A

this
is
the
best
way
to
get
in

with

So
please
submit
comments,
feedback
questions.
You're
always
welcome
to
do
that
ahead
of
meetings.
A
We
are
going
to
have
roll
call
here
and
then
we'll
move
on
with
our
business.
We've
got
a
short
meeting
today,
let's
start
with
roll
call
for
our
secretary,
so
she
knows
who's
here.
Commissioner
coffee
president,
commissioner,
fogarty
interim
commissioner
fogerty
back
with
us
lee's
here.
Yes,
commissioner
gross
here,
commissioner
hall-
oh
here,
I
see
you,
commissioner
hanson
here,
commissioner
higginbotham
here,
commissioner
corvald
here,
commissioner
manuel
president,
commissioner
neat
trauer
here,
commissioner
overton
here,
commissioner
schultz
here,
commissioner
strelik,
commissioner
walker.
B
A
Terrific
welcome
everybody.
Our
first
order
of
business
is,
in
fact
elections
we're
going
to
move
on
to
that
for
the
2021
executive
committee.
So
this
will
be
my
last
action
as
your
chair
and
I
want
to
just
say
again
how
honored
I
have
been
to
serve
in
this
position
for
two
years
plus
a
little
bit
now.
It
has
really
been
my
my
pleasure
and
my
real
honor
to
be
with
you
all
as
chair,
and
I
just
want
to
thank
the
folks
who
have
run
for
office
are
for
standing
in
elections.
A
This
is
a
lot
of
work.
It
really
takes
a
lot
of
work
to
run
the
gender
equity
commission,
and
I
really
appreciate
folks
who
are
stepping
up
to
the
plate
and
I
think,
as
the
commission
is
really
seeking
to
model
feminist
practice,
including
flattening
of
leadership
hierarchies.
I
think
it's
really
important
that
we
have
these
new
executive
teams
take
over,
and
it
strikes
me
that
this
is
really
both
a
way
of
sharing
leadership,
but
also
the
burden
of
leadership
right
the
work.
A
So
I
really
do
thank
those
who
have
agreed
to
run
for
offices
and
take
their
turn
at
the
work,
so
I'm
going
to
hand
it
over
to
sabrina
and
then
the
new
officers
after
elections
will
immediately
take
their
seats
and
if
I
had
an
imaginary
gavel
or
some
such
object,
which
we
don't
possess,
I
would
hand
it
through
the
screen.
Now.
C
Thank
you
jesse
first,
thank
you
so
much
to
you.
I
only
know
my
time
on
the
commission
under
your
leadership
as
chair,
and
I
just
wanted
to
personally
thank
you
for
everything
you've
done
to
get
us
to
where
we
are
and
and
the
rest
of
the
executive
committee
as
well.
It's
been
really
well,
you
say
it's
an
honor
and
privilege
to
lead.
It's
been
an
honor
and
privilege
to
be
on
this
commission
under
your
leadership.
C
So
thank
you
so,
and
I
also
want
to
say
that
the
nominating
committee,
which
is
myself
and
lee
fogerty,
which
I
am
delighted
to
still
have
her
on
the
screen
in
her
little
square
with
us
today,
have
had
the
opportunity
to
reach
out
to
all
the
commissioners.
C
So
I
want
to
thank
lee
for
her
hard
work,
because
the
conversations
that
I
know
I
had
and
in
talking
with
lee
that
she
had
these
were
really
substantive
conversations
about
people
thinking
about
taking
on
these
leadership
roles,
and
I
enjoyed
those
conversation
as
I
I
think
we
did
as
well.
But
I
wanted
to
just
take
a
moment
to
acknowledge
that
I
thought
everyone
here
was
very
thoughtful
with
their
considerations
and
it
was
a
really
pleasure
to
have
those
conversations
with
folks.
So
thank
you
for
that.
C
So
what,
as
we
stand
now,
we
have
three
positions
of
the
executive
committee
that
only
have
one
commissioner
slated
for
each
of
those
positions
that
would
be
amanda
neetrower
for
chair,
janet
manuel
for
treasurer
and
allison
hall
for
secretary.
So
with
that
in
mind,
and
we
can
discuss
the
vice
chair
positions
in
a
second.
But
with
that
in
mind,
I
wanted
to
see
if
there
were
any
nominations
from
the
floor,
which
we
certainly
can
take
for
those
positions
and
now
would
be
the
time
to
make
those
nominations.
C
So
we
can
best
determine
how
to
move
forward
with
those
three
positions.
So
if
there
is
any
position,
any
person
wishing
to
nominate
someone
from
the
floor
for
chair
treasurer
or
secretary
now
would
be
the
time
to
do
that.
C
Okay,
I
don't
think
I
need
a
little
timer,
I'm
just
I'm
not
seeing
anybody
making
any
movements,
so
I'm
going
to
assume
that
there's
no
nominations
from
the
floor.
So
with
that
in
mind,
I
think
that
we
could
affirm
those
positions
by
a
vote
of
affirmation
and
I'm
not
sure
if
we
can
just
do.
I
don't
think
we
need
to
do
a
role
call.
I
think
we
could
do
that
in
a
general
fashion.
If
that's
okay
with
you
allison.
C
Yes,
it's
fine!
Okay.
So
I
would
like
to
motion
that
we
approve
amanda
nitro
for
the
position
of
chair,
janet
emanuel,
for
the
position
of
treasurer
and
allison
hall
for
the
position
of
secretary
for
the
new
executive
committee
beginning
today.
Officially-
and
I
would
probably
need
a
second
for
that-
a
second
thank
you
lee,
so
all
in
favor,
hi,
hi,
hi.
Okay,
thanks
for
anyone
opposed
okay,
congratulations
to
our
new
three
positions
on
the
executive
committee.
C
I
am
delighted-
and
I
know
that
everyone
else
here
is
as
well
so,
okay
allison,
do
you
need
a
second
to
confirm
all
of
those
in
the
minutes?
Are
you?
Okay?
If
I
move
on?
No,
you
can
move
on,
okay,
all
right.
So
with
regard
to
our
vice
chair
position,
we
have
a
fir.
C
The
bylaws
provide
us
with
the
first
vice
chair
and
a
second
vice
chair
and
the
way
that
the
files
read
with
these
elections
is
that
we,
whoever
is,
if
there's
more
than
two
people
well
there's
more
than
one
person
running
really.
We
have
an
election
and
the
person
who
receives
the
most
votes
is
placed
in
that
position
of
first
vice
chair
and
then
the
remaining
candidates.
We
have
a
second
election
to
see
who
would
be
placed
in
the
position
of
the
second
vice
chair.
C
The
person
receiving
the
most
votes
from
that
election
we
have
agreed
or
david
is
helping
us
by
hosting
a
poll
for
the
folks
who
have
indicated
their
interest
in
those
positions,
and
certainly
I
will
open
it
up
in
a
second
to
nominations.
From
the
floor,
we
have
the
nominating
committee
had
a
discussion
that
we
will
not
be
announcing
the
number
of
votes
that
everyone
would
receive,
but
just
the
winners
of
each
election.
C
C
No
one
will
know
how
everyone
voted.
It
is
completely
confidential
of
the
votes,
but
there
will
be
a
tally
and
if
someone
would
like
to
see
that
later,
that
document
and
those
records
would
be
kept
with
the
new
our
executive
director.
So
we
will
do
this
sort
of
very
methodically
and
slow
to
make
sure
we
capture
all
of
those
tally
that
that's
okay
with
you
david
to
make
sure
we're
good,
and
you
will
know
when
every
commissioner
has
voted
in
some
capacity.
C
C
Eleven
lee
you
count
14
as
well
working
okay,
so
the
three
individuals
who
have
expressed
an
interest
in
the
vice
chair
position,
our
councilwoman
deb
gross
sarah
hansen
and
morgan
overton.
So
the
first
thing
I
would
do
is
ask
if
there's
any
nominations
or
further
expressions
of
interest
from
the
floor
now
would
be
the
time
to
do
that.
If,
if
there's
an
interest.
C
Okay,
so
hearing
none
we're
going
to
conduct
the
first
election
and
david.
If
you
can
remember,
I
didn't
send
this
in
my
follow-up
email,
but
we
need
a
an
abstain.
I'm
sorry!
If
that
messes
everything
up
an
option
to
abstain,
let.
D
Okay,
so
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
launch
the
screen.
You
all
see
it
pop
up
on
your
screen.
C
Okay,
so
if
everyone
can
vote
and
then
david
will,
let
us
know
when
everyone
has
voted
and
sabrina
just
for
clarity.
We
are
only
selecting
two
one.
C
D
Okay,
so
14
votes
have
been
cast,
we
actually
have
a
tie,
morgan
and
sarah.
Each
got
six
votes
got
two.
C
So
that's
interesting,
I
believe,
of
course.
I
believe
that
we
without
having
a
copy
of
the
bylaws.
I
assume
we
have
a
runoff
right.
That
would
be
my
understanding
of
things
so.
C
Right
right,
well,
we'll
add
that
to
the
bylaws
meeting
when
in
march,
when
okay
so
david,
this
isn't
something
that
we
discussed.
But
I'm
wondering
if
you
could
surprise
I'm
wondering
if
you
could
reset
the.
C
Would
be
for
morgan
and
sarah
and
then
an
option
to
abstain.
G
I'm
gonna
actually
suggest
something
else.
If
I
may,
I
don't
know
for
what
parliamentary
procedures
we're
using
here.
Why
don't?
I
just
motion
to
withdraw
my
name.
I
was
gonna
say
that
I
thought
that
the
voting
structure
was
odd
because
we
were
kind
of
voting
for
vice
chair,
like
first
vice
chair,
but
without
a
clear
candidate
for
each
one.
I
just
think
it's
kind
of
interesting.
So
in
this
way
we
just
have
yeah
that
we
could
have
maybe
a
vote
on
which
for
vice
first
or
second
vice
chair.
C
G
H
H
We
then
those
were
the
people
who
were
as
vice
chairs
and
then
the
most
votes
between
the
first,
the
two
vice
chairs,
that's
who
was
made
first
by
chair
and
that's
who
was
made
second
vice
chair
right.
G
Yeah
but
I'd
still
I
mean
if
I,
if
I
don't
know
if
I
need
to
just
say
I
would
draw
my
name,
I
don't
think
it
needs
to
be
voted
on,
and
then
we
just
have
the
two
candidates
for
those
two
positions.
C
That
certainly
withdrawing
your
name
is
your
choice.
Either
way
I
mean
that
is
up
to
you.
If,
if
that
is
the
case,
then
we
would
still
have
this
poll
or
election
done,
because
we
would
need
to
determine
first
and
second,
but
I
I
defer
to
you
on
that
councilwoman
growth,
that's
up.
C
C
C
C
So
morgan,
congratulations
would
be
seated
as
our
first
vice
chair
and
sarah
congratulations,
you're
seated
as
our
second
vice
chair.
Thank
you
to
everyone
who
ran
and
sought
out
these
positions
and
again
thank
you
for
those
conversations
that
you
allowed
us
to
have
with
you
as
we
discussed,
who
had
an
interest
in
this
and
I
I'm
very
excited.
I
can
speak
because
I'm
unmuted
about
this
executive
committee,
although
I'm
sure
everyone
on
this
call
is
equally
as
excited
as
I
am.
B
C
With
that,
I
turn
the
meeting
over
to
amanda
amanda
our
new
chair.
Congratulations.
H
Thank
you,
so
I'm
I'm
honored
honestly,
I
mean
you
know.
I
guess
I'm
honored
that
no
one
objected
to
you
and
I
I
do
want
to
preface
this
by
saying
that
a
strength
that
a
huge
strength
that
jessie
brought
to
this
is
her
experience
and
knowledge
of
you
know,
especially
institutional
experience
and
knowledge
in
boards
commissions,
etc,
and
how
they
run,
how
they
work,
how
to
keep
us
moving
forward.
Admittedly,
that
is
not
my
strength.
H
I
know
how
to
show
up
and-
and
I
think
I
know
how
to
be
in
communion
with
folks,
so
I'm
going
to
ask
for
all
of
you,
fellow
commissioners
and
the
public
for
your
patience
and
support
as
I
and
you
know,
and
the
importance
of
infrastructure
right
and
I'm
also
very
excited
and
looking
forward
to
working
with
all
of
you
and
revisiting
our
structures
and
our
institutions
and
how
we
can
be
an
example
of
how
to
not.
H
You
know
to
take
the
important
baseline
that
jesse
has
helped
us
to
establish
as
a
commission
and
how
we
can
now
take
that
base
that
she
has
helped
lead
us
to
build
so
that
we
can
now
take
that
and
and
do
this
important
work,
and
so
I'm
very
much
looking
forward
to
working
with
all
of
you
and
how
we
can
continue
to
be
an
example
for
other
commissions,
other
institutional
groups
and
how
we
can
work
together
to
you,
know,
undo
white,
supremacy,
patriarchy
and
capitalist
systems
and
also
do
it
in
a
way
that
is
fulfilling
to
us
in
our
activism,
so
that
we
can
continue
to
be
poured
into
and
restored
and
and
feel
good
about,
the
work
that
we're
doing,
and
so
I'm
I'm
honored.
H
And
so
with
that
being
said,
I'm
looking
at
our
agenda
and
I
know
that
so
a
new.
Is
there
any
public
testimony
or
anyone
that
anyone
from
the
public
who
has
offered
up
testimony
or
remarks
that
we
should
take
a
listen
to
at
this
moment.
E
No
someone
did
ask
me
where
to
find
them
meeting
minutes,
so
I
sent
them
to
our
website
pittsburghpa.gov
gec
and
there's
a
tab
for
meetings.
Everything
is
there
and
updated,
except
for
just
december
2020
minutes
which
you
haven't
approved
so
after
you
approve
them
I'll,
post
them
and
we'll
will
be
caught
up,
and
so
thank
you
for
everyone
helping
with
that,
but
no
other
public
testimony,
cherokee
trower,
okay,.
H
So,
okay,
perfect!
So
actually
that's
the
next
item
on
our
agenda,
so
approval
of
the
december
meeting
minutes,
as
is
posted
in
our
cassette
agenda,
can
I
have
someone
to
make
a
motion
to
approve
our
december
meeting
minutes.
This
is
janet.
H
Thank
you
janet.
Can
I
have
someone
second,
please.
I
think
I
see
sharon's
hand
waving
okay
great,
so
we
have
a
second
from
sharon.
Can
we
please
move
to
approve
those
meeting
minutes
great.
A
And
just
yes,
yes,
are
you
asking
us
to
vote
on
the
whole
consent
agenda
at
this
time
or
just
or
have
you
pulled
the
meeting
minutes
out
from
the
consent
agenda.
H
Thank
you
jesse.
So
thank
you
for
that
reminder.
So
we
do
have
the
consent
agenda
as
an
entire
packet,
as
we've
discussed
so
pulling
back.
I'd
like
to
withdraw
that
motion
and
I'd
like
to
put
forth
the
motion
to
vote
to
accept
the
entire
consent
agenda.
That
includes
the
december
meeting
minutes
and
the
committee
reports
that
the
executive
committee
and
gender
analysis
committee,
unless
there's
anything
as
well
as
the
director's
report,
unless
there's
anything
specific
that
anyone
would
like
to
speak
on
or
bring
forth
for
comp
for
a
comment.
I
Sir
hi,
everyone
really
quickly,
just
as
a
member
of
the
gender
analysis
group,
just
kind
of
want
to
highlight
that
again
we're
a
little
bit
back
at
square
one
with
regard
to
where
we
are
with
funding
we've
gone
now
through
the
rfp
process
and
the
message
that
we're
getting
from
the
city
understandably,
is
that
we
have
lost
the
45
000.
Now
we
may
or
may
not
have
the
the
the
2
20
000..
I
Our
committee
is
down
to
two,
our
fearless
leader
sharon
and
I
now
that
lee
is
rolling
off
and
jesse's
rolling
off,
so
in
the
further
consideration
moving
forward
about
committee
structures,
I
I
would
just
like
for
us
to
look
at
this
committee
and
the
work
that
we're
doing
and
this
idea
of
having
an
rfp
and
having
a
community
based
project,
because
now
it's
been
like
years
that
we've
been
kind
of
going
around
and
around
with
the
same
money
that
we
have
that
we
don't
then
we
have
then
we
don't
understandably
covet,
has
really
complicated
the
the
budgetary
realities
of
the
city.
I
But
I
think
that
we
really
need
to
be
realistic
and
we
really
need
to
be
on
the
same
page,
and
you
know,
speaking
of
being
tired,
I've
been
part
of
this
process
of
going
around
and
around
about
do
we
have
this
money
to
do
this
work
right
and
like
it's,
it's
tiring
to
keep
going
through
the
process
and
to
end
up
nowhere,
and
so
I
just
want
to
put
that
out
there
that
I
think
this
is
something
that
we
need
to
look
at
like
whether
it's
taking
it
in
a
different
direction,
not
going
in
that
direction,
with
an
rfp
and
using
our
amazing
skills
and
talents
and
energies
for
a
different
project.
I
But
this
is
something
that
I
think
a
lot
of
us
are
burned
out
on
at
this
point
could
not
have
anticipated
this
happening
with
covid,
but
it
did
and
now
we're
in
this
position
again
where
it's
like
now.
What
so
just
wanted
to
put
that
out
there.
Thank
you
for
the
time.
Thank
you.
E
H
It's
a
just
very
quickly,
and
I
knew
I
do
want
to
sure
it's
4
28.,
I
just
want
to
say
it's
4
28
we've
been
together
now
since
2
30.,
we
got
a
lot
of
really
important
work
done.
We
had
some
really
important
restoration
work,
there's
a
lot.
H
Sarah
and
sarah
schultz.
Thank
you
for
bringing
this
to
our
attention
is
a
lot
that
we
really
do
need
to
talk
about
and
discuss,
and
so
I
want
to
be
thoughtful,
also
being
mindful
too,
that
we,
none
of
us
want
to
stay
here
until
5
30..
H
Just
being
very
honest,
we're
tired
we're
feeling
burned
out,
and
this
all
of
this
deserves
our
attention
in
time
I
actually
want
to.
I
do
want
to
hear
from
you
and
you
quickly,
but
I
also
want
to
withdraw
my
motion
because
instead
what
I
would
like
to
do
is
approve
minutes
from
december,
and
I
want
to
table
the
other
items
for
the
next
time,
we're
together,
so
that
we
can
thoughtfully
go
through
them,
because
I
think
that
we
do
need
to
discuss.
H
You
know
in
looking
at
even
the
executive
committee
minutes,
there's
some
things
in
there
that
I
would
like
for
us
to
talk
through
the
gender
analysis
committee.
Sarah,
thank
you.
We
need
to
talk
about
these
things.
We
need
a
full
reset.
I
don't
want
to
rush
through
them
and
so
anew.
I
do
want
to
turn
it
back
to
you
because
in
case
there's
anything
specific
in
the
executive
director's
report
that
you
would
like
to
speak
to.
I
want
to
give
you
that
time.
E
F
E
Absolutely
think
further
conversation
is
is
required
about
the
gender
analysis
and.
E
Starting
it
with
a
smaller
group
in
a
different
way
or
dedicated
time
is
all
I'll
say
on
that
subject,
but
yeah.
H
E
It
was
only
the
year-end
report
this
time,
just
because
I
wanted
to
make
sure
if
anyone,
if
you
did
something
for
the
gender
equity
commission,
I
absolutely
want
to
recognize
it
so
you'll
see
an
email
in
the
meeting
packet.
It's
a
copy
of
the
draft.
I've
gotten
a
couple
of
revision
suggestions
and
then
I'll
be
getting
it
to
city
council
and
the
mayor's
office.
Officially,
as
in
past
years,
okay.
H
So
and-
and
I'm
gonna
ask
jesse
this
question
again,
a
procedural
question
is
accepting
the
reports.
That's
just
accepting
the
reports
as
they're
written
right.
So
that
means
that
we
still
have
the
availability
to
discuss
further
correct,
absolutely
okay.
So
just
for
clarification,
I
do
want
to
move
to
accept
the
consent
agenda,
with
the
understanding
that
we
are
going
to
have
for
the
discussion
on
all
of
this,
but
this
is
simply
just
to
accept
the
reports
from
these
entities
in
the
consent
agenda.
H
So
I
do
want
to
make
a
motion
to
vote
and
to
accept
the
entire
consent
agenda.
C
H
C
Amanda,
can
I
have
just
two
seconds:
I'm
sorry.
This
is
sabrina.
I
just
very
quickly
before
we
leave
many
of
you
may
recall,
although
there's
been
not
a
lot
of
talk
about
it
recently,
that
the
commission
voted
to
have
a
two-part
retreat
originally
that
retreat
was
to
be
scheduled
in
january,
but
with
some
conflicts
of
dates
and
timing
and
discussions
with
elise
we
are.
C
We
are
going
to
move
that
and
I
believe
that
actually
falls
in
line
better
with
our
work,
one
in
the
sense
that
our
commission
has
been
looking
to
take
a
break,
and
also
in
the
sense
that
we
are
transitioning
to
a
new
executive
committee
and
who
will
want
to
have
input
on
that
type
of
retreat.
So
we
are
working
with
elise
and
we'll
continue
to
be
working
with
her
to
select
a
date
based
on
a
poll
that
we
conduct
with
the
commission.
C
F
H
Thank
you
lee
and
thank
you,
sabrina
and
actually
what's
perfect
about.
That
is
because
we
didn't
have
any
further
discussion
at
this
time
on
the
consent
agenda
that
actually
does
fall
under
new
business
and
action.
H
Thank
you
for
moving
us
right
along,
and
so
I
do
want
to
just
kind
of
share
for
those
of
you
who
didn't
see.
We
are
looking
at
doing
the
retreat
sometime
in
april
and
or
may
just
so
you
all
are
aware,
and
so
are
there
any
other.
H
Oh
and
one
reminder
we
are
taking
a
break
and
so
I'll
be
working
with
a
new
and
the
new
members
of
the
executive
committee
to
see
how,
because
of
the
way
that
our
ordinance
is
written,
how
we
can
be
in
keeping
with
the
ordinance
and
ensure
that
we
all
get
our
break.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you
all
know
that
that's
that
will
be
taken
care
of.
We
will
get
our
break
and
by
break
I'm
asking
for
a
true
break.
H
So
I
would
appreciate
all
of
you
taking
a
real
break
and
and
trying
not
to
have
any
meetings
during
the
month
of
february,
including
committee
meetings.
I
know
that
the
workforce
equity
committee
is
doing
a
lot
of
different
things
and
I'll
be
checking
in
with
them
to
see.
H
You
know
what
we
can
do
to
support
everyone
getting
a
break,
but
I
just
I
did
want
to
put
that
out
there
and
make
sure
to
just
to
note
that
for
the
public
that
we
are
going
to
be
intentional
about
our
arrest
and
restoration
and
but
we'll
make
sure
that
we're
in
keeping
with
the
ordinance
any
questions
just
throw
it.
E
B
Deb
had
mentioned
had
mentioned
one
or
two
meetings
back,
that
the
city
is
still
under
a
state
of
emergency
due
to
covid's.
So
are
we
in
violation
of
that?
If
we
don't
have
a
meeting
in
february
or
do
we
still
have
to
kind
of
do,
I
don't
want
to
say
a
workaround,
but
would
it
just?
Would
it
be
acceptable
without
having
to
do
a
workaround,
given
that
we're
in
this
emergency
so.
C
E
F
E
If
this
is
not,
I
think
something
that
should
come
from
the
administration,
but
this
came
from
commissioners
requesting
it.
So
so
we
will.
We
don't
need
to
do
a
workaround,
we'll
have
a
public
meeting
and
I'll
use
it
as
an
opportunity
to
say,
hey,
look
and
then
I'm
going
to
ask
commissioners
if
they
want
to
be
showcased
to
do
little.
Videos
with
me
for
our
newsletter
so
get
ready
for
that.
H
Okay
quickly,
any
other
pressing,
new
business
and
or
action
requests
that
anyone
wants
to
bring
forward
at
this
time.
H
Okay,
all
right,
so
we
don't
have
any
more
new
business
or
action
requests.
I
don't
see
any
requests
from
the
floor
new.
Are
there
any
additional
public
comments
that
have
come
in
since
I
asked
you
about
10
minutes
ago?
H
Still:
good,
okay,
okay,
so
everyone
we're
together
we're
here,
and
so
I
think
that
we
can
at
least
acknowledge
that
that,
in
that
way,
2021
is
a
happy
new
year
for
you
all-
and
I
just
want
to
say
how
much
I
appreciate
every
single
one
of
you
and
your
dedication
and
your
work.
Thank
you
all
for
showing
up
and
continuing
to
show
up
and
all
of
your
hard
work
and
and
for
expressing
your
hope
and
what
we
can
do
together.
H
I
am
very
excited
in
continuing
the
really
hard
work
that
was
started
and
seeing
where
we
can
go
this
year
and
what
we
can
do
in
the
face
of
all
this,
and
so,
if
nothing
else,
I'm
looking
forward
to
supporting
each
other
and
doing
this
work,
and
so
just
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart.
Thank
you
and
I
look
forward
to
your
support,
and
so
I
would
like
can
someone
please
make
a
motion
to
adjourn
our
january
meeting.
