A
A
Thank
you.
Everybody
for
joining
us
today
for
the
Equal
Opportunity
review.
Commission
meeting
monthly
meeting
I'd
like
to
start
off
with,
can
I
get
a
motion
to
approve
December's
minutes.
Please.
A
A
The
minutes
are
approved
all
right,
Chuck,
let's,
let's
start
with
Oliver
bathhouse,
all.
D
Right
we'll
start
with
this:
this
is
the
Oliver
bath
house.
Renovation
project
is
broken
down
into
four
crimes,
we'll
we'll
start
with
the
general
contractor
and
then
we'll
go
through
each
of
the
crimes.
Okay,.
D
All
right,
you
have
that
up
on
the
board.
For
us,
you
pause
it
there,
you
guys
go
okay.
Is
there
go
ahead?
Commission,
chair
back
to
you.
A
Okay,
Chuck
and
I
went
over
these
prior
to
the
meeting
this.
This
contract
has
great
participation.
A
As
you
can
see,
we
have
17.5
for
MBE
and
82.5
for
wbe.
Does
anybody
have
any
questions
regarding
this
project.
A
D
Thank
you,
that
is,
the
general
contractor,
will
go
to
the
same
the
same
project
but
a
it
was
broken
down:
here's
the
HVAC
and
their
numbers.
So
we
need
to
look
at
these
also
keep
in
mind.
All
companies
are
local,
which
is
great
and
everybody
has
their
certification
awesome.
E
D
A
D
Advisory
Commissioners
and
the
last
one
on
this
project
I
believe
the
crime
is
for
plumbing,
yes
and
once
again,
all
the
companies
are
local
and
everybody
has
their
sort
of
current
certifications.
D
Thank
you,
Commissioners.
That
project
passes
anybody
on
the
call
for
that
project.
We
will
ask
you
to
or
sign
off,
and
we
thank
you
and
congratulations
on
getting
that
pass.
We'll
move
to
the
second
plan,
which
is
that
housing
authority
Chuck.
E
D
E
D
B
H
Sure,
good
afternoon,
Commissioners
thanks
for
having
Anna
and
I.
So
this
is
for
our
Constable
Services.
Both
primes
are
actually
mbes.
However,
they
are
currently
not
certified.
We
have
been
trying
to
encourage
them.
We
have
been
encouraging
them
for
quite
some
time
to
become
certified,
but
nevertheless
they
do
have
a
significant
number
of
both
mbes
and
wbes.
It's
a
five-year
contract
with
600
000
and
they
will
be
providing
Constable
services
for
us.
H
I
am
I'm,
not
quite
sure,
I'm,
not
sure
if
it's
the
paperwork
I
do
not,
but
we
have
like
spoken
with
them
and
just
continuing
to
get
them
to
try
to
encourage
them
to
become
certified.
But
I
do
know
that
in
speaking
with
some
of
the
mbes
that
sometimes
it's
the
the
paperwork
is
sometimes
the
issue.
But
I
can't
say
for
certain
for
this
particular
project.
G
E
So
what
what's
the
timeline
on
this
project
so
like
what?
If
we
tabled
this
so
that
instruction,
it's
just
an
idea
and
it
with
instructions
that
we
would
like
to
encourage
the
prime
to
investigate
certification
and
then
we
could
pass
it
next
month.
I
mean
is:
is
the
timeline
too
tight
on
that?
That
would
be
a
problem
or
I
just
wonder,
pushing
back
a
little
bit
might
encourage
them.
A
Here's
here's
my
pushback
on
that.
You
guys
this
that's
one
of
those
situations
where
we're
cutting
off
our
cutting
off
our
nose,
despite
our
despite
our
face.
If
these
MBA
group
companies,
the
3D
Plastering
strong
fabric,
American
Staffing
of
Westbrook,
if
they're
all
certified
and
we
push
back
because
of
the
Prime
not
being
certified,
then
we
have
hurt
all
of
those
mbes
and
wbes
by
not
letting
them
move
forward
with
the
contract
that
they've,
probably
already
staffed
for
probably
already
budgeted.
For
you
know,
I,
that's
that's
where
that's!
E
G
Madam
chair,
if
I
may
see,
I
understand
that
these
Subs
might
be
relying
on
this
contract.
You
know,
and
then
you
know
we
have
what
it's
a
total
of
seven
minority
Subs
that
and
a
women
and
women
Subs
that
might
lose
out
if
we
were
to
deny
this.
But
you
and
I
have
been
on
this
commission
for
a
long
time,
and
the
goal
of
this
is
to
get
subs
into
a
position
where
they
are
crimes
certified
Subs
becoming
crimes.
G
G
But
we
also
have
to
make
a
stand
and
say
we
really
encourage
you
to
do
this
so
that
you
can
show
others,
because
that's
what
this
whole
thing
is
here,
for
we
have
crimes
who
are
supposed
to
be
encouraging
supporting
other
subs
to
get
them
to
a
position
where
they
can
be
primed,
because
quite
honestly,
I've
seen
too
many
of
the
same
Subs
coming
through
over
and
over
again,
and
they
are
still
subs
from
2016
to
2023
and
they
are
not
yet
promised.
G
F
That's
that's
the
strong
point
and
I
think
I
had
a
meeting
with
the
housing
authority
and
they
to
try
to
get
some
of
my
black
contractors
in
there
and
they
push
back
hard
on
any
contractors
that
were
not
certified.
So
I'm
sort
of
surprised
to
see
this
contract
coming
through
without
the
prime
being
certified.
A
I
Without
well,
we
went
through
and
we
went
through
the
procurement
process.
I
need
to
see
if
we
re-bid
this
one
moment.
Please.
I
I
I
D
If
I
may
interject
I
agree
with
commissioner
Lewis
is
saying
that
we
need
to
start
elevating
our
subcontractors
into
private
contractors.
However,
we
have
to
keep
in
mind
that
the
crime
contractors
do
not
have
to
be
certified
to
be
the
prime
wow.
D
C
Yeah
I
have
two
questions.
One.
The
first
question
was
never
answered
in
regard
to
what
is
the
timetable
on
this,
and
how
does
this
need
to
be
passed
this
month
and
then
the
other
question
is
I
know
I'm
new
to
the
council,
but
as
I'm
looking
at
this
and
the
actual
MBE
and
wbe
amounts
don't
meet
the
goal
right
that
that
we
typically
want
so
I
mean,
and
what
I
can
tell
you
is
a
general
contractor.
C
I
would
be
happy
to
give
away
eighty
thousand
dollars
on
a
on
a
six
hundred
thousand
dollar
project.
You
know
to
people,
so
I
I
mean
I
just
to
get
the
contract.
If
it
were
worth
you
know,
it
could
potentially
be
worth
that
to
me
so
I
I
guess
you
know
I,
don't
know
the
like
I
said.
The
first
question
was
never
answered
and
then
there's
the
second
question
of
as
it
currently
written.
It
doesn't
meet
the
required
percentage
of
participation,
so.
D
D
I
Regarding
the
timetable,
this
is
set
to
go
to
our
board
this
month.
We
do
always
take
it
to
the
eorc
before
the
same
month
as
the
board
meeting,
when
we
can
so
that
our
goal
is
to
get
this
passed
this
month,
so
that
the
department
can
move
forward.
I
We
would
be
delaying
the
new
contract
for
a
month
once
it
gets
to
the
board.
We'd
send
the
contract
out
for
signature.
E
E
I
Sure
so
exactly
when
they
would
want
to
start
the
new
contract.
I
A
A
Is
this
company
Malloy
Malloy,
Legal
Services
Constable
currently
has
the
contract.
A
They
currently
have
a
contract?
Anna?
Yes,
currently,
yes,
okay!
So
what
we're
we're?
Not
we're,
not
slapping
any
risks
here
by
delaying
this
they're
going
to
get
there
or
you
have
a
contract.
So
all
we're
doing
is
kicking
the
can
down
the
road
by
not
approving
them,
because
they'll
continue
to
get
paid
even
an
extension
of
a
month
a
month,
the
only
people,
the
only
companies
that
are
going
to
get
that
are
going
to
be
affected
by
this
are
the
are
the
subs.
A
Cribe
I
get
it
I
I
understand
what
you
guys
are
saying:
I
100
understand
what
you
guys
are
saying.
If
this
was
a
new,
if
Malloy
Legal
Services
was
getting
this
contract
brand
new,
then
putting
it
off
a
month
and
holding
their
feet
to
the
fire
to
get
certified
or
at
least
start
the
process
would
make
sense.
A
B
Well,
and
can
there's
some
of
us
with
our
hands
raised
chairs,
should
I
just
jump
in
sure
go
ahead
and
you
know
sometimes
it's
interesting
and
helpful
to
hear
background
and
I
I
am
recognizing
this
as
a
Professional,
Services,
I
and
I'm.
B
Sorry,
if
I'm
missing
this
in
the
background
information
we
were
sent,
but
you
know
what
can
you
just
offer
us
a
little
information
about
how
about
these
Subs
I
have
assumptions
about
what
Constable
services
and
legal
services
do,
but
maybe
you
could
help
us
understand
and
where
they,
you
know
really
reaching
to.
You
know,
find
Subs
that
could
participate
in
the
contract.
H
Sure
so
they
actually
had
more
MBE
and
wbes,
however
they're
not
certified,
which
is
why
they
could
not
be
included
in
these
numbers.
H
So
that
was
one
issue
and
then
for
the
different
Subs
that
they
chose
or
the
services
according
to
the
scope
of
services,
they'll
be
helping
with
the
eviction
Services
and
so
part
of
that
will
also
be
removing
or
disposing
of
any
abandoned
property,
which
is
how
some
of
these
Subs
will
be
assisting
in
some
of
their
services.
So,
for
example,
the
Americare
Staffing.
They
also
provide
janitorial
services,
strong
fabric,
dry
cleaning
and
laundry
services.
H
The
3D
Plastering
carpentry
flooring
as
well.
So
there
are
different
services
that
they
will
be
providing,
so
some
will
go
towards
the
constable
and
then
other
towards
the
legal
as
well.
B
E
H
No,
it's
it's
one
of
those
things
like
we
I
know
like
myself.
You
know,
and
even
our
director
Mr
Dietrich
like
we
have
talked
to
them
about
becoming
certified.
So
it's
it's
nothing
like
new.
If
you
will
But
continuing
to
have
that
conversation,
I'm
just
waiting
for
them
to
get
back
to
me,
so
we
can
connect,
but
obviously
knowing
that
you
know
still
like
understanding
that
we
definitely
want
to
encourage
them
to
become
certified
like
all.
H
Ultimately,
that
is
the
end
goal
and
and
just
even
reaching
out
and
continuing
different
follow-ups
to
other
primes
that
we
have
had
in
the
past
just
to
make
sure
of
like
where
that
process
is
I.
Do
know
that
from
other
committees
that
I
have
served
on
some
of
the
issue
is,
as
they
say,
it
could
be
the
paperwork,
and
sometimes
it
could
be
like
the
W-2
forms
I
have
heard
from
other
mbes
and
so
like.
H
Ultimately,
that
is
the
end
goal
and
then
just
trying
various
other
ways.
I
know
like
during
our
Outreach,
and
there
is
an
Outreach
plan
moving
forward
just
to
try
to
encourage
more
mbes
and
wbes
to
get
on
board.
A
C
I
I
I,
don't
really
have
anything.
You
know,
I
I
mean
I'm
once
again,
I'm
new
to
the
board
I'm.
Just
asking
some
questions.
You
know
if
I
I'll
be
honest
with
you
I'm
looking
at
this
amount
of
600
000
for
five
years
and
considering
they're
going
to
be
repairing
buildings
and
stuff
like
that
too,
it
actually
seems
pretty
low
to
me.
C
You
know
so
I
I
guess
I,
don't
really
have
any
big
issue.
It
was
just
a
question
as
to
whether
or
not
you
know
how
are
we
going
to
encourage
them
to
do
that?
If
we
were
awarding
a
five-year
contract,
I
mean
I'm
sure
that
everyone
is
everyone
on.
This
call
is
doing
the
best
they
can
to
you
know
in
cars.
Minority
participation-
and
you
know
so
I
mean
I
I.
Don't
really
have
a
big
issue
with
approving
it,
as
it
is.
A
Real
quick
housing
authority
contracts
like
this
or
work
order
contracts-
that's
600,
000,
is
a
is
a
close
estimate
of
how
much
they
it
could
possibly
cost
after
five
years
of
them
being
under
contract.
So
it's
it's
work
order,
processed.
G
G
You
know
and
encourage
what
we're
here
for
in
our
purpose:
I'm,
okay
with
moving
forward
but
I,
think
we
definitely
need
to
keep
in
mind
that
if
we
have
minority
and
women
crimes
that
are
coming,
it
will
be
beneficial
if
they
were
certified
so
that
they
can
show
again
that
YouTube
being
a
minority
being
a
woman,
can
be
certified
and
can
be
a
prime,
so
I'm
gonna
rest.
A
A
You
know
all
those
things
if
it's
maybe
the
pr,
maybe
that
process
needs
to
be.
It
needs
to
be
looked
at
from
the
county.
A
J
Okay,
so
this
isn't
new,
like
I,
remember,
hearing
about
the
process,
I,
don't
know
count
the
years
you
should
have
been
on
here,
so
this
process
of
it
being
long
tedious.
So
who
do
we
need
to
speak
to,
or
is
that
our
place
to
even
ask?
How
can
we
streamline
that
process
because
it's
not
new?
This
comment
we
just
got
is
not
new
and
then
before
I
jumped
on
the
call.
Are
these
two
primes
even
in
the
process
of
becoming
certified?
No.
H
And
if
any
of
you
Commissioners
happen
to
have
any
I
guess
like
any
input
or
any
kind
of
way,
that
we
can
any
I
guess
success
stories
of
how
to
get
people
certified
or
how
to
encourage.
We
are
open
and
I'm
more
than
welcome
to
leave
my
information,
and
you
know
we
can
follow
up
on
it
or
you
know
we're
definitely
open
to
to
have
that
conversation
of
how
we
can
encourage
them
to
become
certified.
H
A
I
really
think
the
only
way
to
encourage
them
to
be
certified
is
to
make
the
certification
process
less
less
cumbersome
for
them,
and
that's
we
we're.
We
don't
oversee
that.
You
know
we'll
we'll
take
a
look
as
a
as
a
commission,
and
you
know
maybe
Chuck
can
you
pause
and
I
can
get
us
we've.
D
Been
working
with
Sue
Broadus
at
the
Port
Authority
and
the
county,
Lisa
Edmonds,
because
they're
the
only
two
bodies
in
our
city
that
does
certification
we've
been
trying
to
work
with
them
to
see.
If
we
can
speed
up
the
process,
but
their
snag,
is
they
still
have
to
work
with
the
state?
D
D
B
There
must
be:
are
there
sort
of
non-profit,
Economic
Development
agencies
that
will
support
companies
that
are
trying
to
go
through
the
process?
Is
that
is
that
I'm
pretty
sure
our
RCI.
B
Of
them,
Commissioners,
I,
assumed
and-
and
you
refer
yeah
assume
everybody
working-
refers-
those
folks,
okay,.
A
A
Never
doing
that
again,
it
was,
you
know,
went
through
and
put
them
through
the
ringer,
and
now
it
maybe
it's
a
little
bit
more
streamlined
and
they
just
have
had
a
bad
experience
and
don't
want
to
try
like
do
you
know
what
I
mean,
like
that's
like
I,
said
I'm
hypothesizing,
but
it's
definitely
something
that
we
should.
We
should
look
into.
F
Just
a
number
of
my
members
are
trying
to
go
through.
The
process
is
far
more
complicated
and
and
especially
when
they
start
really
reviewing
your
tax
history.
None
of
us
want
people
to
to
get
into
our
tax
history,
and
so
sometimes
those
contracts
would
defer
to
be
certified
as
opposed
to
opening
up
their
tax
scenario
to
to
these
certifying
bodies.
So
it's
it's
a
touchy
thing.
F
That's
why
I
haven't
and
it's
it's
at
one
time,
I
thought
it
was
really
designed
to
really
keep
people
from
participating,
but
we
have
had
some
success
with
with
Sue
Broadus.
She
she
is
a
individuals,
make
a
difference
and
and
I
would
suggest
that
if
you
really
need
to
talk
to
somebody,
she
would
be
the
one
that
not
only
could
expedite
the
process.
But
if
she's
gotten
a
couple
of
members
certified
with
less
stress.
D
D
We're
going
to
blast
that
out
to
all
our
small
businesses
in
our
database
on
our
Chambers
and
we're
going
to
have
this
meeting
in
this
event
in
March,
and
it's
going
to
be
at
the
chilling
Park
Ice
Rink
free
parking,
so
we're
we
are
looking
into
that
and
the
mayor
wants
to
look.
We
need
to
look
at
to
how
the
city
could
be
involved
in
the
certification
process.
A
Okay,
hey
Justin!
If
you,
if
you
don't
have
another
question,
can
you
lower
your
hand
and
if
you
do
have
another
question,
just
go
ahead
and
ask
it
you
good
I
apologize!
That's!
Okay!
It's
just
you
know
running
it
on
this.
On
this
Zoom
profile,
you
know
platform.
It's
it's
difficult
to
tell
all
right
guys.
A
F
A
D
K
Yeah
so
good
afternoon,
Commissioners.
Thank
you
all
for
joining.
So
there
are
two
recent
itq
work
orders,
both
of
which
are
from
Domi.
The
first
one
is
the
design
services
for
serpent
a
serpentine
drive.
This
is
at
Schenley
Park
and
the
prime
here
is
Larson
Design
Group
it
is.
The
project,
has
three
subconsultants
one
MBE
and
two
wbes
just
trying
to
move
this
a
little
bit.
K
The
project
cost
here
is
178
000
540.,
the
MBE.
The
amount
allotted
to
the
MBE
here
is
fifty
six
thousand
seven
hundred
and
to
each
of
the
wbes
it's
twenty
thousand
one
155
and
1875
the
second
one.
The
second
plan
is,
is
a
closeout
slow,
prepare
on
Riverview
Avenue,
and
this
is
less
than
50
000,
so
I
won't
get
into
the
details,
but
these
were
the
two
recent
itq
work
orders
that
we
had.
That's
it
from
me.
Thank
you.
D
I
just
have
one
comment
from
the
office
of
business
diversity:
I
will
be
presenting
in
February
to
you
guys
are
2022
report.
D
We
did
great
again.
We
met
our
mde
numbers
and
we
blew
out
the
WVU
numbers.
D
Okay,
so
I'll
be
working
with
those
folks
to
get
their
certification.
We
did
run
across
one
person
in
the
construction
field
that
wants
to
be
certified
under
that
category.
However,
they
have
not
been
certified
as
yet.
So
if
there's
any
companies
that
you
know
of
that
want
to
be
designated
AS
lgbtq
Plus,
please
let
me
know
so
we
can
get
them
to
Three
Rivers,
so
we
can
get
them
certified
so
that
we
can
get
them
on
some
raccoon
effects,
because
when
I
present,
our
report
to
council,
that's
the
first
thing.
D
They're
going
to
look
at
it,
that's
zero
under
the
lgbtq
Plus
and
that's
where
you're
going
to
hit
me
at
so
I
need
help
there
a
lot
not
a
little
bit
a
lot
and
that's
the
only
one.
That's
the
only
category,
oh
by
the
way
we
did
help
with
the
veterans
too
I
forgot
to
say
that
our
better
numbers
are
on
target.
Okay,
here's.
A
The
thing
and
I've
and
I
said
this
before
about
the
lgbtq
certification:
if,
if
they're
a
woman
owned
business,
then
they
can
be
certified
under
woman
owned
and
if
they're
a
black
man,
then
they
can
be
certified
under
minority
out.
So
you
know
that's
going
to
be.
That's
that's
why
you're
struggling
to
get
them
to
right.
E
A
Utilize
it
where
it's
needed
like,
like
you,
know,
a
minority,
you
know
a
minority
woman
that
is,
she
is
both
WB
and
MBE,
and
then
they
can
use
that
either
or
on
a
contract
to
hit
those
goals.
That's
that's
what
you
have
to
kind
of
Express,
where
it's
going
to
benefit
them
to
be
certified
as
both
right
and.
E
Can
I
ask
you
a
question?
Yes,
Chuck
I
I
have
two
questions.
So
one
is:
is
Three
Rivers
doing
any
sort
of
Outreach
about
this?
Yes,
okay,
okay,
that's
good,
and
the
other
thing
is
that
I
know
like
the
commission
because
of
our
high
salaries
as
commissioners.
E
A
hundred
percent
raise,
but
if
you,
if
you
want,
if
it
would
be
helpful
to
have
a
commissioner,
engage
with
you
on
this,
please
don't
hesitate
to
reach
out
because
I'm
interested
significantly
in
starting
to
develop
this
more
and
I'm
happy
to
help.
D
That's
fantastic,
commissioner,
because
I'm
meeting
with
Three
Rivers
business
Alliance
next
week,
so
I'm
gonna
I'll,
put
everything
together
after
I
speak
with
them.
I'll
reach
out
to
you
guys
and
whoever
can
help
I
would
gracefully
appreciate
it.
D
The
only
thing
that
makes
this
hard
guys
is
legislative
right,
city,
council,
legislative
that
I
have
to
do
it.
We
have
to
get
three
percent
on
these
contracts.
If
it
wasn't
legislated
I
would
just
you
know,
we
would
try,
but
I
wouldn't
be
going
over
to
talk
like
this,
because
since
it's
legislated.
F
D
G
Have
Latasha
Mays,
yes,
Latasha
and
I
are
close
friends.
We
may
be
able
to
reach
out
to
Latasha
and
see
if
there's
some
resources
and
I
know
it's
a
little
bit
too
late,
but
the
Pittsburgh
Penguins
do
a
huge
Pride
game,
and
so
we
have
a
lot
of
contacts
in
the
lgbtq
plus
community
and
I
can
certainly
utilize
some
of
those
relationships
and
see.
If
we
can,
you
know,
assist
in
that
way
to
boost
participation.
D
K
B
D
Sure
but
yeah,
that's
the
one,
that's
the
one
category
that
we
need
help
in
the
other
ones,
we're
doing
fantastic
in
guys.
I'm
gonna,
be
honest
with
you,
we're
doing
really
really
well,
oh
by
the
way
parking
authority
will
be
coming
back.
I
think
I
told
you
this
and
the
sca
is
coming
back.
I
talked
to
those
folks
today
too,
so
the
SDA,
if
you're
ready
to
do
some
work
on
the
North
Shore
garages
and
the
Parking
Authorities,
can
already
update
a
few
other
ones.
D
A
Cool
Tracy
so.
D
D
I
can
tell
you
this.
This
is
what
I
can
do.
The
best
thing
I
can
do
is
feed
you
so
yeah.
What
happened?
Well,
it's
summer
I'm
looking
to
have,
they
did
give
me
some
money
so
which
is
cool,
so
I
will
have
some
money
to
do
something
in
the
summer
for
us
and
our
normal
holiday
celebration.
So
they
gave
me
some
extra
money,
so
I'm
definitely
going
to
spend
it
on
you
guys.
That's.
A
D
G
D
It
that
way-
and
you
know
what
else
is
great
guys-
you
guys
don't
see
it,
but
the
city
departments
come
to
me
way
ahead
in
time.
Now
talking
about
the
ERC,
you
guys
don't
know
the
impact
that
you're
having,
because
you
don't
see
it,
but
the
the
directors
at
City
departments,
they're
they're,
informed
to
be
a
mother
before
they
even
put
the
contracts
out
the
rmp
on
what
they
need.
What's
the
process
and
how
it
goes.
A
J
D
D
So
with
that
with
that's,
you
know
that
heavy.
Stick
that
the
mayor's
giving
me
you
know
show
these
companies
that
we're
not
playing
this
is
this
is
this
is
real,
so
I?
Thank
you
guys
and
all
our
city
departments
know
about
you
so
so
and,
like
I
said
we're
having
an
event
in
March
and
I
want
to
invite
each
and
every
one
of
you
guys
to
come
to
that
event.
Also,
it's
going
to
be
March
30th
on
the
ice
rink,
so
you
might
want
to
get
that
day.
D
D
Announced
after
Shirley
ice,
rink
and
I
also
want
to
tell
you
about
the
one
on
March
3rd,
that's
the
mwdbe
governmental
committee,
and
they
have
theirs
over
at
the
casino.
Oh.
A
D
On
the
third
is
from
8
to
2.
and
that's
you
know,
that's
the
mwdve
government
committee
put
that
on,
but
but
it's
normally
huge.
J
G
D
D
G
Chuck
I'm.
Sorry,
with
regards
to
that
litigation
with
that
Prime
have
you
disclosed
to,
or
can
you
disclose
to
the
the
Commissioners
who
that
crime
is.
D
D
Will
let
you
know
as
soon
as
it's
final
with
our
Law
Department?
Okay?
Okay!
Now,
unless
you
know
yes,
but
other.
C
G
J
D
No,
it's
free,
I
understand
it's
free.
It's
free
just
go
to
casino
our
events.
I'm,
you
guys
will
not
have
to
be
registered
for
our
event
either
on
the
third
year,
but
I
am
going
to
have
small
businesses
and
individuals
registered
for
my.
So
I
could
have
a
prediction
on
my
food
allowance,
so
you
guys
will
not
have
to
register.
D
Anybody
in
the
city
who
has
procurement
opportunities
I
want
to
have
them
there
like
doing
BBW
system
planning,
so
parks
and
recs
HR
they're
all
going
to
be
there
with
tables
for
you.
You
know
to
talk
to
if
you
like,.
A
All
right
anything
else,
you
guys
no
all
right.
Well,
thanks
for
all
of
your
input
today,
I
appreciate
it
when's
the
next
meeting
Chuck
the.
D
Vote
on
it,
the
I.T,
the
I.T
contracts,
commissioner,
or
voted
on
at
the
beginning
of
the
year.
We
have
another
list
coming
out
in
a
couple
months
that
you'll
get
a
chance
to
vote
on
those
individually.
Okay,.
