain
strong
communication
with
City
departments
and
officials
for
support
and
addressing
neighborhood
problems,
facilitate
collaboration
between
Community
groups,
residents
and
city
government
to
reach
the
most
effective
solutions
to
Neighborhood
problems.
Within
the
commission's
scope,
we
will
coordinate
work
with
local
volunteer
organizations
and
groups
to
support
neighborhood
cleanups.
We
use
the
funds
to
address
neighborhood
problems
on
a
silly
wide
basis
and
we
all
work
cooperatively
towards
the
goal
of
zero
waste
in
the
city
of
Pittsburgh.
B
C
B
F
Everybody
I'm
Sarah,
Shea,
I'm,
deputy
director
of
the
Pennsylvania
Resources
Council
and
co-treasurer
of
the
CPC
with
Afton
I,
will
pass
it
off
to
Erica.
G
B
I
also
think
that's
everyone.
Thank
you
so
much
so
we
are
just
the
tiniest
bit
light
on
the
ground
today.
Hopefully,
we've
got
somebody
else
here
in
a
second.
We
do
need
a
sixth
confirmed
member
to
vote
and
I
think
we
have
a
fair
amount
of
voting
on
the
agenda,
so
hopefully
we
can.
If
we
can't
do
that
here
in
this
meeting,
we
will
do
it
by
electronic
means,
which
our
commission
and
bios
do.
B
Of
course,
allow
for
I
am
going
to
share
the
agenda
so
that
we
can
just
everybody,
take
a
quick
look
at
that.
If
you
haven't
had
the
opportunity
to
do
that
so
far,
and
we
will,
if
anybody
has
any
questions,
additions,
etc.
H
B
We
are
counting
you
as
a
member
Kelsey
and
thank
you
so
much
for
being
so
committed
to
being
here
with
us.
We
are
still
in
the
process
of
trying
to
work
with
mayor
yani's
office
and
the
city
council
to
have
all
of
our
new
and
proposed
members
confirmed
that
process
has
gone
on
for
longer
than
I
expected,
but
I
also
have
never
done
it
before,
except
for
when
I
was
actually
being
confirmed.
B
So
I
don't
know
how
long
it
took
before
I
actually
arrived
to
the
party
so
keep
an
eye
out
for
an
email
from
me.
If
I
have
all
their
contact,
information
and
I
have
not
checked
these
may
be
in
our
shared
Point
Drive.
B
The
only
thing
I
know
that
I'm,
not
certain
that
I
have
is
when
I
was
confirmed.
I
had
to
submit
like
a
resume
CV
of
sorts,
just
like
a
one-pager
and
if
you've
already
sent
that
over
I'm
sure
I
will
find
it
in
my
very
cursory
glance.
I
did
not
see
it,
but
again
didn't
look
deeply
for
it.
So
that's
the
only
thing
I
could
think
of,
but
again
I
have
to
have
someone
to
submit
that
to
and
right
now
that
is
still
in
process.
Okay,
thanks.
Thank
you.
Thanks
for
coming.
G
B
Kelsey
is
owner,
I
think,
unfortunately,
no
I
think
the
answer
is
no
because
we're
we
do
have
our
short
list
of
members.
We
would
like
to
see
confirmed,
got
it
and
that
has
not
been
that
has
not
occurred
yet
mommy.
C
No
not
yet
until
she's
confirmed
all
right.
B
So
awesome
that
means
we
get
to
go
ahead
and
review
the
minutes
for
July
and
August
for
approval.
C
Also,
even
though
it
didn't
get
included
in
the
calendar,
invite
we
do
have
minutes
from
Erica
as
well
for
October,
so
yeah,
October,
August
and
July
to
review
and
vote
on.
G
The
July
meeting
minutes
the
edit
that
we
needed
to
make
was
I,
had
recorded
Allegheny
County
cleanways
under
the
member
updates.
So
these
are
same
minutes.
The
only
thing
that's
been
removed
has
been
County
as
referencing
Allegheny
clean
waste
under
the
member
updates.
F
H
H
B
B
B
C
B
Yeah
powering
through
okay
awesome.
So
now
we
are,
we've
made
it
to
updating
strategic
plan
for
2023.
A
B
Have
here,
I'm
ready
to
show
you
this
older
strategic
plan
and
I
want
to
I
want
to
talk
about
a
little
bit.
I
want
to
talk
about
a
lot
of
things,
but
I
want
to
talk
about
first,
that.
B
We
were
working
on
a
strategic
plan
dated
2022
to
2025.
B
And
that
was
where
our
SWOT
analysis
that
previous
co-chair
Rachel
Rachel
naraki
was
working
on
where
that
information
landed
and
I
cannot
find
that
that
was
ever
finalized
or
accepted.
B
So
we're
gonna
do
some
work
from
this
previous
one
that
was
attached
here,
the
2018
to
2021,
but.
A
B
and
make
that
be
our
the
short
version
of
everything
I'm
starting
at
the
end
of
my
discussion
and
here's
I'm
going
to
propose
something
and
then
we're
gonna,
look
at
a
lot
of
stuff.
I
think
that
we
should
get
this
strategic
plan
down
to
like
a
front
and
back.
B
These
have
historically
been
like
10
12
20
pages
long
and
it's
too
much
and
it's
double
or
maybe
it
should
be
four
pages
long.
Our
annual
report
is
four
pages
long,
but
it
it's
too
much
and
it's
double
writing
of
a
lot
of
the
things
that
we
want
to
involve
like
the
roadmap
to
zero
waste
is
just
heavily
referenced
in
the
2018
to
21
strategic
plan
because
it
came
out
in
2017..
B
However,
most
of
that
information
is
rolled
now
into
the
gold
plan
and
I
think
we
just
need
to
make
the
Strategic
plan
outside
of
the
SWOT
analysis,
which
is
very
important
for
us
to
continue
to
do
periodically
into
the
future
the
short
version
of
the
gold
plan,
and,
if
it's
not
short,
and
if
it
doesn't
have
actionable
items
on
it,
it's
not
something
that
is
going
to
be
read
or
absorbed,
or
that
people
who
are
not
intimately
involved
in
what
we're
doing
will
feel
as
though
they
have
anything
to
take
away
from
it.
B
C
Yeah
I
I,
really
hadn't,
looked
at
our
strategic
plan.
A
whole
lot
and
I
forgot
that
we
there
was
work
done
by
Rachel
on
this
before
her
departure,
so
I'm
looking
into
that
now,
I
agree
with
definitely
with
with
shortening
it
and
kind
of
getting
it
to
a
lot
more
action
items
more
than
anything
else.
I
C
So
when
I
was
looking
into
these
strategic
plans,
there
was
language
about
us
needing
re-authorization
from
city
council
every
five
years
it
does
do.
These
strategic
plans
have
to
line
up
with
that
reauthorization
legislation
periods
and
also
are
we
behind
on
that
now.
B
B
B
We
went
from
like
15
to
18
members.
We
changed
a
lot
of
the
makeup
of
the
commission
and
I
think
as
we
have
continued
to
as
the
goal
plan
was
written
and
we've
learned
more
and
more
and
more
about
what
actually
works
and
doesn't
work
to
reduce
litter
in
the
community
and
as
Environmental
Services
becomes
more
focused
on
a
lot
of
the
aspects
of
the
work
that
we're
doing.
There
may
be
changes
to
the
positions,
the
permanent
positions
on
the
commission.
B
That
would
make
more
sense
for
the
work
to
continue
getting
done
is,
is
my
read
on
on
it,
and
this
may
be
our
opportunity
to
propose
some
of
those
things.
I
also
say
that
understanding
that
that
is
a
giant
project
like
that's
I,
have
no
idea
how
we
go,
how
renewing
the
legislation
or
changing
it.
So
you
know:
I
I
am
happy
to
meet
with
council
president
kale
Smith,
who
just
happens
to
be
my
city
counselor,
with
some
recommendations
on
changes.
I
Should
we
start
should
we
have
a
little
subcommittee
because
I
mean
this?
Has
anyone
else
like
I
mean
I
kind
of
forgot
that
we
were
working
on
this
with
all
the
frey
and
the
world
and
things
so
I
I'm
curious
to
take
a
closer
look
myself
and
I?
I
Think
yeah,
maybe
he's
one
of
the
first
things
that
when
Josiah
becomes
an
official
member
I,
don't
know
if
he
is
right
now,
but
you
know
his
access
might
give
us
give
us
a
little
bit
more
help
with
working
with
the
mayor's
office,
and
then
you
know,
as
a
constituent
of
president
Smith
you
you
do
have
an
opportunity
to
you
know,
work
get
in
that
way
and
then
you
can
be
like
yeah,
yeah
I'm
sure
she
knows
you
as
part
of
the
Clinton
recognition,
but
you
know,
like
I,
think
those
are
one
some
of
the
ways
we
can
approach
this,
but
I
think
also.
C
I
did
want
to
ask
Myrna.
Were
you
on
the
commission
the
last
time
we
we
reauthorized?
Do
you
remember
much
about
that.
F
Yeah
I'm,
just
looking
back
through
Myrna
to
see
when
that
was
and
trying
to
look
through
to
see
if
I
can
find
any
like
documentation
on
how
that
was
done,
because
at
this
point
I
can't
remember
but
I
know
it
was
that
was
done,
but
just
trying
to
think
back
and
what
that
process
was
so
I'm
happy
to
kind
of
like
try
to
do
a
little
bit
of
digging
back
through
to
see
and
I
could
find
and
help
out
on
that
group
to
just
even
provide
to
try
to
find
some
background
information
on
that.
C
That
would
be
really
helpful,
so
if,
if
Lori,
if
you
could
could
if
we
could
do
a
subcommittee
meeting
and
Sarah,
if
you
could
go
back
through
minutes
and
things
like
that,
try
to
find
what
what
we
did
last
time
for
reauthorization
if
having
a
new
strategic
plan
was
part
of.
C
Process,
it
can
be
all
in
that
one
subcommittee.
C
C
It
keeps
people
keep
not
getting
a
date
in
2019
and
then
I
go
okay,
everyone's
got
it,
but
nobody
gets
a
notification
for
an
event
that
had
already
passed.
I,
don't
know
why,
so
that
that
was
my
fault,
that
we
didn't
get
this
out
to
everybody
earlier
this
week,
but
I'll
know
to
look
for
that
in
the
future,
and
maybe
that's
part
of
our
woes
with
with
getting
everybody
in
a
meeting.
Is
it
just?
Does
it
come
out
in
time
for
everybody
so.
C
We
had
hoped
to
have
a
larger
conversation
about
the
Strate,
the
our
what
our
strategic
plan
was
in
in
the
2018
to
2021,
but
we
didn't
get
that
out
in
the
invite
in
time.
So
I
don't
expect
everyone
to
have
been
able
to
review
it
so
going
forward
in
this
meeting.
Do
we
want
to
just
kind
of
say
we're
going
to
have
a
subcommittee
where
we'll
we'll
really
Trail
through
this?
F
Foreign
I'd
be
open
to
setting
up
another
time
to
take
more
of
a
look
at
it
and
and
I'm.
Looking
back
through
emails
to
see
like
around
it
looks
like
around.
Like
2018,
we
had
been
in
the
process
of
reauthorizing
the
CPC
and
I.
Just
gotta
dig
up
to
see
like
kind
of
dig
down
that
hole
to
kind
of
get
some
more
information
on
how
that
works,
and
it
might
be
I
can
even
I,
don't
know
if
Alicia
Vermont
remembers
at.
D
D
H
F
Are
back
and
forth
with
her
about
that,
so
she
might
have
some
I
can
reach
out
to
her
or
we
can
all
you
know
whoever
is
best
and
try
to
kind
of
see
if
we
can
figure
that
out
a
little
bit
but
I'm
happy
to
meet
at
another
time
to
kind
of
go
through
those
kinds
of
things.
G
Yes,
sorry
I
pulled
from
our
from
the
April
11th
2019
minutes
and
then
also
again
from
our
February
2019
minutes
in
the
new
CPC
legislation.
We
proposed
an
expansion
of
the
commission
by
three
members
and
also
we're
looking
for
two
community
at
large
members,
but
it
was
proposed
at
that
time
that
we
removed
the
real
reauthorization
requirement
every
five
years
and
then
at
the
I,
also
recorded
from
February's
minutes
on
the
February
27
2019..
G
We
met
with
city
council
at
the
city
council
meeting
to
discuss
the
reauthorization
of
the
commission.
We
discussed
the
roles,
future
needs
and
partnership
organizations
and
then
the
Committees.
The
commission's
reauthorization,
was
passed
at
the
March
5th
council
meeting.
Here's
a
clip,
I,
don't
know
if
this
is
still
going
to
be
live
of
the
actual
meeting.
If
you
want
me
to
include
it
in
the
chat.
C
Foreign
actual
chat
on
these
meetings,
so
it
may
be
you'll
need
to
share
through
an
email,
but
that's
very
helpful.
We
may
not
need
to
go
through
this
authorization
again,
which
would
be
wonderful.
G
I
can
continue
digging
through
some
of
the
minutes
too.
These
are
just
the
first
two
that
I
pulled
up,
so
it
does
look
like
the
meeting
is
still
live,
so
Sarah
I
can
continue
to
dig
and
send
you
what
I
can
find
too.
C
All
right,
so,
let's
also
give
everybody
else
who's
now
here
today
an
opportunity
to
join
that
subcommittee.
So
why
don't
we
send
out
an
email,
after
this
announcing
a
date
for
that
and
and
and
soliciting
members
to
join
it
and
we'll
work
on
that
strategic
plan
going
forward?
Hopefully
we
don't
need
to
do
the
reauthorization
to
go
along
with
it
if
that's
been
removed,.
B
Include
all
of
those
updates
without
referencing
the
date
that
it
was
reauthorized,
so
it
was
in
there
correctly,
just
not
with
a
with
a
reference
to
that.
So
we've
been
doing
it
right.
B
We're
doing
awesome
in
that
case,
though,
still
as
as
we
develop
a
strategic
plan,
which,
of
course
was
something
that
mayor
Gainey
asked
us
for
at
our
meeting
with
him
in
September
and
something
to
be
able
to
put
in
front
of
him,
we
still
do
not
know
if
the
outcome
of
that
would
be
that
we
would
like
to
see
some
changes
made
there.
B
We
still
don't
know
how
I
guess
how
to
do
that
part
of
it.
So.
F
F
Even
at
that
point,
like
I,
think
they
had
like
certain
streets
department,
things
that
were
no
longer
there
and
I
think
we
were
able
to
kind
of
do
the
reauthorization
and
that
changes
to
the
legislation
at
the
same
time.
But
I'll
have
to
kind
of
dragged
my
memory.
H
B
And
and
I
will
take
the
lead
on
on
that,
and
maybe
I
can
do
I'm
really
good
at
knowing.
If
I
have
to
send
an
invitation
like
to
Friday
before
a
thing.
Maybe
I
can
do
the
meeting
invitations
with
some
attachments
and
that
will
will
help
us
out
going
forward
gang
our
quorums
and
things
because
I've
been
doing
not
those
things
and
I
could
do
them.
A
B
F
So
I'm
trying
to
open
my
tabs
up
from
the
different
things,
so
we
had
a
lovely
meeting.
Thank
you
for
those
who
attended.
Looking
for
a
couple,
things
were
discussed
at
the
meeting
one
looking
at
what's
remaining
in
our
2022
budget.
What
still
needs
to
be
pulled
together?
We
still
have
some
outstanding
invoices.
We
still
need
to
receive
that
reference
approved
costs
that
the
CBC
has
approved,
and
then
there
are
some
invoices
in
that
need
to
be
processed,
and
so
I
had
spoken
to
Afton.
Briefly.
F
She
was
not
able
to
make
the
meeting,
but
we
did
talk
via
email
and
I
need
to
get
back
in
with
her
to
just
confirm
that
she
has
all
the
invoices
she
needs
at
this
point
for
what
has
already
been
approved
by
the
CPC
for
2022,
and
we
can
get
that
moving.
F
The
other
things
we
talked
about
were
in
reference
to
setting
up
a
continuing
to
improve
our
systems
going
into
2023
I've
already
set
up
a
folder
in
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission's
drive.
That's
2023
budget
folder
that
won't
include
budget
tracking,
an
area
for
invoices
to
be
placed
and
kind
of
haven't
done,
a
as
good
of
a
job
at
having
kind
of
a
central
location
that
we
can
reference.
F
Invoices
or
you
know,
purchase
orders
or
anything
like
that.
So
we
have
that
set
up.
What
we
still
need
to
do
for
this
year
is.
We
are
in
a
space
that,
after
paying
out
all
of
the
current
approved
commission
expenses,
we
have
just
over
twelve
thousand
dollars
remaining
and
Chris
had
mentioned,
and
I
apologize.
F
I
was
not
on
the
October
meeting,
but
I
know
that
he
had
sent
something
out
to
the
members
to
see
if
there
were
projects
that
the
CPC
could
support
kind
of
closing
out
this
year
and
kind
of
putting
those
to
a
vote
for
the
commission
and
that's
kind
of
where
we
stand,
but
I
think
my
other
goal
will
be
to
work
with
absence
to
have
a
standing
budget
meeting
monthly,
just
short
half
an
hour.
Maybe
we
won't
need
to
meet
every
month,
but
just
to
have
it
on
the
calendar.
F
I
think
you
know
a
lot
of
times.
It
gets
lost
in
the
sauce
and
then
the
CBC
meeting
comes
around
and
you
know
just
trying
to
be
a
little
bit
better
organized
I'm,
going
to
try
to
reach
out
to
and
other
City
commission
too,
to
kind
of
just
hear
a
little
bit
about
how
they've
been
working
their
budget
work.
Let's
see,
if
there's
any
good
information,
we
could
kind
of
pull
from
them.
F
So
those
are
the
plans
but
I
think
the
next
step,
like
the
more
most
immediate
thing
for
us
for
this
year,
is
seeing
what,
if
any,
projects
that
are
still
out
there
and
need
to
to
be
invoiced
for
that,
the
CPC
is
willing
to
approve
or
expenditure
for
the
2022
budget.
C
As
soon
as
you
hear
that
from
Afton,
let's
get
a
full
group
chain,
email
going,
soliciting
invoices
for
from
all
the
participating
member
organizations
and
let
them
know
we
need
everything
in
by
this
date.
C
One
thing
I
I
wanted
to
I
have
a
couple
of
last
minute
things
I've,
like
funded
that
I'll
bring
up
for
a
vote
today.
I'll
meet
you
just
stepped
away
for
a
couple
seconds,
so
we'll
wait
till
she
gets
back.
So
we
have
enough
people
to
actually
vote
on
him,
but
one
of
them
is
for
our
ongoing
ballot
band
project.
We
need
more
of
the
magnetic
sheets
to
Prince
those
questions
on
for
the
ballot
bins,
so
I'm
going
to
be
submitting
today
and
ask
for
350
or
I'm.
C
350
for
for
a
couple
rolls
of
those
sheets
and
then
also
3000
for
next
year's
garbage
Olympics,
since
we're
looking
to
change
the
way
the
garbage
Olympics
are
funded,
we
just
wanted
to
get
ahead
of
the
game.
If
we
have
that
that
kind
of
money
this
year
to
spend
just
for
the
the
pickup
stick.
So
it's
an
easy.
You
know
the
litter
Grabbers,
that's
an
easy
ask!
So
three
thousand
for
for
garbage,
Olympics,
litter,
Grabbers
and
then
354
my
ballot
bins
and
then
all.
B
C
Thank
you,
sorry,
Chris,
no
you're,
good,
you're,
good,
so
I
I
think
we
got
I'll
be
back.
We
have
Aaron
in
here,
so
we
can
put
that
up
for
a
vote
for
funding
those
two
things
and
then,
if
anybody
has
else
has
anything
else,
they
bring
like
to
bring
up
for
a
vote
for
funding
right
now.
That'd
be
a
good
time
to
do
it
as
well.
Would.
F
You
prefer
that
we
vote
bring
them
up
individually
and
vote
on
them
individually.
Would
that
be
preferred?
F
H
C
Excellent.
Thank
you
very
much.
Everybody.
If
you
have
anything
you'd
like
to
bring
up
today
that
we
can
vote
on,
you
know,
go
ahead
and
do
so.
If
not
we'll
do
that
in
a
large
chain.
Email
where
we're
soliciting
everybody
for
quotes,
invoices
everything
to
heaven
and
before
that
November
deadline.
D
Do
just
our
our
staff
mentioned
to
me
again
that
they
would
they
really
loved
doing
the
esplan
collection
event
and
would
like
to
see
more
of
that?
Whether
we
use
some
of
the
remaining
funds
from
this
year
to
do
that
or
just
make
sure
we
put
that
into
next
year's
budget
or
both
but
yeah
we'd
love
to.
We
just
think
that
that's
a
good
model,
and
we
should
be
doing
that
a
lot.
C
I
I
totally
agree.
I
think
that
was
a
very
successful
program
in
covering
funds
has
always
been
something.
We've
been
a
little
confused
on
how
to
do
it,
but
if
you
had
an
invoice
that
you
could
pre-pay
for
the
the
dumpsters
or
anything
like
that
for
next
year's,
if
we
want
to
plan
next
year's
collection
event
with
a
dumpster
like
that,
I
think
there's
a
way
forward
with
it.
We'd
have
to
kind
of
talk
it
out.
F
And
I
can
check
in
with
Afton
I
know.
Last
year
we
were
looking
to
try
to
do
like
an
e-waste
collection.
I
think
it
might
have
been
the
one
in
asplund
and
we
ended
up
having
to
wait
until
because
the
work
wasn't
going
to
be
done
in
2020
like
at
that
time
2021
we
could
not
use
the
budget
money
from
2021
for
that
no
Myrna.
F
If
cleanways
could
do
it
I
think
before
the
end
of
this
year,
then
but
I
don't
know
if
that's
necessarily
feasible
or
not,
but
I
remember
planning
that
out,
like
okay,
we're
going
to
do
this
in
2022
and
then
being
in
a
meeting
and
being
like.
Apparently
that
was
not
the
case
and
we
weren't
able
to
do
that
and
kind
of
surprised
by
that.
So
that
is
my
understanding
not
to
say
that
that's
right.
D
Yeah,
you
know
that
was
my
understanding
too,
about
my
hands
fill
up.
Sorry,
let
me
lower
my
hand,
that's
my
understanding
as
well,
and
what
I
was
saying
is
use
some
of
this
year's
funds
to
do
it
this
year,
okay
and
or
put
some
in
next
year's
budget
to
do
it
next
year.
So
yeah
I
know
there's
not
a
lot
of
time
left
in
this
year.
That's
what
we
ran
into
last
year,
also,
but
yeah
we'd
be
happy
to
to
do
it
from
our
end.
D
F
I
mean
we
could
be,
we
couldn't
think
of
figure
out
if
we
can
I.
H
F
Don't
know
if
we
will
be
able
to
but
yeah.
D
A
B
We
I
know
we
just
did
one
in
esplan
I
know:
I
talked
to
literally
everyone
who
lives
in
esplan
when
we
want
to
just
do
it
at
the
same
place,
because
we
just
did
it
at
the
same
place
and
at
like
hit
the
West
Side
Facebook
groups
as
like
the
last
period
of
esplan
to
have
dumpster
day
in
the
same
place
just
because
they're
already
familiar
with
it.
It
would
be
like
our
last
s,
blton-ish.
A
H
D
D
It's
too
late
in
the
year,
for
it
I
don't
know,
but
to
start
with
you
know,
one
way
to
use
up
a
bunch
of
the
money
would
certainly
be
with
electronics
collection.
I
would
think
that
Electronics
would.
H
D
H
A
F
Once
a
couple
separate
Myrna
from
that
request
for,
like
the
dumpster
Cleanup
in
the
neighborhoods
I,
think
one
of
the
things
that
I
was
gonna
put
forth
as
a
suggestion
for
funds,
expenditures
was
twofold:
one
was
PRC,
would
love
to
do
some
have
more
promotional
information
to
distribute
about
the
hHw
and
E-Waste
program
that
we
contract
for
or
we
do,
for
the
City
of
Pittsburgh.
So
we
were
talking
about
like
just
creating
magnets
or
something
that
we
could
hand
to
whether
it's.
F
Or
landlords,
or
something
that,
since
we
kind
of
know
that
the
events
are
you
know,
they're
weekly
at
Environmental
Services
that
was
going
to
be
one
of
our
requests-
was
to
just
invest
some
funds
into
being
able
to
get
like
those
printed
and
do
that
by
the
end
of
this
year
and
be
able
to
use
them
for
next
year.
Another
option
two
would
always
be
the
subsidies
the
we
did.
F
The
CPC
provided
ten
dollars
off
for
everybody
that
came
to
the
hHw
event
and,
in
speaking
with
Gavin,
who
runs
the
program
for
PRC.
He
said
that
people
were
very
happy.
H
F
Very
appreciative
to
have
that
so
there's
always
we
will
be
doing
E-Waste
at
Environmental
Services
through
the
end
of
the
year.
So.
F
Also
provide
a
cap
of
five
bucks
off
everybody
that
comes
through
through
the
end
of
the
year,
and
that
might
you
know
and
I
can
get
figures
and
we
can
share
that
in
an
email
to
approve,
but
that
could
be
something
else
that
we
would
be
able
to
do
and
I
know.
I
know,
residents
would
appreciate
it.
I
I,
like
that
option,
I
mean
we
already
have
America,
recycle
stays
next
Tuesday,
and
you
know
if
we
could
do
a
five
surprise
me
right,
but
yeah.
B
C
F
Expectation
of
two
days
a
week
through
the
end
of
the
year
minus
like
holidays,
and
we
do
Max
of
40
people
per
day.
So
I
can
give
you
what
that
Max
cap
would
be
most
likely.
We
don't
get
exactly
40
people
every
day.
So
it's
not
going
to
be
that
many,
but
at
least
that
would
be
a
tough
Gap,
so
I'll
figure
that
information
out
and
can
send
that
out
as
well
as
a
separate
request
for
mainly
it
would
just
be.
F
We
could
PRC
could
use
our
internal
time
for
designing
a
magnet
or
a
supplier,
but
it
would
just
be
having
something
not
that
we
want
to
do
a
lot
of
printing
of
materials
to
hand
out,
but
to
have
something
that
we
could
bring
with
us
and
share
out
and
and
give
out
to
even
just
different,
even
City
departments
if
they
would
want
to
share
out
about
that
event.
So
I
can
put
a
better
number
to
that
and
email
that
out.
If
that
would
work
for
everybody,
yeah.
C
And
if
you
watch
with
magnets
and
things
like
that,
it
might
be
since
you.
C
Of
materials
get
quotes
from
them
and
then
we
could
just
pay
for
it
with
a
purchase
order.
Instead
of
having
to
whenever
we're
doing
a
p
card
purchase,
there's
always
sort
of
a
reason
where
they
go.
Why
don't
use
one
providers
we
have
so
that's
that's
the
quickest
way
forward,
I
can
think
of,
and
that
sets
on
our
our
vendors
is
on
our
Beacon
page
I.
Don't
know
if
I'm
familiar
with
that,
but
we
can
share
that
out,
but
I'd
say
like
yeah.
C
First
steps
these
these
are
all
great
and
I
do
want
to
see
all
of
them
funded
I,
don't
know
how
much
we
can.
We
can
approve
right
now
without
this
you
know
expected
costs,
so
the
first
step
is
going
to
be
going
to
Afton
getting
that
everything
needs
to
be
in
by
this
date
date
and
then
we'll
start,
our
large
commission-wide
email
thread
of
collecting
everything
getting
votes
for
it
all
and
moving
as
fast
as
we
can
before
our
cutoff
date.
I
H
F
Should
be
as
soon
I
am
in
Myrna
I,
don't
know
if
there's
anything
like
here,
though,
you
know
today
that
you
would
like
to
kind
of
like
cursed
it
for
clean
Ways
work
or
dumpster,
that
you'd
like
to
propose
that
we
can,
you
know,
decide
if
we
want
to
approve
now
and
then
we're
not
delaying
ways
anymore.
I
can
get
an
email
to
the
group
out
about
the
e-way
stuff.
F
Today,
that's
not
going
to
take
very
long
to
figure
out
what
the
cost
is
for
that
I
would
just
need
the
quotes
for
the
magnets
I.
Don't
know
that
might
just
take
a
look
a
little
bit
longer.
D
Sorry
Myrna:
oh
that's,
okay,
sorry!
We
we
have
some
tools
and
and
equipment
that
we
might
request
some
funding
for,
but
as
far
as
the
dumpster
day,
yeah
I
guess,
we
would
need
to
the
logistics
of
that
might
take
a
while.
I
have
to
figure
that
out.
I
don't
know.
C
F
And
I
like
that,
if
if
we
are
utilizing
funds
from
2020
to
for
garbage
Olympics
next
year,
you
know
assumptions
are
we're
getting
the
same
amount
in
the
budget
for
next
year,
so
that
you
know
three
thousand
dollars,
can
kind
of
focus
on
adding
to
what
we
did
last
year
on,
and
maybe
that's
two
dumpster
days
then
for
next
year,
because
we
can
kind
of
set
that
that
money
is
not
going
to
be
set
aside
for
Carthage
Olympics.
A
D
Can
you
remind
me
and
I'm
sorry
if
you
said
this,
because
I
was
a
little
distracted
with
a
couple
of
texts?
So
I'm
sorry,
shame
on
me,
but
what
what
didn't
get
funded
this
year,
so
in
our
budget
that
we
have
twelve
thousand
dollars
left
over
like
we?
Where
was
that?
What
was
that
money
earmarked
for
that
didn't?
You
know
that
it
didn't
get
spent.
H
F
F
Bit
of
that,
but
most
of
it
was
that
they're,
you
know
in
looking
at
we
only
approved
eighteen
thousand
thirty
seven
dollars
and
for
some
reason,
three
cents
I
think
the
ballot
bins
were
like
a
weird
number
approved
world
were
actual
expenses
approved,
so
there
was
12
000.
That
was
just
never
earmarked
for
anything.
C
I
think
we
start
like
the
year
with
very
general
of
you
know
so
much
on
education,
possibly
and
so
much
on
this.
What
it
comes
down
to
actually
the
the
projects
of
what
we
actually
did,
which
I
think
that
might
have
been
what
we
did
last
year
is
China's
say
we
want
to
do
so
much
for
education
and
then
try
to
shoehorn
the
different
projects
into
that
education
umbrella,
which
I
don't
think
we
did
this
year.
C
D
I,
don't
think
it's
good
yeah
I
think
it's
I,
don't
want
to
say
irresponsible,
but
I
mean
I.
Think
we
need
to
be
good
stewards
of
of
the
the
money
that
the
commit.
You
know
that
the
city
is
giving
us
and
that
we
need
to
be
yeah.
We
need
to
have
a
budget
of
of
how
we're
going
to
use
the
funds
and-
and
then
yes,
stick
to
it
as
much
as
we
can.
You
know.
Obviously,
budgets
are
somewhat
flexible
but
yeah
so
we'll
do
it
we'll
do
a
better
job
next
year,
but.
C
Yeah
and
I
was
gonna,
say
I
really
think
a
lot
of
that
probably
came
down
to
our
low
participation
this
year,
where
we
had
so
many
members
move
on
to
better
greater
things
and
was
not
able
to
work
with
the
CPC,
so
we
had
less
hands
on
the
deck
for
basically
all
of
our
projects
and
hopefully
with
us
renewing
or
replenishing
our
membership
with
mayor
gainey's
approval
that
should
help
us
do
a
little
bit
better
next
year.
F
Yeah
and
better
planning
and
I
mean
I
once
again,
I
think
you
know,
for
those
of
myself
included
that
are
doing
kind
of
the
treasury
and
the
finance
stuff
is
just
doing
a
better
job
at
regular
meetings
and
coming
a
little
more
prepared
to
meetings
to
help
us
just
yeah
be
more
organized
from
the
get-go
for
sure
Myrna.
F
No
but
I
think
what
you're
saying
holds
true
is
that
you
know
we've
as
a
member
of
the
commission
for
a
long
time.
We've
really
strived
a
lot
taken,
a
long
time
to
get
funding
for
the
commission
and
now
that
we're
in
that
place
that
we're
lucky
enough
to
have
the
funding
yeah
to
be.
You
know,
responsible
and
respectful
of
it
and
throw
that
we're.
H
H
D
Totally
I
mean
yeah
I
100,
get
it
I.
Just
yeah
I
think
that
yeah
we
should
be
working
on
that.
The
other
thing
or
the
other
question
that
I
have
is,
if
don't
use
the
twelve
thousand
dollars
or
a
portion
of
that.
Excuse
me
what
happens
to
that
that
those
funds.
C
Was
gonna
say
it
definitely
doesn't
like
roll
over
or
anything
like
that?
It's
it's
just
reabsorbed
into
budget.
You
know
no
big
deal
I
from
what
I
understand
our
talks
with
at
the
the
meeting
with
mayor
Gainey,
we
are
guaranteed
our
budget
for
at
least
the
next
five
years.
C
I,
don't
believe
that
we're
going
to
be,
you
know
penalized
for
not
using
that
money,
they're
not
going
to
take
that
off
in
next
year's
budget,
or
anything
like
that.
So
for
this
year,
if
anything,
we
don't
use
I'm,
not
super
worried
about
it.
I
know
that
some
people
get
very
very
like
you
know.
We
got
to
spend
down
to
last
set
and
buy
some
paper
clips.
If
we
need
to
I
I,
don't
I,
don't
think
we
have
a
whole
lot
of
capacity
to
do
that
kind
of
micromanaging.
C
Out
of
this
commission,
but
I,
that's
that's
my
take
on
it.
No.
D
That's
great
to
know:
that's
really
helpful,
because
that
you
know
if
it
goes
back
into
the
city,
then
great
you
know
it
gets
put
to
other
use,
good
use.
We
we
assume
and-
and
you
know,
as
long
as
that,
doesn't
then
affect
how
yeah
the
old,
if
you
don't
use
it,
you're
going
to
lose
it
next
year.
Thing
I,
think
that
that's
that's
really
helpful
to
know.
Thank
you.
F
And
I
apologize,
Chris
and
Laurie
Beth
I
need
to
jump
off
for
an
11
o'clock
meeting.
But
I
will
follow
up
with
the
the
recommendations
to
the
budget
for
the
stuff
to
support
the
E-Waste
and
hHw
programming
and
give
that
to.
F
F
You
Chris
PRC,
is
has
been
hiring
some
staff
and
I
I
do
appreciate
Chris
the
sharing
that
out
with
the
the
litter
I'm
sorry
I'm
like
newsletter.
The
newsletter
I
appreciate
that
to
kind
of
get
spread
that
word
out
for
PRC.
So
thanks.
A
C
B
Just
keep
an
eye
I,
think
on
on
your
email
and
and
I
just
wanted
to
say,
like
one
other
thing
of
like
with
the
with
any
excess
budget
being
reabsorbed
hilariously,
the
twelve
thousand
dollars
we
didn't
spend
is
pretty
much
exactly
the
twelve
thousand
dollars.
We
didn't
know
how
we
were
going
to
spend,
and
let's
remember
that
in
November
December
of
2021,
we
had
no
idea
if
anything
would
be
open
or
if
we
would
be
able
to
have
people
all.
B
Together
in
spaces,
so
but
I
definitely
agree
that
just
spending
the
money
to
spend
the
money
on
something.
That's
not
furthering
our
mission.
It
is
not
in
conjunction
with
you
know,
really
what
we
want
to
do
so.
C
C
We
do
have
one,
that's
like
the
last
one
likely
to
go
up
at
the
at
Environmental
Services
itself,
but
other
thing
everything
else
has
been
distributed
amongst
the
community.
We
are
behind
on
purchasing
the
new
keys,
even
the
ones
at
the
city
county
building
they've
had
some
problems
servicing
them
because
they
didn't
have
enough
keys
for
all
the
parties
involved.
So
that's
part
of
our
thing
we
have
to
get
in
before.
C
Unapproved,
just
as
it
would
spit
yet
when
we
reconvene
in
January
I
will
have
a
full
ballot,
then
update
on
where
everything
is,
how
the
program's
going
things
like
that
I
think.
That's
it
I
had
for
updates
bro
and
then
you
know
always
solicitation
for
content
for
both
our
newsletter
and
now
we're
clean,
Pittsburgh
Friday.
We
do
have
a
kind
of
a
ongoing
thing
with
the
mayor's
office
to
share
out
every
Friday
a
message
from
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission,
so
anything
that
you'd
like
to
see
him
share
to
his
followers.
D
Right
I'll
I'll
be
quick,
two
things
one
is
many
of
you
probably
know
that
we've
had
some
issues
with
some
of
our
trucks,
so
we're
looking
for
space
to
park,
some
a
safe
space
to
park
vehicles
and
we
have
between
our
land
vehicles
and
our
water
Vehicles.
We
have
I
think
nine
that
we
need
to
find
space
for
maybe
it's
set,
seven,
sorry
and
so
yeah.
D
If
you
know
of
any
place,
let
me
know
the
other
thing
really
is
not
an
organization
update,
it's
a
question
and
probably
for
omoye
and
and
really
just
a
maybe
something
that
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
can
do
again.
D
I
saw
on
I
think
the
Phoenix,
the
what's
the
one
of
the
political
Facebook
groups.
They
were
asking
about
how,
where
to
recycle
campaign
signs
and
just
thought
that
that
might
be
a
good
thing
for
us
to
publicize
again.
If
we
we
can,
at
the
very
least,
got.
D
I
D
So
the
plastic
can't
be
taken
to
like
the
thin
plastic
can't
be
recycled
with
other
film
and
the
ridge
plastic
can't
go
to
green
to
Double.
I
Island,
the
chloroplasts
we
were
taking
to
Gateway
recycling
up
in
Robinson
Gateway.
H
I
And
so
you
know
it's
it's
all
about
the
collection,
well,
yeah,
I
guess
we
could
suggest
people
take
the
Plastics
over
to
Giant
Eagle,
but
yeah.
That's
okay,
yeah.
I
Yeah,
it
was
only
me,
but
if
someone
else
to
help
me
pull
that
together,
I
could
definitely
try.
D
C
You
with
we,
we
do
have
a
Pittsburgh
pa.gov
web
page
where
we
talked
about
the
last
time.
We
did
do
this
yard
side
recycling.
It
was
a
lot
of
work
out
of
the
yes
and
we
we
just
didn't,
have
the
capacity
to
really
take
it
on
then,
but
we
did
it
and
then
now
definitely
don't.
But
do
you
think
Army?
You
could
update
that
website
with
you
know,
I
think
we
just
said:
here's
the
trial.
We
did
our
pilot
program
of
that
and
the
details
of
it.
Can
you
update.
I
Sorry
about
that
yeah,
so
it's
an
industrial
location
that
probably
people
would
not
want
to
drive
to
or
I
don't
want
to
send
people
up.
There
I
mean
it's.
It
has
to
be
more
bulk
right
so
for
the
coral
blast,
but
for
the
Plastics
I
guess:
yeah
I
can
flip
something
together
and
you
know
for
suggesting
current
drop-off
locations
for
the
plastic
sheets
that
are
basically
just
on
a
piece
of
buyer
so
and
then
scrap
is
accepted
at
our
division,
so
that
could
be
just
taken
to
the
Scrap
Box
division.
D
H
D
H
H
A
E
Sure
so
I
actually
just
got
a
list
of
things
that
we
could
use
supplies,
so
I
will
send
that
over.
E
We
did
a
we
focused
more
than
we
have
in
the
past
on
graffiti
removal
this
past
year
and
are
actually
continuing
to
do
that
is
we
can
into
the
winter
as
much
as
the
weather
will
allow
and
the
temperature,
but
we
definitely
are
making
that
part
of
our
2023
stewardship
plan
and
really
ramping
that
up
so
and
graffiti
remover
can
be
kind
of
expensive,
but
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
success
with
some
of
the
new
stuff
that
we've
been
using.
I
Hi
yeah
Environmental
Services
recycling,
we
are
PRC,
is
still
doing
our
twice
a
week.
I
E-Waste
collection
here
at
the
strip,
though
we're
thinking
starting
in
December,
we'll
going
to
cut
down
the
time
just
because
it
gets
darker
a
little
earlier
just
from
the
bottom,
so
we'll
be
releasing
New
Times
once
we
definitely
agree
on
both
sides
about
putting
down
the
amount
of
time
they're
here
at
Environmental,
Services
I,
don't
know
why
I'm
not
saying
like
I'm,
not
saying
the
word
I
want
to
say,
but
I
think
you
guys
get
it
and
yeah.
We
were
also
gearing
up
for
Christmas
trees.
I
We've
got
a
whole
two
months,
I
guess,
but
still
want
to
try
to
get
ahead
of
the
ball
as
far
as
making
sure
we
do
Outreach
to
tree
vendors
and
so
people
when
they
buy
the
tree
they
get,
they
can
know
and
then
just
getting
it
prepared
for
bat,
so
we'll
have
15
locations
or
sorry
12
locations
all
over
the
city
for
people
to
drop
off
trees.
So
when
that
time
comes
we'll
be
asking
to
share
some
information,
we're
just
getting
started
now,
yeah
I
think!
That's
it.
Sorry!
I
I
didn't
write
anything
down
so,
but
thanks
for
listening.
C
Since
we
won't
have
a
CPC
meeting
in
December,
when
I
send
out
that
that
solicitation
email
for
content
for
both
the
newsletter
and
the
clean
Pittsburgh
Friday,
could
you
respond
with
some
when
you'd
like
to
see
a
mayor,
Gainey
post
on
Christmas
tree
recycling
like
what
what
Friday
you'd
like
that
on
and
what
you'd
like
to
see
in
the
content?
G
Yeah,
similar
to
the
prc's
request
with
the
education
for
hHw,
is
there
an
opportunity
to
use
some
of
our
budget
dollars
to
support
education
for
Christmas
tree
recycling
that
we
can
maybe
have
some
signage
or
something
at
the
where
you
can
purchase
your
Christmas
trees
or
anything
along
those
lines?.
I
I,
don't
I'm
trying
I'm
trying
to
think
of
ways.
We
could
spend
that
money
and
I
do
not
know
of
any
because
a
lot
of
stuff
we
do
in-house,
like
Sign,
Making
and
I'm
thinking
about
any
vendors
that
we
have
like
that.
We
could
spend
that
money
with
and
for
any
contracts
and
I,
don't
know
of
any
right
now,
but
I'll
think
about
it.
My
thinking
cap
on
for
sure
yeah.
C
One
thing
I've
always
wanted
to
do
with
educational
Christmas
trees
is
provide
the
tree
sellers
with
tags
with
little
strings
on
it.
That
could
be
put
on
everything
you
sold.
The
the
thing
that
always
comes
back
to
us
is
capacity,
especially
at
the
end
of
the
year,
to
attach
string
or
something
like
that.
Maybe
that's
something
one
of
our
vendors
could
could
make
for
us.
If
you
could
get
a
quote
on
that,
I
don't
know.
I
Could
yeah
no
I
was
thinking
about
like
even
just
when
we
give
them
the
bigger
sheet,
where
we
have
a
QR
code,
where
people
can
scan
to
see
where
our
locations
will
be.
There's
like
the
little
pool
like
call
this
number
or,
like
you
know
like
just
but
I
mentally
shot,
sometimes
as
far
as
like
idea,
creation
and
good
capacity
to
do
all
that.
But
those
are
all
great
ideas,
is.
I
Together
or
put
some
ideas
together
and
I'll,
try
to
use
my
Powers
here
to
help
get
it
done
yeah,
we
can
do
a
commission,
a
mini
Commission
on
Christmas
trees.
Another
subcommittee,
another
subcommittee.
G
Yeah
anything
I
can
help
you
with
just
if
you
have
any
ideas,
just
shoot
over
I'm
happy
to
like
sweet,
decide
a
tag
or
like
a
sign
or
reach
out
to
vendor.
If
just
don't
hesitate
to
reach
out
to
ask
I'd
want
to
put
more
work
on
your
plate,
so
it's
all
good
yeah.
Just
let
me
know
what
I
can
do.
A
B
Everyone
Aaron,
did
you
raise
your
hand
or
something
you
popped
to
the
top
of
my
zoom
is
the
only
reason
why
I'm
asking
I.
J
Don't
think
I
raised
my
hand
but
Aaron
from
the
park
since
everybody
I'm
sorry
I
was
like
I
was
at
a
doctor's
appointment
earlier.
I,
don't
have
any
I,
don't
think
Super
relevant
organizational
updates
other
than
I've
been
really
pushing
glitter
pickups
at
every
single
one
of
my
volunteer
events.
It's
tree
planting
season
and
I
I,
usually
send
a
group
of
people
around
and
I
was
really
happy
to
have
an
event.
J
This
past
weekend,
where
there
were
these
super
volunteers
that
were
that
had
the
friends
of
the
riverfront
Alien
cleanway's
Gear,
the
bucket
and
litter
Pickers
and
I
was
super
excited
about
that,
and
just
looking
forward
to
kind
of
pushing
litter
picking
at
all
of
the
parks.
J
Conservancies
events
we
got
a
grant
that
is
going
to
support
a
little
bit
of
algae,
cleanway's
time
up
in
the
hilltop
adjacent
to
McKinley
Park,
the
idea
being
that
you
know
we're
going
to
do
litter
pickups
in
the
neighborhoods,
because,
if,
if
they
don't
get
paid,
if
the
trash
doesn't
get
picked
up
the
neighborhoods
it
ends
up.
