A
A
A
We
have
some
minutes
to
approve
and
I
knew
I
had
them
and
I
didn't.
Have
them
ready
for
you,
so
I
apologize
for
that
we're
going
to
start,
as
always
with
our
introductions,
while
people
filter
through
the
registration
system
and
get
here,
we
do
again
have
I'm
still
counting
five
five
confirmed
commissioners.
A
C
Sorry
I'm,
usually
not
the
only
Sarah
on
call
so
I,
wasn't
sure.
Sarah
Shea
deputy
director
at
the
Pennsylvania
Resources
Council
and
co-treasurers,
with
Afton
on
the
CPC
I,
will
go
to
Becca.
D
E
Hi
I'm
Zach
Kodak
I'm,
the
DPW
program,
specialist
and
I'm
sitting
here
today
as
a
guest.
It's
been
about
a
year
and
a
half
since
my
last
sit
in
on
the
queen,
Pittsburgh
commission
meeting
and
I'll,
unfortunately
have
to
leave
today
around
10
45
10
50..
A
It
my
name
is.
G
Joshua
shuneman
I'm
the
collection
events
manager
at
Pennsylvania,
Resources,
Council
I'm,
also
an
aspiring
commission
member
yeah
I
handle
the
county
collections
with
PRC,
and
we
also
work
with
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
for
electronics,
waste
and
hazardous
waste
collection
and
I
will
pass
this
over
to
Aaron
Tobin.
I
Hi
morning
everyone
Kelsey
Ripper
executive
director
of
friends
of
the
riverfront,
an
aspiring
commissioner
I'll,
pass
it
over
to
sorry
I
lost
track.
Myrna
did
you
go
yet.
J
Oops,
no
sorry
I'm
I'm
out
of
it
I'm
Brandon
Newman
I'm,
the
executive
director
of
Allegheny,
cleanways
and
I'm
going
to
need
to
leave
early
too.
So
we
have
two
other
representatives
from
Allegheny
cleanways
that
are
on
Michelle
Waller.
Is
our
new
development
director
so
I'll
pass
it
to
her
thanks.
K
Thanks
Mirna
Michelle
Lawler
and,
like
Marina,
said
brand
new
development
director
for
Allegheny
clean
ways.
This
is
my
fourth
day
but
I'm.
Looking
forward
to
hearing
what
this
is
all
about
and
meeting
all
of
you
thank
you.
I'll
pass
it
on
to
Lissa,
who
I
I
think
is
always
also
on
from
our
organization.
L
K
F
Hi,
okay,
yes,
I
work
for
the
Department
of
permit
license
and
inspections
for
the
City
of
Pittsburgh
and
I'm.
This
is
my
first
time
and
I'm
excited
to
hear
about
everything.
Moving
forward.
A
Welcome
we
love
the
we'll
put
a
post
on
it.
Just
for
you,
okay,
one,
two,
three:
four,
it's
still
the
same
number
of
people
I,
don't
know
why
I
keep
counting
them.
So
the
good
news
is
that
everyone
on
the
commission
has
to
leave
early
today
and
all
of
our
guests.
So
that
is
what
we
are
going
to
aim
to
do
because
best
case
scenario
for
me
in
my
office
is
to
also
leave
at
11..
So,
let's
see
what
we
can
get
through
by
then.
A
Thank
you
all
for
coming.
Thank
you
for
doing
your
introductions,
I'm,
going
to
show
you
our
agenda
right
now,
because
we're
going
to
we're
going
to
approve
the
agenda
because
we
are
going
to
have
an
agenda.
We
are
not
going
to
do
previous
Minute
review
and
approval.
We
will
send
that
out
to
confirm
Commissioners
because
we
don't
currently
have
a
quorum.
A
So,
oh
and
we're
gonna
read
we
by
we
I
mean
me,
are
going
to
read
the
mission
of
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
and
because
we're
really
going
to
keep
digging
into
that
document
periodically
as
we
work
on
our
one-page
strategic
report
and
that
plan
in
the
larger
sense
and
I
too
many
tabs.
Sorry,
everyone.
A
Oh,
the
from
I'm,
going
to
read
from
our
value
statement
today
about
Community
I've
had
a
lot
of
conversations
recently
going
into
the
new
year
with
planning
around
community
and
that
feels
like.
What's
on
my
heart
today,
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
values
Community
engagement
and
believes
that
the
best
approach
to
Neighborhood
Improvement
is
always
directed
by
the
people
in
that
neighborhood.
A
You
can
always
see
all
of
our
bylaws
and
documents
on
our
website
on
the
Pittsburgh,
the
city
of
Pittsburgh
web
page,
which
is
very
easy
to
navigate
now
and
super
googleable.
So
if
you
have
any
questions,
you
can
go
over
there
or
send
us
a
message:
agenda,
review
and
approval.
The
agenda
is
very
straightforward:
I'm
already
skipping
things
because
you
know
I
do
what
I
want
to
do.
I
also
don't
see
Chris.
Let
me
know
if
I
am
right
or
wrong
here.
B
Right
she
said
she
was
going
to
come
if
she
made
it,
but
she
is
literally
due
to
give
birth
like
any
day
now
and
she
was
like
if,
if
there
there
may
be
a
chance
that
that's
going
to
be
today,
so
if
not
here,
we're
just
gonna
assume
that's
good
news
for
her.
How
about
that
I
I
would
like
to
go
ahead
and
discuss
that
I'll
I'll
take
over
in
her
stead
to
discuss
what
we
want
to
do.
I
think
she
did
once
already
come
to
us
and
explain
how
this
works.
B
I
was
just
going
to
have
her
review
that
today,
but
the
the
need
is
there
for
us
to
take
over
the
street
stewards
program.
B
A
A
If
it's
going
to
kick
me
out
of
the
meeting
or
not
and
I
couldn't
find
my
tabs
there
we
go
November,
10th
I
think
we
had
some
naming
spelling
minor
things
that
we
had
gone
over
for
that
and
those
these
are
just
Corrections
and
then
here
are
the
January
minutes.
If
you
all
want
to
put
eyes
on
them
really
quickly
for
any
issues,
we
can
send
those
back
to
Erica.
She
is
in
a
a
conflicting
meeting
today
and
we'll
send
out
a
report
from
this
meeting
from
the
recording
later.
A
L
A
A-Okay
there
does
everybody
have
the
agenda
link
was
in
the
most
recent
thing.
I'll
stop
my
share
and
then
we'll
go
over
to
Chris
for
to
talk
about
Street,
stewards
and
and
ballot
bins.
B
All
right
for
the
street
stewards
that
program
for
anyone
who's
not
aware,
was
created
by
a
student
who
came
to
Pittsburgh
from
another
city
and
saw
we
didn't
have
a
street
stewards
programs
started
that
on
Instagram
got
very
popular,
got
very
large
and
then,
as
she
is
getting
ready
to
graduate
college
and
start
a
family.
She
does
not
have
a
whole
lot
of
capacity
for
this
anymore
and
is
looking
for
us
to
take
that
over.
B
What
I
would
like
is
somebody
from
our
group
who
is
familiar
with
Instagram,
to
volunteer
to
to
do
that,
because
I've
never
touched
Instagram
in
my
life
and
I'm,
also
having
a
hard
time
keeping
up
with
our
Facebook
and
our
newsletter,
and
things
like
that.
So
I
don't
believe
that
I
have
a
whole
lot
of
capacity
for
it,
but
I
would
want
to
find
a
way
to.
She
was
also
pretty
much
drawing
up
these
maps
of
the
areas
that
had
Street
stewards
on
it.
B
I
can
work
with
our
rgis
team
to
have
something
a
little
bit
more
functional
for
for
people
that
we
can
have
say
on
our
r
r,
Pittsburgh
pa.gov
website,
and
things
like
that
through
the
clean
fits
for
commission
pages.
So
if
anybody
could
take
over
the
Instagram
aspect
of
that,
that
would
be
really
great
and
then
I
can
have
the
gis
side
taken
care
of
Zach
is
here
and
I
invited
Giselle
as
well.
B
They
are
the
people
who
helped
me
create
our
automation
for
our
volunteer
applications
and
we're
very
happy
with
the
way
that
worked,
and
so
finding
some
way
for
the
that
sort
of
data
to
be
included
in
this
street
stewards
program
would
be
really
great.
So
that's
why
Zach's
here
today
to
understand
what
we're
doing
and
come
up
with
a
plan.
So
do
we
have
any
volunteers
here?
I
know
we're
kind
of
short
on
people
too,
but
does
anybody
feel
comfortable
taking
over
that
Pro
program?
B
J
You
this
is
Myrna
I
I
mean
it
seems,
kind
of
logical
that
that
we
could
or
or
should
but
I
can't
vote
I.
Personally,
don't
I
think
I
might
have
two
Instagram
accounts
that
I
sort
of
sometimes
look
at
so
I
need
to
ask
our
communication.
You
know
I,
don't
want
to
dump
something
on
him
without
clearing
it
by
him,
but
I
think
that
that
seems
like
a
logical
thing
in
a
fairly
easy
thing
to
pull
into
our
what
we're
already
doing,
but
but
yeah.
If
there's
anyone
else,
I
I
certainly
will.
I
I
I'll-
and
maybe
this
conversation's
already
been
had,
but
does
it
make
sense
to
really
kind
of
approach
this
as
a
clean,
Pittsburgh
commission
initiative
or
really
just
roll
it
into
existing
Steward
programs
that
the
non-profits
are
already
doing
so
like
just
taking
it
a
step
further
than
what
Myrna
was
saying
you
know,
Allegheny
clean
with
is
the
great
Keepers
program.
We
have
our
litter
kit
program.
That's
that
says
a
joint
project
between
friends
and
clean
ways.
I
I
mean
I
think
that
there's
aspects
of
the
street
Stewart
program
that
were
really
successful
and
people
really
I,
don't
know
engaged
with
especially
around
Instagram,
but
that
could
just
be
rolled
into
the
litter
kit
program
and
great
Keepers
program,
because
so
many
of
the
street
stewards
were
actually
accessing
their
materials
through
us
and
so
I.
Don't
know
if
that
conversation
needs
to
be
had
right
now
or
or
offline,
but
just
thinking
about
it
a
little
bit
higher
level
than
just
like
the
Instagram
account
itself.
B
Yeah
I
I
knew
that
the
street
stewards
were
frequently
using
those
litter
kits.
She
was
pointing
everyone
that
direction,
so
it
was
already
something
we
were
involved
in
to
begin
with,
but
just
the
the
structure
of
who's
doing.
What
is
what
we'd
like
to
iron
out
and
the
big
thing
is
I,
do
want
to
make
it
easier
on
everybody.
That's
you
know
always
my
thing
is
automation,
make
it
easier,
but
we
don't
want
the
user
experience
for
the
current
Street
stewards
to
change
a
whole
lot.
B
They
they,
the
street
stewards
out
there
on
the
street,
most
have
Instagrams
or
have
interacted
with
the
program
solely
through
Instagram,
and
they
found
success
in
that.
So
I
don't
want
that
to
change
for
those
end
users,
so
any
improvements
we
can
make
on
our
sides
to
make
our
lives
easier,
I'm
all
about,
but
I
just
want
them
to
be.
B
They
found
success,
doing
that
and
to
leave
that,
as
it
is
so
I
think,
maybe
a
conversation
between
friends
of
the
riverfront
Allegheny
clean
ways
since
you're,
both
so
involved
in
that
anyway,
who
who
would
be
taking
on
what
responsibilities
there?
If
we
just
have
another
like
a
little
subcommittee
set
up,
if
Myrna
you
could
talk
to
your
comms
person,
find
a
time
that
they'd
be
willing
to
meet
with
us
and
have
a
set
up
a
separate
meeting
as
a
subcommittee.
That
would
be
very
helpful.
Yeah.
J
That's
what
I
was
going
to
suggest?
Maybe
the
three
of
us
can
kind
of
talk,
offline
and
figure
this
out,
because
yeah
Kelsey
absolutely
makes
sense.
I'm
still
a
little
I
I
broke
my
wrist
everyone
and
I'm
and
I
just
had
surgery
yesterday,
so
I'm
still
a
little.
You
know
like
drugged
up
and
foggy
drugged
up
in
legal
ways:
okay,
but
but
still
a
little
foggy.
So
thank
you,
Kelsey
and
when
I
get
through
this,
we
will
actually
we'll
be
meeting
this
afternoon
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
some
stuff
anyway.
J
D
Yeah
and
grounded
can
help
support
too
if
our
community
care
stewards
so
Kelsey
and
Myrna
like
we
can
also
jump
in
that
sport.
B
Awesome,
thank
you.
Everybody
with
we'll
see
if
Megan
is
able
to
join
one
of
those
well
we'll
follow
up
with
her.
You
know,
depending
on,
if
she's
actually
giving
birth
today
or
not
all
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
that
wraps
up
that
conversation,
I'm
glad
we're
making
movement
on
it.
Next,
on
to
ballot
bins,
I
had
hoped
to
have
a
little
bit
more
to
share,
but
I
spent
all
of
this
morning
visiting
a
bunch
of
our
different
ballot,
bins,
cleaning
them
up,
checking
the
conditions.
B
Things
like
that
I
got
to
maybe
15
or
20
of
them,
so
I
just
wanted
to
kind
of
share
what
we've
seen
with
them.
So
here's
the
ones
at
the
city,
county,
building
the
city
county
building,
gets
heavily
used.
Government
workers
can
smoke
you
guys,
I
mean
they
really
can't
smoke,
so
that
one
is
gets
very,
very,
very
filthy.
B
These
magnetic
strips
we
have
we're
having
some
problem
with
discoloration
and
so
the
heavier
used
ones.
So
we
may
be
talking
to
our
print
shop
to
change
those
to
a
yellow
color,
since
it
kind
of
yellows
anyway,
there's
a
lot
of
graffiti.
That's
shouldn't
really
be
a
shock.
It
still
kind
of
hurts
my
heart
when
I
go
out
there
and
see
it,
but
graffiti
cleans
off
pretty
good
on
a
lot
of
these.
B
We
this
one
is
a
special
one,
because
that
area
in
Allentown
is
covered
in
Joe
Biden
graffiti.
It
seems
to
be
the
work
of
one
person
who's
not
well,
but
some
of
these
are
easier
to
clean
off
than
others,
using
a
little
bit
of
just
paint
stripper
and
a
little
flat
Edge.
There
I
think
you
can
kind
of
see
this.
One
here
was
just
completely
left
open.
B
Another
problem
we're
having
with
the
bins
is
people
opening
them
up
to
steal
the
cigarettes
inside
of
them,
and
so,
when
that
happens,
they
won't,
they
won't
close
it
back
up.
Of
course,
why
are
you
going
to
do
that?
So
that's
another
problem.
We've
seen
in
a
couple
different
areas
that
we're
working
on
solutions
for
I,
think
here
in
this
Allentown
one
you
can
kind
of
see
here
at
the
bottom.
We
put
a
little
strap
around
it.
B
Some
of
them,
the
cleanest
ones,
I
found
are
definitely
the
ones
opened
up
to
get
rained
on,
seems
to
clean
it
up
pretty.
Well,
here's
a
Market
Square.
B
You
know
some
of
them
have
just
gone
missing.
There
was
two
originally
here
in
Market
Square,
there's
one
there
now,
here's
one
that
we
had
up
on
Shiloh
Street
in
Mount
Washington
when
I
stopped
there,
they
had
asked
hey
when
did
DPW
come
and
take
this
down
and
I
said:
I
was
I'm
here
today
to
check
on
it.
It
looks
like
this
bracket
shouldn't
even
be
a
it's,
not
a
removable
piece,
so
it
looks
like
somebody
literally
just
kicked
it
until
it
broke.
B
I
was
a
little
concerned
that
these
straps
were
not
enough,
but
it
seems
like
the
strap
stayed,
but
they
still
managed
to
knock
that
off.
Here's
one
of
the
ones
I
did
clean
off
you.
You
can
see
some
of
them
clean
up,
really
well
getting
all
that
graffiti
off
and
then
try
to
place
the
sticker
there.
That
says
hey.
This
is
maintained
by
your
neighbors.
This
is
the
the
owned
by
the
Clinton
Pittsburgh
commission.
If
you
have
any
problem
with
this,
if
there's
vandalism
graffiti,
please
contact
us.
B
It's
just
a
really
great
place
to
write
something
so
maybe
we're
looking
at
a
sticker
that
covers
that
whole
area
with
instructions
to
put
out
your
cigarettes,
because
another
problem
we're
seeing
with
these
is:
if
the
cigarette
is
not
fully
put
out,
then
it
will
light
a
lot
of
the
other
ones
on
fire.
A
lot
of
smoke
Willow
out
of
those.
So
we
need
some
some
work
on
communication
of
to
put
out
the
cigarette
and
a
little
bit
better
on
the
and
what
we
need
to
do.
B
A
full
city-wide
audit
I
did
as
many
as
I
could
this
morning.
So
those
are
the
weaknesses.
We've
got
with
the
bins
right
now,
I
I,
don't
think
any
of
them
are
fully
a
failure.
B
You
know
I
I
knew
some
of
these
things
were
gonna
happen,
but
I
think
there's
some
additional
steps
we
could
do
and
and
then
maybe
do
some
better
jobs
of
mounting
them
with
using
our
science
department
mounts
instead
of
the
ones
that
the
bins
come
with,
and
also
one
to
talk
to
all
of
our
partners
to
see
if
they
believe
that
the
cigarette
receptacles
have
at
least
done
a
better
job
of
keeping
cigarettes
on
the
ground.
B
One
person
two
people
I
did
talk
to
today,
really
did
believe
that
it
made
a
difference
on
the
the
cigarettes
on
the
ground,
but
we
didn't
really
want
to
burden
anybody
with
a
responsibility
of
tracking
that
if
they
were
already
doing
a
free
labor
for
us
of
cleaning
these
out
and
emptying
them,
we
didn't
want
to
burden
them
with
extra
responsibilities
on
tracking
cigarettes.
So
it
would
I'm
a
data.
Guy
I
love
data,
but
I
I,
just
didn't
see
a
really
great
Way
Forward
on
that.
B
B
Excellent
yeah
that
was
easy
to
understand.
Moving
on
since
we're
we're
going
at
lightning
Pace
here
the
year
in
review
occurred
to
me
us
well
after
the
new
year
that
we
hadn't
done
our
year.
It's
even
started
doing
our
year
in
review
for
2022,
so
we're
going
to
be
coming
to
you
guys
all
of
your
organizations
with
very
specific
asks
about
what
you've
accomplished
in
2022,
what
the
commission
has
done.
B
What
we
want
to
highlight
in
the
last
year,
things
like
that
we'll
likely
need
a
little
subcommittee
put
together
to
push
that
through.
That
might
be
something
we
roll
in
together
with
the
the
the
mission
or
the
Strategic
plan.
Things
like
that,
so
anybody
who'd
like
to
work
on
putting
together
this
year
in
view
I'm
going
to
ask
them
to
contact
Lori
and
Loreal,
set
up
a
meeting
for
us
to
get
all
that
in
one
place.
A
I
wanna
I
wanna
talk
about
this
strategory
ISM,
yeah,
really
quick,
so
I
thought
I
would
put
it
with
that
together.
A
Just
because
so
you
know,
I
love
a
document,
but
I
never
wrote
a
strategic
Plan
before
they
never
did
a
SWOT
analysis
before
so
I
had
to
go
out
and
get
everyone
to
help
me
and
I
got
lots
of
SWOT
analysis.
These
things
are
really
interesting.
That's
all
I
have
to
say
about
them.
I
think
they
are
weird.
A
I
also
understand
that
everyone
does
them
so
I
was
like
okay,
I'm,
just
gonna
get
into
this
I,
don't
really
get
it,
but
I
think
it's
a
good
tool
because,
obviously
like
it
makes
me
think
at
least
about
everything
we're
doing
in
kind
of
a
totally
different
way,
so
the
our
first
step
ish
to
try
to
reorganize
what
we
have
from
the
SWOT
analysis
that
we
did
in
the
early
of
covid,
which
is
data
that
we're
going
to
continue
to
work
with
and
try
to
use,
rather
than
make
everyone
start
over,
and
do
that
again.
A
Right
now
is
we're
trying
to
organize
the
the
activities
of
the
commission.
According
to
our
legislation
into
the
purposes
of
the
commission,
which
will
help
us
to
set
our
goals
under
our
SWAT
analysis
in
a
more
focused
way,
there's
a
million
ways
to
put
these
in
somewhere
I
just
started
by
putting
them
where
I
thought.
Maybe
they
went
so
the
things
embold
on
this
are
the
purposes
of
the
commission
according
to
our
legislation,
and
then
the
parts
not
embold-
and
this
is
just
words-
it's
not
formatted.
A
Obviously
it's
not
pretty
are
the
purpose
or
the
purposes
of
the
commissioner
in
bold
and
the
activities
of
the
commission
are
in
not
bold.
A
A
glaring,
a
glaring
issue
for
me
or
misunderstanding
of
of
one
of
the
purposes
of
the
commissions
is
to
generate
funds
to
address
neighborhood
problems
on
a
city-wide
basis
and,
like
I,
think
a
recurring
pain
point
to
my
understanding
of
the
time
I've
spent
on
the
commission
is
like
we
don't
bring
in
money.
A
We
don't
know
how
we
now
have
money
from
the
city
budget
and
I
understand
that
we
receive
a
lot
of
non-financial
support
from
our
non-profit
Partners
in
our
rco
partners,
but
I,
don't
know
how
we
apply
that
to
generating
funds
and
that
I
think
maybe
for
right
now
that
one
we
just
continued
to
skip
I,
don't
know
what
to
do
with
that.
One.
B
I
think
that's!
That's!
That's
a
relic
I
think,
once
upon
a
time
when
we
didn't
have
City
budget
funds,
fundraising
was
a
large
part
of
the
commission
and
I.
Don't
think
we
need
to
do
that
anymore.
So,
that's
probably
something
we
can
just
eliminate
entirely.
Okay,.
C
Yeah
and
I
think
long
long
ago,
with
the
commission
there
was,
we
were
going
to
be
funded
by
fines
from
littering
like
Way,
Way
Back
like
15
years
ago
or
whatever,
and
that
was
the
thought
was
somehow
that
they
people
were
gonna,
get
charged
for
littering
15
bucks
and
that
money
was
going
to
go
into
a
pot
for
the
CPC.
So
that
might
be
connected
somehow
to
that
as
well.
A
J
So
my
only
concern
with
eliminating
something
is:
is
that
okay,
you
know
because
it
was
part
of
the
the
original
legislation
you
know.
Does
that
then
change
the
legislation?
Does
that
need
to
have
I
I,
don't
know
what
that
process.
I
agree,
though
it
was
from
Sarah
you're
right.
It
was
because
it
was
a
remnant
of
that
the
original
legislation
which
we
were
supposed
to
be
funded
through
something
and
never
were
so
yeah.
C
C
Were
but
I
would
have
been
under
the
assumption
that
we
would
have
removed
that
I
was
supposed
to
no,
we
didn't.
Why
did
we
not
remove
them?
Will.
K
A
I
I
I'm
not
planning
to
take
it
out,
but
I
am,
if
we're
all
kind
of
in
agreement
planning
to
treat
it
kind
of
as
a
stub,
because
I
think
part
of
the
outcome
of
this
planning
session
and
trying
to
streamline
some
of
our
communication
with
the
mayor's
office
and
things.
It
is
so
that
in
I
know
we
no
longer
a
required
to
reauthorize
the
legislation,
but
I.
Think
part
of
the
outcome
of
this.
That
we
want
is
if
we
would
like
to
ultimately
make
modifications
to
that.
A
A
B
A
A
Okay,
so
that's
my
our
update
from
that.
The
only
other
thing
too,
that
I
want
to
say
about
getting
the
annual
report
together
with
the
Strategic
one
pager
is,
if
you
have
any
Alicia,
was
really
good
at
this
and
I'm
really
not
good
at
it.
If
you
have
any
photos
from
garbage
Olympics
or
from
esplan
hard
to
recycle
day
or
from
like
all
the
things
that
we
will
be
talking
about
in
words
that
we
did
last
year,
can
you
look
those
up
for
us,
because
Chris
is
very
good
at
the
document?
A
Designing
with
the
shiny
and
some
photos
would
be
very
helpful
for
that.
A
It
as
usual
Sarah
Shea,
it's
I,
think
it's
time
for
finance
committee
update.
C
Big
update
is
trying
to
figure
out.
It
appears
that
there
was
a
lot
of
folks
that
put
in
invoices
at
the
end
of
2022
that
their
organizations
have
not
received
the
funding
in
so
I
Myrna
I've
heard
from
cleanways
that
there
was
an
invoice
that
came
in
that
or
that
you
had
provided
the
CPC
and
that
was
have
you
have
not
received.
The
funding
for
I
know
that
PRC
was
the
same
one
question
I
had
was
for
the
other
non-profits
friends
of
the
riverfront
grounded
Parks
Conservancy.
C
C
C
Right
now:
okay
yeah,
if
when
you
guys
know
Becca
and
Aaron,
let
me
know,
and
then
we
need
to
get
together,
maybe
Chris
and
Afton
offline
to
see
you
know
where
those
sit
and
what
we
need
to
do
to
kind
of
process
those.
And
if
there's
any
issue,
will
they
need
to
be
tacked
on
to
this
year's
budget?
If
something
had
happened
and
we
cannot,
you
know,
connect
to
them
or
they
weren't
already
in
process.
C
C
I
think
one
thing
that
there
was
discussion
of
and
I
know
we
don't
have
a
neighborhood
of
focus,
but
the
joint
program
that
cleanways
and
PRC
did
in
esplan.
That
was
a
E-Waste
and
a
kind
of
like
a
not
a
dump
Busters.
But
it
was
you
know,
kind
of
a
bulk
trash
collection
day
that
was
done
in
esplan
was
very
well
received
and
could
be
something
that
you
know
we
could
bring
in
more
Partners
on.
C
It
doesn't
have
to
just
be
PRC
and
clean
ways,
but
look
to
maybe
do
something
like
that
this
year
and
just
do
some
ahead
planning
and
then
I
know
there's
a
number
of
other
things.
We've
done.
You
know
throughout
the
past
years
that
we
might
want
to
address.
If
anybody
is
interested,
we've
tried
to
have
not
always
successful
but
try
to
have
a
monthly
budget
meeting
it's
the
week
before
the
CPC
meeting
like
9
A.M
on
a
Wednesday
I'll,
just
email,
everybody
or
maybe
Chris
I,
don't
know
if
you
can
email
the
CPC.
B
City
surveillance
also
said
they
didn't
receive
there,
so
I
sent
that
to
afternoon
again
what
I
would
like
is
going
forward
and
and
I
do
owe
some
apologies
around
here,
especially
to
Myrna,
because
I
know
you've
emailed
me
about
those
missing
payments
for
a
while,
and
it's
been
the
top
of
my
list
that
I
haven't
gotten
to
for
the
past
three
months
of
trying
to
follow
up
on
this
stuff.
B
I
think
that
email
on
chasing
down
these
budget,
Loose
Ends
is
is
kind
of
hard
to
figure
out.
What's
going
on,
so
what
I'd
like
to
do
for
anything
budget
wise
of
questions
of
Hey
where's
this
at
I'd
like
for
that
to
all
happen
in
the
monthly
meeting.
B
So
if
we
could
have
the
recurring
monthly
meeting
the
week
before
the
the
clean
Pittsburgh
commission
meeting
and
anybody
who
has
any
questions
to
come
to
that,
and
so
we
could
all
be
on
the
same
page-
here's
where
this
is
at
and
it
doesn't
get
lost
in
the
emails
like
all
of
these
questions
have
happened
for
the
past
couple
months.
I
think
that
would
be
a
really
beneficial
way
to
approach
this.
B
So,
let's,
let's
schedule
I
know
we
didn't
get
a
good
one
this
this
week
and
maybe
or
last
week,
because
one
I
think
a
lot
of
people
at
the
very
last
second
said
they
couldn't
come
and
then
Sarah
was
sitting
in
a
room
by
herself.
B
But
if,
if
we
could
set
one
up
in
the
short
term
before
next
month,
so
that
we
can
talk
about
all
of
these
outstanding
invoices
of
where
they
are,
what
we
got
to
do
and
that
way
we're
not
over
waiting
a
full
another
month.
For
for
that
discussion
to
happen,
because
it
is
important,
we
do
need
to
figure
this
out.
A
B
Is
it
helpful
for
everybody
here
who
would
want
to
attend
those
meetings
that
those
are
very
regularly
scheduled
like
the
first
Wednesday
of
the
month
or
is?
Would
it
be
more
helpful
for
everyone
here
to
say
hey
we
want
to
have
our
meeting
what's
best
for
everybody,
because
there's
there's
pros
and
cons
to
both,
but
also
I,
think
with
Sarah
being
the
one
scheduling
it.
C
I,
like
the
standing
meeting
that's
set
because
I
feel
like
it's
kind
of
like,
if
you
can
make
it
great,
but
I
worry
on
my
end.
If
it's
not
set
scheduled,
it
won't
happen
and
I'll
be
like
oh
I
didn't
get
to
everybody
and
I
couldn't
find
it
this
way
it,
and
if
there
is
somebody
that
cannot
meet
at
that
time,
that
needs
like
I
need
to
you
know.
Can
we
spend
15
minutes
on
the
phone?
Like
that's
totally,
you
know
fine.
C
We
can
have
one-on-ones
with
a
specific
organization,
especially
you
know
if
it's
been
months
and
you're
still
not
getting
paid
by
the
CPC
like
let's
just
set
something
up,
but
I
would
prefer
a
standing
if
the
standing
time
currently,
which
is
the
first
Wednesday
of
the
month
at
9
30.,
it's
just
a
teams.
If
that
is
like
a
definite
no-go
for
people,
let
me
know
like
that's
definitely
open
to
change,
but
I
would
like
to
keep
it
set
so
that
it's
just
more
likely
it
in
my
for
me
that
it
will
happen.
B
Why
don't
you
just
like
set
that
meeting
for
the
full
year,
put
it
on
everybody's
calendar,
and
you
know
when
it
shows
up
on
everybody's
calendar?
Obviously,
if
you
don't
need
to
be
there,
you
don't
need
to
come.
This
is
just
for
as
needed
basis
and
then
that
way,
you're
not
trying
to
track
everybody
down
each
month
and
then
also
so
for
the
full
year
and
then
also,
let's
do
a
short
term
one
for
our
little
crisis.
Right
now,.
A
And
I
just
put
it
manually
on
my
work,
calendar
I
just
needed
to
sit
down
and
do
it
because
I
have
office
through
my
work.
We
use
Outlook,
religiously
and
then
things
come
to
my
personal
email
and
it's
like
you're,
not
I'm
like
it's
just
stupid
me
things.
It's
not
anybody
else.
Things
and
I
know
that
my
answers
to
those
invites
don't
go
back
because
they
just
go
into
like
you.
Don't
exist
in
Microsoft
land,
please!
So
that's
not
anybody
else
to
fix.
That's
just
for
me
to
be
aware
of.
H
D
A
C
K
A
Okay,
we're
gonna,
do
I,
guess
it's
time
for
the
lightning
round
of
member
organization
updates.
We
are
killing
it.
I
So
friends
that
are
providing
Allegheny
cleanways
just
launched
registration
for
Litter
League,
so
we're
doing
again
this
year,
a
colleague
Division
and
a
neighborhood
Division,
and
so
neighborhoods
can
sign
up
for
free
and
get
the
kits
and
be
part
of
the
tournaments
and
then
we're
also
having
the
colleague
division
that
does
come
with
a
suggested
donation.
They
get
all
the
kits.
There's
going
to
be
uniforms
this
year
as
well,
and
the
kickoff
will
be
I.
I
Think
it's
a
day
before
Earth,
Day
and
it'll
go
for
I
know
we
change.
We
made
it
a
little
shorter
this
year,
so
I
think
it's
like
six
weeks.
So
if
you
will
be
promoting
it
and
if
you
want
to
promote
it
as
well
and
push
it
out,
that
would
be
much
appreciated
and
then
we're
just
getting
ready
for
The
Busy
stewardship
season.
I
B
The
thing
out
of
our
office,
we
will
be
presenting
the
mayor's
anti-litter
campaign
to
the
mayor
and
his
cabinet
on
Monday
morning.
This
has
already
gone
through
a
couple
rounds
of
vetting
through
the
deputy
mayor
through
the
the
the
chief
chief
Lisa
Frank,
everybody.
It
is
everything
we've
talked
about
here:
gold
plan
marketing
things
like
that.
There's
been
a
lot
of
heat
behind
us,
so
we're
very
excited
to
finally
have
that
done
and
we
are
moving
on
consolidating
those
inspectors,
the
first
steps
of
that.
B
According
to
the
gold
plan
that
is
starting
to
take
shape.
Now
we
are
looking
to
hopefully
take
over
weeds
and
debris
from
pli
by
July
as
our
deadline.
If
we
find
that
we
have
enough
inspector
capacity.
B
I
think
a
lot
of
people
saw
in
the
budget
that
the
inspectors
had
been
moved
from
their
various
portions
of
DPW
in
the
2023
budget
and
they've
been
Consolidated
or
Consolidated
under
Administration,
which
led
a
lot
of
people
to
think.
We've
got
seven
brand
new
people
and
we
didn't
those
people
had
already
existed
with
existing
responsibilities,
so
we'll
have
to
see
how
much
capacity
they
have
to
take
on.
According
to
what
we've
all
talked
about
before.
But
movement
is
happening.
B
C
Not
too
much
new
Josh
can
also
fill
you
in
on
for
PRC
still
rolling
along
with
the
city,
E-Waste
collection
events
two
days
a
week,
I
think
it's
in
March
and
Josh
probably
knows
the
exact
date
of
our
first
hHw
collection
and
we're
starting
to
work.
A
couple
of
projects
through
our
zero
waste
program,
we're
working
with
the
Pittsburgh
Foundation
funding
with
district
with
Deborah
gross's
District
to
do
some
waste
audits
on
some
businesses
in
the
Penn
Avenue
Liberty,
Avenue
Corridor,
as
well
as
working
with
Afton
and
office
of
sustainability.
C
To
do
some
updates
to
rec
centers.
We
did
waste
audits
at
three
rec
centers
last
year
for
the
city
around
some
of
their
food
programs
and
looking
to
see
how
one
we
can
boost
Recycling
and
waste
diversion
in
those.
So
some
exciting
new
projects
for
PRC
and
connections
with
the
city
which
is
really
exciting
but
Josh.
What
was
the
date
of
the
hHw.
G
11Th
and
it'll
be
down
at
the
Environmental
Services
building
in
the
Strip
District.
This
will
be
the
first
opportunity
of
the
New
Year
in
the
entire
region
for
hazardous
waste
disposal.
So
if
you
have
anything
or
know
anybody
or
want
to
spread,
the
word
folks
can
sign
up
off
of
the
city's
environmental
services
website,
which
will
take
you
to
the
registration
link
and
provide
all
the
information,
including
registration
links
times
that
are
available
in
prices
for
the
materials
you
may
be
burning
down.
So
that's
Saturday,
March,
11th.
K
I
can
tell
you
a
little
bit
about
Allegheny
Greenways,
but
I'm
still
learning
exactly
everything
that
we
do,
but
I
know
for
sure.
We
have
a
big
tire
cleanup
coming
up
on
Saturday
February
25th,
in
partnership
with
public
lands.
We
definitely
need
more
volunteers
for
that
I
think
they
said.
There's
about
2
000
tires
that
need
to
be
moved.
So
that's
on
our
radar
and
then
another
big
event.
We
have
is
Earth
Day,
April,
22nd
again
with
public
lands
and
Patagonia.
A
A
Thank
you.
Everyone
thanks,
Michelle!
Don't
for
jumping
right
in
welcome
yay,
okay,
I'm
I'm,
trying
to
keep
track
of
my
fingers.
I!
Think!
That's
it
does
anyone
else
have
a
member
organization
update.
E
A
Sure,
if
there's
anything
that
you
forgot
or
that
you
want
to
be
in
the
newsletter
to
send
that
directly
to
Chris,
please
try
to
interact
things
with
our
socials,
because
you
know
it's
a
necessary
evil
of
the
life
thing
and
wait.
You
all
did
such
a
good
job
at
making
sure
that
everyone
who
had
to
leave
could
leave
that
I
didn't
even
need
to
freak
Chris
out
and
send
him
an
email
that
I
might
need
to
leave
at
11.
So
see
no
problem.
A
You
killed
it.
Thank
you,
keep
an
eye
out
for
strategic,
planner
doodle
from
me
and
the
newsletter
submissions
in
the
newsletter
out
going
from
us,
and
we
will
keep
an
eye
out
for
you
in
the
world.
Our
next
meeting
is
Thursday
March
9th,
oh
yeah,
because
it's
February,
so
the
dates
in
March
are
the
same
day.
So
I
knew
that
but
I
still
looked
okay.
Thank
you.
Merry
Christmas
happy
New,
Year,
bye.
