A
Okay
thanks
everybody
for
joining
first
thing
that
we
want
to
do
is:
has
everybody
had
a
chance
to
take
a
look
at
the
minutes
from
last
month?
A
B
A
We've
approved
the
minutes
from
last
month.
Okay,
we
have
one
and
own
one
only
plan
here,
I
believe
it's
for
the
housing
authority
or
no
it's
for
domi.
C
A
E
E
A
Okay,
they
can
go
ahead
and
talk
about
their.
What
what
will
be,
what
we
would
be
interested
in
is
how
this
was
split
up
pretty
extensively.
So
what
are
some
of
the
jobs
and
tasks
that
these
minority
and
women-owned
businesses
and
veteran-owned
business
are
going
to
be
responsible
for.
A
Like
you
have
to
go
through
each
each
company
individually,
just
how
is
how
is
the
contract
split
up
like
what
are
some
of
the
contracts
that
are
going
to
be
divvied
out
here?.
D
Yeah,
I
can
just
give
you
the
overview
of
our
team
here
and
just
highlight
some
of
our
subs
and
what
their
roles
are
gonna
be.
We
actually
have
and
they're
split
up
to
actually
meet
the
mbwd
and
veterans
goals
for
the
city
and
they're.
D
We
don't
have
specific
contract
values
yet
because
we
haven't
scoped
the
project
with
the
city,
yet
we're
not
under
agreement
at
this
time,
but
we
have
a
pretty
diverse
team
here
that
we
can
handle
some
of
the
the
primary
technical
support
is
going
to
be
geotechnical
design
and
that's
going
to
be
hacking
how
engineers
endowed
are
going
to
support
us
doing
the
geotechnical
design.
We
have
some
communication
engagement
by
key
holdings.
Inc.
D
Keystone
acquisition
is
a
wbe
gonna,
be
doing
right
away
acquisition
services
for
us.
We
also
have
survey
from
a
number
of
groups
doing
different
types
of
survey
like
larson
can
do
drone.
We
have
monologue
basin,
it's
a
wbe
they're
going
to
do.
Survey
and
right-of-way
plans
for
us.
Merrick
chase
will
do
landscape
architecture
and
urban
design.
D
The
lexus
group
is
on
for
subsurface
utility
engineering
if
needed
and
tool
design
is
on
for
traffic
engineering.
We
also
have
a
veteran
known
group
of
tara
testing
and
if
we
need
test
scoring
services
for
investigation,
that's
the
majority
of
our
team
players
as
well
as
gana
fleming.
A
First
of
all,
congratulations!
This
is
this
is
very
impressive.
Can
janet
fleming
do
all
of
these
tasks
that
you've
actually
put
out
for
subcontracting.
D
Fleming
across
the
company,
I
don't
know
that
we
do
sue
services,
but
we
do
do
we
provide
engineering.
We
don't
typically
do
right
away
acquisition,
but
we
can
do
right
away
plans,
but
we
don't
typically
do
that
out
of
our
pittsburgh
office.
So
there
is
some
overlap.
Some
of
these
we
can-
and
some
of
these
we
generally
normally
sub
out.
A
Okay
well
and
the
reason
why
I
asked
that
it
was
really
for
the
benefit
of
the
commissioners.
You
know
this
is
this:
is
a
professional
services
contract
that
that
gannon
fleming
went
the
extra
mile
to
carve
out
some
contracts,
even
though
they
could
do
it
themselves?
They
could
self-perform.
A
That's
a
that's
a
huge
commitment
to
our
mission
here
at
the
eorc
and
what
we
strive
for,
and
we
appreciate
you
doing
that
and
get
it
in.
You
know
mentoring
some
of
these
companies
that
you
could
do
the
work
yourself,
but
you're,
giving
them
that
shot
and
that
one
up-
and
hopefully
you
know
helping
them
along
to
make
to
help
them
be
a
bigger
company
and
let
their
company
grow.
With
this
experience
so
kudos
to
you,.
A
And
from
what
I
understand,
this
is
a
task
order
contract,
which
is
we
deal
with
that
a
lot
with
the
housing
authority
where
you've
put
the
value
of
the
contract
in
a
hole.
It's
really
just
an
estimate,
because
this
would
be
you
know,
task
order,
it's
as
needed
as
as
something
arises,
type
of
thing.
So
again,
thank
you,
commissioners,.
B
A
And
tom
we
have
to
give
some
credit
to
tom
tecero
there
you
did
a
good
job.
We
appreciate
when
the
city
comes
to
us
and
has
really
taken
our
mission
seriously
and
and
put
forth
the
effort
to
you
know
kind
of
police
this
and
make
sure
that
your
your
primes
are
doing
what
what
we're
hoping
that
they're
doing
so
kudos
to
you
as
well
tom.
A
F
A
Thank
you
monica
oh
hi,
tracy's
on
now,
perfect.
Okay,
all
right!
Well,
this
motion
passes
contract
approved.
Thank
you
so
much
you
guys
we're
going
to
be
going
on
to
the
itq.
So
if
that
doesn't
include
you
or
concern
you,
you
can
drop
off.
This
call
now.
B
Yeah
I'll
get
started
with
the
good
afternoon,
commissioners
hope
you're
all
doing
well,
so
an
update
we've
had
in
the
past
one
month,
four
itq
work
orders,
two
of
them
from
domi,
they
are
one,
is
on
sawmill,
run
maintenance
and
the
other
one
is
the
street
run
corrective
action
plan.
They
are
both
for
less
than
50
000.
So
I
won't
go
into
the
details,
but
there
are
two
more
plans
from
dhomi
and
I'm
pleased
to
share
that
they
are
really
good
plants.
One
of
them
is
titled.
B
It's
the
brighton
heights
senior
center
building
renovation,
a
prime
is
87
pittsburgh
and
the
project
cost
is
a
little
it's
over
373
000
and
there
are
nine
subs
in
all
out
of
which
the
plan
has
two
mbes
three
wbes
and
one
veteran
owned
and
on
the
side,
if
you
can
see
that's
the
the
amount
allocated
to
each
one
of
them.
So
this
is
really
good
and
then
there's
another
one.
B
This
one
is
warrington:
recreation
center,
it's
building
renovation
and
the
prime
is
dla
architects.
The
project
cost
here
is
is
609
over
694
000,
and
this
plan
2
has
good
participation.
There
are
11
subs
out
of
which
5
are
mbes,
two
wbes
and
one
veteran
owned,
and
this
is
the
the
cost
allocation
among
them.
B
So
yeah,
that's
it
from
me.
C
Plan
that
we
have
in
place
here
at
the
city,
we've
already
added
the
language
to
our
city
code.
177A
we've
also
added
it
to
our
b2g
now
system.
C
We
will
be
sending
out
a
list
of
the
businesses,
the
certified
businesses
from
that
category.
They
have
a
national
certification
that
we
were
going
to
try
to
send
that
out
to
primes
when
they
start
to
bid
on
city
contracts
to
see,
if
there's
somebody
in
that
community
that
they
could
use
so
we're
right.
On
point
with
that,
like
I
said
it's
already
in
177a
in
the
city
code
and
we're
just
looking
to
see
if
anybody
would
be
willing
to
use
some
of
those
businesses
to
help
with
our
goals.
F
C
C
Okay,
and
without
doing
the
next
in
october
and
november
I'll
keep
following
up
with
this,
and
and
let
you
know
where
what
we're
doing
and
who's
bringing
it
somebody
you
know
we'll
we'll
get
something
together
where
we
can
all
bring
a
little
something
and
that's
it
for
the
meeting
guys
that
was
it
for
today.
A
It's
just
it's
really
nice
that
this
is
it's
building
a
cadence
like
they
they're
starting
to
catch
on
that
this
is
what
needs
to
be
done,
and
this
this
is
their
responsibility
and
they're,
taking
it
seriously
and
taking
us
seriously,
and
it's
good.
It's
really
good!
Congratulations
to
all
the
commissioners!
We've
we've
come
a
long
way.
C
Yes,
I
wanna,
I
wanna
say
congratulations
and
I
really
appreciate
you
guys,
because
you
guys
asked
the
tough
questions
over
the
the
last
year
that
that's
really
putting
our
city
departments
and
our
authorities
in
check.
So
I
really
appreciate
that.
A
And
we've
done
it
all
very
respectfully,
which
you
know,
I
think,
is
important
and
has
gone
a
long
way
with
this
with
the
city
and
obviously
with
the
housing
authority
as
well.
You
know,
hopefully,
the
word
of
mouth
other
other
authorities
will
start
coming
in
front
of
us.
I'd
I'd
really
like
to
see
ura
in
front
of
us.
You
know
pwsa
some
of
the
other
authorities
that
that
could
be
part
of
our
goals
and
mission.
You
know
mission
for
for
2022.,
it's
a.
C
Really,
yes,
I
agree,
commissioner,
because
the
three
big
ones
are
the
ura
pwsa
and
the
parking
authority
is
pretty
big
too.
So
if
those
three
come
back
with
with
everybody
else
coming
back,
because
you
know
the
sea
already
already
comes
to
us,
so
that'll
be
pretty
good.
B
A
F
I'll
throw
out
a
little
a
little
kudos.
I
in
my
in
my
job
as
an
interim
executive
director
of
national
council
of
jewish
women.
We're
trying
to
you
know,
implement
hiring
vendors,
who
are
women
of
minority
owned
businesses
and
james
was
really
helpful
and
sending
us
a
great
list
for
a
job
we
had
and
I
think
we're
going
to
be
able
to
use
a
vendor
off
that
list.
So
I'm
pleased
to
hear
that
sarah.
